There are two road condition survey methods commonly used, the roughness-based equipment such as NAASRA and the distress and severity type road evaluation method as presented by ASTM D-6433. The objective of the study is to evaluate the relationship between road condition obtained from roughness type equipment and road distress. To achieve the objective, a condition survey using the two methods were performed on two road segments in the East Java Provincial road system. Data obtained from the field was evaluated to obtain International Roughness Index (from NAASRA) and Present Condition Index value (from field condition survey). The results show that the two methods provide a comparable result when the distress type is of un-even surface such as rutting and bumping. A slight different result is observed when the major distress occurred in the road is of crack-type such as fatigue and block cracking.

Research on wastewater treatment from coconut oil by using local anaerobic bacteria was carried out by continues methods. Local anaerobic bacteria from cattle breeding farm have been acclimated by mix with chemicals for bacteria growth, The TOC load is 1,8 g!Llday, and the removal efficiency of TOC is 75 % this condition not optimal. Mixture between bacteria and waste water and also the distribution of bacteria in the wasreactor was not good there fore condition was not optimal yet. High contain of oil in the wastewater also lower the efficiency.

Property companies are a growing industry in Indonesia. This trend makes the property industry an economically attractive industry for the investor. Due to that development, this study examines the factors that affect the profitability of property companies. This study's profitability is represented by the Return On Equity ratio chosen because this variable will provide returns to equity investors. The independent variables in this study consist of company-specific variables and macroeconomic variables. The research method used is the multiple linear regression method using secondary data taken from the company's financial statements from 2015 to 2019. The findings of this study are that both company-specific and macroeconomic factors significantly influence the profitability of property companies. Specifically, company-specific factors that have a significant effect on profitability are also affected by macroeconomic factors, such as companies' ability to owe as represented by the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio. Investors can use the findings from this study to determine which companies are suitable for investment. Meanwhile, from the company side, management can focus on this study's findings to increase the company's profitability.

Pecking Order theory states that management will prioritize its own capital before using debt. If it is forced to need additional funds then management will choose to owe rather than issue equity. This study examines the management behavior in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. The food and beverage industry in Indonesia today is the industry with the highest growth in Indonesia. This means that companies need funding to be able to capture this momentum. The method used is a quantitative method using multiple regression analysis. The samples taken are all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. From the findings of management authors in food and beverage companies tend to use debt and equity issuance and do not use cash flow generated from business. One of the reasons for this is that the company uses all the cash generated from the operating proceeds to invest directly in the company's internal projects to increase growth.

Subprime Mortgage in America has a wide impact on the world including Indonesia. The researcher examines its relationship with banks in Indonesia. The economic downturn in the United States will have an impact on the global economic downturn. Thus, the Indonesian economy will also be affected. If there is an economic downturn, the financial sector in this case is represented by the banking sector, which will first decrease its value. The analysis used uses the method of analyzing financial statements. Based on the data from the Audited Financial Report, the banking sector growth and operational performance can be analyzed. The results found were the linkage of Du Pont's Stock Returns and ROE. High ROE will result in rising stock prices on the market. Nevertheless, market appreciation for each bank is not the same because there are banks that are more appreciated by the market or conversely there are banks that are not appreciated as high as other banks.
