Peranan usaha dibidang peti kemas (bongkar muat) memberikan dampak positif bagi indutri lain terkait dengan kegiatan yang bisa mengatur, menata dan mengembangkan kegiatan logistik dan pendistribusian barang. Fungsi pelabuhan yaitu sebagai solusi terbaik untuk mengurangi kepadatan dan mempercepat proses distribusi barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan strategi bersaing differensiasi PT Terminal Teluk Lamong di Lingkungan Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak yang diterapkan selama ini dan memberikan rekomendasi atas penerapan strategi bersaingdifferensiasiPT Terminal Teluk Lamong dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan jasa peti kemas di Lingkungan Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu key informan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling serta melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penerapan strategi PT Terminal Teluk Lamong dapat menunjang peningkatan kinerja bongkar muat petikemasdengan pemanfaatan high technology system, konsep Go Green Portserta didukung sumber daya manusia yang disiapkan untuk menunjang setiap perubahan yang dilakukan perusahaan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan yaitu konsisten mempertahankan konsep strategi Go GreenPort, terus berinovasi dengan fokus memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan.

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials based on thought. The teaching materials that are developed are mathematics teaching materials and teaching materials of Social Sciences (IPS). This type of research is development research. Data analysis techniques used in this study by validation of the instrument in accordance with the validation criteria of instructional instruments and then describe the results of data analysis. The product resulting from this development research is the Character Based Mathematics Instruction Tool in Grade 4 which is in the Good category and the Mathematics Teaching Material product is in the good category and the Science-Based Social Science (IPS) materials based on Thinking in grade 4 are in the category Good.

This study aims to determine an analyze the influence of foreign direct investment, transfer payment and human development affect capita income. These three variables also used to determine convergence that happenened on the island of Sumatera. Data used from 2012 to 2017involve 10 provinces on the island of Sumatera. This data on this research is secondary data published by the Central Bureau of Statistic. The analytical method used is regression panel to estimate impact dependent variables on capita income. To determine sigma convergence use standart deviation lag of Gross Regional Domestic Income per capita. And to determine beta convergence use Generalized Method Momment (GMM). The result of this study show foreign direct investment, transfer payment and human development have significant impact on per capita income. The result of sigma convergence show the island of Sumatera have sigma convergence from 2012 to 2017. The resut of beta convergence show the island of Sumatera have beta convergence and reach half live convergence in 12 years. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali penggunaan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta analisis. Penelitian diawali dengan cara merumuskan masalah penelitian, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menelusur hasil penelitian yang relevan untuk dianalis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelusuri jurnal elektronik melalui Google Cendikia dan studi dokumentasi di perpustakaan. Dari penelusuran itu diperoleh sumber data penelitian dari tiga skripsi mahasiswa dan dua jurnal. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ternyata model pembelajaran discovery learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mulai dari yang terendah 9% sampai yang tertinggi 27% dengan rata-rata 17,8%.

Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA siswa dengan menggunakan metode Snowball Throwing berbantuan media konkret di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis & Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Mangunsari 02 Salatiga yang terdiri dari 23 siswa. Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jika nilai rata-rata siswa kelas IV mencapai atau melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu ≥ 65 sebanyak 90%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui metode Snowball Throwing berbantuan media konkret dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA siswa Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor awal keaktifan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 3,625 (90,62%) meningkat di siklus II menjadi 3,81 (95,25%). Hasil belajar siswa secara kognitif meningkat dari siklus I pencapaian ketuntasan secara klasikal rata-rata kelas mencapai 65,22% dengan rata-rata kelas 70,86 meningkat di siklus II menjadi 91,30% dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 79,33.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa tinggi tingkat keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran active larning. Analisis data dengan regresi ganda model Stepwise berbantu SPSS versi 20.Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hasil keaktifan belajar mahasiswa dan peran dosen sebagai fasilitator dan mediator menjadi pengaruh keberhasilan belajar dalam perkuliahan. Dengan demikian penerapan model pembelajaran active learnig dalam perkuliahan ini berhasil (efisien dan efektif) terdukung data. Diperoleh 2 model berpengaruhnya variabell keberhasilan, dua variabel yang dimaksud adalah keaktifan belajar berpengaruh 43,80% (model 1) dan yang kedua adalah keaktifan belajar yang jika berpadu dengan peran dosen sebagai fasilitator dan mediator berpengaruh 60,90% (model 2) terhadap variabel keberhasilan belajar mahasiswa pada perkuliahan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran active learning.

One of the effects of violence in courtship is that the victim experiences trauma. The purpose of this literature review is to explain how the REBT psychotherapy approach can be used to recover trauma from victims of dating violence. Through the literature review method, discussions about REBT therapy in the recovery of trauma victims are carried out. Trauma has a negative impact on victims, in this case adolescents because it will affect the decline in thinking, emotional, and behavioral. To overcome trauma, recovery is needed to cure victims of violence in courtship, so that they can live their lives normally again. Factors of thoughts, feelings, and behavior are fundamental to the approach with REBT. These three factors are related to disorders caused by trauma. The conclusion from the discussion shows that Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy can be used to recover trauma from survivors of violence in dating relationships.

Living a happy life is everyone's dream. Happiness in psychology is termed Subjective Well-Being (SWB). SWB is a cognitive evaluation (life satisfaction) and affective (positive and negative effects). Nurses need to have a high Subjective Well-being in order to maximize the service of nurses in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the SWB level of nurses working in mental hospitals RS. Dr. Soerojo Magelang. The method used is descriptive quantitative survey approach using a self-evaluation questionnaire that has been patented (has been adapted, modified, and changed into Indonesian). The self-evaluation questionnaire includes an adaptation of the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) and The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS to test variables with a significance level of 0.05. For the level of well-being in the measurement of affect (positive and negative), 142 (54.0%) respondents often experience positive affect and in the measurement of life satisfaction, as many as 156 (59.3%) have high life satisfaction.
