Abstract

Organizing the funeral prayer is one of the fard kifayah laws imposed on every Muslim. Teenagers' understanding in organizing funeral prayers is expected to improve the social attitudes of teenagers in society and help teenagers remember death that can come at any time in accordance with Q.S Ali-Imran verse: 185. The problems found, the lack of knowledge of teenagers related to the implementation of funeral prayers. There are still many teenagers who are not aware of the importance of holding funeral prayers, there is a sense of lack of care and laziness to learn to know the virtues and magnitude of the rewards of holding funeral prayers. Therefore, the author is interested in examining how the understanding of teenagers in organizing funeral prayers in Jorong Kampuang Baru. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in Jorong Kampuang Baru and the researchers took this location because here the researchers found problems that needed to be discussed and were important to research. The key informants are late teens and the supporting informants are parents and mosque imams. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, data processing and analysis is carried out. Furthermore, testing the validity of the data by means of triangulation of data. There are still many teenagers who give statements that they do not understand the implementation of the funeral prayer properly. The level of desire and motivation of adolescents to understand the funeral prayer is very low. Teenagers are also less aware of the importance of understanding the implementation of funeral prayers in order to show devotion to people who have died. Parents and imams of the mosque also revealed that the understanding of youth in organizing funeral prayers was indeed very lacking. There are several factors that cause a lack of understanding of adolescents including the educational background of adolescents, lack of motivation and education from parents, lack of a sense of caring for adolescents, and lack of awareness of adolescents about the importance of holding funeral prayers.  Keywords: Understanding, Youth, Funeral Services

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process of Information and Communication Technology where educators tend to only explain everything to students, or only with print media. The tendency of learning that is less attractive to students is a natural thing. However, if this continues to be applied, it will have an unfavorable impact on student learning outcomes. So it is necessary to make an update in the learning process using video media. Video is the medium used in this research, video is a set of media that is capable of displaying both images and sound at the same time. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of learning videos has on student learning outcomes in the subjects studied by the researchers, namely Information and Communication Technology. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method. The research was conducted at Jami'yyatul Hujjaj Elementary School, Bukittinggi. The population is class III SD and the sample is class IIIB as the experimental class and class IIIC. The instrument used in the form of multiple choice test, and prerequisite analysis using normality test, homogeneity, t test, with the hypothesis using SPSS version 2.0. The results of the research that have been carried out there are differences between the prettest value and the posttest value, from the t-test value on the posttest data, the value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 with a comparison level of 0.05 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So from the statement value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 then this hypothesis test is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of this learning video on the learning outcomes of Information and Communication Technology.  Keywords: Video Media, Learning Outcomes, ICT

Abstract

The background of this research is to see the ability of KPI Study Program students in implementing effective communication in the thesis completion process. This type of research is a field research (Field Research) with a qualitative approach that describes what is about a situation. In this study, the authors describe the implementation of effective communication between students and lecturers in the process of completing the thesis at the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program, State Islamic University Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of effective communication between students and lecturers that is applied or carried out in the process of completing the thesis is said to be good. So that there is a reciprocal relationship between the communicant and the communicator in the continuity of the thesis completion process. The application of effective communication applied by students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program and lecturers at the State Islamic University of Sjech M. Abstract

Bidara laut (Strychnos ligustrina Blume) is one of the plants belonging for longaniacea family. Empirically the people of Bima Dompu Bidara laut (Strychnos ligustrina Blume) are used to treat rheumatism, wounds and malaria. This research was conducted identify the profile of the stem Bidara laut compounds by Thin Layer Chromatography and GC-MS. Simplisia the stem Bidara laut extracted by reflux method using ethanol 96%. The results of this study obtained rendamen of 2.7%. Phytochemical screening shows extract containing alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins and tannins. Thin layer chromatography testing of the positive ethyl acetate fraction containing saponins and tannins, the positive n-hexan fraction containing flavonoids and saponins, the positive methanol fraction containing saponins. The results of identification using GC-MS obtained Sucrose, 3-O-Methyl-d-glucose, n-Hexadecanoicacid, Hexadecanoicacid, ethyl ester, Oleicacid, Hexadecanoicacid, 2-hydroxy-1 (hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester, 9-Octadecenoic acidacid (Z) -, 2-hydroxy-1-1 (hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester, and Stigmasterol.  Keywords: Strycnos ligustrina Blume, Identification, Extract Fraction, Thin layer chromatography, GC-MS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi atau menigkatkan tingkat kepekan sosial yang dialami oleh mahasantri di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Katsir 1 Jember. Lokasi yang digunakan sebagai tempat penelitian adalah Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Katsir 1 Jember, di jalan mangga 18 patrang, Kecamatan patrang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Kepekaan sosial merupakan suatu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasantri, namun jika tingkat kepekaan sosialnya maka akan dapat menimbulkan gejala-gejala yang dapat menghambat produktifitas santri terutama dalam bersosialisasi baik itu dilingkuangnya maupun diluar lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk meneliti apakah penerapan teknik reframing dapat membantu mereduksi meningkatkan kepekaan sosial pada mahasantri di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Katsir 1 Jember. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain one grup pretest- posttest. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS ver 25.0 diperoleh nilai Z sebesar -7,30 dengan simpotik signifikansi untuk uji dua arah sebesar ,465. Dari hasil pengujian di atas, diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar ,465. <0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima karena ada penurunan tingkat stres akademik di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Katsir 1 Jember setelah dilakukan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik reframing.

Abstract

Purpose: To help the partner ‘Moreira Farm’ to solve the problem of efficient and effective hydroponic plant management and quality. Methodology: carried out at Moreira Farm in the Al Anshar East Timor Islamic Boarding School area, the method of applying innovation by increasing the quantity and quality of hydroponics by providing technological tools and innovations to streamline and increase the yield of hydroponic plants so that they are of higher quality than before. Results: the addition of innovation technology tools increases the results of hydroponic management with better quality. Community service has been carried out by involving partners Moreira Farm Pondok Pesantren Al Anshar East Timor by providing assistance in the form of innovation technology tools and materials. Conclusions: Moreira Farm Partnert experienced significant improvements and increases in hydroponic crop yields. Limitations: This service is limited to land conditions that still need to be revitalised. Contribution: This service is useful in the agricultural sector, namely Hydroponics, Aquaponics and Nutrient Film Technique.

Abstract

This type of research aims to analyze the influence of physical fitness, nutritional status, parental attention, and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports, and Health students of SMKN 1 Pangkalan Kuras, Pelalawan Regency. The background of the study shows that student learning outcomes are still low, with an average completeness of only 58%. This is allegedly related to physical fitness, nutritional status, parental attention, and students' interest in learning. The research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis to measure the direct and indirect influence between variables. The study population was students of SMKN 1 Pangkalan Kuras, and data was collected through physical fitness tests, nutritional status measurements, and questionnaires on parental attention and interest in learning. The results showed that physical fitness, nutritional status, parental attention, and interest in learning significantly affected learning outcomes, both individually and simultaneously. Learning interest has been proven to play a role as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between physical fitness, nutritional status, and parental attention to learning outcomes. This study concludes that a holistic approach involving physical health, family support, and learning motivation is essential to improve student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is the need for collaboration between teachers, parents, and schools in creating a conducive learning environment, supporting health, and encouraging students' interest in learning

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are resources that are really needed in the school environment to support the smooth teaching and learning process. The role of the school principal is very important in managing facilities and infrastructure, including assistance from educational staff, facilities and infrastructure and cooperation with the school community in maintaining school facilities and infrastructure so that they remain strong and last a long time. Management of facilities and infrastructure greatly influences the teaching and learning process so that there are no obstacles such as damage and loss of facilities/equipment that have been provided. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of facilities and infrastructure management on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at SMAN Unggul Aceh Besar. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative and quantitative approach using the T and N-Gain tests. Based on research findings, there areThe significant influence of facilities and infrastructure management on the teaching and learning process as seen based on the T test shows very high significance (0.000) and the N-Gain test shows that the N-Gain value is 0.71 or around 71%. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Bukittinggi Kecamatan Payakumbuah dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran terbaru. Sebagian guru masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan mengandalkan buku paket dan LKS sebagai media pembelajaran sehingga membuat siswa merasa jenuh dan bosan mengikuti proses pembelajaran sehingga tidak adanya partisipasi siswa mengikuti pembelajaran dan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mencoba menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw pada pembelajaran informatika untuk siswa kelas VII dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran tersebut terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian Group Design Pretest-Posttest Control Design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Kecamatan Pyakumbuh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak yaitu menggunakan metode simple random sampling yang sebelumnya sudah dilakukan uji normalitas, homogenitas dan kesamaan rata-rata pada data populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII.4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian hasil belajar informatika siswa diperoleh dari tes akhir. Data hasil tes akhir siswa dari kedua kelas berdistirbusi normal dan homogeny mempunyai kesamaan. Sedangkan hasil analisis tes akhir menggunakan Uji Paired Sampel T Test diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang artinya nilainya < 0,05 berarti  ditolak dan  diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa “terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar informatika siswa di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Muhammad Arkoun, a controversial liberal Muslim figure, has attracted the attention of many researchers with his innovative approach to understanding revelation through semiotic analysis. This research aims to critically analyse how Arkoun reads Qur'anic texts using a semiotic approach, as well as its impact on religious understanding. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a critical analysis approach, which combines eclectic approaches, postmodernism, and tafsir science. The results show that Arkoun tries to subjugate the Qur'an within the framework of linguistic analysis that is heavily influenced by western thought. With this approach, he ignores classical and contemporary Islamic methodologies, preferring to focus on the western intellectual way of thinking that separates revelation from its transcendence dimension. Arkoun argues that the reading of the Qur'an should follow global intellectual dynamics, although his views are widely considered incompatible by more conservative circles. This study hopes that Arkoun's thought can provide a new perspective for Muslim academics in the West, especially in criticising the theoretical paradigm imposed by the Western intellectual tradition. However, for ordinary people who study religion with a simpler understanding, Arkoun's thinking tends to be regarded as a dangerous theological heresy. الملخص استقطب محمد أركون، وهو شخصية مسلمة ليبرالية ليبرالية مثيرة للجدل، اهتمام العديد من الباحثين بمنهجه المبتكر لفهم الوحي من خلال التحليل السيميائي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل نقدي لكيفية قراءة أركون للنصوص القرآنية باستخدام المنهج السيميائي، وكذلك أثره على الفهم الديني. ومنهج البحث المستخدم هو المنهج الوصفي الكيفي مع منهج التحليل النقدي الذي يجمع بين المناهج الانتقائية وما بعد الحداثة وعلم التفسير. وتظهر النتائج أن أركون يحاول إخضاع القرآن في إطار التحليل اللغوي المتأثر بشدة بالفكر الغربي. وهو بهذا المنهج يتجاهل المنهجيات الإسلامية الكلاسيكية والمعاصرة، مفضلاً التركيز على الطريقة الفكرية الغربية في التفكير التي تفصل الوحي عن بعده المتعالي. يجادل أركون بأن قراءة القرآن يجب أن تتبع الديناميات الفكرية العالمية، على الرغم من أن آراءه تعتبرها الأوساط الأكثر تحفظًا غير متوافقة على نطاق واسع. وتأمل هذه الدراسة أن يقدم فكر أركون منظورًا جديدًا للأكاديميين المسلمين في الغرب، خاصة في نقد النموذج النظري الذي يفرضه التقليد الفكري الغربي. ومع ذلك، بالنسبة للأشخاص العاديين الذين يدرسون الدين بفهم أبسط، يميل فكر أركون إلى اعتباره بدعة لاهوتية خطيرة. Abstrak Muhammad Arkoun, seorang tokoh Muslim liberal yang kontroversial, menarik perhatian banyak peneliti dengan pendekatannya yang inovatif dalam memahami wahyu melalui analisis semiotika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis bagaimana Arkoun membaca teks-teks al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika, serta dampaknya terhadap pemahaman keagamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis kritis, yang memadukan pendekatan eklektik, postmodernisme, dan ilmu tafsir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Arkoun mencoba menundukkan al-Qur’an dalam kerangka analisis linguistik yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemikiran barat. Dengan pendekatan ini, ia mengabaikan metodologi klasik dan kontemporer Islam, lebih memilih untuk fokus pada cara berpikir intelektual barat yang memisahkan wahyu dari dimensi transendensinya. Arkoun berargumen bahwa pembacaan al-Qur’an harus mengikuti dinamika intelektual global, meskipun pandangannya ini banyak dianggap tidak sesuai oleh kalangan yang lebih konservatif. Penelitian ini mengharapkan agar pemikiran Arkoun dapat memberi perspektif baru bagi akademisi Muslim di Barat, khususnya dalam mengkritisi paradigma teori yang dipaksakan oleh tradisi intelektual Barat. Namun, bagi masyarakat awam yang mendalami agama dengan pemahaman yang lebih sederhana, pemikiran Arkoun cenderung dianggap sebagai bid’ah teologis yang berbahaya.
