Abstract

The Rempang Eco-City government project has been listed in the National Strategic Plan of 2, and the rules of the development process are listed and explained in the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2023. The project is an integrated industrial, commercial and tourism regional project that aims to improve competitiveness with two neighboring countries (Malaysia and Singapore) that is being worked on by PT Makmur Elok Graha (MEG). As part of the development plan for the Rempang Eco City Project, the Indonesian government is working with the Xinyi Group to relocate affected residents living in the Project's construction site. However, many of the local people refused to be relocated by the government because they had been living in their houses for a very long time, so they thought that the government had no right to relocate local residents. This type of research is a combined research between literature and field studies with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this view includes three streams of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that in the book of al amwal it is mentioned that if someone quarantines land by sticking a lighthouse or tower on it, digging holes around it, making walls and the like, then it is ownership. The people of Rempang Island, especially the coastal areas, have been cultivating the land and building villages since before the issuance of the 2007 Government Regulation No. 46, which states that Rempang Island is included in the processing area of BP Batam. But not all of rempang island that they cultivate and create a village on it, but in the coastal areas only and there is a little in the middle of the island. If we look at the book of al amwal, which quotes the hadith of the prophet, "Whoever revives a dead land, that land belongs to him, and what creatures eat from it is alms for him," then the old kampong area on the coast belongs to the people, while the area that has never been cultivated or was cultivated after the 2007 Government Regulation No. 46 was issued belongs to the government.

Abstract

The side effects of using anti-gout and anti-inflammatory drugs in patients with hyperuricemia and gouty arthritis are the reason to get alternative, safer herbal medicines. To answer the call from the Indonesian government to explore the natural product potential as treatment modalities against various diseases, we performed an investigation on Limonia acidissima L. fruit. Extraction of the Limonia acidissima L. fruit was carried out by means of maceration using different solvents (n-hexane, ethyl acetate, ethanol, and methanol), performed sequentially. Phytoconstituents of each extract were further determined by using Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS). The results revealed that L. acidissima fruit is rich with fatty acids including oleic acid, n-hexadecanoic acid, palmitoleic acid, and octadecanoic acid. Several important plant sterols, such as sitosterol, stigmasterol, ergost-5-en-3-ol, (3beta.), were also found in the extract. Updated literature review confirmed the potential of Limonia acidissima L. fruit application as phytomedicine. To conclude, we recommend further investigation on the L. acidissima fruit potentials as antihyperuricemic and antiarthritic therapies

Abstract

For the prevention and handling of stunting, in 2019 the Aceh government designated 3 districts as stunting Focus Locations (Lokus), one of which is Pidie. To accelerate the reduction of stunting, the government set program indicator targets that must be achieved by 2024, especially in the stunting focus areas. The achievement of these indicators is a reflection of the performance of each district/city. To find out the description of the performance achievement of each indicator, it is measured by an index value approach. The study was conducted quantitatively; analyzing secondary data from 29 program coverage indicators divided into 6 dimension groups. Each dimension of the index has equal weighting. Index assessment by comparing the annual program coverage indicator value with the target value set nationally. The stunting index in Pidie stands at 51.6. Out of the six evaluated dimensions, family assistance and food security scored the lowest, with values of 39.0 and 18.0. In contrast, the nutrition dimension recorded a higher score of 71.7. The health dimension, along with social protection (63.7) and decent housing (53.1), also needs more attention from the local authorities, as the efforts in these areas to tackle stunting are still lacking. Nutrition has become a primary focus in Pidie's stunting prevention strategies, as evidenced by high iron tablet intake among adolescent girls (79.9) and pregnant women (94.11), good rates of complementary feeding (MP-ASI) for children aged 6-23 months (89.3), growth monitoring (83.7), and supplementary feeding programs (PMT) for pregnant women (72.3) and undernourished toddlers (77.1). However, exclusive breastfeeding (64.7) and iron tablet consumption among prospective brides (34.6) are areas with lower achievement. The nutrition dimension, with the highest index score, is expected to play a significant role in reducing stunting rates
