Abstract

Sebelum diberikan edukasi didapatkan data Siswa kelas VI SDN Lebak Wangi, Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Agency conflicts remain a persistent challenge in corporate governance because information asymmetry and misaligned incentives can weaken monitoring and accountability. This systematic literature review synthesizes international empirical evidence on how blockchain and smart contracts relate to agency conflict mitigation and governance outcomes, and it clarifies boundary conditions and implications for Agency Theory. We followed PRISMA reporting guidance and searched Scopus for English journal articles published between 2018 and 2025. After title, abstract, and full-text screening, 13 empirical studies were included for quality appraisal and thematic narrative synthesis. Across contexts, blockchain adoption or innovation intensity is most consistently associated with improved information environments, including higher transparency and reporting quality and lower opportunism related proxies, and it is also associated with improved investment efficiency and selected compliance and risk outcomes. Evidence on smart contracts is substantially thinner. Smart contracts are explicitly analysed in one case study and they are discussed secondarily in one additional study, while none of the large sample quantitative studies operationalises smart contract use as a distinct construct. The synthesis indicates that governance benefits depend on data integrity supported by internal controls, external monitoring and assurance capacity, and regulatory and legal alignment that enables auditability and enforceability. Overall, blockchain-enabled corporate governance is best interpreted as governance by system design that complements conventional mechanisms and motivates future research on measurable smart contract use cases and stronger causal identification.

Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) especially in border areas. The study aims to analyze the factors influencing fintech acceptance by following the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and attitude toward use (ATU) toward behavioral intention to use (BIU). Mixed methods was applied with embedded design involving 90 MSME respondents in Bengkayang as well as in-depth interviews with 12 MSME respondents, including three migrants in the Malaysian border area. Quantitatively, the results show that both PU, PEOU, and ATU positively affect BIU, thus ATU is proven to mediate the relationship between PU and PEOU on BIU. Qualitatively, MSMEs agree with fintech that is beneficial and facilitates, but the obstacles encountered are limitations in infrastructure, financial literacy, and the manual recording by business actors. The findings also indicate the readiness in border areas of Malaysia because facilities such as infrastructure, regulations, and social norms have supported the adoption of technology there, whereas in Indonesia, it’s still hindered by structural and cultural factors. The research extends the TAM by integrating culture and border context in fintech adoption. Practically, this study emphasizes the need for digital and financial literacy supported by infrastructure for MSME actors. The government also needs to promote inclusive and collaborative policies between financial institutions, fintech providers, and local communities to increase more equitable financial adoption.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology today requires innovation in learning media, especially those that can help develop children's critical thinking skills at the elementary school level. Animated videos that utilize artificial intelligence or AI technology are one of the media alternatives that are quite promising. The purpose of this study is to create learning media in the form of AI-based animation videos that are indeed suitable for use in improving critical thinking skills in grade IV elementary school students. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method by conducting a literature review as the foundation. The data used came from journal articles both national and international in the last five years that discussed digital learning media, animated videos, AI technology, and critical thinking skills. From the results of the literature review conducted, it can be seen that animated video media can indeed improve students' critical thinking skills because the material is presented visually, contextually, and there are interactive elements. The use of AI in the creation of animated videos also makes the development process more efficient and the quality of the material presentation increases. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that AI-based animation video learning media has great potential to be applied in grade IV elementary school learning in order to support the development of students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

AbstractPreeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality in Indonesia and is frequently underdiagnosed, particularly in primary healthcare facilities such as community health centers (Puskesmas). Delayed early identification increases the risk of severe complications for both mothers and infants. Currently, Antenatal Care (ANC) services at Puskesmas rely on routine vital sign monitoring without an integrated scoring system that could provide early warning of preeclampsia risk. This study aimed to develop and validate an Early Warning Score (EWS) model based on vital signs and clinical symptoms for early detection of preeclampsia in primary healthcare settings. A prospective cohort design was employed, involving 65 third-trimester pregnant women who were followed until delivery. Data collected included blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and symptoms such as headache, blurred vision, epigastric pain, and edema. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test was conducted to identify variables associated with preeclampsia, followed by multivariate logistic regression to determine significant predictors for model construction. Model validity was assessed using the ROC curve for discrimination, the Hosmer–Lemeshow test for calibration, and Decision Curve Analysis (DCA) for clinical utility. The incidence of preeclampsia among respondents was 12.3% (8 out of 65 participants). Three significant predictors were identified: systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg (OR 5.21; p=0.003), headache (OR 6.45; p=0.002), and blurred vision (OR 4.78; p=0.015). The developed EWS model demonstrated excellent discrimination (AUROC 0.86) and satisfactory calibration (Hosmer–Lemeshow p=0.521). DCA results indicated meaningful net clinical benefit at probability thresholds of 10–30%. In conclusion, the proposed EWS model is accurate, well-calibrated, and clinically beneficial, and is recommended as a screening tool for early detection of preeclampsia in Puskesmas to improve ANC services and reduce maternal complications

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of behavioral bias on investment decisions of undergraduate students in Indonesia in the context of higher education with risk perception as a mediating variable and financial literacy as a moderating variable as a basis for strengthening the behavioral-based financial literacy curriculum in universities, as well as preparing students to become rational investors. Method: The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 385 undergraduate students in Indonesia who are active individual investors and registered with the Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). The structural model analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4, while the moderated mediation test was performed using PROCESS Model 59 in SPSS. Results: The study's results indicate that behavioral bias has a significant adverse effect on risk perception, which in turn hurts the investment decisions of students in Indonesia. Financial literacy is proven to act as an important moderating variable. It can weaken the adverse effect of behavioral bias on risk perception and change the impact of risk perception on investment decisions to be positive at high levels of financial literacy. In addition, risk perception mediates the relationship between behavioral bias and investment decisions, especially at moderate levels of financial literacy. Novelty: The findings underscore the importance of integrating behavioral aspects in developing financial literacy curricula in higher education to equip students with the cognitive and affective competencies needed for rational investment decision-making. This study contributes to the behavioral finance literature and offers practical and theoretical contributions for educators and policymakers in designing contextual and behavioral-based financial literacy education for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' independent character through the implementation of differentiated instruction in the Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject in Grade V at SDN 009 Bangkinang Kota. The background of the study is rooted in the importance of fostering independence in students from an early age and the need for instructional strategies that accommodate student diversity. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were 18 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that differentiated instruction supports the development of students' independent character, particularly in four key aspects: time management, resource management, problem-solving, and self-development. However, variations in the level of independence among students were observed, especially in problem-solving and self-development aspects. These results indicate that differentiated instruction provides a positive learning environment for nurturing student independence, although continuous guidance and support are still necessary. This study recommends that teachers continue to develop student-centered instructional strategies to foster more independent and responsible learners.
