Abstract

Data or Information security in today's digital era is crucial in every organization that needs to pay attention. Management of organizational information is one of the components in realizing Good Corporate Governance. The measure of an adequate level of protection is an indicator of the cybersecurity awareness aspects of an organization's business processes in the short, medium, and long term, especially in the field that deals with information and communication technology (ICT). To make this happen, it requires a security standard that is appropriate and follows its needs to help organizations know the maturity level of cybersecurity in protecting its information security. The ABC organization is one of the Government agencies that manage the critical infrastructure and Indonesian digital economies. The organization has currently implemented several international security standards through its planning, implementation, evaluation document, and ICT activities.  However, based on the national information security readiness assessment, information security management readiness results are still not optimal. In this study, an analysis of the NIST, ISO 27002, COBIT, and PCI DSS security standards has been carried out, which are ABC organizational security standards in managing ICT by assigned tasks and functions. Furthermore, the analysis result is used as materials for drafting a cybersecurity maturity framework through the four standard approaches that have become the basis for ICT management. The proposed concept of twenty-one integrated cybersecurity categories is expected to be a capital in measure ICT management performance in ABC organizations.

Abstract

Introduction: Malnutrition, particularly childhood stunting, remains a critical issue in Indonesia, including the South-Central Timor (SCT) District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Stunting affects 149.2 million children under five years globally. In the SCT District (2025), stunting prevalence reached 41%. Climatic conditions, food insecurity, and cultural factors contribute to this problem. Prevention efforts involve national strategies, including behavioral change communication campaigns, with Community Health Workers (CHWs) playing crucial roles due to their community credibility and responsiveness. CHW participation is voluntary without continuous commitment obligations. CHW activity and roles in stunting reduction acceleration are paramount, necessitating the investigation of influencing factors. This study aims to identify the factors associated with the roles of Community Health Workers (CHWs) in accelerating stunting reduction in the SCT District in 2025. Methods: This quantitative cross-sectional study included 124 CHWs from 10 community health centers in the SCT District. The study was conducted from January to May 2025. Separate questionnaires measured each variable (CHW role, knowledge, and skills). Ethical approval was obtained from the Kupang Health Polytechnic Research Ethics Committee. Results: Bivariate analysis revealed that knowledge level, education, training history, work duration (all p<0.001), and CHW skills (p=0.002) were significantly associated with CHW roles. The final model showed training history increased CHW role effectiveness by 45.3 times (OR=45.354; 95% CI=1.634-1258.56), CHW skills by 44.3 times (OR=44.393; 95% CI=2.721-724.36), and work duration by 16.9 times (OR=16.934; 95% CI=1.280-224.02). Conclusion: Training, skill level, and work duration were associated with higher CHW role performance, supporting improved stunting prevention efforts. This study provides a new understanding of the importance of enhancing CHW knowledge and skills through structured/routine training programs. Further research comparing CHW capacity in low versus high stunting areas is important for understanding CHW capacity management program improvements.

Abstract

Corporate sentencing in corruption crimes in Indonesia continues to encounter both normative and implementation barriers, particularly in imposing criminal liability on state-owned enterprises such as PT Pertamina (Persero). This study aims to examine the normative weaknesses of Article 2 of the Anti-Corruption Law and assess the scope of corporate criminal liability in the context of crude oil and refinery product governance. The research employs a normative juridical method through a statutory approach, conceptual approach, and case approach to interpret relevant legal norms without relying on empirical data. The findings indicate that although corporations have been formally recognized as subjects of criminal law, the legal framework governing corporate mens rea and the standards for proving organizational fault remain insufficiently defined. The absence of clear obligations regarding internal control systems and compliance programs within state-owned enterprises further increases the risk of governance irregularities. This study proposes a normative reconstruction through strengthening the concept of corporate mens rea, establishing binding compliance standards, and clarifying corporate sentencing mechanisms within the Anti-Corruption Law. These reforms are essential for enhancing the effectiveness of corruption eradication and safeguarding state financial interests.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between occupational nutrition and employee productivity through a systematic literature review. The background of this research lies in the increasing attention to workplace health and the growing evidence that nutritional status can influence physical performance, cognitive function, and work outcomes. A total of 74 articles were initially identified from databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Garuda, of which 12 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. The findings indicate that adequate intake of macronutrients and micronutrients—particularly iron, protein, and B vitamins—correlates positively with productivity levels. Interventions such as nutritional education, iron supplementation, and structured meal programs at the workplace showed measurable effects in reducing absenteeism and fatigue while improving concentration and efficiency. The study concludes that occupational nutrition plays a vital role in supporting workforce performance and suggests its integration into workplace health policies. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed, along with recommendations for future research

Abstract

Educational globalization is an unavoidable phenomenon in the development of modern education, bringing fundamental changes in the utilization of information and communication technology, the demands of 21st-century competencies, and shifts in students’ values and character. These transformations pose increasingly complex challenges for elementary school teachers, who play a strategic role in shaping students’ foundational knowledge, skills, attitudes, and character. This article aims to provide an integrative examination of the challenges faced by elementary school teachers in responding to educational globalization and to identify potential efforts to address these challenges. The study employs a qualitative descriptive literature review approach by analyzing fifteen national peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last five to seven years. The findings indicate that the challenges faced by elementary school teachers are multidimensional and interconnected, including limited mastery of instructional technology, transformations in pedagogical roles, increasing demands for professional and pedagogical competence, shifts in students’ cultural values and character, and readiness to implement globally oriented curricula. The study further highlights that continuous professional development, supported by institutional and policy-level collaboration, is essential for enabling elementary school teachers to adapt, innovate, and perform effectively in the dynamic context of educational globalization.

Abstract

Low learning motivation among students from broken homes forms the background of this study. This study aims to explain changes in students’ learning motivation after receiving individual counseling services using positive reinforcement techniques. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, as the focus was directed at a single eighth-grade student exhibiting symptoms of low learning motivation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that low learning motivation was influenced by family disharmony, economic pressure, early-age responsibilities, and negative labeling from the school environment. The intervention consisted of five individual counseling sessions applying positive reinforcement, including verbal reinforcement, point-based reinforcement, and meaningful rewards. The results demonstrated improvements in students’ learning behaviors, including increased focus, greater responsibility for school assignments, improved politeness, active participation in classroom activities, and more regular school attendance. These findings confirm that positive reinforcement is an effective strategy for school counselors in supporting students from broken homes who experience decreased learning motivation.
