Abstract

In the beauty industry, business competition is very tight so consumer satisfaction is very important to maintain a business in a competitive market. The main aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand equity and customer bonding on the loyalty of beauty MSME consumers with satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of this research confirm that brand equity has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer bonding does not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The results further confirm that brand equity, customer bonding, and consumer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The mediating effect of satisfaction can mediate the relationship between brand equity and consumer loyalty, while the relationship between customer bonding and consumer loyalty. consumer satisfaction is not able to mediate it. It is hoped that the implications of this research can provide a fundamental contribution in the form of supporting information regarding strategic steps and strengthening models in optimizing the resources owned by creative industry business players, especially for beauty MSMEs

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance has many positive and important impacts on the government and society. Research on service quality and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance can provide valuable insight into understanding the factors that influence the level of taxpayer compliance. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. Data analysis confirms that service quality and tax sanctions significantly affect taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. The conclusions of this research inform an effective tax education and socialization program that can help taxpayers understand the importance of compliance and the positive impact of tax payments in supporting development. Clear and effective communication between tax authorities and taxpayers can help prevent misunderstandings and uncertainty hindering compliance. Proportionality in the application of sanctions is important so that the sanctions are appropriate to the level of the violation. This creates a sense of fairness and can prevent taxpayers from feeling treated unfairly. Giving tax authorities the power to impose sanctions increases their capacity to enforce tax rules.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi dan keberlanjutan. Berkah Relief Pematangsiantar, UMKM yang bergerak di bidang panel dekoratif arsitektur, dipilih karena potensinya besar namun masih dikelola secara konvensional. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memperkuat pemahaman pemilik dan karyawan terhadap bisnis digital dan ekonomi hijau. Pendekatan partisipatif dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi dan diskusi aktif yang mencakup strategi digital marketing, pemanfaatan e-commerce, dan praktik ramah lingkungan dalam usaha. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep bisnis digital dan ekonomi hijau sebesar 90%, yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner pra dan pasca pelatihan serta wawancara terstruktur. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan terintegrasi dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas UMKM dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi serta mengadopsi prinsip keberlanjutan guna meningkatkan daya saing dan kelangsungan usaha.

Abstract

Potatoes infected with the PLRV virus will experience a decrease in production up to 90%. In this paper, The PLRV distribution fractional differential equation model with potato and vector populations is reformulated by adding one new parameter, namely the rate of vector death due to predators. The model is divided into susceptible and infected classes. The PLRV dispersion model was developed and converted to a fractional order form for 0<σ ≤ 1. Next, the invariant region, positive solutions, basic reproduction number, equilibrium point, and stability were determined. Based on the stability analysis, it is shown that the stability of the disease-free equilibrium point is locally stable and globally stable if the basic reproduction number (R0)<1, and the stability of the endemic equilibrium point is globally stable if the basic reproduction number (R0)>1. Numerical solutions were also carried out to determine the effect of several parameters on the PLRV distribution model on potatoes. The numerical solution results show that the elimination rate of infected potatoes and the infection rate of potatoes have a significant role in controlling the spread of PLRV in potatoes.

Abstract

Second order ordinary differential equation (ODE) has many applications in science and engineering. Undergraduate students in science and engineering departments must study this subject in order to understand other subjects which are related to real applications they will encounter later. There are many excellent textbooks on differential equations where the students can study the theory and solve the problems. However, a textbook cannot give a quick answer for a problem particularly when the problem is quite difficult. A good choice is to use software such as Maple or Mathematica. However, this software is not always available for the teaching and purchasing it is usually beyond the ability of a student or even a lecturer. On the other hand, lecturers who want to create problems by themselves will follow the theory of the ODE. While creating the problems may not be difficult, answering them are harder. Problems which are very easy to answer are less worthless because they will not increase the students’ knowledge. Here comes the solution. A C program has been created to help lecturers create problems and solve them quickly. The program is interactive and can be easily understood by anyone who has basic theory of ODE. No knowledge of programming is needed; a user just runs it and follows the instruction. Students can also use the program to sharpen their knowledge. They can compare the solution of a problem they have solved with the answer given by the program. While commercial software such as Maple and Mathematica is very powerful, they cannot be used without writing necessary commands to solve a problem.

Abstract

Setelah keluarnya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor: 137/PUU-XIII/2015 dalam perkara pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945, Pemerintah tidak mempunyai kewenangan lagi dalam pembatalan peraturan daerah, tetapi dalam kenyataanya Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Dalam Negeri pada tahun 2016 masih melakukan pembatalan terhadap 3143 Peraturan Daerah yang ada di seluruh Indonesia. Untuk itu penting kiranya untuk dikaji Kedudukan Pemerintah dalam hak uji materi terhadap Peraturan Daerah Provinsi dan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten/Kota. Kajian yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini masuk dalam katagori kajian hukum normatif, untuk itu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Dengan keluarnya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor: 137/PUU-XIII/2015, Pemerintah Pusat tidak lagi memiliki kewenangan untuk membatalkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten/Kota, tetapi pemerintah masih memiliki kewenangan untuk membatalkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi. Hal ini dikarenakan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut tidak membatalkan Pasal 251 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014, melainkan hanya membatalkan Pasal 251 ayat (2) dari undang-undang dimaksud.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze legal dualism in the establishment of a Limited Liability Company. The Job Creation Act permits the establishment of a Limited Liability Company without using a notary deed, but only with a statement letter on the establishment of the company. This is very different from the provisions contained in the Limited Liability Company Law which requires the establishment of a Limited Liability Company to be established by a minimum of 2 (two) persons with a Notary deed in Indonesian. So that this difference in rules has caused a polemic in society. This research is expected to provide an understanding of the establishment of a Limited Liability Company before and after the enactment of the Job Creation Act. This research is a normative juridical research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the enactment of the Job Creation Act itself does not result in legal dualism in the establishment of a Limited Liability Company because the Job Creation Act itself is an amendment to the Limited Liability Company Law but was made using the omnibus law concept. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis mengenai dualisme hukum dalam pendirian perseroan terbatas. Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja mengizinkan pendirian perseroan terbatas tanpa menggunakan akta Notaris, melainkan hanya dengan surat pernyataan pendirian perseroan. Hal ini sangat berbeda dengan ketentuan yang terdapat di dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas yang mensyaratkan pendirian perseroan terbatas harus didirikan oleh minimal 2 (dua) orang dengan akta Notaris dalam bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga perbedaan pengaturan ini telah menimbulkan polemik di dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai pendirian perseroan terbatas sebelum dan sesudah berlakunya Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan diundangkannya Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja sendiri tidak mengakibatkan adanya dualisme hukum dalam pendirian perseroan terbatas karena Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja itu sendiri merupakan perubahan atas Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas namun dibuat menggunakan konsep omnibus law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur klausa independen dalam bahasa Kaili dialek Rai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa metode simak dan metode cakap melalui wawancara dengan informan serta pengamatan terhadap penggunaan bahasa. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode padan dan metode agih (distribusional). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Kaili dialek Rai memiliki tiga jenis klausa independen, yaitu klausa intransitif, transitif, dan ekuatif. Klausa intransitif dicirikan oleh tidak adanya objek, dengan variasi pola struktur S-P, S-P-Aj, P-S, P-Aj-S, P-S-Aj, dan Aj-S-P. Klausa transitif ditandai oleh adanya objek dengan pola dasar S-P-O serta variasi S-P-O-Aj, P-O-S, P-O-Aj-S, dan P-S-O. Sedangkan klausa ekuatif memiliki predikat ekuatif yang menghubungkan subjek dengan komplemen, dengan variasi pola S-P-Komp, S-Komp, Komp-S, S-P-Aj, dan Aj-P-S.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on the decision to purchase train tickets for KAI Access users in Lampung Province. The target population set in this study is KAI Access users in Lampung Province. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed offline and online, sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and the number of samples was set at 100 respondents. The resulting data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20.0 application tool. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it shows that the e-service quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 33,8%, and the e-trust variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 55,4%. The results of the multiple linear regression test explain that e-service quality dan e-trust together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 56,2% and the remaining 43,8% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics in one of the junior high school classes in Indonesia, which still uses the lecture method and only uses textbooks as teaching media. As a result, students do not understand and are not actively involved in the learning process. Teachers have not fully optimized the available learning media, including interactive multimedia, and there are limitations in teachers' ability to develop learning media, so that learning becomes interesting and students can understand the material. This study aims to develop valid and practical interactive multimedia products for Islamic Religious Education and Ethics lessons. This research is a research and development (R&D) study using the development model proposed by Borg & Gall. The development procedure in this study consists of five stages, namely: i) planning, ii) initial product development, iii) product validation, iv) product testing, and v) final product. Product validity testing was conducted by three validators, namely one subject matter expert and two media experts. Product testing was conducted on 20 high school students with the aim of determining the practicality of the developed product. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The results of the product validity test by subject matter experts obtained an average score of 4.71 in the valid category, while the media aspect obtained an average score of 4.69 in the valid category. The results of the practicality test analysis obtained an average score of 4.66, placing the interactive multimedia product in the “good or practical” category. Based on the validity and practicality test results, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia produced is feasible for use in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics lessons at the junior high school level in Indonesia.
