The purpose of community service activities is to provide the village community with guidance on maintaining bodily health by adopting a healthy lifestyle through rhythmic gymnastics. Based on data from the Directorate General of Public Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022, the percentage of districts/cities promoting a healthy living movement in West Kalimantan province was 28.6%. This means that the figure has not yet reached the target of the community movement plan set at 40%. The methods provided include: (1) survey stages with partners, (2) coordination with the Village Chief and local tribal leaders, (3) implementation of healthy gymnastics socialization, (4) documentation and publication. The results of the community service (PKM) implementation are considered good and responsive, as conveyed by the PKM team that the enthusiasm of the villagers participating in the socialization of a healthy lifestyle through rhythmic gymnastics for the village community is high among both young and old age groups

Abstract Physical education is a discipline that studies health, physical development, and student skills through sports activities. PJOK (Physical Education, Sports, and Health) teachers play an important role in the physical education system. In addition to teaching, they are responsible for educating students about health and physical fitness. To improve the competence of PJOK teachers to become professionals with the hope of enhancing the quality of learning, a physical fitness coaching clinic was conducted for PJOK teachers in Kapuas Hulu Regency. The procedures carried out included the distribution of a pre-test questionnaire to assess understanding of physical fitness, in-depth material sessions, practical measurement of physical fitness, and the distribution of a post-test questionnaire to evaluate the results of the activities. This program was attended by PJOK teachers from junior high schools (SMP), senior high schools (SMA), and vocational schools (SMK) throughout Kapuas Hulu Regency.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of Corporate Social on Responsibility on Tax Aggressiveness and to find out the influence of professionalism in moderating the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Tax Aggressiveness. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method with a total of 7 companies as the research sample. The data analysis tool used is the SPSS version 28 program. The results of this study show that Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant and negative effect on tax aggressiveness and profitability as a moderation variable cannot moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on tax aggressiveness

Psikologi pendidikan dalam manajemen pendidikan islam merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari tentang tingkah laku manusia yang menjalankan fungsi manajemen pendidikan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perspektif psikologi pendidikan dalam manajemen pendidikan islam. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat lokasi penelitian, karena seluruh data diambil dari jurnal, buku, dan proseding ilmiah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut; pertama, psikologi pendidikan adalah suatu disiplin ilmu yang mengkaji dan mengembangkan keilmuan tentang perilaku manusia yang berada dalam dunia pendidikan. Kedua, manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai sebuah proses pengelolaan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang melibatkan unsur-unsur pendukung dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Ketiga, perspektif psikologi pendidikan dalam manajemen pendidikan islam merupakan studi tentang tingkah laku manusia yang terlibat dalam proses manajemen dalam melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and exchange rates on the Bukopin Syariah Bank Funds. The source of data in this study is the financial statements of Bank Syariah Bukopin,the exchange rate and inflation data of Bank Indonesia in 2013-1018. The data was obtained from literature study, documentation and archive data trough the Bukopin Bank Islamic financial report websitevin the from Third Party Funds, and Bank Indonesian publication data in the from of exchange rates and interest rates and Central Statistics Agency data in the from of inflation. The type of reseach is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that the inflation variable has a negatife and not significant effect on Bank syariah bukopin’s third party funds. The exchange rates variable has a negatife and not significant effect on Bank Syariah Bukopin’s third party funds.

Psychology is a science that studies the soul, therefore psychology is closely related to education and has an important role in educational management. This research aims to analyze and describe the importance of educational psychology in Islamic education management. The approach in this research uses a literature study approach. In this study there was no research location, because all data was taken from journals, books and scientific proceedings. The object of this research is the importance of educational psychology in the management of Islamic education, as for data collection techniques using documentation, and data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research can be described that psychology is a science that studies human behavior, psychology has its roots in the philosophy of science starting from the time of Aristotle as a science of the soul, while educational psychology is a scientific discipline that studies human behavior in the world of education. Next, Islamic education management in practice is implementing the principles and functions of management in Islamic education institutions. The importance of educational psychology is to provide recipes on how to manage Islamic education successfully.

Learning resources in the 21st century are characterized by technological sophistication. This research aims to explore the concepts, methods and results of developing and empowering learning resources in the 21st century era. This research method includes literature surveys, case studies and qualitative analysis. Understanding the concept of 21st century learning resources is explored by considering the concept and its relevance in the development of science and technology. The development of learning resources is explained through case studies of the application of electronic and digital-based media in educational contexts. The results of this research include an in-depth understanding of 21st century learning resources which are considered as dynamic entities, utilizing the latest technology to increase learning effectiveness. Development methods that have proven effective involve the integration of print, electronic and multimedia media. Implementation of empowering learning resources shows significant improvements in student engagement, learning motivation, and academic results. This research provides important insights into the need to develop learning resources that are responsive to 21st century needs and the strengthened role of empowerment in improving the quality of education. Practical implications and recommendations for further development are also discussed to support continuous improvement in the use of learning resources in the modern era

This study aims to explore and describe strategies for managing academic stress using a prayer approach. Academic stress becomes a significant challenge for individuals in the context of the educational environment. With increasing academic pressure, a holistic and integrated approach is needed to improve the well-being of students. The prayer approach was chosen as the main focus of this study because of its spiritual value and its potential to have a positive impact on the mental aspects of individuals. The basic concept of prayer as a form of worship and its potential in managing academic stress will be explored in depth. This study will discuss the concept of academic stress, factors that trigger stress, and its impact on student well-being. The prayer approach is then analyzed as a key strategy, outlining its benefits to mental wellbeing and providing practical guidance in implementing it. Through a qualitative approach, this study will present a real case study that illustrates the implementation of the prayer approach in managing academic stress. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an in-depth view of the potential of the prayer approach as a strategy for managing academic stress. Practical implications and suggestions for future research will also be discussed in this study. This study can be an important contribution in the context of understanding and managing academic stress, especially through the lens of the prayer approach

This research analyzes the 3A concept and concludes the SWOT concept in developing Islamic Tourism Potential in Kerinci. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach, using field observation, interviews and literature study methods. The analysis was carried out using the Miles and Herberman interactive analysis model and SWOT analysis. Research found that Islamic Tourism in Kerinci has become a tourist icon for this region, with a number of other supporting tourist attractions that have great potential. However, there are still several obstacles that hinder the development of this tourist area. Therefore, alternative tourism development strategies can help encourage the development of this area to become more advanced and meet the required needs

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan bakat dan minat peserta didik di MAN 1 Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: observasi di MAN 1 Bener Meriah, wawancara kepada kepala madarasah, keisswaan dan juga pembina kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dan dokumentasi dari kegiatan siswa. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bagian kesiswaan, guru pembina ekstrakulikuler. Analisis data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik dilakukan dengan melakukan penggalian informasi melalui konselor dan dilanjutkan dengan Tes Potensi Akademik atau Tes pembekalan Akademik. Perencanaan bakat dan minat peserta didik MAN 1 Bener Meriah dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran baru dalam rapat pergantian OSIM, hal ini tidak lepas juga melibatkan kepala madarasah, wakil kesiswaan, pembina OSIM dan pembina ekstrakulikuler; (2) Pelaksanaan pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan ataupun yang telah dibuat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan minat dan bakat di MAN 1 Bener Meriah, dilakukan dengan kegiatan esktrakulikuler, yang terdiri dari ekstrakurikuler wajib dan pilihan. Ekatrakulikuler wajib adalah kegiatan ekstrakulikuler pramuka, sedangkan ekstrakulikuler pilihan antara lain bidang kesenian dan olahraga; (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan di MAN 1 Bener Meriah, dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dan pembina ekstrakurikuler yaitu dengan melakukan evaluasi pada setiap tiga bulan sekali dan evaluasi juga dilakukan oleh pelatih setelah melaksanakan latihan ekstrakurikuler. evaluasi pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik dinilai oleh pembina atau pelatih kegiatan ekstrakulikuler
