Abstract

: Research approach was employed using panel data regression analysis. Model selection was determined through a series of diagnostic tests, namely the Redundant Fixed Effects Test and the Hausman Test, which indicated that the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) is the most appropriate estimation method. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial reports during the research period. The results show that, individually, liquidity has a statistically significant positive effect on firm value, whereas dividend policy and profitability do not exhibit significant effects. This suggests that a company’s ability to meet its short-term obligations serves as a positive signal to investors, enhancing their perception of the firm’s stability and trustworthiness in terms of performance. Meanwhile, the insignificance of dividend policy and profitability implies that investors do not rely solely on these factors when evaluating firm value instead, they may consider broader strategic, market, or macroeconomic indicators. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.848588, indicating that approximately 84.85% of the variation in firm value can be explained by the combined influence of dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity, while the remaining 15.15% is attributed to other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia, (2) pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia, (3) pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia, serta (4) pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara simultan terhadap harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode 2020–2024. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan aset dan ekuitas perusahaan belum mampu menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan pergerakan harga saham. Sementara itu, Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba bersih dari penjualan menjadi sinyal penting bagi investor dalam menilai saham perusahaan. Secara simultan, Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode 2020–2024.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PTV Semen Tonasa. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The research sample consists of PT Semen Tonasa employees selected through purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. In addition, work stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance and is able to mediate some of the influence of the work environment on performance, but does not mediate the effect of work stress. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of stress management and creating a conducive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening pada divisi sales PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Cabang Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif explanAatory. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan divisi sales, yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi berpotensi menurunkan kinerja karyawan, namun dengan adanya kompensasi yang memadai dari perusahaan, karyawan mampu menjaga stabilitas kinerjanya. Kompensasi berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja meskipun dalam kondisi beban kerja yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, sistem kompensasi yang adil dan tepat menjadi penting untuk menjaga kinerja optimal karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work conflict and work environment on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable at PT Semen Tonasa. The method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress, while the work environment has a significant negative effect on work stress. Work conflict does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant positive effect. Work stress is also proven to have a significant negative effect on employee performance. In addition, work stress does not mediate the effect of work conflict on performance, but partially mediates the effect of the work environment on performance. These findings emphasize the importance of conflict management, improving the work environment, and stress control to support employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchasing decisions of Luxcrime products among Generation Z in Makassar City, both directly and indirectly through brand image as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The population consists of Generation Z in Makassar City who actively use TikTok social media and are familiar with Luxcrime products. The sample comprised 150 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results indicate that influencer marketing and E-WOM have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions and brand image. Furthermore, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and positively and significantly mediates the influence of influencer marketing and E-WOM on purchasing decisions. This study provides implications for companies to strengthen brand image through effective influencer marketing strategies and credible E-WOM management on TikTok to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Sarana Utama dengan melibatkan 50 responden. Studi ini dilakukan untuk memahami sejauh mana kedua variabel tersebut berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di lingkungan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompensasi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara parsial, kompensasi terbukti berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, terutama melalui pemberian imbalan yang adil dan sesuai. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, yang tercermin dari dorongan internal maupun eksternal karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk memperhatikan kedua aspek tersebut guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan kondusif. Selain itu, temuan penelitian ini memberikan Gambaran bahwa pengelolaan kompensasi yang transparan dan konsensisten mampu meningkatkan perssepsi keadilan di kalangan karyawan. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya loyalitas serta komitmen terhadap organisasi. di sisi lain,motivasi kerja yang didukung oleh lingkungan kerja yang positif,kepemimpinan yang efektif,serta peluangan pengembangan karier turut memperkuat kepuasan kerja secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research is grounded in the understanding that employees are the core of organizational sustainability, and their job satisfaction is shaped not only by daily tasks but also by the organization’s ability to manage workload and support balance between work demands and personal life. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at the Class I Correctional Center (Bapas) Makassar. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 54 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS Statistics 25. The research variables consist of workload and work-life balance as independent variables, and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The findings indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, suggesting that employees’ perception of being able to complete tasks effectively can increase their comfort and confidence at work. Work-life balance also shows a positive and significant influence, indicating that the ability to manage both work responsibilities and personal life contributes directly to greater feelings of satisfaction, stability, and motivation in performing duties. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect job satisfaction, emphasizing the importance for organizations to regulate workload proportionally while providing space for employees to maintain a healthy life balance. These findings highlight that effective workload management and support for work-life balance are crucial organizational investments to foster a healthy, productive, and employee-centered work environment.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan secara parsial dan simultan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana motivasi dan disiplin kerja mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 91 responden . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan statistik untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (motivasi dan disiplin kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga peningkatan motivasi dan disiplin kerja akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable in employees of the Ministry of Population and Family Development of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was all 95 employees with a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The analysis included descriptive statistics, measurement model tests (outer model) consisting of validity and reliability tests, and structural model tests (inner model) to examine the relationship between variables. The test results showed that all constructs met the validity and reliability criteria with Cronbach's alpha values above 0.90 and composite reliability above the required limit. The results of the structural analysis showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination indicates that employee job satisfaction can be explained by 0.739 transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and work motivation, while work motivation can be explained by 0.468 transformational leadership and organizational commitment. These findings indicate that increasing employee job satisfaction requires the implementation of effective transformational leadership, strengthening organizational commitment, and continuously increasing work motivation within the organization.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction
