This study aims to analyze the use of documentary video-based learning media to increase student learning motivation in history in grade XI TKJ SMKN 1 Banawa. The background of this study is based on the low motivation of students in learning history when only using conventional methods, so a more engaging, contextual, and appropriate media is needed for students' characteristics. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation over seven meetings, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of documentary video can increase student learning motivation. This was evident in increased student enthusiasm during learning, active participation in discussions, courage to ask questions, and willingness to summarize the video content. Teachers also stated that students became more focused, understood historical events more easily, and did not get bored easily. Challenges encountered included limited technical facilities such as projectors and speakers, limited personal devices for re-watching videos, and some students' unfamiliarity with learning through audiovisual media.

Challenges in Implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in History Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sarudu. Skripsi. Bachelor’s degree. History Education Study Program, Social Science Education Department, Teacher Training, and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Under the supervision of Fajar Nugroho. This research aims to describe the implementation process, identify the challenges encountered, and examine the solutions applied in applying the Merdeka Curriculum in history learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sarudu. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sarudu encompasses three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation, centred on students' needs and characteristics. In the process, various problems were found, including student objections to P5 projects, teachers' difficulties in implementing differentiated learning, facility limitations, teachers' lack of initial understanding, and constraints in assessment time management. The solutions implemented by the school and teachers include socialising the benefits of P5, student mentoring, learning style mapping, teacher training, facility optimisation, and more structured assessment scheduling. This research concludes that implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sarudu still faces challenges, but these can be overcome through collaboration between the school and teachers so that history learning runs more effectively and in line with the principles of independent learning.

Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through Local Diversity Activities at SMP Negeri 12 Palu. Study Program of History Education, Department of Social Science Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Supervisor: Fajar Nugroho. This study aims to: (1) Describe the process of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through local diversity activities at SMP Negeri 12 Palu; (2) Explain the impact of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile on students through local diversity activities; and (3) Identify challenges and obstacles in implementing the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile through local diversity activities. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including: (1) observation; (2) interviews; and (3) documentation. The findings show that local diversity activities conducted in the form of Cultural Exhibitions, traditional dances, and other cultural projects actively instill Pancasila values such as mutual cooperation, local diversity, and critical reasoning. However, obstacles remain, such as limited teacher understanding of the P5 module and low student participation. The study concludes that local diversity activities are able to strengthen student character dimensions in line with the Pancasila Student Profile if supported by the consistent and sustainable involvement of the entire school community.

This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of history learning in the independent curriculum in SMK and SMA Muhammadiyah Palu City. This study aims to find out how to plan, implement, and evaluate history learning in the independent curriculum in SMK and SMA Muhammadiyah in Palu City. The method used is qualitative that produces descriptive data with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that; 1) Learning Planning History has been carried out well according to the principle of an independent curriculum, marked by the preparation of teaching modules, learning achievements, objectives, and teacher training that provides flexibility to adjust learning with student interests and needs; 2) The implementation of learning goes well by applying different stages and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in contextual and collaborative manner; 3) Evaluation is carried out using formative and summative assessments with flexible methods. Although there are obstacles such as low student interests and lack of teacher training, this is overcome through interactive and independent learning methods. This study confirms the need for a more in -depth study related to the strategy of overcoming obstacles and their impact on increasing student learning outcomes in a sustainable manner .

Artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM) in the Singingi Watershed has precipitated a multifaceted transformation of the landscape, resulting in severe geomorphological, sedimentological, and hydrological alterations. This study leveraged an integrative quantitative descriptive framework and advanced spatial analysis to systematically delineate post-mining land typologies along a 51.25 km stretch of the watershed, using high-resolution remote sensing data and validation from 243 strategically distributed sample points. Eight distinct land typologies (A-H) were identified based on detailed assessments of topographic attributes, particle size distribution, pit depth, and tailing mound characteristics. Notably, typology H—characterized by a flat terrain (slope <8%), shallow pit depths and tailing mound heights (<2 m), and a predominance of fine-textured soils—emerged as the most amenable to passive reclamation and natural vegetation regeneration. Overlay analyses further demonstrated that Sungai Paku Village harbors the largest expanse of typology H (108.16 ha), underscoring its critical priority for reclamation interventions. These findings provide a robust, evidence-based foundation for the development of adaptive reclamation strategies, offering valuable insights for restoring ecological and physical functions in mining-impacted environments. The study underscores the importance of integrating multidisciplinary spatial data to inform sustainable land management practices in regions severely affected by ASGM activities and as a reference for the community for reclamation priorities based on land typology.

Stratifikasi adalah tingkatan-tingkatan kedudukan secara hierarki yaitu setiap masyarakat dapat menduduki status berdasarkan perolehan, diraih dan pemberian dengan memiliki ukuran-ukuran yang dianggap memiliki sesuatu yang berharga seperti kehormatan, kekayaan, kekuasaan dan ilmu pengetahuan. Di desa Mantang Lama masih terlihat jelas stratifikasi yang ada atau status secara vertikal di dalam kehidupan masyarakat, karena masyarakat masih menghargai nilai-nilai leluhur secara turun-temurun seperti kedudukan seorang baten, hakim dan dukun. Berdasarkasn hal tersebut rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana stratifikasi sosial yang terjadi di Mantang Lama Kabupaten Bintan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui stratifikasi sosial yang terjadi di desa Mantang Lama Kecamatan Mantang Kabupaten Bintan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori evolusioner fungsionalis Talcott Parsons didalam Parson menganggap bahwa evolusi sosial secara umum terjadi karna sifat kecendrungan masyarakat untuk berkembang, yang disebut sebagai kapasitas adaptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data di jelaskan masyarakat dari tingkatan atau kelas mana mereka berada seperti hal nya baten, hakim dan kepala desa mereka menduduki kelas tertinggi sementara kedudukan kepala desa (KADES) adalah kedudukan yang di tunjuk oleh penduduk desa berdasarkan pemilihan KADES secara langsung dan kedudukan guru, dokter dan dukun merupakan kedudukan fungsional dalam masyarakat adalah kedudukan menengah dan kedudukan bawah adalah kedudukan yang di isi oleh pekerja kasar, biasanya kedudukan ini tidak memiliki peran yang begitu berarti bagi kelompok dan kedudukan ini tidak mendapat penghargaan dari masyarakat sehingga ia berada pada kelas bawah seperti nelayan dan buruh. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti maka, disimpulkan bahwa adanya tingkat stratifikasi sosial di desa Mantang Lama yaitu Stratifikasi sosial yang di lihat dari jenjang kelas di dalam masyarakat tersebut yaitu kelas atas yang di isi oleh mereka berdasarkan kedudukan yang diukur dari status kehormatan (Baten, Hakim dan Kepala desa), kelas menengah yaitu di isi oleh mereka berdasarkan ukuran pendidikan dan kekayaan yaitu guru, dokter, pegawai negeri sipil, pedagang dan dukun. Sementara pada kelas bawah di isi oleh golongan pekerja kasar seperti nelayan dan buruh.

Background: mothers who are employed as nurses encounter dual responsibilities, entailing both onerous workloads in medical facilities and demanding parenting duties in their homes. This dual burden has been shown to heighten the risk of parental burnout. Parental burnout, defined as emotional and physical exhaustion in parenting, has the potential to adversely impact parent-child relationships and child development. One approach to coping with this condition is through religious coping, which involves relying on religious beliefs and practices to manage life's difficulties. Purpose: To examine the relationship between religious coping and parental burnout among mothers working as nurses in Aceh. Methods: Quantitative correlational approach was employed with 173 nurse mothers selected using purposive sampling. Data were gathered using the Iranian Religious Coping Scale and the Parental Burnout Assessment. Results: The result of the study indicated that there was no significant relationship between religious coping and parental burnout. Despite the elevated levels of religious coping exhibited by the participants, particularly through practices such as prayer and salat, there was an absence of indications suggesting parental burnout. Conclusion: While religious coping may offer a mechanism for managing general stress, it is not sufficient to address the complex and multidimensional challenges associated with parental burnout. However, a study of nurse mothers in Aceh revealed that those who exhibited high levels of religious coping did not experience parental burnout. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Ibu yang bekerja sebagai perawat menghadapi tanggung jawab ganda yaitu beban kerja yang tinggi di rumah sakit dan tugas mengasuh anak di rumah, yang meningkatkan risiko mengalami parental burnout. Parental burnout merupakan kondisi kelelahan emosional dan fisik dalam menjalani peran sebagai orang tua, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada hubungan orang tua dan anak serta perkembangan anak. Salah satu pendekatan untuk mengatasi kondisi ini adalah coping religius, yaitu mengandalkan keyakinan dan praktik keagamaan untuk menghadapi kesulitan hidup. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara coping religius dengan parental burnout pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai perawat di Aceh. Metode: Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 173 ibu yang bekerja sebagai perawat, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Iranian Religious Coping Scale dan Parental Burnout Assessment. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara coping religius dan parental burnout. Meskipun tingkat coping religius yang tinggi ditemukan terutama melalui salat dan doa, partisipan tidak menunjukkan tanda-tanda parental burnout. Kesimpulan: Coping religius dapat membantu dalam mengelola stres umum, namun belum cukup kuat mengatasi tantangan parental burnout yang kompleks dan multidimensional.

The Hasanuddin University Library manages more than 516,000 collections, which poses challenges in efficiency and accuracy with conventional barcode systems. To address these issues, this research offers a solution based on Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) as a more modern, adaptive, and accurate technology. The objective of this research is to examine the processing of library materials integrated with RFID at the Hasanuddin University Library in Makassar. This study employed a descriptive qualitative design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. Findings reveal that RFID integration covers stamping, digital inventory, classification, bibliographic input, labeling, RFID tagging, circulation testing, and shelving. The integration of RFID with Inlislite automation significantly improved efficiency, accuracy, and security, while supporting the development of smart libraries in higher education institutions.

LPG unloading at PMB IV, Tanjung Priok by MT Navigator Global experienced increased pressure in the hose. The increase in pressure in the hose is caused by the inadequate condition of the available hose and coordination between the ship and related parties, as well as a lack of knowledge from the related parties regarding this condition which is caused by the dismantling equipment in anormal condition. This research aims to determine the causes and impacts caused by overpressure hoses on MT Navigator Global. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method and uses an instrumental case study approach. The data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation obtained when the researcher carried out onboard practices on MT Navigator Global owned by PT. Major Nautical Equinox for 12 months. In this research, it can be concluded that the cause of hose overpressure, including the condition of the hose used for unloading cargo, is not in good condition and routine maintenance must be carried out so that the hose is safe to use. Then, the overpressure hose occurred on the MT Navigator Global ship during the loading and unloading process at PMB IV Tanjung Priok which resulted in the unloading process being hampered because the hose used could not transmit the cargo due to the high pressure and was detrimental both in terms of time and costs for both the ship management and the land itself. Apart from that, overpressure hose also causes delays in loading and unloading operations for other ships in the port. Pembongkaran LPG di PMB IV, Tanjung Priok oleh MT Navigator Global mengalami peningkatan pressure pada hose. Kenaikan pressure pada hose disebabkan oleh kurang layaknya kondisi hose yang tersedia dan koordinasi mengenai pihak kapal dengan pihak yang terkait, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dari pihak yang terkait mengenai kondisi tersebut yang disebabkan alat pembongkaran tidak dalam kondisi yang normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab serta dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat overpressure hose di MT Navigator Global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus instrumental dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang diperoleh ketika peneliti melaksanakan praktek berlayar di MT Navigator Global milik PT. Equinox Bahari Utama selama 12 bulan. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya overpressure hose, di antaranya yaitu kondisi hose yang digunakan untuk bongkar muatan dalam keadaan tidak baik dan harus dilakukan maintenance secara rutin agar hose aman untuk digunakan. Kemudian terjadinya overpressure hose pada kapal MT Navigator Global saat proses bongkar muat di PMB IV Tanjung Priok berdampak pada terhambatnya proses bongkar muatan karena hose yang digunakan tidak dapat mengirimkan muatan disebabkan pressure yang tinggi dan merugikan baik dari segi waktu dan biaya baik dari pihak manajemen kapal maupun pihak darat itu sendiri. Selain itu, overpressure hose juga mengakibatkan keterlambatan operasi bongkar muat bagi kapal lain yang berada di Pelabuhan.
