Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-commerce and the use of accounting information systems in making decisions for entrepreneurship at ITC Cipulir during the covid19 pandemic. The selected sample is 60 respondents who use a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The analytical technique used in this research is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis Testing. The results of data analysis show that the results of partial hypothesis testing of e-commerce (X1) and the use of accounting information systems (X2) affect entrepreneurial decision making (Y) based on the results of the study indicate that e-commerce and accounting information systems have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial decision making.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze public reception and perceptions of gay couples on TikTok, particularly focusing on how users interpret and respond to inclusive content related to sexual identity expression and LGBT advocacy. Method: Using a qualitative descriptive content analysis approach, data were collected through online interviews with followers of the TikTok account @chiko_ingham, allowing for an in-depth understanding of audience interpretations and attitudes. Results: The findings reveal that while visibility and acceptance of gay couples on social media have increased, public reactions remain diverse, encompassing supportive, neutral, and rejecting responses. These reactions align with Stuart Hall’s reception theory, categorized into three positions: dominant hegemonic (fully supportive), negotiated (partially accepting within personal or cultural constraints), and oppositional (rejecting based on cultural or religious norms). Novelty: This research contributes to the growing body of literature on digital media and gender studies by offering a nuanced understanding of how TikTok functions as a site of meaning-making and social negotiation surrounding sexual identity in contemporary society.

Abstract

Indonesian sugar imports have increased due to a steady increase in sugar consumption, while domestic sugar output has increased but has not kept pace with consumption. This study aims to examine the impact of sugar consumption, income per capita, sugarcane harvested area, and sugarcane productivity on sugar imports in Indonesia. The data in this study include time series data from 1995 to 2021 that were analyzed using multiple regression. Sugar consumption and income per capita have a statistically significant positive effect on sugar import, whereas sugarcane harvested area and sugarcane productivity significantly negatively affect sugar import. Several policy options for reducing sugar imports are recommended, including reducing sugar consumption through education and healthy lifestyle programs, extending sugarcane-harvested areas, and rejuvenating and building new sugar mill.JEL Classification: F14, C22How to Cite:Inayaturrohmah, W. Abstract

Success in the continuity of the counseling process is based on the quality of the counselor both personally and also the thorough knowledge and understanding of the counselee. The counselor's self-quality consists of the counselor's psychophysical elements, while the counselee's quality of knowledge and understanding includes being sensitive or sensitive, empathetic and able to respect diversity and change so that a counselor is expected to have the ability to understand and be sensitive or sensitive to changes and individual diversity. Being sensitive or sensitive for counselors, especially in addressing cultural differences, called culturally sensitive counselors is one of the basic elements for a counselor, especially in carrying out counseling services. By being sensitive or sensitive to religious and cultural differences, the counselor will have deeper knowledge of the counselee and will provide significant benefits or it can be said as an entry point for the continuity of the counseling service process that is more effective and optimal. It is said that counseling services are more effective and optimal because being sensitive or sensitive will easily access the dynamics of religious and cultural expressions.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the idea of how to construct transfinite numbers and study transfinite arithmetic. The research method used is a literature review, which involves collecting various sources such as scientific papers and books related to Cantorian set theory, infinity, ordinal or transfinite arithmetic, as well as the connection between infinity and theology. The study also involves constructing the objects of study, namely ordinal numbers such as finite ordinals and transfinite ordinals, and examining their arithmetic properties. The results of this research include the methods of constructing both finite and transfinite ordinal numbers using two generation principles. Both finite and transfinite ordinal numbers are defined as well-orderings that are also transitive sets. Arithmetic of finite ordinal numbers is well-known, but the arithmetic of transfinite ordinal numbers will be introduced in this paper, including addition, multiplication, and exponentiation.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low rate of halal certification ownership among Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Putussibau District, despite the government’s mandate requiring halal certification for all food and beverage products. Preliminary observations revealed that many business actors lack an understanding of the certification procedure, do not possess legal business documents such as NIB (Business Identification Number) and PIRT (Home Industry Food Production Certificate), and have not received guidance from Halal Product Process Assistants (P3H). These conditions indicate several barriers preventing MSEs from engaging in the halal certification process. This research aims to analyze: (1) the steps undertaken by MSEs in the halal certification process, (2) the obstacles encountered during the process, and (3) the underlying factors that prevent some business actors from applying for halal certification. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving 15 business actors with varying backgrounds and certification statuses. The findings show that MSEs that have undergone certification followed the self-declare scheme through the SiHalal application, completing steps such as registration, document submission, assistance by P3H, and verification. However, they still face technical difficulties, such as filling out digital forms, document revisions, and limited digital literacy. On the other hand, those who have not applied for certification often lack legal documentation, information, or perceive the certification as unnecessary or burdensome. The study recommends strengthening technical education, expanding mentorship, and simplifying the halal certification process to make it more accessible to MSEs in Putussibau District.

Abstract

Cassava is one of the abundant tubers in Limpakuwus Village. In its development, to increase its selling value, cassava can be processed into mocaf flour (modified cassava flour). In previous community service, the local community had received training related to making mocaf flour. Therefore, further training was conducted to process mocaf flour into bakery products. One of them was making mocaf brownies because they were considered simple and easy. The purpose of this service was to enhance the skills of PKK mothers in processing mocaf flour into mocaf brownies and provide motivation for forming small business groups and promoting entrepreneurship. The implementation method began with identifying problems and potential in the village, followed by coordination and planning of activities, and the implementation of training and evaluation. Based on the results of the service carried out for PKK mothers in Limpakuwus Village, it showed that participants were able to process mocaf flour into mocaf brownies and had a positive impact.

Abstract

Research Originality: This paper is original by explicitly analyzing employment as a mediating variable in the relationship between minimum wage and per capita income, given the inconclusive findings of previous research on these variables. Research Objectives: This study investigates the relationship between minimum wage and per capita income and examines the mediating role of employment with two control variables: government expenditure and education. Research Methods: This study utilized secondary data from BPS covering 35 districts and municipalities in Central Java Province over the period 2018–2023. The study applies panel-data regression, complemented by mediation analysis using path analysis and the Sobel test. Empirical Results: The minimum wage does not directly affect per capita income; instead, its impact is fully mediated by employment. The finding suggests that the minimum wage alone does not raise per capita income; rather, it exerts its influence indirectly by improving employment, which in turn drives income growth. As control variables, government expenditure and education exert positive and significant effects on per capita income. Implications: A minimum wage policy must be accompanied by job-creation strategies. A minimum wage increase without policies that maintain or increase jobs will not effectively boost per capita income. Abstract

One of the efforts to make the Family Planning program a success is to provide quality services according to needs, including various types of contraception, one of which is the IUD. A mother's lack of interest in using the IUD contraceptive is thought to be influenced by several factors, including: The mother's level of education, knowledge, economics, culture, religion as well as people's ignorance about the IUD and people's ignorance about using it. One of the consequences of a mother's lack of interest in using IUD contraception is that other users often experience failure. Data obtained from the Pulang Pisau Regency BKKBN at the end of December 2022, the use of contraceptives by husband and wife couples consisted of contraceptive pills for 6,000 participants, injections for 11,482 participants, implants for 2,716 participants, IUDs for 211 participants, condoms for 1,375 participants, MOW for 400 participants and MOP for 6 participants. Method: Quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach, a population of 95 women of childbearing age with a minimum sampling technique of 30 WUS. Using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square Results: Univariate analysis was obtained from 30 respondents aged 20-35 years (86.6%), multi/grande parity (73.4%), low education (83.4%) and respondents with high interest (70%). Bivariate analysis using chi square showed that age had an influence on interest with a p-value of 0.003, parity had an influence on interest with a p-value of 0.000, and education had an influence on interest with a p-value of 0.008. Conclusion: Age, parity and education factors influence contraceptive acceptors regarding their interest in using intrauterine contraceptives at the Tahai Community Health Center

Abstract

This article aims to describe the process and results of community service activities that seek to increase the knowledge and skills of Tadris Mathematics Uimsya students and the Sukorejo Village head election committee in processing statistical data with SPSS software. Service activities are carried out for 1 (one) month. The stages in service include observation, planning, implementation and evaluation. This service activity was proven to produce statistical data for an average of 1115 people, a median of 1204 people, while the standard deviation was 755,938. From the results of the standard deviation analysis, it was concluded that there was a lack of significant competition between candidates as evidenced by the large standard deviation produced. From the implementation of this service, it is known that the service went smoothly as planned. However, several things still need to be designed better in carrying out similar activities, including the techniques and methods used in the mentoring process.
