Abstract

Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems due to various physiological and psychosocial changes. In Indonesia, the prevalence of malnutrition and overnutrition among adolescents is still relatively high. Various factors directly affect nutritional status, namely food intake, as well as indirect factors such as stress. Stress can disrupt eating behavior and affect appetite regulation, resulting in changes in energy intake and body weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and energy intake with the nutritional status of adolescents in Surakarta. This study used an observational method with a cross-sectional approach involving 155 respondents using simple random sampling. Stress levels were measured using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-42) questionnaire, energy intake was assessed through a 7-day food record, and nutritional status was measured using z-scores with age-specific body mass index (BMI-for-Age). The results of the study, which were tested using Chi-Square and correlation tests, showed that there was a relationship between stress levels and nutritional status (p = 0.000; r = 0.317) and a relationship between energy intake and nutritional status (p = 0.000; r = 0.494). In conclusion, stress levels and energy intake are interrelated factors that affect the nutritional status of adolescents This study shows the need for interventions focused on stress management education and the promotion of a balanced diet to improve adolescent health.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has a significant role in transforming societal patterns in fulfilling food needs, including the emergence of online food delivery applications that are increasingly popular among university students. Various factors influence food choice decisions, one of which is the level of nutritional knowledge that is expected to encourage healthy and balanced eating behavior. The study aimed to determine the relationship between balanced nutrition knowledge and food choices made through online food delivery applications among students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 108 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data on balanced nutrition knowledge and food choices were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study show that most respondents have a low level of nutrition knowledge (76,9%) and tend choose foods that are not nutritionally balanced (93,5%). No significant relationship is found between balanced nutrition knowledge and food choices made through online food delivery applications (p=0,725). The findings of this study highlight the importance of improving nutrition literacy and developing balanced eating habits so that students not only possess nutritional knowledge but also are able to apply it in making healthy food choices through online food delivery applications

Abstract

Darah merupakan komponen penting bagi tubuh. Oleh karena itu persediaan darah di UPT Transfusi Darah Dines Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan harus dijaga. Berdasarkan data dari UPT Transfusi Darah Dines Kesehehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan saat ini saat ini stok darah di UPT Transfusi Darah Dines Kesehatan berkurang. Hal tersebut mendorong Dosen Prodi Farmasi Universitas Pancasakti Makassar untuk mengadakan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan tema “Setetes Darah Anda Bukti Cinta Pada Sesama “ yang betujuan untuk mensosialisasikan donor darah di tengah masyarakat dan sebagai upaya mebantu ketersediaan stok darah di Kota Makassar. Pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Pancasakti Makassar pada tanggal 24 September 2022 Pukul 14.00 hingga pukul 17.00 WITA ini dihadiri oleh 50 orang peserta, meliputi Mahasiswa, Dosen, Staff Universitas Pancasakti Makassar, serta masyarkat setempat. Adapun peserta yang memenuhi syarat untuk mendonorkan darah sebanyak 34 orang atau lebih dari setengah jumlah peserta, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Aplikasi Google Form sebagai Kuesioner Online untuk Pendataan Peserta Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) Desa Aeng Towa Kabupaten Takalar adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra dalam mempersipakan diri untuk pencatatan digital. Peserta dalam program ini adalah mitra yang akan melaksanakan pendataan Peserta Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) Desa Aeng Towa Kabupaten Takalar. Permasalahan peserta terletak pada pengetahuan kuesioner online dalam hal ini adalah tidak dapat memanfaatkan Google Form untuk membuat kuesioner online yang dapat memudahkan dalam pencatatan Peserta Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) Desa Aeng Towa Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah peserta mengetahui dan memahami tentang cara membuka Google Form, mendesain formulir, dan jenis jenis pertanyaan yang bisa diajukan serta menggunakan kuesioner tersebut untuk pendataan peserta Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) Desa Aeng Towa kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

Berbagai masalah kesehatan masih ditemui di masyarakat baik berkaitan dengan obat akibat semakin tingginya tindakan swamedikasi atau pengobatan sendiri (self medication) maupun akibat semakin tingginya kematian akibat penyakit degeneratif atau penyakit tidak menular (PTM) Berbagai permasalahan terkait obat dapat dikarenakan masyarakat kurang paham tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat dengan benar sedangkan penyakit degeneratif disebabkan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk skrining kesehatan. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh Tim Pengabdian masyarakat Prodi Farmasi Universitas Pancasakti bahwa Kelurahan Bontolebang, Kecamatan Galesong Utara, Kabupaten Takalar Provinsi Sulawesi selatan belum pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat dengan benar dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk memeriksakan kesehatan. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang obat melalui sosialisasi DAGUSIBU (DApatkan, GUnakan, SImpan, BUang) obat yang baik dan benar serta meningkatkan status kesehatan masyarakat melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis yaitu Glukosa darah dan Pengukuran tekanan darah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa prodi Farmasi Universitas Pancasakti pada tanggal 10 Maret 2023 bertempat di Kantor Lurah Bontolebang dan dihadiri oleh masyarakat Bontolebang, ibu PKK, dan perangkat Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi DAGUSIBU dengan cara penyuluhan, tahap evaluasi berupa pre test dan post test, diskusi interaktif dan pambagian leaflet DAGUSIBU serta pengukuran glukosa darah dan tekanan darah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa :. sosialisasi DAGUSIBU dengan cara penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat yang benar dan dari hasil pemeriksaan glukosa darah dan tekanan darah dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyakit degeneratif berupa Diabetes mellitus dan hipertensi banyak terdapat di masyarakat Desa Bontolebang Kecamatan Galesong Utara, Kabupaten takalar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan hal ini disebabkan karena: pola hidup yang tidak sehat, kurang olah raga, stres dan kurangnya informasi yang didapat tentang hal yang menjadi pemicunya.

Abstract

Puri Sehat pharmacy is a place of service for pharmaceutical products and services (medicines) to the community. The problem that often occurs is the incompatibility between the physical stock supply of drugs and what is written on the stock card is different in number, because it is caused by errors due to taking into account and recording is still done manually which is written in the ledger and stock cards and the ineffectiveness of cashiers in making customer refunds and reports on drugs sold or entered as well as reports on drug purchases to suppliers so that drug inventory reports are not clear and difficult to estimate every month because all processes are still done manually.This problem is caused because the business process flow that is carried out is still manual and out of sync between buying and selling drugs To solve the problem, pharmacies need business software or applications and information systems that are capable and have complete and integrated features is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Abstract

Purpose  – Wealth is an essential and fundamental aspect of human life. It not only plays an important role in sustaining life, but also serves as a means to achieve prosperity and happiness, both in this world and in the hereafter. Although the Qur'an explicitly prohibits the acquisition of wealth through unlawful means, violations of this provision still occur frequently. In fact, seeking halal livelihood is an obligation for every Muslim. Therefore, it is important to conduct in-depth research on sources of income that are haram, so that they can be avoided, while also examining the perspective of Islamic economics in managing haram wealth for those who are already involved and wish to purify it. Method – This study uses a normative-descriptive method with a sociological-legal approach. Data collection was conducted through literature study by examining various relevant sources, such as fiqh books, scientific journals, fatwas from scholars, and previous research results. Result – The results of the research show in Islamic jurisprudence, unlawful wealth refers to assets acquired through forbidden means, such as gambling, oppression, usury, theft, corruption, or the sale of prohibited goods, as explicitly forbidden by the Quran and Hadith. The management of illicit wealth in the context of Islamic economics must be based on the principles of justice, purification, and divine trust (istikhlāf). Scholars such as al-Ghazālī, Ibn Qudāmah, Wahbah al-Zuḥaylī, and Yūsuf al-Qaraḍāwī agree that wealth obtained unlawfully must be returned to its rightful owner. If the owner is unknown, then the wealth must be allocated for the public good. Therefore, individuals, groups, and governments are obliged to manage unlawful wealth in a manner that brings public benefit and is in accordance with divine justice. Implication – As a practical implication these Islamic legal principles is that Muslims are strictly obligated to cleanse their finances of unlawfully acquired wealth, primarily by returning it to its rightful owner or, failing that, by dedicating it to public good, preferably, the government should establish an institution to facilitate this.

Abstract

HIV and AIDS are global problems and one of the public health problems in Indonesia. Prisons are places with a high risk of transmission of HIV and AIDS. The capacity of the Palu City Class IIA Prison is 180 people, with various cases. HIV and AIDS services have developed in several jails, including the jail in Palu, where imprisoned persons easily access continued care and support after receiving counselling and support. The test is a routine program in partnership with the Palu City Health Office. Prevention activities such as Information & Education Communication on HIV and AIDS and Blood Tests for Inmates in the Prison in Palu City are routinely conducted. This activity aims to increase the inmates' knowledge, attitudes, and actions to implement a healthy lifestyle and minimize the risk of transmission of HIV and AIDS, TB and other viruses. The Inmates of Class IIA Prisons in Palu City are at high risk of HIV and AIDS transmission because many crimes conducted are related to HIV transmissions, such as drug abuse with injection and sexual harassment. Moreover, some inmates have high-risk sexual behavior with other inmates, men sex with men. It is also caused by the difficulty in accessing and communicating with prisoners This community service aims to increase prisoners' knowledge, attitudes, and actions on the risk of HIV and AIDS transmission, through health education. Health education becomes a solution to changing prisoners' behavior in HIV prevention, such as stopping using a drug and safe sexual behavior.

Abstract

In 2021 there were 3,058 disasters, 42.1% were floods. One of the flood-affected areas was Rogo Village, the disaster would be followed by the emergence of refugees who were not supported by adequate sanitation facilities, this could trigger an outbreak so that knowledge of PHBS especially a childrens needs to be improved. Behavior change is not instantaneous, to accelerate the process, efforts are needed to increase knowledge and supporting facilities. The academic community of public health faculty will provide education for students at Inpres 1 Rogo Elementary in South Dolo District, Sigi Regency regarding PHBS steps that must be carried out in post-disaster conditions. This community service was carried out on 16th July 2022, starting with a pre-test to measure the participants' prior knowledge regarding PHBS and after the counseling it would end with a post-test to measure their increases of knowledge. The activity was attended by 23 students and 4 teachers. Based on the results of the pre-post test, it is known that the extension materials can increase the participants' knowledge regarding PHBS, this can be seen from the increase in the post-test scores. The highest increase in knowledge related to handwashing steps in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines, the value increased from 0% to 92.34%. Meanwhile, students' understanding of the requirements for “Jajan Sehat” has not been maximized even after being given education, this is illustrated by the increases scores of in participant is 21.73% to 78.26%, this it lower than the increases a scores of participants in other sections.

Abstract

Break Even Point (BEP) is a condition where a company experiences a position of neither profit nor loss or experiences a break-even point. This study aims to provide assistance in calculating the Break Even Point at the Harapan Kita, which operates in boat rental and public toilet services. The problem faced by Harapan Kita BUMDes is that it has not yet carried out a comprehensive or detailed BEP calculation, while the BEP calculation is very important for a company to use to determine the break-even point of this business. With this assistance, it is hoped that it can help the company in overcoming this problem. In this assistance, the author uses a mathematical method in analyzing the BEP which is used as a basis for consideration in making profit planning for the next period. The conclusion of the results of this mentoring activity is that it is important to have a report from this mentoring activity because the mentoring partners do not fully understand the calculation of the BEP, therefore BUMDes Harapan Kita needs to carry out a comprehensive BEP calculation to find out the break-even point during the business process. Many things and experiences that the author received, one of which is the importance of establishing good communication relationships, discipline, responsibility and cooperation between teams and can adapt to the method, it is hoped that they can practice it so that in the future the business being run can develop better and be more advanced than before.
