Abstract

Isra' Mi'raj adalah peristiwa penting dalam Islam, namun pemahaman anak-anak sering terbatas akibat metode pembelajaran yang kurang menarik. Penelitian ini mengenalkan Isra' Mi'raj melalui lagu "Di Suatu Malam di Bulan Rajab" di pengajian Masjid Ar-Rasyid. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, penyuluhan, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis lagu meningkatkan antusiasme dan pengetahuan praktis anak-anak terhadap Isra' Mi'raj. Lagu membantu anak-anak mengingat peristiwa, tempat, serta hikmahnya dengan lebih mudah dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

The Tragedy of Macbeth raises the issue of power struggles and bloodshed which causes the main character to experience paranoia, hallucinations, and talk to himself. In this film, the utterances spoken by several characters use unique diction, which tends to be strange, and can make the audience question the meaning of the utterance. In everyday life nor in the academic environment, there are often misunderstandings of meaning by the speaker and the listener. In the realm of linguistics, semantics which is the science of meaning, plays an important role in classifying the meaning intended by the speaker. This research focuses on the use of homonyms from the characters of The Tragedy of Macbeth (2021) film using Kreidler's theory about sense relations, especially homonyms which is used as the main theory in this research. The data were taken from the screenplay of The Tragedy of Macbeth using descriptive qualitative methods with a semantic approach to sense relations. The researcher found that the homonymy indicates that the characters in the objective digress a lot in communication which can cause any misinterpretation. The occurrence of homonymy can be caused by the development of meaning that spreads, the influence of foreign words in the language or also for communication needs. Sense relations theory can conclude that a word can be interpreted more specifically depending on the context in which it occurs. In this research, sense relations played a role in the discovery of homonyms, homophones, and homographs in the objective.

Abstract

In order to interact and exchange conversation with Gen Z we need to fully understand their language. The constant flow of trends on the internet affected the development of language and slang. With the rate which language changes it also means that it is easily forgotten. This research served as an inventory for newly invented slang words by Gen Z on TikTok. This research main objective analyzed the type and function of slang words that are used by Gen Z on the infamous social media platform TikTok. This research applied Allan and Burridge's theory of slang type and function that are used on the TikTok platform by Gen Z from October to December of 2023. This research employed qualitative research as the methodology with a sociolinguistics approach. The analysis involved in this research are data condensation, coding process, and meaning interpretation. The analysis revealed that there are occurrences of fresh and creative, flippant, imitative, acronym, and clipping, with occurrences of the function to address, to humiliate, and to express impression. Based on the analysis, the most dominant slang type is imitative with to address as the most used slang function on the TikTok platform. It could be concluded that, Gen Z tends to reuse an already existing vocabulary and used them to address a situation or activity.

Abstract

Pengenalan huruf hijaiyah merupakan langkah awal yang krusial dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an bagi anak-anak di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA). Namun, keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang menarik seringkali menjadi kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak TPA Langgar Al Haji dalam mengenal dan melafalkan huruf hijaiyah melalui pendampingan berbasis media gambar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, perancangan media gambar, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan siswa mengenali dan melafalkan huruf hijaiyah, serta peningkatan minat dan motivasi belajar mereka.

Abstract

Law No. 6/2023, which ratifies Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 2/2022 on Job Creation, defines outsourcing as the delegation of part of work implementation to other companies through a written outsourcing agreement. This study aims to analyze the narrative structure of Indonesia’s outsourcing policy using the Narrative Policy Framework (NPF), focusing on key elements such as characters (heroes, villains, and victims), setting, plot, and moral of the story. A total of 132 news articles were randomly selected using the keyword “outsourcing” from online sources between November 2, 2020, and December 31, 2023. The data were analyzed using the Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) application. The resulting narrative portrays both workers and outsourcing companies as victims, while the government, outsourcing companies, and service user companies appear both as villains and heroes. The setting includes various regions in Indonesia and covers aspects of job creation and enhancement, workers’ income and welfare, internal company policies, and human resource management. The narrative plot highlights employment policies, associated challenges, and governance of labor regulations. The moral of the story emphasizes the need for effective labor regulations, strict enforcement of employment policies and laws, ongoing policy evaluation, and robust worker protection mechanisms. To foster synergy among stakeholders in shaping effective policies, the government must ensure clear communication of fair and accountable outsourcing principles and design a robust enforcement strategy to address systemic outsourcing issues.

Abstract

This study examines public service governance at the sub-district level in Musi Rawas Regency, focusing on the integration of local wisdom and the principles of New Public Governance (NPG). The research highlights the importance of collaboration between government agencies, vertical institutions, and the community in improving service efficiency and responsiveness. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study identifies key elements of effective public service governance, including collaboration, flexibility, risk management, and innovation. The research aims to analyze how local wisdom can play a role in addressing contemporary challenges in public service, such as transparency and accountability. The integration of local wisdom is deemed capable of building trust and fostering active participation, particularly through personalized approaches that respect cultural values and the implementation of decentralized services. The study also emphasizes the importance of technology and policy frameworks in ensuring the sustainability of service innovations, including direct engagement with rural communities. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as Focus Group Discussions (FGD), interviews, documentation, and observation, involving 20 key informants. The findings reveal that the combination of NPG principles with local wisdom can create a governance model that is not only efficient and transparent but also responsive to the values and needs of local communities. This integrated approach indirectly strengthens trust, accountability, and inclusiveness in public services while offering a model that can be applied in other regions facing similar challenges.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring kesehatan seperti suhu tubuh, detak jantung, dan saturasi oksigen merupakan aspek yang sangat vital dalam mendeteksi gejala awal dari berbagai penyakit seseorang terutama dalam kondisi pasca-pandemi COVID-19. Namun, permasalahan yang muncul adalah adanya keterbatasan dalam sistem monitoring konvensional yang bersifat manual dan tidak real-time yang seringkali menghambat efisiensi dalam proses memonitoring kesehatan, khususnya di lingkungan rumah sakit, puskesmas, atau pemantauan individu di rumah. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengembangkan sistem monitoring kesehatan yang mampu mengukur tanda-tanda vital sign secara real-time dan terintegrasi dengan web server agar data dapat diakses secara jarak jauh melalui smartphone. Penerapan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup perancangan perangkat keras menggunakan sensor MLX90614 untuk suhu tubuh, sensor MAX30100 untuk denyut jantung dan saturasi oksigen, serta mikrokontroler ESP32-CAM yang memiliki konektivitas Wi-Fi dan kamera. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor dikirimkan secara otomatis ke web server berbasis protokol HTTP dan ditampilkan dalam antarmuka berbasis web yang ramah pengguna. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi sensor vital sign dengan ESP32-CAM berbasis IoT yang tidak hanya mengirimkan data biometrik secara real-time, tetapi juga memungkinkan pengawasan visual melalui kamera bawaan, yang sangat berguna untuk verifikasi pasien dalam konteks monitoring jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa perangkat mampu membaca dan mengirimkan data dengan tingkat akurasi rata-rata suhu tubuh sebesar 99,34 %, detak jantung sebesar 87,89 %, dan saturasi oksigen sebesar 99,13%.   Kata Kunci - monitoring, suhu, detak jantung, saturasi oksigen, web server.

Abstract

Weather is information that is very necessary, especially on agricultural land, to support plant growth, productivity, and yield. Weather monitoring currently still uses a manual system, so it requires quite a lot of time and energy. Apart from that, manual monitoring also allows limited types of data that can be measured directly by humans. The weather monitoring system design is based on the parameters used, namely temperature, humidity, wind speed, light intensity, and rain conditions, using the LoRa module, which can be accessed online and offline and in real- time on the website and LCD.The test results show that the system can work well with the parameters used, namely temperature, with an average error value of 1.81% and an accuracy of 98.19%; humidity, with an average error value of 0.675 and an accuracy of 99.325%; and average wind speed. The error value is 1.83% with an accuracy of 98.17%, the average light intensity error value is 2.42% with an accuracy of 97.58%, and the rainy conditions are successful in providing information whether it is raining or not.

Abstract

The increasing use of internet technology along with the development of the era has become a lifestyle for some people in Indonesia. So that it encourages marketers to create the right marketing strategy for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of live sales streamings, product reviews, and discounts on buying interest in the Shopee marketplace. And to determine the effect of influencer marketing, product quality, and product diversity on buying interest in online shopping at TikTok Shop. This study uses a quantitative research approach, which is a scientific method because it has met scientific principles in a concrete or empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic manner. The data used are primary and secondary data which are then processed using SPSS 26. The population of this study was 50 people who were then used as samples with a saturated sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative research approach, which is a scientific method because it has met scientific principles in a concrete or empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic manner. The results of the study show that the Shopee marketplace is a live sales streaming that influences purchase interest with a t-count value of 7.466> t table. Product reviews influence purchase interest with a t-count value of 11.466> t table. Discounts influence purchase interest with a t-count value of 7.077 t table. Meanwhile, the results of the study on TikTok Shop showed that based on the results of the t-test, there was an influence of influencer marketing on purchase interest with a t-count result of 4.415> t table. Product quality on purchase interest with a t-count result of 5.453> t table. Product diversity with a t-count result of 0.274 <t table had no effect on purchase interest. So it can be concluded that live sales streamings, product reviews, and discounts each have an effect on buying interest in the Shopee marketplace. As well as influencer marketing, product quality, and product diversity each have an effect on buying interest in Tiktok Shop

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously on service quality at the Mamuju City Police. Determining the sample for this research was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this research was all personnel/employees at the Mamuju City Police, totaling 72 people. The test results show that partially the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the Mamuju City Police and simultaneously the variables transformational leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the quality of service at the City Police.
