Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang menggunakan pendekatan model The Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE). Model ini dipilih karena menyediakan kerangka kerja komprehensif yang berfokus pada tujuh kategori utama: kepemimpinan, strategi, pelanggan, pengukuran, analisis, dan manajemen pengetahuan, tenaga kerja, operasi, dan hasil. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam proses manajemen dan pelayanan di RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen yang relevan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan area kinerja yang memerlukan perbaikan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja dan memberikan wawasan bagi RSUD dalam menyelaraskan tujuan operasional dengan ekspektasi layanan berkualitas.

Abstract

Improving people's financial literacy using m-banking is crucial in today's digital era, where around 70% of Indonesians still have a low level of financial literacy. This research focuses on Bank Mandiri Surabaya Branch, where more than 60% of customers do not fully understand the use of digital banking services, especially m-banking. This community service activity aims to improve customers' understanding of m-banking and its benefits in financial management. Using training modules and hands-on demonstrations, participants were taught how to download applications, conduct transactions, and understand important features in m-banking. Results showed that the education significantly improved customers' understanding and confidence in using the m-banking application. Participants reported an increased interest in applying the new knowledge in their daily financial management. This program not only contributes to the improvement of individual financial literacy but also promotes broader financial inclusion in the community. Thus, this activity confirms the importance of structured and practical education to improve financial literacy and utilize digital banking technology effectively.

Abstract

Hajj is an act of worship that must be performed by all Muslims who have the ability both outwardly, inwardly, and also financially. The obligation to perform the Hajj is only done once in a lifetime. There is an external assessment that the management of the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage has not been effective in terms of institutional aspects, financial management, and improvement of facilities and infrastructure in providing services to pilgrims. Therefore, there is a need for management of the Hajj pilgrimage as an effort to improve the system of organizing Hajj that is better, professional, and accountable. This study aims to determine the development map and trend of Hajj Management published by reputable journals. The data analyzed were more than 243 Google Scholar indexed research publications. The export data was then processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program to find out the bibliometric map of Hajj Management development. The results showed that We have identified two research networks in Hajj Management literature using co-occuerence network. These research networks are "Hajj" and "Crowd Management".

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the vibration exposure experienced by workers in the Urea Granulation Screen Unit (UGSU) at the fertilizer factory in Aceh, Indonesia. This study involved 30 labors in charge as operators, mechanical maintenance officers, electrical maintenance officers, instrument maintenance officers, and inspectors. The measurement of vibration was carried out using a Triaxial Accelerometer with Integral Magnet and shows that the vibration exposure on the factory floor of the urea granulation screen unit occurs vertically with a minimum value of 0.298 m/s2 and a maximum of 1.630 m/s2. According to ISO 2631-1:1997, the maximum vibration values that occur are categorized as a likely health risk zone and result in uncomfortable reactions to the workers. Furthermore, this study analyzes the effect of vibrations on musculoskeletal problems using a Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. It reveals that the average score of musculoskeletal complaints is 71.6, which defines a high degree of pain. The results of the NBM questionnaire also showed that the vulnerable part of the body which experienced musculoskeletal complaints is the knee. The result of vibration exposure on this body part shows the highest value of 3.437 m/s2. To minimize occupational diseases and accidents, it is necessary to manage a working system that takes into account legal standards, ideal working time, and working shifts in the work area.

Abstract

Countries all over the world recognize human rights as very important rights and need to be recognized in their constitutions. The protection of human rights is also regarded as an integral part of the rule of law, so States pay primary attention to this concept. Therefore, the security, peace, and stability of a country can be threatened by human rights violations. In this case in Indonesia there are frequent violations of human rights, both serious and mild. One of the allegations of human rights violations was a farmland dispute in Ogan Ilir Province of Sumatra Seiatan which resulted in one victim killed and four people suffered Iuka-Iuka, several human rights were violated, namely: the right to life, the right not to receive cruel treatment, the rights to safety and the rights of the child, and these rights are explicitly guaranteed in Act No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights.

Abstract

Global warming followed by climate change has become a new disaster in the world. One of the impacts of climate change that can be clearly seen is the rise of sea water to the land surface causing tidal floods in Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province. Research on Bronjong Dams as an appropriate alternative technology is the first step to overcome the problem of tidal flood mitigation and as a raw water filter. Research into planning the design of this Gabion Dam to handle tidal floods and as a filter to be used for raw water located at the mouth of the Parit River. The method used is a quantitative method by carrying out prototype testing to justify field conditions by handling close results. The research analysis technique begins with collecting primary data and secondary data.. The design of the Gabion weir models as a filter included three types of weir testing models namely type 1 trapezoidal model, type 2 beam model, and type 3 combination model. The material, geometry and dimensions of the experimental prototype are a reduction of the real problem conditions in the field. The results of the observation analysis of the Gabion weirs have obtained the average elevation of the water, MAR = 100 cm, MAB 600 cm, MAN = 450 cm, the elevation of the MAB upstream of the weir =650 cm, the elevation of the center of the weir = 445 cm, the downstream weir MAB = 410 cm, the measured flow velocity upstream of the weir 7.5 l/s, center 7.5 l/s, downstream 6.0 l/s and upstream temperature 31°C, center 30.3°C, 30°C, clean downstream water conditions. The results of the study represent a function of the elevation of the flood water level both upstream and downstream which are through the Gabion Weirs with several thicknesses as raw water filters

Abstract

Scientific literacy and creativity are two of several competencies that are very important to have now and in the future. However, referring to the data released by TIMSS and the results of previous research, shows that the scientific literacy and creativity of students in Indonesia are both low. This research aims to develop a STEM-Creative Problem Solving model learning tool to increase students' scientific literacy and creativity. This type of research is research & development. The development procedure in this research uses a 4D mode; define, design, develop, and disseminate. The instrument for knowing expert assessments of learning tools that have been developed uses validation sheets. From the results of the assessment of 3 (three) experts, it shows that the learning tools that have been developed have high validity with an average score for learning plans of 3.83 and an average validity score for student worksheets of 3.81. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning tools that have been developed are suitable to be continued to the limited trial stage (effectiveness test) and disseminated widely.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how branding strategies in madrasas based on local wisdom are becoming increasingly relevant for identifying, developing and implementing strategic steps in promoting MTs. Zainul Irsyad and preserving local wisdom through extracurricular martial arts, Pencak Silat, Pagar Nusa. Likewise, social media has become a practical application to bridge information on superior programs implemented by educational institutions to the public as the main consumers in determining the right educational institution for their children . This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques which are then analyzed through several steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions . Testing the validity of the data in this study used triangulation. The results of this research are that MTs Zainul Irsyad presents the extracurricular martial arts pencak silat Pagar Nusa as an advantage in shaping the character of students, encouraging community participation through school committees in extra-curricular activities based on local wisdom, promotion via Social Media by choosing the right communication platform, collaboration with Relevant Parties by involving local governments and other relevant actors so that this program can be sustainable and have a positive impact. The success of a branding strategy based on local wisdom through extra-curricular martial arts pencak silat Pagar Nusa can be measured through; (1) increasing students' knowledge about local wisdom, (2) their active participation in pencak silat martial arts activities at several events, and (3) a significant impact on the acceptance of new students in the next academic year

Abstract

Perlindungan terhadap hak atas anak dijamin oleh Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 Pasal 28B ayat (2). Pasal ini menyatakan bahwa setiap anak berhak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh dan berkembang serta berhak atas perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Tetapi, di masyarakat masih ada berbagai kekerasan yang menimpa anak, salah satunya adalah bullying atau perundungan. Peran teknologi berpengaruh kepada siswa-siswi di sekolah. Teknologi secara tidak langsung memfasilitasi siswa-siswi untuk melakukan bullying pada siswa yang lainnya. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan pelajar terkait tindakan bullying membuat tindakan tindakan ini dianggap wajar di kalangan pelajar. Untuk itu, diperlukan sosialisasi stop bullying di kalangan pelajar/siswa-siswi di SD IT Insantama Kota Tidore. Adapun Metode sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan menyampaikan materi secara langsung/Ceramah tentang definisi, dampak yang ditimbulkan, peraturan-peraturan yang terkait dengan bullying. Sharing, berdiskusi, tanya jawab dan dialog diberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam sosialisasi ini. Menggunakan alat bantu Audio Visual peralatan elektronik audio visual akan dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan foto-foto/ilustrasi para korban bullying. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan mahasiswa untuk turut serta melakukan sosialisasi tentang bahaya perundungan.Kata Kunci: Perundungan, Anak, Sosialisasi, Pencegahan, Tidore

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Maharah Istima’ Melalui Metode Storytelling Pada Siswa Kelas X. Penelitian ini fokus pada metode Storytelling sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru Bahasa Arab di Kelas X. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara analisis Miles dan Hubermen. Teknik validasi data menggunakan proses triangulasi yaitu, triangulasi narasumber yang beragam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Maharah Istima’ Melalui Metode Storytelling Pada Siswa Kelas X dalam pembelajaran dilihat dari hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan peserta ddik merasa nyaman dan asyik ketika guru menggunakan model ini. Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Maharah Istima’ Melalui Metode Storytelling Pada Siswa Kelas X lainnya yaitu selalu menumbuhkan motivasi peserta didik agar tidak berputus asa dalam belajar bahasa Arab dan melakukan bimbingan khusus untuk peserta didik yang belum lancar membaca kemudian memberikan latihan tambahan dan tugas tertentu kepada peserta didik agar melakukan kegiatan belajar di luar sekolah dan selalu memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada seperti buku-buku yang tersedia di perpustakaan.
