Abstract

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku pedofilia serta pengaturan hukum terkait pedofilia dalam KUHP dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku pedofilia, serta mengkaji pengaturan hukum pedofilia dalam KUHP dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1946 dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, serta pendekatan konseptual. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dengan analisis kualitatif. (1) pertanggungjawaban pidana Pelaku pedofilia dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban pidana jika terbukti secara sah telah melakukan tindak pidana tersebut. Hal ini sesuai dengan Pasal 55 KUHP, yang memungkinkan pelaku dijatuhi hukuman. Namun, dalam menentukan hukuman, kondisi psikologis pelaku harus dipertimbangkan sesuai dengan Pasal 44 KUHP, yang mempengaruhi berat atau ringannya hukuman yang akan dijatuhkan hakim. (2) Pengaturan Hukum Pedofilia Dalam KUHP, pelaku pedofilia dikenai sanksi terkait kejahatan kesusilaan, khususnya melalui Pasal 289-295 yang mengatur tindak pencabulan. Sedangkan dalam Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 jo. Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak, terdapat pengaturan sanksi yang lebih komprehensif melalui Pasal 76D, Pasal 76E, Pasal 81, Pasal 81A, Pasal 82, dan Pasal 82A.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the legal dimensions of the criminal offense of money laundering, specifically focusing on the smurfing technique. Additionally, it seeks to examine the evidentiary framework applicable to the crime of money laundering as defined by Act No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Penal Procedure for Money Laundering. The advancement of technology has introduced various innovative methods in the prosecution of money laundering, one of which is the smurfing technique. This method involves the placement of illicitly obtained funds into the financial system by dividing the money into smaller sums and depositing them into bank accounts to evade detection. The concept of smurfing gained prominence following Judgment No. 62/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Jkt.Utr, which referenced "smurfing" as a tactic employed by criminals to obscure the origins of their illicit gains, thus rendering it a significant subject of analysis under Act No. 8 of 2010. This research employs a normative jurisprudence methodology, utilizing both qualitative and legislative approaches. The findings indicate that while the smurfing technique is not explicitly defined in Act No. 8 of 2010, its operational phases”ranging from initial funding to distribution and eventual withdrawal”align with the stipulations outlined in Articles 3, Articles 4, and Articles 5 of the Penal Enforcement Act on Money Laundering.

Abstract

The rengginang business made from cassava in TOAPAYA UTARA Village District is generally considered a medium, small and micro enterprise (MSME) which has weaknesses in terms of business management, especially strategic marketing management, this condition is relatively seen as an obstacle to business competitiveness. Packaging is the activity of designing and producing containers or wrappers as a product. The aim of a packaging strategy is to produce packaging that is attractive, easy to carry, safe, does not cause food contamination, and provides complete and adequate product information. Good packaging can increase sales of a product. This Community Service uses the coaching clinic method, which is a combination of three indicators (counseling, mentoring and evaluation). The result of this research is that the implementation of a packaging strategy can increase the competitiveness of product sales. Good packaging is a means of communication that helps increase sales. Over time, packaging has undergone an evolution in its function, from initially only aiming to protect a product, now having a broader function, one of which is branding or product identity. The best local products are produced, in this case rengginang which has the potential to be absorbed in the market. Packaging Strategy formulation is effective in terms of: choosing colors that are attractive and inviting attention, having distinctive characteristics, containing information about rengginang products made from sweet potatoes, providing comfort for consumers who see it, giving a more positive impression and providing relatively high emotional power, and implementing business management good by partners.

Abstract

Arabic, regarded as the language of the educated in both present and past Aceh, facilitates the comprehension of numerous Islamic didactic texts authored by scholars from the Arab world and other Muslim regions. A widely studied text connecting the Acehnese people to this scholarship is Jurjns manual, designed to introduce basic grammatical rules to Arabic beginners. Toward the end of the twentieth century, the prolific Acehnese scholar Abu Teupin Raya (Teungku Muammad Al Irsyd) translated Jurjns text into the Acehnese language under the title Fards al-Jinn f Tarjamah al-Awmil al-Jurjn bi Lisn al-Ulam al-Qudam bil-sy, aiming to simplify Arabic grammar for Acehnese students. This paper explored into the oral features of the text, examining the constants and patterns in the relationship of Arabic, Malay, and Acehnese languages. It highlighted the authors method of using Acehnese language to render the original Arabic source and discussed the exclusivity of Acehnese as an official language within the dayah (traditional Islamic schools). Using the Faircloughian Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach, the text was analyzed as discourse fundamentally linked to its socio-political context. The study employed a three-layer interpretation (micro, meso, and macro levels), as suggested by the approach. The findings revealed that the literal translation technique employed by Abu Teupin Raya reflects an oral translation mode commonly practiced by teachers in Acehnese traditional Islamic schools. Furthermore, the awareness of Aceh as a distinct nation was already evident during the authors lifetime, highlighting the linguistic distance between Acehnese and other languages, especially Arabic and Malay.

Abstract

The environmental challenges faced by Batik Bujang and Batik Candafa, two Riau-based SMEs, stem primarily from the production process, which generates substantial wastewater containing harmful chemicals. The improper disposal of these by-products poses serious risks to water bodies and surrounding ecosystems. This research aims to design a waste management system using eco-friendly technologies capable of processing up to 40 liters of wastewater, thereby minimizing environmental harm. A mixed-method approach was adopted, combining quantitative analysis of waste volume and chemical composition with qualitative insights from SME owners. The findings indicate a significant reduction in chemical pollutants post-treatment, aligning with eco-sustainability goals. This study fills the research gap by providing a technological solution specifically tailored to the needs of small-scale batik producers, emphasizing sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Abstract

The quality of education can increase because of teachers` optimal performance. However, teachers` performance and work discipline are currently still low. This study analyses the principal's managerial leadership in improving teachers` performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were principals, vice principals, teachers, and supervisors. Data analysis techniques by reducing, presenting, drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of the study indicate that managerial competence has been implemented well. Principals have programs including school learning planning, teacher supervision, collaboration, work meetings, and workshops. Obstacles faced by principals are teacher discipline, lack of teacher participation in program activities, and many elderly teachers. To anticipate the obstacles in the field, the principal has tried to carry out his duties optimally. The principal's managerial role is quite good, and it is just that teachers need special training to improve teacher performance. So it can be concluded that the principal's managerial leadership improves teacher performance. The implications of this research are expected to improve the managerial leadership of school principals so that teacher performance can increase, and learning objectives can be achieved.

Saat ini, dalam era teknologi yang terus berkembang, ada banyak platform konferensi video yang memudahkan kita untuk terhubung dengan teman, ataupun keluarga. Dua platform yang paling populer untuk tujuan ini adalah Google Meet dan Zoom. Google Meet adalah layanan konferensi video yang dikembangkan oleh Google. Ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan pertemuan video secara online dengan peserta yang berbeda, baik untuk tujuan pribadi maupun profesional. Layanan ini memungkinkan Anda untuk berkomunikasi melalui video, suara, dan obrolan teks dalam satu platform. Zoom meeting adalah layanan video conference yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan obrolan daring dengan memanfaatkan teknologi cloud computer. Dengan Zoom, pengguna dapat saling terhubung, melakukan meeting, webinar, chatting, hingga melakukan diskusi dalam sebuah Channel. Zoom menjadi alternatif untuk bekerja dan belajar jarak jauh dari banyak organisasi dan lembaga di seluruh dunia. Pengenalan google meet dan zoom meeting dalam konteks pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komputer dan efisiensi kerja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang pemanfaatan google meet dan zoom meeting. Setiap aplikasi memiliki fungsionalitas yang unik yang mendukung dalam proses belajar, mulai dari fitur-fitur yang dapat digunakan hingga sistem keamanan dalam penggunaan dan harga dalam penggunaan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis terhadap kelebihan dan kekurangan google meet dan zoom meeting serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengguna yang ingin memaksimalkan potensi google meet dan zoom meeting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun profesional. The two most popular platforms for this purpose are Google Meet and Zoom. Google Meet is a video conferencing service developed by Google. It allows users to hold online video meetings with different participants, both for personal and professional purposes. This service allows you to communicate via video, voice, and text chat on one platform. Zoom meeting is a video conference service that allows users to chat online by utilizing cloud computer technology. With Zoom, users can connect with each other, hold meetings, webinars, chat, and have discussions in a Channel. Zoom is an alternative for working and learning remotely from many organizations and institutions around the world. The introduction of Google Meet and Zoom Meeting in the context of education is very important to improve computer skills and work efficiency. This article aims to provide an overview of the use of Google Meet and Zoom Meeting. Each application has unique functionality that supports the learning process, from the features that can be used to the security system in use and the price of use. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the advantages and disadvantages of Google Meet and Zoom Meeting and their impact on improving teaching and learning activities. This research is expected to provide useful insights for users who want to maximize the potential of Google Meet and Zoom Meeting in everyday and professional life.

Abstract

This study intends to discuss the effect of the number of micro, small and medium enterprises and the level of labor absorption on economic growth in Langsa city. as objectives among others to determine the effect of the number of MSMEs on economic growth in Langsa City, and to determine the effect of the level of employment on economic growth in Langsa City. This thesis uses quantitative data with the Multiple Linear Regression data collection method. Based on the research conducted, the following results and conclusions were obtained: the number of micro, small and medium enterprises and the amount of employment did not simultaneously affect economic growth in Langsa City.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) Program on the property investment sector in Medan City. The PTSL program aims to provide legal certainty over land ownership rights, which leads to an increase in property value and attracts investors. This research employs a qualitative approach through direct observation during an internship at the Medan City Land Office. The findings indicate that PTSL positively contributes to the growth of property investments by enhancing legal certainty, improving bureaucratic efficiency, and increasing regional tax revenues. However, challenges such as low public awareness and limited human resources remain. Therefore, more intensive public outreach and improved staff competence are necessary to optimize the program’s implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perguruan Sudirman. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan Perguruan Sudirman yang berjumlah 250 orang dengan teknik penentuan sampel Propability sampling dengan cara menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 71 orang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis regresi sederhana yaitu Y = 4.108 + 0.417X1 + 0.226X2 + e yang menjukkan pendidikan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara parsial dan simultan variabel pendidikan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perguruan Sudriman. Sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar nilai regresi korelasi sebesar 0.636, artinya secara bersama-sama pendidikan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja Pada Perguruan Sudirman mampu menjelaskan pada taraf yang erat dan positif. Kemudian koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.342 (34.2%). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 52,4 % variasi variabel terikat yaitu pendidikan dan promosi jabatan pada model dapat menjelaskan kinerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model
