Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil pengamatan peneliti yaitu rendahnya self efficacy dalam penyelesaian tugas sekolah siswa di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Panganak Kota Bukittinggi. Dari observasi yang peneliti lakukan, ada beberapa siswa yang tidak yakin dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki seperti minder dengan siswa lainnya yang memiliki prestasi lebih tinggi di dalam kelas padahal siswa tersebut mampu, akibat dari ketidak yakinan diri tersebut menyebabkan siswa malas untuk mengerjakan penyelesaian tugas sekolah yang diberikan oleh guru. Self Efficacy adalah keyakinan diri seseorang terhadap kemampuan dirinya sendiri bahwa ia mampu untuk melakukan sesuatu atau mengatasi sesuatu. Penyelesaian tugas sekolah adalah metode penyajian bahan dimana guru memberikan tugas tertentu agar siswa melakukan kegiatan belajar dirumah. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Self Efficacy Siswa dengan Penyelesaian Tugas Sekolah di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Panganak Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuanititatif korelasional. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas 6 yang berjumlah 15 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas 6 di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Panganak Kota Bukittinggi sebanyak 15 orang dengan jenis kelamin perempuan ada 7 orang dan laki-laki berjumlah 8 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrument yaitu angket, yang terdiri dari angket self efficacy dan angket penyelesaian tugas sekolah dengan menggunakan skala Gutman. Teknik pengolahan data mencari mean, range, % skor dan standart deviation, sedangkan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis mencari Product Moment yang mensyaratkan hipotesis diterima apabila r_hitung lebih besar dari r_tabel. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan penyelesaian tugas sekolah pada siswa di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Bukittinggi. Dengan dilakukan perhitungan hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwa taraf signifikan antara variabel self efficacy (X) dengan penyelesaian tugas sekolah (Y) siswa adalah r_hitusng = 0,931 lebih besar dari r_tabel = 0,514, maka hipotesis diterima yang menyatakan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan penyelesaian tugas sekolah, itu berarti Ha diterima sedangkan H0 ditolak. Dengan derajat hubungan sangat kuat dan hubungan yang positif.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan optimisme pada remaja atau tidak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pengamatan yang peneliti lakukan pada remaja di Jorong Tanjung Medan Kabupaten Pasaman, remaja cenderung kurang memiliki penilaian yang baik terhadap dirinya lebih cenderung mengandalkan keberuntungan dari pada usaha nya sendiri dalam mencapai sesuatu hal yang mereka inginkan serta lebih pasrah menerima apa yang terjadi pada dirinya baik yang positif maupun yang negatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 27 orang remaja yang ada di jorong tanjung medan karena populasi kurang dari 100 orang maka sampel penelitiannya diambil semua yaitu 27 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasi. Penelitian dapat mencari, menjelaskan sesuatu hubungan, memperkirakan dan menguji berdasarkan teori yang ada. Penelitian korelasi bertujuan mengungkapkan hubungan korelatif antara variabel Instrument yang digunakan berupa skala likert. Sedangkan uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji korelasi rank spearman rho dan uji hipotesis menggunakan dalam SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri dengan optimisme memiliki hubungan sebesar 0,729 = 72% yang dikategorikan dalam hubungan kuat/tinggi, semakin bagus konsep diri seseorang maka akan semakin bagus pula optimismenya. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep diri dengan optimisme memiliki hubungan yang kuat/tinggi, semakin tinggi konsep diri maka semakin tinggi pula optimisme.

Abstract

This research examines the role of bureaucracy and power structure in modern educational organizations using the Max Weber's theoretical approach. The primary objective of this study is to understand how Weber's concepts related to bureaucracy and power can be applied in the context of contemporary educational institutions. The research methodology employed in this study is a literature review, involving a comprehensive examination of literature from various sources, including books, scholarly journals, and conference papers, relevant to Max Weber's theory, bureaucracy, and power structure in modern educational organizations. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed to support the research findings. The research findings indicate that Weber's bureaucratic principles, such as division of labor, hierarchy, and rational rules, still hold relevance in modern educational organizations. However, their impact may differ in an educational context, where aspects such as flexibility, innovation, and participation also hold significance. Furthermore, the power structure in modern educational organizations can be understood through Weber's concepts of authority and control. This study provides in-depth insights into how Weber's theory can help us comprehend the dynamics of bureaucracy and power in educational institutions, which, in turn, can support improvements and developments in modern education systems.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan salah satu indikator utama untuk menilai sejauh mana tujuan pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dapat dicapai. Dalam proses pembelajaran, hasil belajar memiliki peran penting sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilan siswa dalam memahami materi yang telah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model Formulate-Share-Listen-Create (FSLC) dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas VII SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Randomized Control Group Only Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek yang berjumlah 112 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode acak (random sampling) dengan dua kelas sampel, yaitu kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas kontrol, masing-masing terdiri atas 28 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar matematika. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 70,64 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol sebesar 61,14. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung = 1,75 > ttabel = 1,67, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Formulate-Share-Listen-Create lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, penerapan model FSLC dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa di sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education study program at Islamic Religious Universities (PTKI) has a crucial role in Islamic education and prepares competent graduates in the world of Education. For this reason, the PAI Study Program must be able to develop educational programs that can produce competent female students in the world of work. STIT Diniyyah Puteri is one of the Tarbiyyah Colleges of Science specifically for women, one of whose study programs is Islamic Religious Education (PAI). STIT Diniyyah Puteri has the goal of producing Trusted Techer. To produce teachers who are trusted teachers, STIT Diniyyah Puteri must have a program that can improve the competence of female students. To see what things are done by the PAI Study Program STIT Diniyyah Puteri in improving the competence of female students in order to produce teachers who are Trusted Teachers, this research was carried out. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method using the observation method and using a literature study to support the observation results. There are ways that can be done by the Study Program by ensuring the implementation of learning carried out by lecturers is by using the student center model, improving the literacy skills of female students in lectures and maximizing internship programs for female students on a scheduled basis or observation in each course in the field

Abstract

This research is motivated by the morals of school dropouts in various forms. The morals of these school dropouts are commendable and some have despicable characters, not all school dropouts have despicable morals, but there are also commendable ones. Out-of-school children certainly do not get a full education so dropouts have despicable morals such as: being dishonest, likes to lie, talk rudely, and are also easily influenced by the outside environment which makes dropout children like to steal otherpeople's things. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the morals of school dropouts in Jorong Balai Cubadak Nagari Taram, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency so that the morals of dropouts have noble character. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data, the writer uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher took several steps, namely data reduction, presenting data, and drawingconclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the morals of school dropouts in Jorong Balai Cubadak are instinct, innate or inherited, environment, habits, will, and education. A bad environment will affect the morals of school dropouts to behave despicably and if the innate or inherited parents have good morals, the morals of dropout children will have noble character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design learning media for geography subjects at SMAN 1 AmpekAngkek. The results of interviews with teachers of geography subjects that so far the learning process for students is still using conventional methods, namely the teacher explains with lectures followed by using blackboard media and students listen to textbooks during learning. Because this method causes learning to be ineffective, uninteresting, and slow to understand, it has an impact on students' understanding and learning abilities. Meanwhile, some students stated that geography is one of the most difficult lessons at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek, especially in the social studies department. This study uses the ADDIE version of the Research and Development (R&D) method, as well as the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cicle development model. The product test used in this research is the product validity test using the Aiken's V statistic formula, the product practicality test using the Moment Kappa formula and the product effectiveness test using the Richard R. Hake statistic formula (G-Score). The results of the product test that the author conducted obtained the validity test of 3 appraisers, obtained a value of 0.78 with valid criteria, the practicality test of 2 appraisers obtained a value of 1.00 with very high criteria, and the effectiveness test of 10 appraisers obtained a value of 0.92 with effective criteria.

Abstract

Prior to this, learning the basics of algorithms and programming for class X TKJ SMK N 1 BASO has not used varied learning media so that students lack motivation in learning. This study aims to develop learning media using android in the lessons of the basics of algorithms and programming to and determine the feasibility of the developed learning media. This study uses the ADDIE development method, namely: 1. Analyze (Analysis), 2. Disign (design design), 3. Developme (development), 4. Implementation (implementation), 5. Evaluation (evaluation). This research was conducted at SMK N 1 BASO in early January to late January 2021 and to determine the feasibility of this product. From the product test that the author did, he obtained a validity test with an average value of 0.90 which is very valid, the author's practicality test got an average of 1.0 with a very high category, and the author's effectiveness test got an average value of 0.98, based on the results of this product test, can help students, teachers or lecturers who will conduct research in the field of education so that research can be continued to see the success of using this learning media for students and prospective teachers and teachers can develop material from this design that has been designed.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem where students are oftenlate to work and collect assignments and even do not do assignments at all. Plus the learning method used in the lesson is the lecture method which causes students to feel bored and sleepy quickly and causes learning to be passive. The type of research used is field research with the method applied is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and observations. This research was conducted at MTsN 6 Agam, which consisted of two informants, namely key informants and supporting informants to obtain valid data. Key informants are students and supporting informants are teachers in the field of Islamic cultural history studies. Then the author performs data analysis with analytical analysis. The author uses data triangulationas a technique to check the validity of the data. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that students are lazy to do the tasks that have been given because they have bad habits in learning.Likes to procrastinate doing assignments, copying friends' assignments and not doing assignments.The inability of students to do assignments is due to the difficulty of students in understanding the history of Islamic culture. Students often feel bored and sleepy when studying the history of Islamic culture. They assume that the history of Islamic culture is a difficult subject, making students neglectful in learning and not being too enthusiastic about learning.
