Life as a member of a multicultural society makes individuals must be smart in interacting with others, especially with different cultures. The purpose of this study was to see how cultural intelligence in the Postgraduate Guidance and Counseling students of the State University of Padang T.M 2018. quantitative research with cross sectional survey methods. Data were analyzed descriptively by dividing into 3 levels: low, medium, and high. And to assess the results of each dimension of cultural intelligence, the mean and percentage are calculated. The results found in the metacognitive category (CQ) obtained an average of 69.18% questionnaire, cognitive category (CQ) 54.53%, motivation category (CQ) 67.20%, and 63.08% behavioral factors overall these dimensions entered into good category. The overall results of the four dimensions obtained an average score of 63.49% with a good category. Which means that the level of cultural intelligence of Postgraduate Guidance and Counseling students at the State University of Padang T.M 2018 are all in the good category. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that overall the students belong to individuals who have the ability to interact, adjust themselves, understand their abilities when they are in a different cultural situation.

Students' perceptions of the implementation of classical services in the classroom can be positive or negative, depending on how BK teacher techniques in providing BK services in class. The purpose of this study was to determine how students' perceptions of the implementation of classical guidance services in class and the scope of this study was in SMP 25 Kota Padang in class IX. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Summary of the results of this study are that BK teachers do not need Needs Assessment, material does not meet the needs and the method used by BK teachers is not good. The conclusion of this study is that BK teachers do not carry out Need Assessment to determine material that is in line with the needs of the students and the methods of giving that are not appropriate.

Guidance and Counseling Services is one of the services that can play an active role in the midst of this co-19 pandemic so students can adjust to conditions, in accordance with the rules set by the government, keep the spirit of learning and can control their stress and anxiety in a healthy manner. In this case the role of the BK teacher / school counselor is very important. However, various obstacles may arise in the learning process due to pandemic conditions that cannot be ascertained when it will end. This is a formidable challenge for school counselors / school counselors. One solution that can be done is to modify group counseling services using the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) approach. Abstract: Fenomena yang terjadi sekarang ini, individu tidakpeduli dengan lingkungan sosialnya, tidak mau tau denganlingkungan, tidak tau lagi cara berkomunikasi dengan orang lain.Perlu adanya upaya preventif yang dilakukan oleh pihak terkaitseperti konselor untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Abstract: Masa pandemi covid-19 ini menimbulkan berbagaidampak dalam segi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya yaitu darisegi psikologis bisa membuat orang mengalami anxiety yangberlebihan. Abstract: Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dan upaya meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa melalui pendekatan Behavioral. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian berbasis literatur atau studi pustaka. Hasil pembahasan adalah meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan behavioral, pendekatan ini bertujuan bahwa aksi, pendidikan, dan pembelajaran dipandang sebagai inti dari terapi. Siswa mempelajari perilaku baru (adaptif) untuk menggantikan perilaku lama (maladaptif) sehingga siswa mendapatkan cara bertindak yang sehat dan konsruktif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah pengkondisian operan. Prinsip utama pengkondisian operan adalah penguatan positif, penguatan negatif, kepunahan, hukuman positif dan hukuman negatif. Hasil dari konseling adalah untuk meningkatkan perilaku target, yaitu siswa siap menerima pelajaran baru dalam proses pembelajaran.Keyword: Belajar, Kesiapan belajar, Pendekatan Behavioral.

Penelitian ini banyaknya kasus bulliying yang terjadi di Sekolah Dasar khususnya di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Koto Baru Kecamatan Kubung. Hal ini menjadi tugas guru sebagai pendidik untuk mengajarkan rasa hormat dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Koto Baru dikabupaten Solok Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif, jenis penelitian lapangan. Data primer adalah subjek penelitian dan informan penelitian dan Data sekunder adalah berupa foto-foto dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan guru telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik dalam melakukan pembinaan karakter hormat dan tanggung jawab di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Koto Baru Kabupaten Solok

Every human being must have problems, whether those problems as the implications in addressing a less conductive environment and person environment who could not afford to be organized so that resulted in the birth of the abnormal behaviors. Gestalt counseling approach wanted improve individuals by focusing on the present perspective, through the projection of the past phenomenon with the present condition. In gestalt group counseling, group member can make use of their presence in the group to channel and express their thoughts, feelings and behavior so far that is problematic. To be able to achieve effective and efficient group activities, a gestalt group leader must be able to carry out activities according to the stages of forming group counseling.

The purpose of this research was to determine the scientific attitude of students by applying a problem-based mathematics integrated science learning model. This type of research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The study population was all students of grade V SDN 0102 Sibuhuan. The sample of this research is class V A and V B. The data collection method used was to distribute scientific attitude questionnaires to all students. The results showed that the scientific attitude of students who applied the problem-based integrated mathematics learning model was better than conventional learning.

This article discusses the ontology, epistemology, and axiology of counseling as well as the role of psychology in counseling by using references from relevant literature reviews. Counseling is a professional assistance service to a person or group of individuals for the effective handling and handling of everyday life that is not disturbed by an independent personal focus who is able to control themselves through the provision of various types of services and support activities in the learning process. Philosophical assumptions to build counseling as a science that can be assumed through ontology, epistemology, and counseling axiology. Counseling also plays a role and functions automatically in determining the behavior of the social sphere. As we know, psychology is the study of the symptoms of the human psyche. Psychological study is a study of individual behavior where guidance and counseling means providing an understanding of the targeted individual's behavior, therefore the role of psychology in counseling is very necessary and of course useful for the development of students later.
