Abstract

Personal hygiene pada ibu nifas di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu citra tubuh, praktik sosial, status sosio ekonomi, pengetahuan, budaya kebiasaan seseorang dan kondisi fisik.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang Personal hygiene selama masa nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2023. Penelitian berjenis analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Agustus sampai dengan 19 Agustus 2023. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 ibu nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen dengan teknik total sampling.Pengolahan data dengan editing, coding, processing, tabulating dan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil uji univariat diperoleh mayoritas pengetahuan responden berada pada kategori kurang dengan frekuensi 16 orang (42,1%) dan perilaku Personal hygiene responden berada pada kategori negatif dengan frekuensi 20 orang (52,6%). Hasil uji chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% didapatkan nilai ρ (0,000) < α (0,05), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu nifas dengan perilaku personal hygiene selama masa nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Diharapkan dapat menjadi dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi responden tentang perawatan selama masa nifas dalam mempercepat penyembuhan masa nifas khususnya perilaku Personal hygiene selama masa nifas.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Bayi secara global masih mengkhawatirkan, di kawasan Afrika Sub-Sahara. Disebutkan bahwa 8 dari 10 tempat berbahaya untuk melahirkan di kawasan Afrika Sub-Sahara, dengan 29 kematian per 1.000 kelahiran, 80 persen kematian disebabkan oleh asfiksia, komplikasi saat lahir, hipotermi dan sepsis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inisiasi menyusu dini dengan kejadian Hipotermi pada bayi baru lahir di Bidan Praktik Mandiri Dara Irnanda, Am.Keb Desa Blang Mancung Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 4 Januari 2024 sampai dengan 5 Juli 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh semua ibu yang mempunyai bayi baru lahir pada bulan Maret 2024 yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengampilan sampel yaitu accidential sampling yaitu berjumlah 30 responden selama 2 minggu. Hasil diperoleh mayoritas responden berada pada katagori dilakukan inisiasi menyusu dini yaitu 20 responden (66.6%) dan mayoritas responden berada pada katagori tidak terjadi hipotermi yaitu 23 responden (76.7%). Uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,003 <  = 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima, menunjukkan ada pengaruh inisiasi menyusu dini dengan kejadian Hipotermi pada bayi baru lahir di Bidan Praktik Mandiri Dara Irnanda, Am.Keb Desa Blang Mancung Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Diharapkan bagi ibu untuk dapat mengatur dan mengontrol suhu tubuh bayi sehingga hipotermi pada bayi dapat dicegah dengan cara melakukan IMD segera setelah bayi lahir.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the employee performance at Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang. The research findings indicate that the improvement of employee performance at PT Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang is achieved through providing training and education to employees. The main factors influencing employee performance are the implementation of discipline and the provision of motivation. This research is a field study. In terms of data type, this research uses a qualitative research method. The data utilized consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data was gathered from written sources, both online and in libraries. The research results show that employee discipline can be assessed through attendance, adherence to rules, responsibility for assigned tasks, attention to detail in work, and polite behavior in the workplace. Meanwhile, work motivation can be enhanced by increasing employee wages, providing recognition for employees, and offering comfortable facilities and a conducive work environment. Overall, the improvement of employee performance at PT Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang is quite satisfactory. The training and education programs, the implementation of discipline, and the provision of motivation in the form of rewards, along with a comfortable and conducive work environment, have proven effective in enhancing the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang.

Abstract

Utilization of technology can be a solution in the process of supervising certified seeds, especially at the stage of field inspection, which is faster and more efficient. This study aimed to develop a drone image-based rice variety system to support the inspection process for seed certification. The research was conducted from March – July 2022. The rice plants of IPB 3S and Inpari 32 varieties located in Karawang, West Java were observed for their agronomic characteristics. The images of the two varieties were taken using a drone and augmented and cropped. The overall image obtained was 80% used as training data, 20% as data validation, and 10% as test data. The variety identification system was built using a model by applying the convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm. The performance of the model was observed through accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score. All agronomic characters justified that the two varieties used were different. This study produced three CNN models that could accurately identify the varieties of IPB 3S and Inpari 32 with an accuracy rate of 99.52% to 100%. Abstract

Background: Dengan komiditi hasil panen dan luas area lahan pertanian yang cukup luas di Desa Ulee Pulo Kecamatan Dewantara Aceh Utara, banyak permasalahan yang menjadi situasi yang ada di daerah Desa Ulee Pulo Kecamatan Dewantara. Salah satunya adalah minimnya kemampuan petani dalam berwirausaha terhadap hasil pertaniannya, dan petani banyak menjual hasil pertanian ke tengkulak. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu penerapan IPTEKs di Masyarakat dalam penggunaan teknologi dengan produk berupa aplikasi  marketplace untuk pertanian dengan nama aplikasi BS (Buying and Selling) Farmers. Metode: Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah petani-petani yang ada di Desa Ulee Pulo Aceh Utara, dengan berjumlah sebanyak 30 petani. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu disfusi ipteks, pedampingan, pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Teknik pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini tersedianya aplikasi BS (Buying and Selling) Farmers yaitu sebagai penerapan Ipteks dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada petani untuk meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran hasil pertanian di Desa Ulee Pulo Aceh Utara. Sehingga para petani dapat memasarkan secara langsung hasil pertanian yang telah mereka hasilkan kepada pasar dengan cepat dan akurat. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan Pengabdian ini meningkatkan daya saing pasar sebanyak 5% dan para petani menjadi cakap teknologi dikarenakan adanya aplikasi BS (Buying and Selling) Farmers dalam kegiata pemasaran dan promosi hasil pertanian.

Abstract

The waters of Lambur Luar Village are a productive coastal area that supports capture fisheries activities, one of which is through the use of bottom gillnets. This fishing gear is considered fairly selective and environmentally friendly, making it important to assess its effectiveness in terms of catch composition. This study aims to analyze the main catch, bycatch, and discard from bottom gillnets operated by local fishers. The method used was a survey with purposive sampling on ten fishing units, with four replications per unit. The data were analyzed descriptively and supported by biodiversity indices, including diversity, evenness, and dominance. The results showed that mantis shrimp (Harpiosquilla raphidea) was the dominant main catch, with the highest number and biomass. Bycatch was dominated by demersal fish such as croaker (Johnius trachycephalus), tongue sole (Cynoglossus lingua), Chacunda gizzard shad (Anodontostoma chacunda), fourfinger threadfin (Eleutheronema tetradactylum), along with several other species. Meanwhile, discards consist of non-economic benthic organisms such as snails, starfish (Asteroidea spp.), horseshoe crabs (Tachypleus gigas), and ghost crabs (Ocypoda quadrata). The diversity index indicated a moderate category, reflecting ecosystem balance, while the dominance index was low, suggesting no single species excessively dominated the ecosystem. In conclusion, bottom gillnets with a mesh size of 3.5 inches proved effective in capturing target organisms suitable for consumption while reducing the proportion of unwanted discards. This indicates that bottom gillnets have the potential to support sustainable fisheries practices without causing significant negative impacts on the benthic ecosystem in the waters of Lambur Luar Village.

Abstract

Success in the world of education is often associated with successful academic achievements. Therefore, processing information is very important to determine the selection of students who excel. However, study programs and student services often face difficulties in recognizing students who have achievements. In this research, outstanding students from the Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University were determined using the Naive Bayes classification method combined with the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method to identify data patterns before classification. The criteria measured are GPA, achievements achieved, organizations attended, and the number of Semester Credit Units (SKS) that have been programmed. By using the Confusion Matrix, the evaluation results show an accuracy level of 98%, recall of 97%, precision of 100%, and F1-Score of 99%.

Abstract

Values ​​education is a process of guidance through role models. Education that is oriented towards instilling life values ​​which include religious, cultural, ethical and aesthetic values ​​towards the formation of students who have religious spiritual intelligence, self-control, complete personality, morals. noble, as well as the skills needed by himself, society and the country. The content of educational values ​​is all vague and too western-flavored. Recently there has been talk about the Islamicization of science. In this sense it can be said that the Islamization of science is an alternative-strategic solution. This effort is encouraging if technical and non-technical factors contribute to fertilizing the climate. However, if it is only euphoric, it would be very regrettable. Instead of looking for a strategic alternative solution, in fact it could be a strategic alternative solution for certain groups who only seek to profit from public opinion, which has great potential because the majority of the population is Muslim. In evaluating the value education integration process, you can use the 5P assessment technique (paper and pencils, portfolio, project, product, and performance). This 5P assessment is directed at the context of value education in the family, school and society.

Abstract

Digital learning media based on gamification is rarely found in singing education, yet the impact of utilizing such learning tools cannot be underestimated. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a gamified digital learning media product for cultural arts education in junior high schools. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, focusing on the development and validation process of gamified digital learning media suitable for educational purposes. The research subjects consist of media experts, content experts, and cultural arts teachers from State Junior High School 3 Grogol, Sukoharjo. Data collection techniques involve a media validation questionnaire, which is then analyzed using percentages and described to provide an overview of the suitability level of this gamified media. The research results indicate that the average validation results obtained from media experts I and II are 86%, while the average results from content experts I and II are also 86%. After being validated by the cultural arts teachers, the gamified media received an average total score of 87% from three teachers, all falling under the 'very good' qualification. Therefore, based on the assessments of media experts, content experts, and teachers, it is concluded that the gamified digital learning media product is categorized as 'suitable' for use as an alternative cultural arts learning media in State Junior High School 3 Grogol. The existence of this appropriate media undoubtedly stands as an innovative learning tool, incorporating gaming elements to enrich the process of singing skills.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nutrition of pregnant women greatly determines their health and their content. The food consumed by pregnant women is useful for facilitating birth and for the production of breast milk for the baby. Lack of knowledge and low economic status causes the nutritional needs of pregnant women to be unfulfilled, resulting in SEZ. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and economic status with nutritional status in pregnant women. Analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach. The independent variables are knowledge and economic status, the dependent variable is the nutritional status of pregnant women. The population is all pregnant women at the Mojosari Health Center, totaling 33 pregnant women, with a simple random sampling technique obtained 30 respondents. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test. The results of statistical tests that the value of count = 0.000 table = 0.01, The results of statistical tests obtained count = 0.002 table = 0.01. Based on the correlation coefficient, it was found that the value of C = 0.533 had a moderate level of closeness. The better the knowledge, the easier it is to receive information and the more knowledge they have, as well as the knowledge of pregnant women will affect daily consumption patterns which have an impact on nutritional status. Families with high economic status will certainly try to meet the needs of pregnant women as well as possible, quality and diverse nutritional intake can support the nutritional status of pregnant women. ABSTRAK Nutrisi ibu hamil sangat menentukan kesehatan dan kandungannya. Makanan yang dikonsumsi ibu hamil berguna untuk memperlancar persalinan dan untuk produksi ASI bagi bayi. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan status ekonomi yang rendah menyebabkan kebutuhan gizi ibu hamil tidak terpenuhi sehingga terjadi KEK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan status ekonomi dengan status gizi pada ibu hamil. Desain penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel bebas adalah pengetahuan dan status ekonomi, variabel terikat adalah status gizi ibu hamil. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Puskesmas Mojosari yang berjumlah 33 ibu hamil, dengan teknik simple random sampling diperoleh 30 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil uji statistik bahwa nilai hitung = 0,000 tabel = 0,01, Hasil uji statistik diperoleh hitung = 0,002 tabel = 0,01. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi diketahui bahwa nilai C = 0,533 memiliki tingkat keeratan sedang. Semakin baik pengetahuan maka semakin mudah menerima informasi dan semakin banyak pengetahuan yang dimilikinya, begitu juga dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil akan mempengaruhi pola konsumsi sehari-hari yang berdampak pada status gizi. Keluarga dengan status ekonomi tinggi tentunya akan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan ibu hamil dengan sebaik-baiknya, asupan gizi yang berkualitas dan beragam dapat menunjang status gizi ibu hamil.
