Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out how the influence of work stress on employee performance, (2) find out how the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) find out how the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance of PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar City. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a sample size of 102 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 25 data to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that Job Stress has a significant effect on employee performance, the t value of the stress variable is 3.940> t table of 3.088. That the t count of the motivation variable is 3.454> t table of 3.088. simultaneously work stress and work motivation variables on employee performance with F count of 16.326 this shows F count (16.326) > F table (1.660). Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the independent variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Motivation of PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar City. Therefore, if Employee Performance continues to be considered and improved, it will certainly improve more optimal employee performance.

Sangke Palangga in the Harbour Crossing Bira - Jampea -Labuan Bajo PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Branch Selayar on Period Covid-19 pandemic. Type study is Quantitative. Study this use Approach descriptive. Population study this is whole passenger’s camp. Sangke Palangga in the harbour crossing Bira-Jampea-Labuan Bajo PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) branch Selayar a total of 14,736 people were taken from 2020 to with 2021 on period the covid-19 pandemic. And samples on study this is 100 people. Technique data collection carried out with share questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used is analysis multiple linear regression with use Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) version 13. The results of study this show that variable proof physical there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable reliability there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable power responsive there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable guarantee there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable empathy there is influence positive and s significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of dividend policy analysis proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and debt policy proxied by the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER). This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2020-2021. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Data analysis was performed by analyzing financial ratios, namely the Dividend Payout Ratio and the Debt To Equity Ratio. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Dividend policy in review from the ratio of market prospects as measured by the DPR's Dividend Payout Ratio, it can be seen that the company's ability to pay dividends is stable. Meanwhile 2). The company's debt policy in terms of the solvency ratio (Leverage/coverage) as measured by the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) for 2020-2021 can be categorized as high with a low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Komitmen Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunkanakan teknik statistik. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini berjumlah 21 responden di Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kabupaten Sinjai (BRI Cabang) dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik yang digunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statisstical and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 26 Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi (X1) dan komitmen kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Selanjutnya kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kabupaten Sinjai lebih mempehatikan kompensasi dan komitmen kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan agar berdampak baik bagi PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kabupaten Sinjai dan dapat digunakan untuk merumuskan model pengembangan dan kebijakan strategis perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Komitmen kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel ada 5 perusahaan, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Struktur modal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. 2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3) Struktur modal dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims todetermine the potential for Financial Distress in cement manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The equation model used is the Altman Z-Score and the Taffler model. The data collection technique used is the documentation method with quantitative descriptive research data types. The results of the study show that cement sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2018-2021 period have varied analysis results depending on the type of model implementation used. Companies that are in a healthy condition (safe area) for the two equation models are INTP in 2018-2021, and SMBR in 2018 for the Altman Z-Score model, while the SMGR Taffler model in 2018 is in a healthy condition (safe area). SMGR 2018-2020, WSBP 2018-2019, WTON 2018, and SMBR for 2020-2021 is in a gray area position for the Altman Z-Score equation model. While in the taffler model, companies that are in a gray area position are SMGR in 2019-2021, SMCB 2019-2020, WSBP in 2021, and SMBR in 2018 and 2021. Meanwhile companies that are in a bankrupt position are SMGR in 2021, SMCB in 2018- 2021, 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model. In the taffler model, bankrupt companies are 2018 and 2021 SMCB, 2020 WSBP, and 2019-2020 SMBR. 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model. Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of satisfaction and work discipline jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 63 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance, t count > t table where 3.434 > from t table of 1.671. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of t count > t table is where 5.056 > from T table of 1.671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the Makassar City National Land Agency. Therefore, if Satisfaction and Work Discipline are continuously improved, then of course performance will be more optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research was aimed at examining the correlation among compensation, commitment and motivation toward employee performance at PT Pegadaian (Persero) VI Makassar region. The research problems were; 1) How does compensation affect employee performance? 2) How does commitment affect employee performance? 3) How does motivation affect employee performance? 4) How do compensation, commitment and motivation affect employee performance?. The analysis tools used in this research was multiple regression through aplication system, SPSS. The respondent of the research was employee of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Wilayah VI Makassar with the total number of employee was 63. The result showed whether partial and simultaneous compensation , commitment and work motivation have a positive influence significantly to employee performance. Kata Kunci: Compensation, Commitment, Work Motivation, Individual Performance

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kota Makassar. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Inklusi Keuangan sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan pengelolaan keuangan sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM di Kota Makassar yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh jumlah UMKM yang masih aktif pada tahun 2021 di Kota Makassar sebanyak 715 Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Samplinng yaitu proses pemilihan sampel menggunakan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrument, dan uji hipotesis. Uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis terdiri dari regresi sederhana, uji parsial (uji t) dan koefisien determinasi parsial (r2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inklusi Keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Inklusi Keuangan, Pengelolaan Keuangan

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antar variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan inovasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan bengkel motor di Kota Makassar. Adapun masalah penelitian ini adalah : 1) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimipinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kemampuan inovasi karyawan otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil di Makassar, 2) bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha perbengkelan berskala  kecil di Makassar, 3) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil di Makassar, dan 4) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil melalui kemampuan inovasi di Makassar.
