Abstrak : Kampung Nambah Rejo masih menggunakkan cara manual dengan menggunakkan Ms. Word dan Ms. Excel dalam penyampaian informasi mengenai tentang Bantuan Sosial (BANSOS) sehingga membutukan waktu relatif lama dan sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam membuat laporan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi penerima bansos berbasis web di kampung Nambah Rejo sehingga menyediakan solusi yang efisien dan efektif dalam penginformasian data banos di kampung Nambah Rejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode SDLC (System Developpment Lift Cycle) dengan teknik pengujian aplikasi menggunakan teknik Black Box Testing Dan Beta Testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi untuk membantu segala urusan tentang bantuan social, mempermudah segala urusan warga di kampung Nambah Rejo, mempunyai menu penyimpanan dana bantuan social, serta memberikan pencarian pernama di data bantuan sehingga pengolahan data dilakukan secara efektif. Terdapat kekurangan dimana sistem yang dikembangkan masih berbasis website, dimana sistem dapat dikembangkan menjadi berbasis mobile yang lebih ringan serta dilengkapi dengan notifikasi pada smartphone sehingga dapat lebih mempermudah pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi serta pemberitahuan bansos. This research investigates the absence of constitutional protection for freelance workers, particularly freelance models, within Indonesia’s labor law framework. While the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia guarantees the right to work and to fair and decent remuneration, these protections are primarily structured around formal employment relationships, thereby excluding a growing segment of the labor force that operates within non-standard, flexible arrangements. The study aims to analyze the extent to which the current legal system, particularly Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower, as amended by Law No. 6 of 2023 on Job Creation accommodates or neglects freelance workers in terms of legal recognition, job security, and social protections. Using a normative juridical method with a statute and conceptual approach, this research draws from doctrinal legal analysis to critically evaluate the legal construction of employment relationships. The findings reveal significant normative gaps that leave freelance models vulnerable to exploitation, lacking access to written employment contracts, social security, and fair dispute resolution mechanisms. The study proposes a reconfiguration of legal norms to introduce a Constitutional Employment Contract model, which accounts for the flexible nature of freelance work while ensuring fundamental labor rights. Additionally, the paper recommends the establishment of an independent regulatory body to provide legal oversight and advocacy for flexible workers. Ultimately, this research concludes that achieving social justice for all workers in the modern labor market necessitates a transformation of Indonesia’s labor law regime toward a more inclusive and responsive constitutional framework.

Buildings that have been in use for a long time should be inspected regularly to ensure that they are safe to use and robust. In the field, visual inspections are often performed on parts of structures such as columns, beams, and plates. Measurement of the propagation time of ultrasonic pulses in concrete and relate it to the quality and strength of the material. A weak positive correlation is shown with a multiple value of R 0.324475. Every 1 m/s increase in the UPV value will increase the Hammer Test result by 0.00755 MPa. However, this relationship is weak because the UPV only accounts for 10.5% of the change in the Hammer Test results. The ultrasonic wave speed and the bounce result of the hammer can be affected by uneven concrete, such as the presence of cavities, material separation, or large gravel. This condition can also be seen during visual examination. STUDI KORELASI ANTARA UPV DAN HAMMER TEST DALAM MENENTUKAN LAIK FUNGSI STRUKTUR BANGUNANBangunan yang telah digunakan dalam jangka waktu lama harus diperiksa secara berkala untuk memastikan bahwa bangunan tersebut aman digunakan dan memiliki ketahanan yang baik. Di lapangan, pemeriksaan visual sering dilakukan pada bagian-bagian struktur seperti kolom, balok, dan pelat. Pengukuran waktu rambat gelombang ultrasonik dalam beton digunakan untuk menghubungkan nilai tersebut dengan kualitas dan kekuatan material. Hasil menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang lemah dengan nilai R sebesar 0,324475. Setiap kenaikan 1 m/s pada nilai UPV akan meningkatkan hasil Hammer Test sebesar 0,00755 MPa. Namun, hubungan ini tergolong lemah karena UPV hanya menjelaskan 10,5% dari perubahan hasil Hammer Test. Kecepatan gelombang ultrasonik dan hasil pantulan hammer dapat dipengaruhi oleh ketidakrataan beton, seperti adanya rongga, pemisahan material, atau kerikil besar. Kondisi ini juga dapat diamati melalui pemeriksaan visual.

The relocation of the capital city from it’s current location to a newly designated site necessitates comprehensive financing strategies. Understanding non-state budget (non-APBN) financing methods for the new capital helps deepen the understanding of the relocation financing process. However, research on financing the new capital city, especially through non-APBN schemes involving the management of state-owned assets, is still limited. This study aims to explore how the relocation of the new capital is financed through non-APBN methods, particularly through the management of state-owned assets. The research employs a library study approach, gathering information from diverse sources such as scientific articles and reports from relevant institutions, and utilizes a qualitative descriptive method. It will examine various non-APBN financing mechanisms for the new capital, with a specific focus on state-owned asset management. The study concludes that optimizing the management of state-owned assets, alongside providing fiscal facilities, must comply with legal regulations to be effective.

The digital transformation era has brought new opportunities for the creative economy sector, yet not all entrepreneurs have fully embraced its potential. This study aims to explore how digital literacy and business sustainability influence the growth of the creative economy, with entrepreneurial attitude serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis was applied, using data from 256 MSME actors in the creative economy across Jabodetabek. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial attitude plays the most dominant role in fostering creative economic development. Business sustainability also has a significant impact, both directly and indirectly, through entrepreneurial attitude. In contrast, digital literacy exerts a relatively smaller effect but becomes meaningful when mediated by entrepreneurial behavior. The study highlights the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial character alongside digital and sustainability training. Given the study’s geographic and sample limitations, future research is recommended to expand to broader regions and explore additional variables such as innovation and government policy support.

Fathers are not only biological parents, but also play an important role in shaping the self-confidence and identity of young children. The absence of a father, whether physical or emotional, can cause emotional trauma and hinder a child's psychological development from an early age. This study employs a phenomenological method with an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach to explore the meaning of the experiences of five young children at TK Taruna Bakti Bandung who grew up without a complete father figure. The findings reveal that the absence of a father significantly impacts the formation of a child's psychological structure and identity, weakening prophetic values such as love, responsibility, justice, and exemplary behavior. This condition also affects spiritual autonomy, social skills, and self-understanding. Patriarchal parenting patterns that marginalize the father's role as a moral-spiritual partner exacerbate the child's developmental conditions. Based on these findings, this study recommends the development of an early childhood education curriculum that is responsive to the needs of children from fatherless families through the integration of prophetic values, the strengthening of emotional literacy, and the cultivation of social skills. Additionally, school-based psychosocial interventions such as small group mentoring, counseling, and the involvement of surrogate father figures are needed to help children build a complete, resilient identity rooted in moral-spiritual values, even without the direct presence of a father.

This study aims to determine the effect of speed of service and respectful attitude of front office staff on guest satisfaction at the Manhattan Hotel, Jakarta. The background of this study stems from the strategic role of the hotel industry in providing excellent service to guests, where the front office is the frontline factor determining first impressions and customer satisfaction. The study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 65 respondents who were guests at the Manhattan Hotel, Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) using SPSS. The results showed that speed of service had a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction, respectful attitude also had a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction, and both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on guest satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of improving front office service quality, particularly in terms of speed and respectful attitude, to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel competitiveness

Perpustakaan sangat penting untuk membantu pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.Namun, masalah seperti pengelolaan data yang tidak terintegrasi, yang dapat menyebabkan pemrosesan yang terlalu lama, masih ada. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, sistem informasi kontemporer yang mampu mengelola data dan informasi dengan baik diperlukan. Tujuan studi ini adalah menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan sistem informasi suatu perpustakaan dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Sistem Informasi (ASI), Diagram Konteks(CD), Diagram Flow Data (DFD), dan Diagram Hubungan Entitas (ERD). Metode ini membantu dalam memahami kebutuhan pengguna dan merancang struktur sistem informasi yang efisien. Penerapan sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam memberikan layanan percetakan yang efisien dan dapat diandalkan.

Although Indonesia’s mineral downstreaming policy aims to enhance value added, its implementation is impeded by fundamental regulatory disharmony. This study aims to evaluate the legal framework of the downstreaming policy to identify inconsistencies and to examine its substantive provisions from an EAL perspective. Employing an interdisciplinary legal research method, this study applies a RIA framework to analyze secondary data comprising statutory instruments and relevant literature. The findings reveal that the policy’s legal framework, while vertically coherent, suffers from severe horizontal disharmony with environmental and spatial planning laws. This disharmony is proven to create significant economic inefficiencies, negative externalities, and high-cost legal uncertainty. The study concludes that active regulatory intervention is a necessity. Therefore, a multi-track strategy is recommended: first, the issuance of precise implementing regulations as a short-term solution; second, the parallel strengthening of non-regulatory interventions; and third, a long-term legislative harmonization agenda.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peluang serta hambatan dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip ekonomi biru ke dalam industri pelayaran nasional. Sebagai suatu pendekatan pembangunan yang menitikberatkan pada keberlanjutan dan inklusivitas, ekonomi biru menawarkan potensi besar dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya laut secara bertanggung jawab. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur sistematis untuk mengungkap dinamika penerapan ekonomi biru di sektor pelayaran Indonesia. Melalui telaah terhadap berbagai studi terkait inovasi dan keberlanjutan di ranah maritim, penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap bagaimana pendekatan inovatif dapat memperkuat agenda pelestarian laut. Di tengah meningkatnya kekhawatiran global terhadap krisis ekologi dan keterbatasan sumber daya kelautan, dua pertanyaan mendasar menjadi fokus utama: (1) sejauh mana potensi ekonomi biru dapat diadaptasi dalam konteks pelayaran nasional, dan (2) tantangan apa saja yang harus diatasi, termasuk masalah regulasi, sinergi antar-lembaga, rendahnya kesadaran pelaku industri, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap pendanaan hijau. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi perumusan strategi kebijakan yang mendukung transformasi industri pelayaran menuju praktik yang lebih berkelanjutan.
