Abstract

Kitab kuning selalu identik dengan dunia pesantren Nusantara. Kitab kuning yang diajarkan di pesantren mencakup beragam cabang-cabang ilmu keislaman, termasuk hadis. Selama ini porsi terbesar dalam pengajian-pengajian kitab kuning adalah pada bidang fikihdan akhlak karena dua bidang inilah yang langsung memberikan pemahaman jelas pada pengamalan-pengamalan sehari-hari. Di sisi lain, kitab kuning tidak terbatas hanya pada dua bidang studi tersebut, ada juga bidang hadis yang menjadi topik utama pada artikel ini. Hadis masih kalah popular dengan disiplin ilmu keislaman lain karena membutuhkan pengetahuan seperangkat ilmu-ilmu penunjang, pemahaman yang tinggi dan tidak serta-merta langsung dengan mudah bisa diamalkan. Inilah yang menjadikan perkembangan studi hadis di nusantara agak lebih belakangan dibandinkan bidang lainnya. Artikel ini berusaha untuk melacak penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap kitab-kitab kuning di pesantren dan memilah-milahnya untuk menentukan kitab-kitab dalam bidang hadis. Dengan demikian bisa diketahui kitab-kitab hadis apa saja yang biasa diajarkan di pesantren.

Abstract

                                AbtrakPenelitian ini berusaha menyuguhkan paradigma baru dalam khazanah tafsir yaitu tafsir amali (terapan). Tafsir ini merupakan salah satu varian dari tafsir kontemporer di mana validitas dan caorak tafsirnya adalah empiris di lapangan. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yaitu menghimpun berbagai jenis literatur yang terkait dengan tafsir amali kemudian dianalisis dan diformulasikan. Tafsir amali adalah turunan dari gagasan Islam terapan karya Muslim A. kadir, Guru Besar filsafat Islam IAIN Kudus. Paradigma amali berusaha menggeser nilai-nilai teosentris dalam al-Qur’an menuju wilayah antroposentris. Tafsir amali adalah paradigma yang menggali nilai-nilai kandungan al-Qur’an yang didialogkan dengan wilayah empiris. Hasil dialog tadi menghasilkan rumusan yang disebut dengan code of conduct dalam berperilaku. Rumusan code of conduct ini-lah produk dari tafsir amali. Adapun contoh dari tafsir amali adalah kajian pada ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang terkait dengan lingkungan yaitu dengan menelusuri kata kunci manusia, rusak dan ihsan dalam al-Qur’an dengan bantuan mu’jam adapun hasilnya adalah sebagai berikut: Manusia haram melaksanakan kerusakan ekologis (al-Araf/7: 56/ al-Rum/30: 41) dan standar perilakunya (code of conduct) adalah tidak melaksanakan berbagai macam kegiatan  pencemaran lingkungan.  Manusia diberikan mandat sebagai pemelihara ekosistem bumi (Hud/11: 61) adapun standar perilakunya (code of conduct) adalah menjaga keberlanjutan flora dan fauna dari kepunahan. Manusia diperintahkan berbuat baik ihsan pada lingkungan (Q.S. an-Nahl/16:90) adapun standar perilakunya (code of conduct) adalah memanfaatkan alam namun juga menjaganya dengan menanam (konservasi) sehingga terjaga keberlanjutannya. Kata Kunci : antroposentris, code of conduct,  tafsir amali, teosentris,  AbstractThis study aims to present a new paradigm in the world of interpretation that is amali (applied) interpretation. This interpretation is one of the variants of contemporary interpretations where the validity and style of interpretation is empiric in the field. The research method used is literature study, which is collecting various types of literature related to amali interpretations then analyzed and formulated. Amali interpretation is a derivative of the idea of applied (amali)Islam by Muslim A. Kadir, Professor of Islamic philosophy at IAIN Kudus. amali paradigm tries to shift the theocentric values in the Qur'an to the anthropocentric space. Amali interpretation is a paradigm that explores the values of Qur'an in dialogue with the empirical zone. The results of the dialogue resulted in a formulation called the code of conduct in behaving. The formulation of code of conduct is the product of amali interpretation. An example of application an amali interpretation is a study of Qur’anic verses related to the environment by tracing the keywords human, damaged and ihsan in the Qur'an with the help of mu'jam and the results are as follows: Humans are forbidden to carry out ecological damage (al-Araf/7: 56/ al-Rum/30: 41) and the standard of behavior (code of conduct) is not to carry out various kinds of environmental pollution activities. Humans are given a mandate as custodians of the earth's ecosystem (Hud/11:61) while the standard of behavior (code of conduct) is to maintain the sustainability of flora and fauna from extinction. Abstract

This study aims to find the repertoire of aesthetic taste as a creative act and its relation to symbolic power in the arena of Indonesian cultural production of glass painting. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data collection used in-depth interviews, participant observation, individual life’s history, and document examination. Data analysis used interpretive phenomenological analysis. The study finds five aesthetic taste repertoires that include: (1) the aesthetic taste of the palace which is characterized by the symbolic decorative visualization of calligraphy pictographs of petarekatan  with wadasan and mega mendung ornaments; (2) the taste of strengthening cultural identity is marked by the symbolic decorative visualization of a traditional sourcebook for puppet shadow objects with wadasan and mega mendung ornaments; (3) the taste of traditional renewal is characterized by liberating expressive decorative visualizations; (4) the taste of cultural revitalization is characterized by decorative visualization of the superiority of tradition which is involute; and (5) the taste of marginalized community is characterized by the simplicity of traditional object visualizations. The five aesthetic tastes carry a decorative expression style with an interpretation of tradition based on the cultural capital of the artists. The production of aesthetic taste cannot fully be used to classify the social class structure of appreciators but is related to the identity of the cultural capital they have. The production of aesthetic taste is a creative education model that responds to the doxa of symbolic power in the form of orthodox or heterodox, resulting in defensive, subversive, defensive-subversive synthesis, and pseudo-subversive strategies, which are fought for legitimacy as symbolic power.

Abstract

Constraints and obstacles experienced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in the academic field are not only about the lack of information about the world of work or higher education, but the ability of SMK students in preparing their careers is still relatively low, students do not yet have a clear picture of their abilities, interests, and abilities. their goal. The purpose this a research is to form the career identity of students through career guidance services. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods through Counseling Guidance Actions (PTBK). Data analysis was obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews and observations in this study, there is a significant difference between before and after being given career guidance actions to form career identities for class XII students of SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Thus, students have a change in career identity after being given career guidance services, so it can be concluded that career guidance services can be used to form an identity in students' careers.

Abstract

Background: Smartphones are a fundamental require for everybody since smartphones can offer assistance someone's work through different highlights and certain innovation contained within the smartphone. Some people's need for information about smartphones makes people confused in choosing smartphone products because there are many smartphone brands available on the market, as a result, many people still buy smartphones that do not suit their needs and preferences. That is why ontology-based knowledge representation is becoming increasingly important in the field of smartphone technology to improve data organization, data retrieval, and interoperability. Objective: This research aims to develop a smartphone ontology using the Apache Jena Fuseki server which functions as a data collection tool and facilitates knowledge management about smartphones. Methods: This ontology was built using the methontology method, namely an ontology development method that is superior in providing a detailed description of each required activity. This smartphone ontology was developed using the Protégé 5.5.0 application which consists of 4 classes, 9 object properties, 15 data properties, and 92 individuals. Results: The research results show that the ontology built can help users search for smartphones that suit their criteria and needs. This research also succeeded in developing an android and semantic web-based application that allows users to search for smartphones more easily and efficiently, strengthening the benefits of the developed ontology in supporting smartphone purchasing decisions. Conclusion: The contribution of this research is to help customers, by providing recommendation the smartphone that best meets the requirements or best fits the given knowledge representation.

Abstract

enyakit tidak menular merupakan isu kesehatan yang menjadi perhatian nasional dan global pada saat ini. Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) adalah penyakit yang tidak ditularkan kepada orang lain melalui kontak dalam bentuk apapun. Saat ini, PTM tidak hanya menimpa kalangan lanjut usia saja, namun mulai banyak bermunculan pada kelompok usia muda dan usia kerja. Hal ini disebabkan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, perubahan lingkungan, dan peralihan gaya hidup tradisional ke modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran faktor risiko perilaku PTM pada remaja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Hasanah Kota Pekanbaru pada September-Oktober 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 68 responden. Hasil IMT yang beresiko (>25kg/m2) sebanyak 20,6%, pemeriksaan lingkar perut ditemukan lingkar perut berlebih sebanyak 13,2%, pemeriksaan tekanan darah >140/90mmHg sebanyak 8,8%, pemeriksaan kolesterol didapatkan hasil kolestrol yang tinggi sebanyak 4,4%. Hasil penelitian kebiasaan merokok responden sebanyak 23,5%, minum alkohol sebanyak 10,3% responden, konsumsi sayur dan buah < 5 porsi sehari sebanyak 79,4% dan responden yang kurang aktifitas fisik sebanyak 10,3%. Hasil pemeriksaan penyakit tidak menular pada diri sendiri hanya ditemukan penyakit asma sebanyak 8,8 %. Hasil pemeriksaan riwayat penyakit tidak menular pada keluargaditemukan penyakit diabetes melitus sebanyak 11,8 %, hipertensi sebanyak 27,9 %, jantung 7,4 % stroke 4,4%, asma 13,2 %, kanker 1,5 %, dan kolesterol 17,6%.

Abstract

The problem in this study is with the population administration services supplied by Paseh District, Bandung Regency. Where in the service process does it bring satisfaction to the community, and how does community satisfaction influence service quality in the field of population administration in Paseh District, Bandung Regency? This study seeks to define and analyse the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Paseh District, as well as to identify the factors that impede and support the implementation of public services in Paseh District, Bandung Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research method. The data gathering methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. To determine the quality of service in the field of population administration, apply Zeithaml et al.'s (1990: 19) service quality theory, which includes Tangible (tangible), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), and Emphaty (Empathy). This research's informants included the Head of the Government Section, the Secretary of the Subdistrict Head, employees, and the community. This research shows that the quality of services in the field of population administration in Paseh District, Bandung Regency is quite good but not yet optimal. This is caused by the existence of obstacles in the implementation of services that hinder the process of completing service products proposed by the community, and the incomplete facilities in the service rooms and the cleanliness of the room is not optimal, making people feel uncomfortable.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether PBV is influenced by capital structure, company size, profitability and liquidity. This research uses two kinds of theories: signaling theory and agency theory. The data used is secondary data from the Financial Statements of Manufacturing Industry Companies listed in the Indonesia Capital Market Directory in 2018-2021. This study used panel data with a sample of 74 from 135 companies during 2018-2021. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results were obtained in IDX manufacturing sector the debt equity ratio and firm size has a negative and insignificant effect on price book value. Return on equity negative and significant to price book value. Current ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on price book value. The purpose of this study also to determine the significance of the effect of debt equity ratio, firm size, return on equity and current ratio on price book value.

Abstract

This research examines the speech functions present in the lyrics of Maher Zain's song "Free Palestine," which was recently released in June 2024. The song was selected because its lyrics serve not only as entertainment but also as a means to convey important messages, raise awareness, and foster empathy for current humanitarian issues. The primary objective of this study is to investigate how speech functions are realized in the lyrics of "Free Palestine" through discourse analysis. The research employs a qualitative approach. The data were analyzed focusing on speech functions. The data analysis process involved several steps, namely: initially identifying the lyrics, segmenting the lyrics into clauses, analyzing the clauses in terms of its function, determining the Mood types based on their grammatical structures (Declarative, Interrogative, Imperative, and Exclamative), and identifying speech functions, and drawing conclusions. The results revealed there were three types of Mood: Declarative, Interrogative, and Imperative. Declarative statement was predominant in the song, comprising 73.68% of the total analyzed clauses.

Abstract

Tiktok has become a part of life in today's digital era. This study aims to find out the negative and positive effects of TikTok on school children. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was carried out purposively, namely school teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results show that Tiktok is a digital literacy method for students so they can keep up with the times. Tiktok is also a fairly good learning medium for students when the content of TikTok includes religious lectures, religious values, and moral values that exist in religion. Even TikTok is useful as an interesting learning medium for students during a pandemic when teachers use TikTok as material for distributing material. The features of TikTok make the material interesting for children because of the many color combinations, music, and not boring. Plus there are economic values because TikTok is also a trading medium for many people. This is a trigger for entrepreneurship education for students. However, TikTok also has a bad impact on children because school children can spend time playing TikTok, spending cellphone credit, being lazy, and following the TikTok style that is not following religious teachings. The attitude of children who are still imitating can imitate what is seen on TikTok. For this reason, parents play a role in supervising children by looking at the history of what children open on their cellphones and giving understanding to which children are worthy to be seen and which are not
