Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konseling bimbingan kelompok berbasis pendekatan humanistik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru bimbingan dan konseling serta siswa sebagai partisipan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan humanistik dalam bimbingan kelompok mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional siswa, terutama dalam hal kepercayaan diri, regulasi emosi, dan interaksi sosial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa bimbingan kelompok berbasis humanistik dapat menjadi metode yang efektif dalam membantu siswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan emosional di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Glochidion philippicum has been suggested to exhibit considerable pharmacological potential, yet its chemical composition and bioactivity remain inadequately explored. The aim of this study was to investigate the chemical fingerprint and antioxidant properties of G. philippicum leaf extracts using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) with chemometric analyses, and in vitro and in vivo evaluations. Four extraction methods (maceration, reflux, ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE), and microwave-assisted extraction (MAE)) were optimized with water, 70% ethanol, ethyl acetate, and n-hexane as solvents. FTIR profiles were analyzed with principal component analysis (PCA), hierarchical cluster analysis, and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis. An in vitro study assessing the free radical scavenging capacity was conducted using the 2,2'-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and ferric-reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) methods, while in vivo evaluations were conducted using Drosophila melanogaster to measure antioxidant enzyme activity and expression of endogenous antioxidant-related genes. FTIR profiles identified functional groups contributing to antioxidant activity. In vitro assays using ABTS and FRAP methods revealed that extracts obtained with 70% ethanol and water exhibited the highest antioxidant activity, attributed to key functional groups such as C=C (aromatic), O−H (acidic), N=O (nitro), and C−O (ester). In vivo studies showed that ethanol-based MAE extracts (MAEEO) significantly improved the survival of autoinflammatory PGRP-LBΔ mutant larvae exposed to heat-killed Escherichia coli. Real-time quantitative PCR analysis indicated this effect was dependent on endogenous antioxidant gene activation. The study highlights that G. philippicum leaf extracts as a natural source of bioactive compounds with exogenous antioxidant properties, offering potential for therapeutic applications.

Abstract

Kesambi (Schleichera oleosa) merupakan salah tanaman asli Indonesia yang berpotensi sebagai obat dan memiliki senyawa aktif yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi berbagai bagian tanaman sebagai antioksidan dengan metode DPPH. Simplisia diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etil astetat. Identifikasi golongan senyawa dilakukan dengan skrining fitokimia menggunakan reagen kimia sedangkan pengujian aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode peredaman radikal DPPH menggunakan spektrofotometer pada panjang gelombang 515 nm. Hasil skrining fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa semua ekstrak etil asetat dari berbagai bagian tanaman mengandung senyawa flavonoid, fenolik dan tannin. Pengujian aktivitas menunjukkan ekstrak etil asetat daun kesambi memiliki aktivitas antioksidan paling baik dengan nilai IC50 5,4952 μg/mL, dibandingkan dengan kulit batang (14,3621 μg/mL), akar (43,4159 μg/mL), kulit buah (159,8782 μg/mL) dan daging buah (167,2912 μg/mL). Ekstrak etil asetat berbagai bagian tanaman kesambi memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dengan urutan paling baik yaitu daun, kulit batang, akar, kulit buah, dan daging buah. Adanya profil bioaktivitas tersebut dapat memberikan informasi tambahan terhadap kekuatan atioksidan pada berbagai bagian tanaman kesambi yang belum dilaporkan pada penelitian sebelumnya sehingga dapat dikembangkan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The reform and renewal of Islamic education in Indonesia focus on enhancing its relevance to the needs of modern society as well as advancements in technology and science. Islamic education in Indonesia faces significant challenges in responding to rapid social changes and global competition, which demand innovation in educational approaches. The reform aims to integrate traditional Islamic values with 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy. Efforts include revising the curriculum to be more inclusive, improving teacher quality, and applying competency-based teaching methods, enabling students to gain not only theological understanding but also practical skills applicable in various social and professional contexts. Additionally, integrating Islamic values into general education is strengthened to foster students with noble character, responsibility, and adaptability to global developments. The success of these reforms depends on the synergy between the government, educational institutions, the community, and other stakeholders to establish an Islamic education system that is both relevant and capable of addressing the challenges of the digital era and current moral crises. Moreover, these reforms are expected to contribute to fostering a balance between religious values and practical skills, ensuring students are well-equipped to navigate contemporary challenges. Thus, Islamic education reform in Indonesia is expected to produce highly competitive graduates who can positively contribute to national development and a more harmonious global civilization.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that students often have difficulty in learning to read the Qur'an. This has an impact on the decline in students' learning motivation towards their ability to read the Qur'an. Therefore, it is necessary to have a special strategy from the teacher to increase the learning motivation of students in learning to read the Qur'an. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research location is located at the TPA Nurul Iman Air Putih Jorong IV Koto. The data that the researchers got from the Al-Qur'an teacher (who teaches students to read the Qur'an) and students. The method used is observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) The strategy of the Al-Qur'an teacher through an individual approach, namely the teacher took an individual approach by approaching students one by one. The teacher must recognize the character of each individual, because each individual has different characters and abilities, the teacher must be able to present it in a language that is understood by students. (2) The strategy of the Al-Qur'an teacher through the provision of sanctions, namely punishment is only in the form of bluffing to make students deterrent and not feel that they are being punished. Teachers are very careful in giving punishment, usually by telling students to memorize. However, if students are not deterred, they will be given the same punishment again. 3) The strategy of the Al-Qur'an teacher through providing guidance is by taking an individual approach first to find out and explore the character of students, the personality of students, and the problems that students complain about. Abstract

This research is motivated by education in Indonesia increasingly experiencing setbacks in terms of ethics both towards teachers, society, and other aspects of education. This causes educators to have an important role in character building and ethics as role models for students. So that the task of educators is not only to educate the mind, but to direct, guide, improve, purify themselves to get closer to Allah SWT. The process of humanizing humans from birth to the end of life is delivered in stages where the learning process is the responsibility of parents, the community and educators to become human beings. This research is a qualitative research with library research method, this research approach uses a descriptive analysis approach, namely by collecting, compiling and analyzing interpretations or interpretations in the Ihya'ulumuddin Book which discusses teacher ethics in learning to students. Data collection is done by reviewing related books and books to obtain more accurate information. The results of the study indicate that the Book of Ihya'ulumuddin by Imam Al-Ghazali shows how educators maintain their dignity towards students in the learning process and set an example to the prophet Muhammad SAW. So in the learning process there are criteria for teaching, including the results of research: 1) Teacher ethics in the learning process according to the Book of Ihya'ulumuddin by Imam Al-Ghazali. 2) the importance of maintaining the dignity of a teacher 3) The duties and responsibilities of teachers in education. 4) Al-Ghazali's thoughts are relevant to teacher ethics in the teaching and learning process. Abstract

Based on observations with the PAI teacher Class XI IPS 3 at SMA NEGERI 4 BUKITTINGGI CITY, it shows that the PAI learning outcomes of students are low. The reason for this is that students are less interested and think PAI is learning to memorize. Students are only invited to imagine without any real examples and evidence of related material. PAI learning must apply creative, active, and innovative learning models so that students are actively involved in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 5E Learning Cycle Model on PAI Learning Outcomes at SMA 4 Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. This research is a quantitative research type Experimental Quansy. The subjects of this research are students of class XI IPS 3. The research sample is Class XI IPS 4 as an Experimental class with Learning Cycle 5E Learning Model, class XI IPS 3 as a control class. The data analysis technique used the Normality Test with the Shapiro Whilk test, and the Homogeneity Test with the. Followed by Hypothesis Testing with Post-Test Group t-test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who are taught with the 5E Learning Cycle model in PAI subjects are quite good. The results of the posttest student learning are in the high category with an average value of 84.24 and the influence of the use of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model in PAI subjects on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. This has been proven based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Paired Simple Test, which obtained a significant value of student learning outcomes, namely 0.000 <0.05.abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the result or a brief conclusion. Abstract

Organizing the funeral prayer is one of the fard kifayah laws imposed on every Muslim. Teenagers' understanding in organizing funeral prayers is expected to improve the social attitudes of teenagers in society and help teenagers remember death that can come at any time in accordance with Q.S Ali-Imran verse: 185. The problems found, the lack of knowledge of teenagers related to the implementation of funeral prayers. There are still many teenagers who are not aware of the importance of holding funeral prayers, there is a sense of lack of care and laziness to learn to know the virtues and magnitude of the rewards of holding funeral prayers. Therefore, the author is interested in examining how the understanding of teenagers in organizing funeral prayers in Jorong Kampuang Baru. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in Jorong Kampuang Baru and the researchers took this location because here the researchers found problems that needed to be discussed and were important to research. The key informants are late teens and the supporting informants are parents and mosque imams. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, data processing and analysis is carried out. Furthermore, testing the validity of the data by means of triangulation of data. There are still many teenagers who give statements that they do not understand the implementation of the funeral prayer properly. The level of desire and motivation of adolescents to understand the funeral prayer is very low. Teenagers are also less aware of the importance of understanding the implementation of funeral prayers in order to show devotion to people who have died. Parents and imams of the mosque also revealed that the understanding of youth in organizing funeral prayers was indeed very lacking. There are several factors that cause a lack of understanding of adolescents including the educational background of adolescents, lack of motivation and education from parents, lack of a sense of caring for adolescents, and lack of awareness of adolescents about the importance of holding funeral prayers.  Keywords: Understanding, Youth, Funeral Services

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process of Information and Communication Technology where educators tend to only explain everything to students, or only with print media. The tendency of learning that is less attractive to students is a natural thing. However, if this continues to be applied, it will have an unfavorable impact on student learning outcomes. So it is necessary to make an update in the learning process using video media. Video is the medium used in this research, video is a set of media that is capable of displaying both images and sound at the same time. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of learning videos has on student learning outcomes in the subjects studied by the researchers, namely Information and Communication Technology. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method. The research was conducted at Jami'yyatul Hujjaj Elementary School, Bukittinggi. The population is class III SD and the sample is class IIIB as the experimental class and class IIIC. The instrument used in the form of multiple choice test, and prerequisite analysis using normality test, homogeneity, t test, with the hypothesis using SPSS version 2.0. The results of the research that have been carried out there are differences between the prettest value and the posttest value, from the t-test value on the posttest data, the value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 with a comparison level of 0.05 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So from the statement value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 then this hypothesis test is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of this learning video on the learning outcomes of Information and Communication Technology.  Keywords: Video Media, Learning Outcomes, ICT
