Abstract

Persaingan industri mi instan di Indonesia menuntut setiap merek untuk mampu membangun hubungan emosional yang kuat dengan konsumennya, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa yang memiliki perilaku konsumsi tinggi namun pilihan merek yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman merek, autentisitas merek, dan cinta merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen Indomie, serta menguji peran mediasi cinta merek. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Covariance (CB-SEM) terhadap 271 responden mahasiswa di wilayah Jabodetabek yang mengonsumsi Indomie minimal sekali dalam seminggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif terhadap autentisitas merek dan cinta merek, sedangkan pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas tidak signifikan. Cinta merek terbukti menjadi mediator penting yang menghubungkan pengalaman merek dengan loyalitas, sementara autentisitas merek turut memperkuat keterikatan emosional konsumen. Implikasi manajerial yang diusulkan meliputi pengembangan strategi untuk menciptakan kebiasaan unik dalam mengonsumsi produk, inovasi varian rasa sesuai preferensi pasar, serta komunikasi pemasaran yang konsisten menonjolkan keunggulan khas merek. Temuan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada kajian perilaku konsumen dan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran di industri mi instan.

Abstract

Brand experience merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk persepsi dan keterikatan konsumen terhadap suatu merek. Penelitian ini menekankan brand experience sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi brand loyalty pada konsumen coffee shop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor anteseden dari brand loyalty, yaitu brand experience, perceived quality, brand trust dan brand love. Studi ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model berbasis Covariance (CB-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 255 responden yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen Point Coffee yang berusia 17 hingga 40 tahun dan berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek, serta telah mengonsumsi produk Point Coffee minimal 2 kali dalam 1 bulan terakhir. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari brand experience terhadap brand loyalty, perceived quality, brand trust dan brand love. Brand love berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty, serta perceived quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Bagi merek, temuan ini dapat dimanfaatkan guna menyusun strategi pada peningkatan pengalaman dan hubungan emosional dengan konsumen untuk membangun loyalitas jangka panjang terhadap merek.

Abstract

Sarcopenia is common in older adults and contributes to functional decline, disability, and increased healthcare utilization. In community-dwelling older adults, increased risk of sarcopenia may limit daily activities and negatively affect health-related quality of life, yet evidence from community settings in Indonesia remains limited. This study examined the association between risk of sarcopenia and health-related quality of life among community-dwelling older adults. Cross-sectional study conducted in the working area of Wanasari Public Health Center, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia, February–March 2025. Community-dwelling adults aged ≥60 years (n=305) were recruited by consecutive sampling. Risk of sarcopenia was measured using the SARC-CalF (SARC-F plus calf circumference) questionnaire; health-related quality of life was measured with the EQ-5D-5L (EuroQol-5 Dimension, 5-level). Validity and reliability testing of instruments in the study sample are reported in Methods. The association between sarcopenia risk (continuous SARC-CalF score) and EQ-5D index score was assessed with Spearman’s rank correlation. The result showed that Mean age 64.65±5.20 years; 61.3% female. A total of 137/305 (44.9%) were classified as at risk of sarcopenia (SARC-CalF), and 168/305 (55.1%) as low risk. Median (range) SARC-CalF = 4 (0–20). Median EQ-5D index = 0.83 (0.41–1.00). There was a strong, negative correlation between SARC-CalF score and EQ-5D index (Spearman’s rho = –0.711, p<0.001), indicating higher sarcopenia risk relates to lower quality of life. In this community sample, higher risk of sarcopenia is strongly associated with poorer health-related quality of life. We recommend routine screening for sarcopenia risk in primary care and further analytic studies to identify independent predictors in this population

Abstract

Aktivitas pemasaran media sosial merupakan elemen yang penting dalam membangun hubungan antara merek dan konsumen, terutama pada industry produk seperti parfum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap niat beli ulang, melalui citra merek, kesadaran merek dan loyalitas merek. Studi ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Covariance (CB-SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen yang berusia 17 – 50 tahun di wilayah Jabodetabek sebanyak 252 responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Temuan utama dari studi ini aktivitas pemasaran media sosial memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap citra merek dan kesadaran merek. Kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli ulang. Tetapi citra merek tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan indikator aktivitas pemasaran media sosial secara lebih mendalam, memperluas cakupan wilayah penelitian menambah variabel lain yang relevan.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetic foot ulcer due to trauma is serious complications that can lead to severe infections and even amputation, especially if treatment is delayed. Purpose: This case presentation to describe comprehensive wound management using evidence based and culturally adapted intervention in a traumatic diabetic ulcer. Method: A case report of a 40-year-old man who suffered a laceration on his left heel due to a traffic accident progressing to infected ulcer. Wound care was conducted using TIME CDST assessment, autolytic debridement, modern dressing with chitosan-zinc oxide ointment, and wound cleansing with boiled guava leaf (Psidium guajava) solution. The nursing diagnosis raised was impaired skin/tissue integrity. Result: Progressive wound healing was observed within two months, characterized by infection control, reduction of slough, increased granulation and epithelialization, and complete wound closure. Discussion: These findings suggest that combination of evidence-based wound care and culturally contextual herbal intervention demonstrated desirable outcomes. Early health education, structured monitoring, and documentation are crucial in preventing complications of chronic wounds in diabetic patients with trauma-related wounds.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the supplementation of green meniran herb extract (Phylanthus niruri L) and kaffir lime leaf extract (Cytrus hystrix D. C.) on the appearance of free-range chicken semen. The study was conducted using a completely random design of unidirectional patterns, using 24 male free-range chickens aged about one year with an average weight of 1.8 kg with eight treatments, three replicates each. Each replicate consisted of 1 chicken. Basal feed uses BR-1 chicken feed produced by PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. After 1 week of basal feeding, chicken sperm was taken and tested for control (H-0), then began to be treated with testosterone supplementation, as a positive control, meniran extract, kaffir lime leaf extract, or a mixture thereof.  The following semen collection is carried out after 1 week of treatment. Semen collection is carried out every 3 days with five intakes. This study concludes that the supplementation of green meniran herb extract and kaffir lime leaf extract or a combination thereof, macroscopic, does not change the appearance of free-range chicken semen, both volume, color, consistent odor, and pH of semen, but microscopic significantly increase sperm concentration, motility, and Viability. There was no synergy between green meniran herb extract and kaffir lime leaf extract on the appearance of chicken semen.

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital era, significant transformations have taken place within the education sector, particularly in how institutions manage and organize their operations. With the rapid advancement of technology and the increasing reliance on digital tools, educational institutions are presented with new opportunities to boost their competitiveness. One of the key ways they can achieve this is through the strategic use of branding, marketing, and reputation management. These elements play a crucial role in shaping a school’s public image and enhancing its attractiveness to potential students and stakeholders. This article delves into the synergistic roles of branding, marketing, and reputation management strategies in strengthening a school’s competitive position. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method to explore how these strategies are implemented in real-world educational settings. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participant observations, and documentary analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The findings of this research indicate that the integration of branding, marketing, and reputation management strategies can significantly elevate a school’s ability to stand out in a competitive market. Institutions that successfully highlight their unique identity, effectively utilize technology for promotional activities, and maintain a positive reputation are better positioned to attract prospective students and parents. Additionally, the study suggests that these strategies must work in harmony to achieve the desired outcomes, as each element complements the others. Ultimately, schools that adopt a holistic approach to these strategies are more likely to succeed in an increasingly competitive educational environment, where reputation and visibility play pivotal roles in attracting students and fostering institutional growth. Keywords: Branding, Marketing, Reputasi Sekolah Abstrak: Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor pendidikan, terutama dalam cara institusi mengelola dan menyelenggarakan operasional mereka. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan ketergantungan yang semakin besar pada alat digital, institusi pendidikan memiliki peluang baru untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Salah satu cara utama untuk mencapai hal ini adalah melalui penggunaan strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi yang efektif. Elemen-elemen ini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk citra publik sekolah dan meningkatkan daya tariknya bagi calon siswa dan pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini membahas peran sinergis dari strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi dalam memperkuat posisi kompetitif sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi-strategi ini diterapkan dalam pengaturan pendidikan dunia nyata. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan utama, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumentasi, guna memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai topik ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan sekolah untuk menonjol di pasar yang kompetitif. Institusi yang berhasil menonjolkan identitas unik mereka, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kegiatan promosi, dan menjaga reputasi yang baik di mata publik lebih berpotensi untuk menarik calon siswa dan orang tua. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa strategi-strategi ini harus bekerja secara harmonis untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan, karena masing-masing elemen saling melengkapi. Pada akhirnya, sekolah-sekolah yang mengadopsi pendekatan holistik terhadap strategi-strategi ini lebih mungkin untuk berhasil di lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin kompetitif, di mana reputasi dan visibilitas memainkan peran penting dalam menarik siswa dan mendukung pertumbuhan institusi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how e-government interoperability contributes to promoting effective e-governance through a case study of the Super Mantab Application implementation in Musi Rawas Regency, Indonesia. Interoperability in this context refers to the capability of various government systems and institutions to exchange, integrate, and utilize data, information, and public services seamlessly. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a single-case study design. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with officials from the Department of Communication and Informatics, technical staff, and application users, while secondary data were obtained from policy documents and literature related to the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). Data were analyzed using NVivo 12 Plus software through coding, matrix coding query, and project map techniques to identify relationships among actors and key implementation factors. The findings reveal that the level of interoperability among government institutions in Musi Rawas Regency remains at an early stage, with limited data integration and institutional coordination. The most dominant factors influencing implementation success are communication effectiveness and the disposition of policy implementers, whereas bureaucratic structure and resource capacity remain the main challenges. Other obstacles include low public digital literacy, uneven network infrastructure, and regional regulations that are not yet aligned with national SPBE policies. Nevertheless, the Super Mantab Application has contributed to expanding access to digital public services and promoting local MSMEs. The study concludes that the success of interoperability depends not only on technological readiness but also on interagency coordination, leadership commitment, and citizen participation. Therefore, strengthening human resource capacity, promoting adaptive bureaucratic reform, and establishing regional policies that standardize interoperability are essential strategies to accelerate the transformation toward transparent, participatory, and sustainable e-governance.

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital era, significant transformations have taken place within the education sector, particularly in how institutions manage and organize their operations. With the rapid advancement of technology and the increasing reliance on digital tools, educational institutions are presented with new opportunities to boost their competitiveness. One of the key ways they can achieve this is through the strategic use of branding, marketing, and reputation management. These elements play a crucial role in shaping a school’s public image and enhancing its attractiveness to potential students and stakeholders. This article delves into the synergistic roles of branding, marketing, and reputation management strategies in strengthening a school’s competitive position. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method to explore how these strategies are implemented in real-world educational settings. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participant observations, and documentary analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The findings of this research indicate that the integration of branding, marketing, and reputation management strategies can significantly elevate a school’s ability to stand out in a competitive market. Institutions that successfully highlight their unique identity, effectively utilize technology for promotional activities, and maintain a positive reputation are better positioned to attract prospective students and parents. Additionally, the study suggests that these strategies must work in harmony to achieve the desired outcomes, as each element complements the others. Ultimately, schools that adopt a holistic approach to these strategies are more likely to succeed in an increasingly competitive educational environment, where reputation and visibility play pivotal roles in attracting students and fostering institutional growth. Keywords: Branding, Marketing, Reputasi Sekolah Abstrak: Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor pendidikan, terutama dalam cara institusi mengelola dan menyelenggarakan operasional mereka. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan ketergantungan yang semakin besar pada alat digital, institusi pendidikan memiliki peluang baru untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Salah satu cara utama untuk mencapai hal ini adalah melalui penggunaan strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi yang efektif. Elemen-elemen ini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk citra publik sekolah dan meningkatkan daya tariknya bagi calon siswa dan pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini membahas peran sinergis dari strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi dalam memperkuat posisi kompetitif sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi-strategi ini diterapkan dalam pengaturan pendidikan dunia nyata. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan utama, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumentasi, guna memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai topik ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan sekolah untuk menonjol di pasar yang kompetitif. Institusi yang berhasil menonjolkan identitas unik mereka, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kegiatan promosi, dan menjaga reputasi yang baik di mata publik lebih berpotensi untuk menarik calon siswa dan orang tua. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa strategi-strategi ini harus bekerja secara harmonis untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan, karena masing-masing elemen saling melengkapi. Pada akhirnya, sekolah-sekolah yang mengadopsi pendekatan holistik terhadap strategi-strategi ini lebih mungkin untuk berhasil di lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin kompetitif, di mana reputasi dan visibilitas memainkan peran penting dalam menarik siswa dan mendukung pertumbuhan institusi. Abstract

Jamu cekok is a traditional Indonesian herbal remedy for toddlers to improve appetite. While previous studies have shown benefits such as weight gain, its antioxidant activity and safety profile remain underexplored. This study evaluated the antioxidant potential and acute toxicity of jamu cekok, composed of Curcuma xanthorrhiza, Curcuma longa, Zingiber officinale, and Kaempferia galanga. Extracts were extracted with Aquadest and n-hexane, and antioxidant activity was assessed via the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) assay. Results showed weak antioxidant activity in both extracts (IC50: 481.59 ppm for decoction, 127.12 ppm for n-hexane), lower than some individual herbs. Moreover, an acute toxicity tests followed OECD 425 guidelines using female Wistar rats. No mortality occurred at doses up to 5,000 mg/kgBW, categorizing it as practically non-toxic. However, elevated creatinine levels and histopathological kidney changes, including degeneration and Bowman’s capsule dilation, were observed at higher doses. These findings suggest jamu cekok is safe at high doses but may induce temporary renal effects. Further research is needed to optimize formulations and evaluate long-term safety.
