Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT At Tibyan telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam proses pendidikan dengan menitikberatkan pada kemandirian, kreativitas, serta penguatan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT At Tibyan serta dampaknya terhadap perubahan dalam sistem pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan keleluasaan bagi sekolah dalam merancang pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, dengan penekanan pada pengembangan karakter, kreativitas, dan kemandirian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT At Tibyan telah berhasil mendorong peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak mulia melalui integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam setiap mata pelajaran. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam hal adaptasi kurikulum dan keterbatasan fasilitas, sekolah ini mampu memanfaatkan fleksibilitas kurikulum untuk membentuk peserta didik yang tidak hanya unggul dalam akademik, tetapi juga berintegritas dan berkarakter Islami. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak guna meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Anggapan bahwa mata pelajaran matematika sulit dan membosankan masih menjadi masalah umum di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan. Penerapan MMP dengan Problem Solving diharapkan dapat mengatasi hal tersebut dengan menghadirkan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan dan menganalisis respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan problem solving dalam pembelajaran matematika. Struktur MMP meliputi review, development, controlled practice, seatwork, hingga assignment. Sementara itu, pendekatan problem solving focus pada pemecahan masalah nyata sehingga siswa terbiasa berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 20 siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Marioriawa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa bersifat positif. Siswa lebih aktif dan berani mengemukakan pendapat, aktivitas kelompok membantu siswa berpikir kritis dan menyelesaikan masalah secara kolaboratif, pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna karena siswa terlibat langsung dalam pemecahan masalah nyata. Beberapa siswa masih mengalami kesulitan memahami langkah-langkah problem solving secara sistematis, namun mereka menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi untuk belajar. Dengan demikian, penerapan model MMP dengan pendekatan problem solving efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Generation Z in its 2022 US Census report states that people were born from 1997 to 2013. Meanwhile in Australia, the McCrindle Research Center Statistics Agency calls generation Z people born from 1996 to 2010. Several facts were found that generation Z social media than use the internet more often and a previous generation. So this research aims to find out to what extent generation Z, the younger generation nowadays, uses social media and the internet more often, so that today's generation is more interested in reading through digital media compared to print media. This research also uses the library research method, namely the study of literature such as journals, books and other scientific works. One of the problems that generation Z often faces today is that they are not very interested in reading literacy. In addition, they are more interested in visual learning than print media, so their interest in reading decreases every year. Based on this problem, digital literacy is one way to encourage generation Z to have an interest in reading, to make digital literacy more attractive to today's young generation. There are three innovations added to digital media, electronic book storage, online libraries and social media. It is hoped that these innovations will facilitate generation Z's access to literary media and make it more enjoyable. Research shows that 80% of Indonesian teenagers' digital literacy success is moderate. Promiscuity is also one of the causes of generation Z becoming a generation lazing around reading and communicating well, because promiscuity has both negative and positive impacts on every individual who experiences it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of management information systems for school principals in decision making at SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi. The main problem in this thesis is how the role of the management information system in SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City is. The focus of the problem in this study is how the components of management information systems and how the role of information systems in decision making in SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City. The research method that the author uses in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative analysis where the author describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and document studies. From the research conducted, the authors get the results that the education management information system for school principals in decision making has played a role. It can be observed that the principal in making decisions uses data and information obtained from the management information system at SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy skills and self-regulation partially or jointly on the performance of junior high school teachers in the Bembelam District. This study uses a quantitative approach using correlational. Data analysis using the Chi Quare Test. The results of the study show that digital literacy skills have a significant effect on teacher performance. Digital Literacy Ability has an influence on Teacher Performance of 60.5%, the R value is 0.752. Self-Regulation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. And found the value of R square (R) is 0.630. This shows that the self-regulation variable has an influence on teacher performance of 63.0%, and the R value in the table above is 0.774. Digital Literacy ability has a direct positive effect on Self-Regulation which can be accepted. Due to digital literacy skills and good self-regulation will improve quality and affect teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Tatanen Education Concept in Bale Atikan and the inhibiting factors in forming the character of loving the motherland at SMPN 2 Pasawahan, Purwakarta Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data analysis using Miles and Huberman. The study results show that the Tatanen Education Concept in Bale Atikan has the following characteristics: a). The concept of education aims to build character in students by loving the school environment. b). Tatanen Education at Bale Atikan has a special curriculum approved through Regent Regulation No. 69 of 2015, namely Tatanen Education at Bale Atikan c). Tatanen learning at Bale Atikan is integrated with all subjects. In implementing the Tatanen concept at Bale Atikan, competence is required through InHouse Training (IHT) activities held regularly by the education unit and strategies carried out by policymakers to strengthen policies legally in collaboration with other government agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the managerial competence of the performance of PAUD heads in Jatiasih District, Bekasi City, then to determine the relationship of interpersonal communication to the performance of PAUD heads in Jatiasih District, Bekasi City and to determine the relationship between managerial competence and interpersonal communication on the performance of PAUD heads in Jatiasih District, Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research that emphasizes its analysis on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. With the quantitative method, the significance of the relationship between the variables studied will be obtained. The relationship between Managerial Competence and Interpersonal Communication together influences Principal Performance by 79%, and 21% is influenced by other variables not examined. The significant value of the Managerial Competency variable is 0.005 or sig <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This shows that Managerial Competence has a partial effect on the Performance of PAUD Principals in the Jatiasih District, Bekasi City. Whereas the Interpersonal Communication variable shows a significant value of 0.000 or sig <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This shows that Interpersonal Communication has a partial effect on the performance of PAUD Principals in the Jatiasih District, Bekasi City. Because good Managerial Competence and Interpersonal Communication will improve quality and affect Principal Performance. Without good school principal performance it is impossible for the school to develop in accordance with the existing vision and mission. By conducting research as a scientific way to obtain data with a specific purpose and specific uses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between teachers' perceptions of the principal's clinical supervision (X1) and the teacher's work ethic (Y), 2) the relationship between the teacher's professional competence (X2) and the teacher's work ethic (Y) 3) the relationship between teachers' perceptions of supervision principal clinical (X1) and teacher professional competence (X2) together with the teacher's work ethic (Y). The method used is quantitative-descriptive research. This research is correlational. The results of this study 1) there is a relationship between the teacher's perception of the principal's clinical supervision and the teacher's work ethic with a correlation coefficient of 8.2%, 2) there is a relationship between the teacher's professional competence and the teacher's work ethic with a correlation coefficient of 3.2%, 3) there is a relationship between the Teacher's Perception of the Principal's Clinical Supervision and the Teacher's Professional Competence together with the Teacher's Work Ethics with a correlation coefficient of 8.6%.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  evaluate  the  literacy  program  at  SMPN  2  Serang Baru,  Bekasi  Regency.  This  research  is  evaluative  with  a  descriptive qualitative approach using the CIPP method. The results of the study show1) Context evaluation, including background information, program implementation goals based on needs, and setting up cooperation with related agencies. 2) Evaluation of inputs, such as program development stages, activity schedules, the School Literacy Team, the availability of infrastructure, and program development costs 3) The stages of process evaluation  are  habituation,  development,  and  learning.  Literacy activities are done by teachers, school principals, and other education staff 4) Product evaluation shows the success of the program, namely the  compatibility  of  targets  with  results,  an  increase  in  learning outcomes, and program benefits for schools. In conclusion, this program must  be  continued  with  various  improvements  and  can  be  applied  in other schools.

Abstract

The quality and success of learning are also influenced by the competency and accuracy of the teacher in choosing and using learning methods. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Drill method in Islamic Religious Education lessons and the constraints faced at SMK Iman and Taqwa Darurrahim Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews to gather information. The subjects of this study were students at the SMK level. This study's results indicate that applying the Drill method to PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMK Iman and Taqwa Darurrahim Jakarta. With the drill method, students do the same thing, repeatedly in earnest, to strengthen an association or perfect a skill so that it becomes permanent. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes had increased.
