Abstract

Permasalah tidakhanya dimiliki oleh orang dewasa namun anak-anak juga bisa memiliki masalah,dan masalah yang sering dihadapi anak seperti,tidak bisa bergaul dengan teman sepermainan,tingkah laku yang nakal,karena tingkah laku manusia tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh masa lalu, namun pandangan terhadap masa depan, tujuan dan aspirasi merupakan salah satu untuk menuju kesuksesan dalam hidup individu. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini dibutuhkan terapi, salah satunya art therapy bermain diterapkan dalam penelitian ini sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan anak.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa art therapy bermain tergolong efektif untuk mengatasi permasalah anak terutamanya yang tidak bisa bergaul dengan teman sebaya yang pastinya harus dilakukan oleh tenaga yang ahli, sehingga dapat membantu individu dalam meyimbangkan fungsi id, ego dan super ego. Dengan harapan untuk berkembang dengan optimal.

Abstract

Phobia adalah rasa ketakutan kuat (berlebihan) terhadap suatu benda, situasi atau kejadian, yang ditandai dengan keinginan untuk menjauhi sesuatu yang ditakuti itu. Jika sudah parah bisa sangat mengganggu aktifitas seseorang. Seperti seseorang akan sesak nafas, deg-degan, keringat dingin, gemetaran, bahkan sampai tidak bisa menggerakkan badannya. Dengan menggunakan teknik desensitisasi agar bisa mengurangi tingkat ketakutan seseorang terhadap phobianya atau rasa takutnya terhadap suatu hal. Teknik ini dapat membuat penderita merasakan relaksasi/ketenangan sehingga ketakutan nya akan berkurang dan panik segala macam bisa lebih terkendali. Hasil yang didapat setelah diberikan teknik ini banyak penderita yang mulai bisa mengontrol ketakutan terhadap sesuatu.

Abstract

Counseling guidance is one of the important components in education which has a preventive function. The preventive function that can be implemented by counseling teachers in group guidance services is to minimize cheating behavior among students. Cheating is an act that is carried out in an illegal way to achieve goals in the form of academic success or to avoid academic failure. So that cheating is also a major problem of education. One of the factors influencing cheating behavior is self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in their ability to achieve certain goals. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to increase the self-efficacy of students who behave cackling through group guidance services. This study used a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were eight students of Baitul Ibadah Depok housing. The student is identified as having cheating behavior. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews and documentation as supporting techniques. The implementation of group guidance services goes through several stages, namely: formation, transition, activities and closings. The conclusion is that group guidance services have been implemented quite successfully to alleviate the problem of students who cheat by increasing self-efficacy in students in Baitul Ibadah Depok housing, because group guidance services have proven to be easy to implement when practiced according to the procedures and in accordance with the techniques used. Yes, this is evidenced by 5 out of 8 group members who can think, feel, behave, act and be responsible in increasing self-efficacy to minimize cheating behavior in members of their respective groups. AbstrakBimbingan konseling merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan yang memiliki fungsi pencegahan. Adapun fungsi pencegahan yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh guru BK dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok adalah meminimalisir perilaku menyontek pada siswa. Menyontek merupakan perbuatan yang dilakukan dengan cara yang tidak sah untuk mencapai tujuan berupa keberhasilan akademik atau menghindari kegagalan akademis. Sehingga menyontek juga menjadi permasanlah pokok pendidikan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku menyontek adalah self efficacy. Self efficacy merupakan kepercayaan individu terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa yang berperilaku menyontek melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah delapan siswa perumahan Baitul Ibadah Depok. Siswa tersebut teridentifikasi memiliki perilaku menyontek. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pendukung. Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui beberapa tahap yaitu: pembentukan, peralihan, kegiatan dan penutupan. Kesimpulannya adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok cukup berhasil diimplementasikan untuk mengentaskan permasalahan siswa yang berperilaku menyontek dengan meningkatkan self efficacy pada siswa di perumahan Baitul Ibadah Depok, karena layanan bimbingan kelompok sudah terbukti mudah dilaksanakan pada saat dipraktikkan sesuai dengan prosedur-prosedur serta sesuai dengan teknik-teknik yang ada, hal tersebut dibuktikan 5 dari 8 anggota kelompok dapat berBMB3 yaitu berpikir, merasa, bersikap, bertindak dan bertanggung jawab dalam meningkatkan self efficacy untuk meminimalisir perilaku menyontek pada diri anggota kelompok.

Abstract

We still encounter many students at school who often commit acts that violate school rules, in other words, there are juvenile delinquents. The existence of juvenile delinquency behavior needs to get special attention and approach. In this paper the author offers an approach or reality counseling to overcome the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency in students due to broken homes. The purpose of this counseling practice is to find out the efforts and success in dealing with broken home juvenile delinquency through reality counseling. The method used is a literature review or also called a literature review where a study makes descriptions of reading sources, be it books, journals, articles, and magazines. Literature review or called a literature review or literature review, a literature review is a description or description of literature that is relevant to a particular field or topic. The findings of this research are the counselor invites the counselee to understand and make the counselee aware that the condition of a broken home does not always have to be used as an excuse for the counselee to commit acts of delinquency as a way of fulfilling their basic needs. Reality counseling helps counselees face reality and meet basic needs without harming themselves or others. The counselee is invited to act realistically according to the fact that he is in a family environment that is not conducive to meeting his needs.

Abstract

ABSTRCT Adolescence is a transition period that experienced many changes both physical, emotional, social, way of thinking and behavior. Negative self image arises from within the client which stems from the beliefs and negative thought patterns of the counselee towards himself. Someone with a negative self image tends to be a pessimistic person, feel his life is not happy to feel himself worthless, do not dare to face new challenges, can not stand criticism, feel insecure, inferior, can not accept its advantages and disadvantages. Where, feeling these feeling come from thinking irrational/negative, then he believed in his heart and the realization of negative behavior. The purpose of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy is to change the irrational beliefs of the client (which have an impact on emotions and behavior) to be rational. The research method used is the studi of literature or study literature related to the discussion of the use of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to overcome negative self image in adolescent. Based on the result study or literature review that has been done that with a Rational approach Emotive Behavior Therapy can improve and changes attitudes, perceptions, ways of thinking irrational beliefs and views of the council to be rational so that the council can develop yourself optimally. Seseorang dengan Self image yang negatif cenderung menjadi pribadi yang pesimis, merasa hidupnya tidak bahagia, merasa dirinya tidak berharga, tidak berani menghadapi tantangan baru, tidak tahan dengan kritikan, merasa tidak percaya diri, rendah diri, tidak dapat menerima kelebihan dan kekurangan nya. Dimana, Perasaaan-perasaan tersebut berasal dari pemikiran yang irasional/negatif, kemudian ia yakini didalam hatinya lalu terwujudlah tingkah laku yang negatif. Tujuan dari penggunaan pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy adalah untuk mengubah keyakinan irasional yang dimiliki konseli (yang memberikan dampak pada emosi dan perilaku) menjadi rasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literature atau kajian pustaka yang terkait dengan pembahasan mengenai penggunaan Pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Theraphy (REBT) untuk mengatasi self image negatif pada remaja. Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period to build student identity and develop a self-assessment mindset. Adolescent developmental tasks require significant changes in attitudes and behavior patterns. Due to the developmental tasks of adolescence describing the extent of changes that must be made and the problems that arise from the changes themselves, adolescence is often a difficult problem to solve. Lack of confidence in social interaction is one of the obstacles in changing attitudes and behavior. As a result, students who lack confidence in the social environment often do not have friends, are alone, and have difficulty adjusting to their environment. Students who lack self-confidence have more difficulty growing and developing in the activities they participate in at home, at school, and in the community. This writing uses a literature review and literature study by exploring various literature related to self-confidence in social interaction and group counseling approaches to rational emotive behavior therapy. Group counseling utilizes the dynamics of group members in the service process. The stages in the REBT counseling approach are using the ABC theory.

Abstract

Background, domestic violence is a serious thing that is being experienced by many women, especially wives, which has an impact on misery and suffering physically, psychically, sexually, and neglect by a husband. So treatment is needed to reduce the trauma of violence experienced by a wife in the household by using tazkiyatun an-nafs counseling. Case Reports, a 30-year-old woman with one child received violent treatment from her husband, both physically and psychologically, and was neglected. The results from the counseling showed that the client experienced violent acts from her husband in the form of physical harm, such as being slapped and beaten, then psychically in the form of getting harsh words and leaving inner wounds and neglect because their husbands did not support them. In conclusion, counseling with a tazkiyatun an-nafs approach impacts the client in reducing the trauma of violence experienced by the client in the household. From the results of counseling, the client suggests using a spiritual approach in handling one's problems because it has proven to be effective

Abstract

Stunting disebabkan kekurangan asupan gizi dalam waktu lama pada masa 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK). Pada tahun 2021 angka prevalensi stunting di Indonesia masih sebesar 24,4 persen, sedangkan di Sumatera Barat sebesar 23%. Permasalahan stunting berdampak pada psikologis orang tua. Perlu upaya meningkatkan resiliensi orang tua menghadapi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan reseliensi orang tua dengan stanting dengan pendekatan Person Centered Therapy, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan untuk menelaah melalui artikel dan buku yang berkaitan konsep dari Person Centered Therapy untuk meningkatkan reseliensi orang tua. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan Person Centered Therapy dapat memanfaatkan peluang dari mereka (orang tua/ Ibu) dan menyelesaikan setiap masalah yang muncul, karena klien memiliki kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalahnya sendiri dan terapis hanya berperan sebagai teman dalam proses penyembuhan. Pendekatan ini mengakui bahwa semua orang adalah unik dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mencapai potensi penuh mereka. Konselor bersama Klien (orang tua) anak dengan stanting dapat menggali alternative alternatif dalam mengembangkan berbagai kemungkinan yang akan dilakukan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to see how (1) the level of emotional maturity, (2) the level of family harmony, and (3) the level of student aggressive behavior. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with the object of research being SMA. The sample of this study consisted of 30 high school students. The instrument used in this study was the Likert scale model, and the instrument used had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: (1) overall emotional maturity was in the high category with a percentage of 80%, (2) overall family harmony was in the good category with a percentage of 57%, and (3) overall aggressive behavior was at the high category with a percentage of 57%.

Abstract

This long distance marriage describes a physically separated situation where one partner has to settle in another place with certain reasons and goals such as job demands, education and others. The obstacles that can occur during this long-distance domicile marriage relationship are as follows, the couple does not feel happy, negative moods and emotions, less time together, family roles have not gone well even in fatal cases such as divorce. This study aims to improve subjective well-being for couples undergoing long-distance marriage relationships with a problem solving approach. The research design was carried out using a literature study related to problem solving approaches to increase subjective well-being for couples who are in long-distance marriage relationships. The results of this study indicate that problem solving is an effective alternative approach in increasing subjective well-being in long distance marriage.
