Penelitian ini berupa penelitian eksperimen, yang bertujuan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan Media Animasi Berbantuan Model Direct Instruction (DI) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tidore Kepulauan Pada Konsep Gerak Lurus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tidore Kepulauan yang berjumlah 63 siswa sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XIPA1 dengan jumlah siswa 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dengan cara simple random sampling (pengambilan sampel secara acak). Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas (X) Media Animasi dan variabel terikat (Y) hasil belajar siswa. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik tes dan non tes. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan diperoleh = 6,229 dan = 2,04227 dengan dk= 30 dan taraf sifnifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ternyata Â Â atau 6,229 2,04227 sehingga Â diterima dan Â ditolak. Dengan demikian berarti terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media animasi berbantuan model Direct Instruction (DI) terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan koefisien korelasi antara penggunaan media animasi dan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh sebesar 0,751 atau 56,4% tergolong pada katergori kuat.Â Kata kunci: Penggunaan Media Animasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa.

Badan Usaha Milik Desa merupakan amanat yang tertuang dalam UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Sejalan kewenangan ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh desa, pemerintah desa dapat mendirikan dan mengelola BUMDesa dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembentukan dan pengembangan BUMDesa di Desa Sukabares. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian antara lain perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, pelopor usaha roti gulacir. Desa Sukabares memiliki pangan local khas kampung gulacir yaitu roti gulacir. Produk panganan tersebut masih bersifat usaha rumah tangga dengan pemasaran di sekitar wilayah Serang dan Cilegon. Permintaan panganan roti gulacir tersebut cukup tinggi terutama pada saat menjelang hari raya idulfitri. Pengemasan yang masih sederhana dan pekerja berasal dari kerabat dekat membuat usaha roti gulacir tertutup untuk dikembangkan lebih besar lagi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa sudah melakukan kesepakatan melalui rembug desa dengan memngundang perangkat desa, BPD, tokoh masyarakat, pelaku usaha dan anggota PKK untuk mendirikan BUMDesa tiga tahun ke depan yaitu 2021, sehingga belum adanya surat keputusan yang mengatur mengenai anggaran dasar, aturan kerjasama dengan pihak lain dan rencana pengembangan desa. Pengembangan dan pengelolaan BUMDes roti gulacir baru bisa dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021 karena desa masih memproritaskan pembangunan fisik (infrastruktur) terlebih dahulu. Dari sisi pengusaha roti gulacir juga masih ada keengganan untuk mengembangkan lebih besar lagi usahanya dengan alasan menjaga rahasia usaha keluarga. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah desa dapat membentuk usaha berbentuk koperasi yang lebih menekankan pada pemasaran dan pelabelan produk panganan khas desa dan mewajibkan roti gulacir sebagai konsumsi dalam rapat-rapat di pemerintahan desa.Kata kunci : Badan Usaha Milik Desa, Roti Gulacir, Panganan khas local desa

ABSTRAK Zeolit alam mempunyai potensi sebagai penjerap logam berat dalam pengolahan limbah cair yang disebabkan oleh kapasitas penjerapan, selektivitasnya yang tinggi, dan jumlahnya melimpah di Indonesia. Zeolit alam diaktivasi secara fisika dengan pemanasan pada suhu 150 oC dan secara kimia dengan HCl 6 M dan NH4NO3 2 M. Variasi isian matrik adsorben pada kolom digunakan untuk mengetahui perbandingan besarnya adsorpsi dengan panjang unggun 10, 15, dan 20 cm. Kadar logam Cr(VI) pada sampel limbah cair sebesar 14,68 ppm. Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah no. 10 tahun 2004, limbah tersebut telah melebihi baku mutu air limbah. Hasil elusi satu kali dengan larutan K2Cr2O7 80 ppm pada kolom adsorpsi ZA-10, ZA-15 dan ZA-20 berturut-turut sebesar 98,07 %; 99,23 %; dan 99,96 %. Hasil elusi satu kali dengan sampel limbah cair batik kadar logam Cr(VI) 14,68 ppmpada kolom adsorpsi ZA-10, ZA-15 dan ZA-20 berturut-turut sebesar 98,45 %; 99,54 %; dan 99,97 %. Limbah cair batik setelah perlakuan telah memenuhi kriteria baku mutu air limbah ditinjau dari kandungan logam Cr(VI). Kata kunci: limbah cair batik, logam Cr(VI), adsorpsi, zeolit alam. ABSTRACT Nature zeolite are capable of removing quantities of heavy metals from wastewaters, that they have potential properties as adsorbent for capacity and selectivity. Meanwhile, Indonesia has wide and large-scale distribution of zeolite. It give easy access to these minerals for characterization with respect to their function as adsorbent. The naturalzeolite was activated physically by heating it at temperature of 150° C andchemically using 6 M HCl and NH4NO3 2 M. The variations of adsorbent matrix entry in the column were used to determine the ratio of the amount of adsorption with a bed length of 10, 15, and 20 cm. The value of metal Cr(VI) was found that in wastewater samples of 14,68 ppm. Based on Regulation of Central Java Province no. 10 of 2004, the wastewater has been passed the standards of quality wastewater. The one-time elution showed that a solution of 80 ppm K2Cr2O7 in each adsorption column ZA-10, ZA-15 and ZA-20 with value adsorption of 98,07%; 99,23 %; dan 99,96 % for the adsorbent adsorption, respectively. The one-time elution showed that wastewater samples the value of the metal Cr(VI) content of 14.68 ppm in each adsorption column ZA-10, ZA-15 and ZA-20 with value adsorption for 99.97%, 98.39% and 99.39 %98,45 %; 99,54 %; and 99,97 % for the adsorbent adsorption, respectively. The liquid waste of batik manufacturing after processing showed to meets the criteria of wastewater quality standard in terms of the metal Cr(VI) content. The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The implementation of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative manufacture in Rembang. 2) The role of the Notary as the maker of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Enterprises. 3) Barriers and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang.The approach method in this research is juridical empirical, data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study, performed data analysis by descriptive analytic.Results of the research results can be concluded: 1) Implementation of Creation Deed of Establishment of Cooperative in Rembang which starts with the preparation stage of formation, preparation stage meetings of formation, stage meetings of formation, stage request for approval rights of legal entities cooperatives, and the stage of issuance of the deed pendiiran and 2) As the role of Notary Deed of establishment of cooperative enterprises in Rembang is as maker deed of cooperative efforts. Notaries have the right authority / legal standing in a deed of incorporation of cooperatives. 3). Obstacles and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang of the cooperative is a member of the cooperative awareness level is still low, less managerial capacity, and limited capital resources. Barriers of Notary Public Notary is still much limited knowledge of Notary Deed Official Cooperation (PPAK) and the low interest of the Notary Deed Cooperative (NPAK) in Rembang district were registered for the Legal Entity Administration System Cooperative (SISMINBHKOP). With the state of a society, then the Office of Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Rembang should seek to build cooperation between the Notary in Rembang with the Agency's own cooperative.Keywords: Deed of Establishment of Cooperative; PPAK; SISMINBHKOP

Credit risk in the context of financial institutions is a common occurrence but it has a negative impact if not insurmountable be influential on the soundness of the financial institution. Nevertheless, this risk can be managed and controlled, by way of precaution in terms of lending.1 Therefore, in the granting of credit, the bank must pay attention to the principles of lending right,2 which one of them is through the appraisal (coleteral) in the form of collateral that can be used as protection for creditors (financial institutions) in the event of default or breach of contract. Use of the mortgage institutions by financial institutions as collateral for the credit of the debtor for repayment of debt, considered more a sense of security in terms of lending, compared with provisions on the guarantee in the Civil Code in Article 1131. The weakness in terms of guarantees contained in the provisions of Article 1131 of the Civil Code is very different from the conception of the imposition of bail in the mortgage rights Act which guarantees the imposition of security rights institutions specifically tied and mutually exclusive because it applies only to one creditor only. This legal consequences on the situation in which if the debtor in default, mortgage holders creditors are entitled to sell the object as collateral through public auction in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in question with the right to precede rather than other creditors. Based the provisions of Article 6 of Law No. 4 of 1996 On Mortgage of Land And Objects Relating to Land (hereinafter referred to as UUHT). Takeover of collateral can be done by holders of mortgage without the need to seek prior authorization to the giver mortgag, and do not need to also ask for the establishment of a local court, if want to execute on mortgage as collateral the debt of the debtor in the case of debtor default.3 Mortgage holders may request to the Head of Auction Office to the auction on the objects mortgage concerned,4 so this is a new step where before the execution of the deed grosse mortgages can only be done through the execution of the District Court.5 Execution of mortgage, this concept is known in the Code of Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code) is known as parate execution as referred to in Article 1178 of the Civil Code. Based these provisions, the takeover of the collateral in the form of a guarantee can be done by holders of mortgage (creditor) without the need for prior approval to the mortgage providers, when will be the execution of the mortgage which is a guarantee of debt of the debtor in which case the debtor is in default, this concept is known as parate execution which means that people refer to it as the execution is always ready at hand or parate execution.6 In practical implementation, execution parate implementation on the mortgage rights are not clear and even tend to stray far from the principles and doctrines parate execution. This is one of them can be seen in Article 14 paragraph (2) and (3) UUHT, where execution can be carried out on the certificate of mortgages in which includes irahirah with the words : “FOR THE SAKE OF JUSTICE UNDER THE ONE ALMIGHTY GOD”. Thus, the aforementioned phrase (irah-irah), indicates that the execution of the security object on the ground bound with mortgage understood as execution as grosse acte hypotheek. Other than that, on a general explanation Point 9 of the Act Mortgage stated that the concept of parate execution mortgage referred to in Article 14 paragraph (3) of the law still refers to Article 224 Herziene Indonesisch Reglement (hereinafter abbreviated as HIR). HIR provisions of Article 224 states that : The original letter from the letter of the mortgage and debt securities strengthened in front of a notary in Indonesia and whose head wear the words “On behalf of the Law”, equal magnitude with the judge’s decision, if the letter that should not be kept by peaceful means, then subject it to run held by the command and leadership from chairman of the district court which is in the jurisdiction the person who owes it silent or stay or choose a place of residence in the manner stated in the articles above in this section, but with the understanding that force the body can only be done, if it is allowed by the judge’s decision. If carrying out that decision to be executed at all or in part outside the area of the law courts the chairman ordered to run it, then the rules in Article 195 second paragraph and the next one followed. This condition caused multiple interpretations are not contradictory between Article 6 jo. Article 20 Paragraph (1) Clause (a) of the Act Mortgage, Article 14 paragraph (3) and Point 9 General Explanation Mortgage Act. This condition eventually making the principles of simplicity and legal certainty parate execution of mortgage not be achieved because eventually the creditor, in this case the holders of mortgage, can not run execution of mortgage easily, in accordance with the ideals of the establishment of the Act Mortgage as stated in the General Explanation of Mortgage Rights Act.

AbstractThe study was conducted to the effect of soil amendment on the growth and production of three Inpari 23 rice plants on three types of soil. The research design used was a split-plot experiment, with 3 replications. The main plot of soil from the location consisted of andosol soil type from Karanganyar (L1), Mediterranean soil type from Magelang (L2), and alluvial soil type from Demak (L3). Sub-plots are without soil amendment (R1) and with soil amendment (R2). Parameters observed were plant height, number of tillers, the weight of plant crown, and harvest index. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance prosedure, and the LSD test at the 5% level for to comparation the difference mean between treatments. The results showed that the interaction effect between the treatment of soil improvement and the type of soil from three locations was significant (P<0,05) based on the parameters of the number of tillers and the weight of the plant crown. The conclution of the study that the growth and production of the Inpari 23 variety were highest with soil improvement (R2 on the alluvial soil type from Demak (L3), followed by the Mediterranean soil type from Magelang. (L2) and of the andosol soil type from Karanganyar (L3). Keywords: Growth; Paddy; Soil Repairer; Organic fertilizer.

The limited number of healthcare personels affects failure on theraphy. In diabetes mellitus patients accellerates complication risks of micro or macrovascular so constant monitoring must be done. Most diabetes mellitus victims begins their diseases at age 45 or older which their cognitive abilities degrade but education is important for diabetes patients. Most healthcare personels educate their patients verbally. With cognitive abilities degradation of diabetes patients, verbal communication becomes less effective. To overcome this communication problem, the best way is to communicate with less verbally but more visually. Visual communication in this case becomes an effective communication alternative to deliver educational messages which is easier to understand and minimize communication bias. This booklet design hopefully overcomes existing communication barrier in order to improves life quality of patients.

This research is intended to analyze the influence of competency and chances of success on the empowerment of employee based on syncretical model of charismatic/ transformational leadership.The respondents consist of 52 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto International Airport, Yogyakarta. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents. The instrument of questionnaire from Behling and McFillen are used to measures the variable of competency, chances of success, and empowerment. The data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study indicate that: (i) competency and chances of success has positive significant influence on the empowerment of employee, (ii). competency has no dominant influence on the empowerment of employee.

This study is concerned with how the effect of extrinsic and intrinsic reward to performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward extrinsic and intrinsic job satisfaction and performance either partially or simultaneously, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance as well as find out more where the effect directly reward extrinsic and intrinsic to the performance of employees with indirect influence reward extrinsic and intrinsic rewards to employee performance. Respondents of this study consist of 100 employees. The employed data of this study are primary data. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data is analyzed by regression analysis and path.The results show that partially or simultaneously reward extrinsic and intrinsic are significant positive effect on job satisfaction and performance. There are positive and significant impact on job satisfaction toward employees performance as well as an indirect effect (reward extrinsic and intrinsic to the performance of employees through job satisfaction) greater than a direct effect (extrinsic and intrinsic reward to employees performance)

Investors attempted to optimize the level of profit from the capital invested in the company. Bond rating can be used by investors to predict whether a bond able to attract investors to buy it or not through the liquidity, profitability and leverage assessment approaches of a bond. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage on Company Bond Ratings in Indonesia. This field research was used cross section data. The research objects used were all banking, financing and insurance industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The results showed that return on assets has no significant effect on bond rating predictions. Return on equity does not have a significant effect on bond ratingpredictions. Debt to assets significantly influences the prediction of bond ratings. Debt to equity has a significant effect on bond rating predictions.
