Krisis multidimensional dan perubahan yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan telah mengaburkan fungsi yang sesungguhnya dari kepala madrasah, tuntutan dari lembaga dinas kemenag membuat kepala madrasah terkungkung untuk menjalankan rutininitas seperti pola kepemimpinan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan mengevaluasi manajemen kewirausahaan Kepala MIN 2 Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: Wawancara kepada kepala madarasah MIN 2 Bener Meriah, dan dokumentasi dari kegiatan siswa. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bagian kesiswaan, guru. Analisis data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang dimulai dari kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan kepala madrasah meliputi penyusunan program Madrasah dalam kewirausahaan melalui penentuan jadwal kewirausahaan market day dan koperasi siswa, pembimbing kewirausahaan, dan keikutsertaan peserta didik dan evaluasi yang melibatkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, komite sekolah, serta orang tua siswa; (2) Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada kewirausahaan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kemandirian peserta didik melalui pembinaan, keikutsertaan peserta didik dalam melaksakan kegitan berwirausaha serta motivasi berupa komunikasi intenstif, Tagline MIN Inovasi, dan reward; (3) Evaluasi dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam bentuk pemantauan, secara langsung dan pelaporan. Supervisi terhadap program belum ada instrumen supervisi yang terukur.

Pandangan Islam tentang manusia dan kehidupan terbentuk dengan asas harmoni dan gabungan antara indera, akal, dan hati yang beriman. Harmoni ketiganya itu merupakan pangkal epistimologis paling fundamental dalam filsafat Islam. Permikiran dengan penghayatan dimanfaatkan sebagai instrumen atau alat dalam melakukan riset berdasar kerangka epistimologis tersebut. Aktifitas berpikir dianggap sebagai sebuah tugas suci dalam Islam, dan berpikir adalah alat untuk melahirkan hidup yang progresif, yang terbentuk dengan cara menyerap nilai-nilai dari realitas. Pendidikan Islam harus menjadi proses mencetak “insan kamil” yang mampu memaksimalkan seluruh potensi dirinya. Lazimnya metode pendidikan harus mencerminkan nuansa integratif-interkonektif yang mampu merangsang berkembangnya potensi secara maksimal.

Kerangas forests typifies as tropical-rain vegetation trees, characterized by among others their low nutrients contents and sparse biodiversities, thereby denying their tree uses. The kerangas forests grow widespread in Kalimantan (e.g. South Kalimantan). Among the species that can grow and with stand such extreme condition is merapat (Combretocarpus rotundatus) trees. Their leaves contains particular chemical compounds that indicatively afford physiological bioactivities e.g. antioxidants. Consequentys this could expectedly emulate the added values for merapat tree uses. In relevant, scrutiny on phytochemical compounds and testing of such antioxidant efficacy were conducted on the samples of dry merapat tree-leaves taken from the kerangas forest in South Kalimantan. Initially, the dry leaves were extracted with methanol solvent, which yielded the methanol extract (i.e. sample 1), further fractionated by the column chromatography using chloroform eluant. The obtained chloroform-eluted fractions (sample 2) were fractionated again by the misced ethyl acetate-chloroform solvents (in equal proportion), which yielded the so-called sample 3. Phytochemical scrutiny revealed that the methanol extracts contained particular compounds such as flavonoids, phenol derivatives, bydroquinone, tannin, and triterpenoids, wich among them afforded the anticocidant efficacy. The methanol extract (sample 1) exchibited the very strongest antioxidant action by inflicting such reduction reaction on the free radicals released by the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), while such action exerted by the chloroform-eluted fractions' sample 2 and the ethyl-acetate-chloroform-eluted fractions' sample 3 was very little. The inhibition of free-radical formation from DPPH as much as 50% (IC50) occurred at 21.82 ppm of the methanol-extract concentration. Meanwhile, vitamin C and BHT as the control antioxidants performed more efficiently at much less than 21.82 ppm (i.e. 6.74 and 6.28 ppm, respectively). However, such IC50 value strongly suggests that the merapat leaves' methanol extract afforded the potential bioactivity as antioxidant.

This study analyzes the implementation of control policies and procedures in the government expenditure cycle, particularly at the central government, starting from control at the phase of commitment, goods/services received, before payment and at the time of payment. The research was conducted by analyzing the content of the regulations in the implementation of state budget expenditures. The results show that the implementation of controls in the government expenditure cycle has been fulfilled according to international practice. The application of this control is important for financial managers to ensure that the budget execution process is carried out properly.

Lompat jauh merupakan salah satu nomor dalam cabang olahraga atletik yang menuntut kombinasi optimal antara kecepatan awalan, kekuatan eksplosif, koordinasi, dan teknik. Latihan plyometric telah banyak digunakan sebagai metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan power otot tungkai, yang merupakan faktor utama dalam keberhasilan tolakan pada lompat jauh. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk meninjau efektivitas berbagai variasi latihan plyometric terhadap peningkatan hasil lompat jauh pada atlet dan pelajar. Metode kajian dilakukan melalui analisis terhadap artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir, yang bersumber dari database seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa variasi latihan plyometric seperti box jump, bounding, hurdle hops, depth jump, dan single-leg hops terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan power tungkai, kecepatan awalan, dan hasil lompatan. Selain itu, kombinasi plyometric dengan latihan kekuatan atau sprint training menghasilkan peningkatan performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan penerapan tunggal. Namun demikian, efektivitas latihan sangat dipengaruhi oleh intensitas, durasi, frekuensi, serta kesesuaian program dengan usia dan tingkat kemampuan atlet. Secara keseluruhan, literatur menunjukkan bahwa variasi metode latihan plyometric merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dan direkomendasikan dalam program latihan peningkatan performa lompat jauh. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelatih dan praktisi olahraga dalam merancang program pelatihan yang lebih terarah dan berbasis bukti ilmiah.

The purpose of this research is to determine how effective the professional education program is for elementary school teachers Improving the pedagogical, professional, social, and personal abilities of teachers is the goal of this professional education program We collected data from a number of elementary school teachers who participated in the program for this research through a survey method, which is a quantitative approach This study involved one hundred elementary school teachers from various regions in Indonesia, The research used a questionnaire based on teacher competency standards and the goals of the professional education program The questionnaire consisted of several sections measuring teachers' perceptions of program effectiveness, the competency improvements they felt, and the program's impact on their teaching practices Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was conducted to identify patterns and correlations in the collected data.

This study aims to analyze the effect of school quality and school facilities on school selection decisions and their implications for student satisfaction at MAN 14 Jakarta. The background of this study departs from the increasing competition among educational institutions in attracting new students, which requires schools to improve the quality of services and learning support facilities. School quality and educational facilities are seen as important factors that influence students' perceptions, decisions and satisfaction with the institutions where they pursue education. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to explain the causal relationship between research variables. The population in this study were all MAN 14 Jakarta students, with the number of samples determined through proportional random sampling techniques to represent the overall characteristics of the population. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The variables analyzed include school quality (X₁), school facilities (X₂), school selection decisions (Y₁), and student satisfaction (Y₂). The results showed that school quality has a positive and significant influence on school selection decisions. School facilities are also proven to have a significant effect on students' decision to choose a school. Furthermore, school selection decisions have positive implications for the level of student satisfaction. This confirms that students who choose schools with good quality and facilities tend to have higher satisfaction in the learning process. Overall, this study concludes that improving the quality of educational services and providing adequate learning facilities are important strategies in increasing school attractiveness and creating sustainable learning satisfaction among students.

This study aims to examine the optimization of data-driven management strategies in improving teaching quality in primary schools. In an educational context that is increasingly dependent on technology, the use of data to support educational decisions is crucial. This research adopts a qualitative approach using data triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with principals, teachers and administrative staff in several primary schools, as well as direct observation of the data-driven learning process. The main objective of this study is to understand how data-driven management strategies can be implemented in primary schools and analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of its use in improving teaching quality. The results show that although the implementation of data-driven management has positive impacts, such as improved lesson planning and better communication with parents, the main challenge lies in the limited technological infrastructure and the lack of training for teachers in data management. The research also confirms that the successful use of data is highly dependent on the quality of training provided to teachers and the provision of adequate infrastructure. Overall, this study suggests the need for strengthening technical capacity and policies that support data management in primary schools to achieve optimization of the use of data-based management in improving teaching quality.

Pasukan Amal Sholeh (PASKAS) is a humanitarian social movement focused on assisting the underprivileged, orphans, Quran memorizers, and those in need of support in the path of Allah (fii sabilillah), with its rice donation program being one of its main initiatives. This study aims to analyze the strategies used by PASKAS to socialize the rice donation movement, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using personal communication theory, Max Weber's social action movement theory, and dakwah bil hall, this qualitative research employs observation, interviews, and documentation methods, with data analysis techniques including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that PASKAS' socialization strategy in Parepare City has been successful, with an approach targeting institutions, schools, religious study groups (majelis taklim), and crowded places. Supporting factors include the openness of institutions to cooperate, while inhibiting factors involve the limited number of PASKAS members. This study aims to analyze the da'wah strategies implemented by the Modern Mosque of Kurir Langit in campaigning the Food Donation Movement in Parepare City, as well as to identify internal and external strategic factors that influence the sustainability of the program. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach within a field research framework, involving interviews and observations with administrators, Kurir Langit volunteers, donors, and beneficiaries. Secondary data were also obtained from books, journal articles, and online sources relevant to the topic. The data analysis process followed the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the mosque utilizes several strategic approaches, including the use of social media flyers and short videos as campaign tools and accountability media for donors and partners. The rational approach (al-manhaj al-‘aqli) is reflected in conveying theological, social, and humanitarian benefits of donating food, while the sensory approach (al-manhaj al-hissy) appears in volunteer engagement and millennial involvement through direct humanitarian activities. The study also identifies several weaknesses, such as limited human resources, inadequate donor participation, and the mosque’s geographically distant location from the urban center. Meanwhile, opportunities arise from technological developments, improved mosque infrastructure, and strong community trust. The threats include limited time for direct socialization, challenges in food distribution, and the dominance of rice as the primary donated item. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening digital communication strategies, expanding partnerships with local institutions, diversifying donated food items, and increasing volunteer training to enhance program effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
