The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash transfer policy aimed at improving the welfare of poor households through access to basic education, health services, and social protection. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PKH in Dumai City by examining its execution process, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on beneficiary household welfare. This research employed a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data obtained from official government documents, regulations, and relevant academic publications. The findings indicate that the implementation of PKH in Dumai City has been relatively successful, supported by non-cash transfer mechanisms and the role of social facilitators in ensuring program compliance. However, various challenges remain, including the limited number of facilitators compared to the number of beneficiaries, suboptimal accuracy of social welfare data, and low participation of beneficiary families in empowerment activities such as the Family Development Session (FDS). Communication issues between implementers and beneficiaries also contribute to the lack of understanding regarding the program’s objectives. This study highlights the importance of strengthening human resources, improving intersectoral coordination, and enhancing continuous socialization to ensure PKH achieves its long-term goals of empowerment and breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty in Dumai City

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen bisnis masyarakat Desa Cangkering, Kecamatan Amuntai Selatan, melalui pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat pemetaan dan pengembangan model bisnis. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan pada masyarakat adalah rendahnya pemahaman tentang manajemen bisnis modern, belum adanya model bisnis yang terstruktur, minimnya identifikasi nilai tambah produk, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan usaha. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, kegiatan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, workshop penyusunan BMC, studi kasus, dan evaluasi partisipatif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM, ibu rumah tangga pelaku usaha, anggota karang taruna, dan pengurus BUMDes. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman peserta—dari 60% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 90% setelah pelatihan—serta terciptanya 25 Business Model Canvas yang disusun sesuai jenis usaha masing-masing peserta. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong perubahan pola pikir masyarakat terhadap pentingnya perencanaan usaha, inovasi produk, serta strategi pemasaran berbasis pelanggan. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan BMC terbukti efektif sebagai pendekatan edukatif yang mampu meningkatkan keterampilan manajerial masyarakat desa serta mendukung terbentuknya model bisnis yang lebih terarah, profesional, dan berkelanjutan. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman manajerial jangka pendek, pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC) ini diharapkan memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap pengelolaan usaha masyarakat. Penerapan BMC memungkinkan pelaku UMKM memiliki perencanaan bisnis yang lebih terstruktur, meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar, serta memperkuat daya saing usaha lokal. Dalam jangka menengah (1–2 tahun), penggunaan BMC berpotensi mendorong peningkatan efisiensi operasional, inovasi produk, dan perluasan pasar, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal Desa Cangkering secara berkelanjutan. Training on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to Improve Business Management among Communities in Cangkering Village, South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Abstract This community service program aimed to enhance the business management capacity of the community in Cangkering Village, South Amuntai District, through training on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a tool for mapping and developing business models. The main problems identified included limited understanding of modern business management, the absence of structured business models, insufficient identification of product value-added aspects, and low utilization of digital technology in business management. To address these challenges, the program was implemented using interactive lectures, group discussions, BMC development workshops, case studies, and participatory evaluation. The training was conducted in a participatory manner involving micro and small enterprise (MSME) actors, entrepreneurial housewives, youth organization members, and BUMDes administrators. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants’ understanding, rising from 60% before the training to 90% after the training, as well as the development of 25 Business Model Canvases tailored to the specific types of businesses operated by the participants. In addition, the program encouraged a shift in community mindset regarding the importance of business planning, product innovation, and customer-oriented marketing strategies. The program concludes that BMC training is an effective educational approach for improving managerial skills among rural communities and for supporting the development of more structured, professional, and sustainable business models. Beyond short-term improvements in managerial understanding, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) training is expected to generate long-term impacts on community business management. The application of BMC enables MSME actors to develop more structured business planning, enhance adaptability to market changes, and strengthen the competitiveness of local enterprises. In the medium term (1–2 years), the use of BMC has the potential to improve operational efficiency, foster product innovation, and expand market reach, ultimately contributing to the sustainable local economic growth of Cangkering Village.

Abstract :. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the concepts and values of tawasuth, tawazun, i'tidal, and tasammuh in the subject of al-qur'an hadith in improving religious moderation values for class VIII students at MTs Negeri 01 Bengkulu City. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively and participatively. This research design uses the Kurt Lewin Model in 3 cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementation & observation, and reflection. The sample of this study included VIII grade students totaling 30 students at MTs Negeri 01 Bengkulu City on odd semester in the academic year 2024-2025 where the focus of the research was on increasing the values of religious moderation for students. Data collection techniques through, observation, tests and practice. Data analysis techniques are carried out descriptively qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that increasing the values of religious moderation for students through the implementation of the concepts and values of tawasuth, tawazun, i'tidal, and tasammuh in the subject of al-qur'an hadith for Class VIII students of MTs Negeri 01 Bengkulu City has increased, namely in the first cycle, students' scores in understanding the concepts and values of religious moderation in Al-Quran Hadith subjects were 6.66% (very good), 26.66% (good), 20% (quite good), 23.33% (less), 23.33% (very less). In the second cycle, student scores were 10% (very good), 30% (good), 26.66% (fair), 20% (less) and 13% (very less). In the third cycle, student scores were 26.66% (very good), 30% (good), 33.33% (fair), 10% (less) and 0% (very less). Thus it can be concluded that by applying the concepts and values of tawasuth, tawazun, i'tidal, and tasammuh in the subject of al-qur'an hadith can improve the learning process and the ability of class VIII students MTs Negeri 01 Bengkulu City in understanding the concepts and values of religious moderation in the subject of Al-Quran Hadith.Key Words: Concept, Value, Tawasuth, Tawazun, I'tidal, Tasammuh, Religious Moderation Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi konsep dan nilai-nilai tawasuth, tawazun, i’tidal, dan tasammuh pada mata pelajaran al-qur’an hadits dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama bagi siswa kelas VIII di MTs Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Model Kurt Lewin dalam 3 siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan & observasi, dan refleksi. Sampel penelitian ini meliputi siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 31 siswa di MTs Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu, Semester Gasal tahun akademik 2023-2024 diamana fokus penelitian adalah meningkatkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama bagi siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui, obeservasi, tes dan praktek. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama bagi siswa melalui implementasi konsep dan nilai-nilai tawasuth, tawazun, i’tidal, dan tasammuh pada mata pelajaran al-qur’an hadits untuk Siswa Kelas VIII MTs Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada siklus pertama, nilai siswa dalam memahami konsep dan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam mata pelajaran Al-Quran Hadits adalah 6,66% (sangat baik), 26,66% (baik), 20% (cukup baik), 23,33% (kurang), 23,33% (sangat kurang). Pada siklus kedua, nilai siswa adalah 10% (sangat baik), 30% (baik), 26,66% (cukup), 20% (kurang) dan 13% (sangat kurang). Pada siklus ketiga, nilai siswa adalah 26,66% (sangat baik), 30% (baik), 33,33% (cukup), 10% (kurang) dan 0% (sangat kurang). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan konsep dan nilai-nilai tawasuth, tawazun, i’tidal, dan tasammuh pada mata pelajaran al-qur’an hadits dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu dalam memahami konsep dan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam mata pelajaran Al-Quran Hadits.Kata Kunci: Konsep, Nilai, Tawasuth, Tawazun, I’tidal, Tasammuh, Moderasi Beragama

This study aims to describe the implementation of the daily muroja'ah method in maintaining students' memorization of the Qur'an. The daily muroja'ah method is an important strategy in the memorization process to maintain and sustain the fluency and accuracy of memorization. This is a qualitative study. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the daily muroja'ah method is applied routinely and in a structured manner through repetition of previous memorization sessions conducted with the teacher. This method is effective in maintaining the quality of students' memorization and minimizing forgetfulness. Thus, the daily muroja'ah method can be used as a strategic effort to maintain students' memorization of the Qur'an.

The research is motivated by the phenomenon where Generation Z as generation that dominates Indonesian society does not have adequate financial planning. This is characterized by the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) lifestyle which encourages Generation Z to spend money following existing trends and is not accompanied by good financial planning, many even involved online loans and bad credit. In Sharia Economic principles, it is important to avoid speculative behavior only driven by the desire to follow booming economic trends or opportunities. In line with the majority of people in Indonesia being Muslim, Generation Z must consider Sharia principles in carrying out financial planning to achieve sustainable financial stability. For this reason, the research aims to analyze the role of Islamic financial literacy and parental financial socialization toward Islamic financial planning among Generation Z. The method used is SEM-PLS. The research results show that Islamic financial literacy and parental financial socialization have a significant role for generation Z in carrying out financial planning based on a sharia perspective. The results of this research can be used as consideration for the policymakers, financial planners, and other related professionals in determining appropriate strategies and policies to encourage the realization of sustainable financial stability.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the Indonesian economy, including the ornamental plant subsector in Deli Serdang Regency, which is growing in line with the green lifestyle trend. This study analyzes the influence of environmental accounting and green economy on the revenue of the Madirsan Ornamental Plant MSME using quantitative methods, using 50 respondents through a Likert questionnaire and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both variables have a significant positive effect on increasing revenue, with green economy as the dominant factor. The R² value of 0.643 indicates that 64.3% of the variation in revenue is explained by both variables, the remainder is influenced by other factors. It is concluded that the implementation of environmental accounting and green economy increases the competitiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of MSMEs while supporting sustainable economic development.

This study investigates the integration of local wisdom into English Language Teaching (ELT) within the context of Islamic higher education, highlighting its role in enhancing pedagogical quality and cultural relevance. In many ELT settings, instructional practices remain dominated by globalized content that often overlooks local cultural identity and religious values. This research adopts a qualitative design using a census sampling technique involving all 18 English lecturers at IAIN Parepare, Indonesia. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted via digital platforms and direct interactions, and analyzed using thematic analysis, including coding, categorization, and interpretation. The findings indicate that lecturers perceive local wisdom as a valuable pedagogical approach that enhances student motivation, engagement, and comprehension by contextualizing learning through local cultural narratives and Islamic values. However, the integration of local wisdom is not yet fully optimized due to challenges such as limited curriculum support, insufficient institutional policies, lack of teaching resources, and resistance to pedagogical change. This study contributes to the development of culturally responsive pedagogy in ELT by demonstrating that integrating local wisdom can enrich learning experiences and strengthen students’ cultural and religious identity. It also offers practical implications for curriculum development, teacher training, and institutional policy reform in Islamic higher education.

This study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting and green investment on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression methods. The research sample consisted of 20 companies selected through purposive sampling from a total of 39 mining companies. The data used was secondary data sourced from annual reports and sustainability reports. The results of the study indicate that green accounting does not have a significant effect on financial performance as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while green investment has a significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, green accounting and green investment have a significant effect on company financial performance. These findings support stakeholder theory, signaling theory, and legitimacy theory in explaining the relationship between environmental practices and company financial performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Personal Vocabulary Note (PVN) method on the vocabulary skills (Noun and Adjective) of the second semester students of the English Education Study Program IAIN Parepare. This study uses the Class Action Research method in which each cycle contains three teaching processes. The object of this research is the second semester English Education Students of IAIN Parepare with a total of 30 students. The research procedure that has been carried out is to apply 2 research cycles consisting of four stages; they were: planning, action, observation and reflection. The first step is carried out by giving a diagnostic test to students. After that given 2 cycles consisting of 3 meetings each cycle by applying the PVN method. The research instruments used were observation sheets and vocabulary tests. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the use of PVN in learning has a positive effect on students. The results found that the students' vocabulary rose from the diagnostic test until 2 cycles were run. The data shows that in, the student's diagnostic test was 64, rose in the first cycle, which was 72.77, and skyrocketed in the second cycle with a mean score of 82.87. Furthermore, positive things were also found in the analyzed observation sheet data where students were always motivated, enthusiastic and did not feel bored in participating in the vocabulary learning process using the personal vocabulary note (PVN) method.

This research aims to find out whether or to find out: Whether or not the use of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) can improve the vocabulary mastery of the students. Whether or not the students have positive attitudes toward cooperative learning type Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) in learning vocabulary. This research took place at Mts. DDI Enrekang. The kind of this research was Quasi-experimental which have two groups namely experimental and control group. Population of research was the seventh grade students of Mts. DDI Enrekang in academic year 2022/2023 which consisted one class. Sample of the research was 24 in experimental and 24 in control class. The researcher using vocabulary test as instrument of the research. The result showed that there is different result of students who given treatment by STAD and students who given usual technique in teaching vocabulary mastery. The mean score of post-tests for experimental group was higher than the control group (80.83 > 71.25). on the analysis of students’ attitude in following teaching learning process, it was found that the use of STAD influenced the students’ attitudes in learning vocabulary. STAD method helped students’ attitudes turn into positive to improve vocabulary mastery. Most of the students agreed to use of STAD because it could build students’ confidence and work together. Many students also agreed that the use of STAD was interested and active in teaching learning process.
