Abstract

The office of the Ministry of Religion in West Lombok district, totaling 90 people The number of samples used in this study was 90, using the census method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire containing questions about work motivation, organizational culture, and competence. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The results of the data analysis show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee competence, and (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee competence.

Abstract

Numeracy is the ability to understand and use numbers and mathematical concepts in everyday life. Santri in An Nahdhoh may have problems with their numeracy skills due to various factors, including limited access to quality educational resources, traditional teaching methods that may not effectively foster understanding of mathematics, potential curriculum priorities that prioritize religious education over mathematics, language barriers, and a lack of tailored support for individual skills gaps. Students' willingness to learn numeracy skills can also be influenced by socio-economic limitations and cultural attitudes in the Santri community. Therefore, this service research aims to provide comprehensive guidance, especially to An-Nahdhah, which in the end can improve numeracy results among students. This initiative involves the participation of 25 students. This research is quantitative in nature with data analysis techniques using the t-test. Community service is important and relevant in several ways, including increasing numeracy literacy, application of religion, daily living skills, developing analytical skills, preparation for further education, increasing competitiveness, and introducing technology. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk UMKM. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi digital, media sosial menjadi salah satu alat yang efektif bagi UMKM untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas dan membangun hubungan yang lebih erat dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber terkait penggunaan media sosial dalam pemasaran UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pemasaran digital seperti iklan berbayar, kolaborasi dengan influencer, serta pemanfaatan fitur marketplace di platform media sosial telah terbukti meningkatkan visibilitas produk UMKM secara signifikan. Selain itu, media sosial juga memainkan peran penting dalam membangun interaksi langsung dengan pelanggan, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepercayaan dan loyalitas. Dengan pemanfaatan data analitik, UMKM dapat menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran mereka untuk lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) Improvement in student learning outcomes, (2) Student responses, (3) Find out whether there is an increase in student and teacher activity, after implementing the taching factory learning model on basic electrical concepts material in class XI TBSM SMK Negeri 1 Nisam. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design using a non-equivalent control design. The sampling technique used was 40 students consisting of 20 class XI TBSM 2 students as the experimental class and 20 TBSM 1 students as the control class. Data collection instruments use multiple choice questions and questionnaires. The research results show that: (1) There is an increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the teaching factory learning model on basic motorbike electrical concept material with an average n-gain score for the experimental class of 0.70, which is in the medium category, in the control class the average is n -gain score of 0.16 is in the low category. (2) Student response questionnaire after applying the teaching factory learning model to the basic concepts of motorbike electricity in class XI TBSM SMK Negeri 1 Nisam is in the very good category with an average score of 83%. (3) teacher activities are in the good category with an overall average score of 3.42 with a percentage of 85.5%, while student activities are in the good category with an overall average score of 3.33 with a percentage score of 83%.

Abstract

The plants of Asteraceae family have secondary metabolite compounds, namely flavonoids, saponins, tannins, essential oils, polyphenols, and terpenoids. The research aimed to compare saponin content on stems and leaves of Asteraceae family plants using gravimetry methods. Besides, it compares saponin content using colorimetry methods based on different solvents. The research used literature review methods. The data search was done through the database using a search engine such as Google Scholar and PubMed. By gravimetry method, Vernonia amygdalina plant contained the highest saponin content of 7.92±0.46% on the leaf; on the stem, Helianthus Annuus L. plant carried the highest saponin content of 7.74±2.80%. Meanwhile, by colorimetry method, the ethyl acetate extract of Hypochaeris radicata L. plant contained the highest saponin on the leaf showing the rate of 16. 67±0.01 mg DE/100 g.

Abstract

In the current digital era, social media applications such as TikTok have become an important aspect of people's lives. TikTok allows users to create and share short videos, making it a global phenomenon with millions of active users. However, this application has also been the subject of various responses and opinions from the public. This research aims to classify public sentiment towards the TikTok application based on comments on Playstore using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM). This research method involves collecting comment data from Playstore using scraping techniques, resulting in 5,000 review data. Data pre-processing stages include case folding, tokenization, normalization, stopword removal, stemming, and data labeling using a lexicon. The data that has been processed is then weighted using Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) before being classified using the Naïve Bayes and SVM algorithms. Algorithm performance evaluation is carried out using the Confusion Matrix to measure accuracy, precision and recall. The research results show that the SVM algorithm has higher accuracy (84%) compared to Naïve Bayes (79%). SVM also shows better precision and recall values in classifying positive and negative sentiment from user reviews. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the SVM algorithm is more effective than Naïve Bayes in sentiment analysis of the TikTok application. This research provides insight into how public sentiment can be measured and analyzed, and underscores the importance of choosing the right algorithm for data sentiment analysis on social media platforms.

Abstract

In the curcumin compound there are aromatic compounds that have electronic spins on each side of the benzene. In previous research, the concentration of curcumin and H2O as coatings on copper coils could provide physical changes to the characteristics of copper coils, namely increasing the strength of the magnetic field and increasing the electric current in the coil. The fuzzification process can be described using membership variables with concentrations of curcumin and H2O as input, magnetic field strength and current as output. It is known that the greatest concentration of curcumin indicates increased magnetic field strength and electric current. Simulation of the aromatic spin on the curcumin compound as an Op Amp shows that the highest curcumin concentration value results in an increase in the output voltage (Vout).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal foundation and operational principles of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The background of this research stems from the necessity of a comprehensive understanding of the legitimacy and Sharia-based principles that underpin banking activities within the Islamic financial system. This research uses a literature review method by analyzing legal documents such as Law Number 21 of 2008 and fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council of MUI, along with other academic references. The findings indicate that Islamic banking in Indonesia is built upon a strong legal framework and clear Sharia principles, such as the prohibition of usury (riba), justice, and transparency. However, there are still challenges in the practical implementation of these principles, particularly in terms of public understanding and consistent interpretation. This research is expected to serve as an initial reference for strengthening legal literacy and Sharia principles in banking, and to support the development of a more inclusive Islamic financial system.

Abstract

The erosion of national attitudes and religious tolerance as well as excessive religious fanaticism within the firqah (class) often results in horizontal conflicts between fellow human beings. Such a phenomenon of mainstream thinking has made the Nurul Islam Islamic boarding school take an important role in strengthening religious moderation in preventing the entry of various kinds of religious thoughts that are contrary to the culture of Indonesian society. This study aimed to understand and reveal the strengthening of perspectives, attitudes and practices of nationalism and tolerance at the Nurul Islam Islamic boarding school. This research used a qualitative approach in the form of field research. Data analysis was presented in a qualitative descriptive manner as obtained from informants. The results of this study indicated that the strengthening of religious moderation in the Nurul Islam Islamic boarding school is through several aspects, including: a) strengthening nationalism through early education and formal education. While the forum for strengthening implementation is through: book recitation, seminars, training, discussions, bahtsul masail, deepening the understanding of aswajaan and socialization. b) Strengthening national attitudes, namely through: extracurricular activities and PHBN activities. c) Strengthening national practices, namely through: the example of the kiai, through the discipline of Islamic boarding schools, religious students, mutual cooperation, helping each other and being fair. Strengthening in the aspect of tolerance, namely in the form of: a) strengthening the perspective of tolerance, namely through: yellow book studies, formal education, seminars, literacy, ukhuwah character training, aswajaan studies and cooperation between outside agencies. Strengthening understanding for teachers, namely such as: training, debriefing on the aqeedah of aswaja and teacher's morning call. b) Strengthening tolerance, such as: religious activities for students, activities (PHBI), cultural enterpreneur bazaars and art performances (PENSI). c) Strengthening the practice of tolerance, including the application of a balanced attitude, respecting differences, the application of noble character, solidarity and hospitality practices.

Abstract

Vigor and healthy sugarcane seeds determine the health and percentage of plant life when transferred to the field. Sugarcane (Sacharum officinarum L.) is a graminae plant whose stems are used as the main raw material for sugar. Sugar self-sufficiency is still a big challenge because there are still sugarcane problems, including the availability of seeds, seed quality. This study aims to determine the effect and interaction between storage time and differences in the concentration of Atonic PGR on the percentage of shoots growing in sugarcane seeds Var. Bululawang. This research was conducted at the Sendang Sari Ngajum screen house from May to July 2021. The design used Factorial RAK consisting of 2 factors, duration of storage differences (P), control (P0), 3 days (P1), 6 days (P2) , and 9 days and Atonic Concentration (A) namely Control (A0), A1 (3 ml/L), A2 (6 ml /L) . The data obtained were analyzed using Dsaastat and if there was a significant difference, it was continued with the 5% BNJ test. The results of the analysis showed that the application of atonic PGR and storage time had a significant effect on the percentage of shoots growing only at the beginning of growth, namely until the age of 2 WAP, while at the age of 4 to 6 WAP there was no significant difference with the treatment applied.
