Abstract

As a pluralistic society, Indonesia conducts religious and cultural activities, with the village head ensuring the implementation of Islamic law and dynasty leadership that influences stability and power distribution. This study aims to uncover the formation of dynasty leadership, the strategies of the Village Head, and Islamic views on leadership and religious values in Campor Timur Village. The researcher used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The researcher conducted condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing in data processing. The results show that leadership strategies in forming a religious community involve several steps. First, preaching through lectures, writings, actions, media, and regular study sessions increases religious awareness. Second, the leader collaborates with religiously devout communities and the government to create harmonious relationships. Third, the leader provides facilities such as roads, meeting halls, and mosques to support socio-religious activities and improve the community's quality of life, particularly regarding better access to religious education. In conclusion, effective leadership successfully forms a religious community by strengthening religious values, fostering cooperation, and sustaining facilities that support social and religious activities. Conclusion: Effective leadership shapes a religious community through preaching, cooperation, and providing facilities to support social and religious activities.

Abstract

The company's success is determined by a strategy that is adjusted to the situation and conditions of the target market. Companies are required to implement a wise marketing strategy by analyzing the situation and target market, setting the right marketing goals, and designing marketing strategies that can adapt to increasingly competitive business situations. All of these policies will help the company to achieve the targets. This study aims to determine the role of prices and product innovation in increasing consumer buying interest in PT. Indaco Warna Dunia on Batam city. Using multiple linear analysis, T test to determine the effect partially, F test to determine the effect simultaneously, R Test to find out how strong the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Processing data using SPSS 16. The results of this study are that prices have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Product innovation has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Together, price and product innovation have a significant effect on consumers' buying interest.

Abstract

Tanoker Learning Village is unique in its community empowerment process based on local wisdom. Tanoker Village is complex, because it’s a structured organization that modifies traditional and modern culture and adopts innovations in the development of traditional and modern culture. This research aims to empower the community to play an active role in development activities. The reality of existing life, namely how local wisdom acts as social capital in empowering the community in Ledokombo Village. Research like this has not yet been carried out much in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative data with techniques interactive model of analysis to analyze local wisdom as strengthening social capital in community empowerment. The local wisdom values taught by the Tanoker Learning Village have succeeded in forming changes in individual consciousness, both in children, mothers, fathers and grandparents in Ledokombo Village. This change is visible in their thinking patterns and behavior. After following various guidance, their motivation changed to full awareness, where they wanted to contribute to making Ledokombo Village and its community better. In this case, it is proven that the Tanoker Ledokombo Learning Village acts as an agent of social change in rural areas of Ledokombo District through a local wisdom-based approach.

Abstract

The problem regarding hadith as a source of local Acehnese wisdom in the qanun and special autonomy laws lies in the challenge of integration between the teachings of Islam and the dynamics of modern law that prevail. Its application in the qanun and laws often encounters obstacles in balancing the interests of religion, local culture, and the development of broader national law. This research uses the library research method, which focuses on collecting secondary data through literature studies. The results of the research show that: 1). The reason for using hadith as a source of local Acehnese wisdom in the formation of qanun and special autonomy laws is because it has moral and ethical values that are relevant to the social life of the Acehnese people, the majority of whom are Muslims. In the context of special autonomy, hadith is used to strengthen Acehnese religious and cultural identity in the formation of qanun and laws and regulations that are in line with Islamic sharia principles. 2). The role of hadith as a source of local Acehnese wisdom in the formation of qanun and special autonomy laws is that hadith acts as a normative basis in formulating qanun and laws in Aceh, by providing guidelines in policy formulation that includes social, economic, and legal aspects. 3). The form of application of hadith as a source of local wisdom in Aceh in the formation of qanun and special autonomy laws is seen in the arrangement that includes Islamic criminal law, muamalah, and education, by adjusting Islamic norms and local wisdom of Aceh. Hadith is used as a guideline in formulating fair rules, prioritizing social justice, and maintaining the morality of society according to Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas terkait peran Jurnalisme Islam sebagai sarana Dakwah di Era Digital. Pada era digital, media mempunyai kiprah yang strategis dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan keagamaan secara luas dan efektif. Jurnalisme Islam hadir menjadi salah satu bentuk penyampaian informasi yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada berita, tetapi juga nilai-nilai Islam yang bersifat menenangkan serta membangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana jurnalisme Islam berperan sebagai sarana dakwah pada tengah dinamika teknologi informasi serta perilaku konsumsi media umat Islam waktu ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran jurnalisme Islam dalam memberikan dakwah secara kontekstual, inklusif, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital. Melalui penyajian konten yang informatif serta edukatif, jurnalisme Islam memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam sekaligus menjawab tantangan disinformasi yang marak di media digital. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha kelompok Khanza Gaza melalui perbaikan manajemen usaha yang masih lemah. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (a) untuk memperbaiki administrasi kelompok berupa perizinan, persuratan sampai kelengkapan rekening bank; (b) memfasilitasi usaha kelompok untuk mengembangkan produk diversifikasi dengan bahan baku utama dari hasil perikanan; (c) memfasilitasi usaha kelompok untuk memiliki peralatan yang lebih mendukung peningkatan kualitas produksi yang dihasilkan termasuk kemasan yang standar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan Kota Makassar merupakan pasar yang sangat potensial untuk produk-produk olahan perikanan yang menjadi ciri kota Makassar. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2015. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri atas persiapan, identifikasi kondisi kelompok, memfasilitasi manajemen usaha dan teknis manajemen produksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya perkembangan manajemen Khanza Gaza baik dari aspek administrasi maupun teknik produksi dan strategi pemasaran. Kata kunci: manajemen usaha, diversifikasi usaha, strategi pemasaran

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan usaha kelompok melalui peningkatan kinerja usaha kelompok pengolah hasil perikanan “Sinar  Harapan” di Kabupaten Wajo dan memfasilitasi usaha kelompok baik dalam hal manajemen usaha, manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tempe Kabupaten Wajo. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan perkembangan jumlah usaha pengolah yang terus meningkat dan bahan baku ikan gabus yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan nilai kesehatan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai persiapan, identifikasi kondisi kelompok, memfasilitasi manajemen usaha dan teknis manajemen produksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Sampel pada pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Usaha Sinar Harapan yang beranggotakan 10 orang. Hasil kegiatan adalah kelompok Sinar Harapan memiliki kelengkapan administrasi dan perizinan, proses produksi yang telah menggunakan peralatan yang standar dan memiliki manajemen produksi yang berorientasi pasar. Untuk pengembangan segmen pasar makanan akan dilakukan kerjasama dengan Laboratorium kewirausaan UNHAS , Kata kunci :  Kinerja usaha,  olahan ikan gabus, pendampingan, ABSTRACT This community services aims to support development of a bussines group through the improvement of business performance of fishery product processing group "Sinar Harapan" in Wajo and facilitate a group effort both in terms of business management, production management and marketing management. The community service was held in the District Tempe of Wajo Regency. The location selection was done purposively with consideration of the development of the increasing number of businesses processing and raw materials of common snakehead fish that has economic value and the value of health. The community service was conducted over three months starting from preparation, identification of the condition of the group, facilitated the technical operations management and production management in accordance with market needs. Sample used in this study was the Sinar Harapan local bussines group consists of 10 people. Results of this study show that the group of Sinar Harapan has had the paperwork and licensing while production processes have been using standard equipment and has a market-oriented production management. Abstract

Drought and the availability of nitrogen fertilizers are the main constraints in the growth and production of maize, so it is necessary to build synthetic corn varieties that are tolerant of drought stress and low N fertilization. These synthetic maize varieties can support a wider planting of maize and involve farmers who lack capital, thus supporting increased production and national self-sufficiency in corn in a sustainable manner. The aim of the service was to introduce the Unhas Synthetic maize variety (SINHAS1) with dissemination and field meetings through the Experimental Demonstration Plots, as well as interviews about the level of farmers' preference for the SINHAS 1 variety. 2020. The activity was carried out through the socialization and dissemination process of SINHAS 1 corn through a pilot demonstration plot. The demonstration plot was carried out by combining the use of the superior varieties of SINHAS 1 corn with corn cultivation technology which is packaged as a corn cultivation technology package. The demonstration plot was conducted at four locations in Tarowang Village, Galesong Selatan District, Takalar Regency. The results of the activity showed that the level of farmers' preference for the Unhas synthetic maize variety (SINHAS 1) was very high (85%) with an average productivity of 7.8 tonnes / ha, so that it is very likely to be developed in Tarowang Village, Galesong Selatan District, Takalar Regency. Development efforts need socialization and dissemination on a broader scale to accelerate development efforts. Development efforts will be carried out together with the Tarowang Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University to produce the SINHAS 1 corn variety through seed breeding. Keywords: Dissemination, corn, SINHAS 1, seed, takalar ABSTRAK Masalah kekeringan dan ketersediaan pupuk Nitrogen merupakan pembatas utama dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi jagung, sehingga diperlukan usaha perakitan varietas jagung sintetik yang toleran cekaman kekeringan dan pemupukan N rendah. Varietas jagung sintetik tersebut dapat menudukung penanaman jagung yang lebih luas dan melibatkan petani yang kurang modal sehingga mendukung peningkatan produksi dan swasembada jagung nasional secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan pengabdian adalah memperkenalkan varietas jagung Sintetik Unhas (SINHAS1) dengan diseminasi dan temu lapang melalui Demplot Percobaan, sekaligus wawancara tentang tingkat kesukaan petani terhadap varietas SINHAS 1. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Tarowang, Kecamatan Galesong Selatan, Kabupaten Takalar yang berlangsung sejak Juli sampai Oktober 2020. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui proses sosialisasi dan diseminasi Jagung SINHAS 1 melalui Demplot Percobaan. Demplot dilakukan melalui perpaduan penggunaan varietas unggul jagung SINHAS 1 dengan teknologi budidaya jagung yang dikemas sebagai paket teknologi budidaya jagung. Demplot dilakukan pada empat lokasi yang ada di Desa Tarowang, Kecamatan Galesong Selatan, Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesukaan petani terhadap varietas jagung sintetik Unhas (SINHAS 1) sangat tinggi (85%) dengan produktivitas rata-rata mencapai 7.8 ton/ha, sehingga sangat berpeluang dikembangkan di Desa Tarowang, Kecamatan Galesong Selatan, Kabupaten Takalar. Usaha pengembangan diperlukan sosialisasi dan diseminasi pada skala yang lebih luas untuk mempercepat usaha pengembangannya. Usaha pengembangan akan dilakukan bersama dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Tarowang bekerjasama dengan Fakultas Pertanian Unhas untuk memproduksi varietas jagung SINHAS 1 melalui penangkaran benih. Abstract

This study explores teachers’ perceptions on the use of Interactive Multimedia Learning Objects (IMLO) in enhancing reading interest among mentally impaired students. In the current era of digital transformation, IMLOs have emerged as an innovative solution to support inclusive education. IMLOs combine text, audio, visuals, and interactivity, which can significantly increase motivation and engagement, particularly for students with cognitive limitations. Despite the growing body of literature on IMLOs in special education, research focused on mentally impaired students, especially within the Indonesian context, remains limited. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive method to gain in-depth insights into teachers' experiences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with two English teachers from SLB Al Qasmi Watampone, supported by documentation such as classroom photos and videos. Thematic analysis revealed two major categories of perception: positive and negative. On the positive side, teachers observed increased student enthusiasm, longer attention spans, and more independent exploration of materials when using IMLO. They also acknowledged that IMLOs support varied, enjoyable, and effective learning experiences by utilizing platforms like YouTube, Wordwall, and Duolingo. IMLOs were considered helpful instructional tools that ease the teaching process and adapt well to students’ needs. However, negative perceptions emerged due to limited infrastructure such as the lack of adequate computers, the need for constant supervision to avoid exposure to inappropriate content, and behavioral management challenges. Students often imitate content without fully understanding it, highlighting the need for teacher-guided learning alongside IMLO use. This study concludes that while teachers generally hold positive views of IMLOs, maximizing their benefits requires sufficient technological support, supervision strategies, and structured literacy approaches. The findings offer practical implications for improving digital resource implementation in inclusive classrooms.

Abstract

The State of Psychology in the Main Figures in the novel Negri 5 Menara and novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi (Psychological Study of Literature and Its Implications for Learning Indonesian in High School). The purpose of this study was to describe the psychological state of the main character in the novel Negri 5 Menara and novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi, namely the character Alif who has an unyielding attitude and is persistent in fighting. The psychological state experienced by the main character in the novel Negri 5 Menara and the novelRantau 1 Muara includes das es (id), das ich (ego), and das ueber ich (superego). The method used is descriptive qualitative research.The results of the analysis on the novel Negri 5 Menara andnovel Rantau 1 MuaraAhmad Fuadi's work shows that the main character's personality is influenced by Id, Ego, and Super ego.
