Abstrak— Daging merupakan bahan pangan yang penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi. Selain mutu proteinnya tinggi, pada daging terdapat pula kandungan asam amino esensial yang lengkap dan seimbang. Keunggulan lain, protein daging lebih mudah dicerna dibanding dengan yang berasal dari nabati. Pada umumnya penentuan kualitas daging di kalangan masyarakat masih menggunakan cara manual yang umumnya hanya melihat dengan kasat mata.karena mata manusia mempunyai keterbatasan sehingga hasilnya berbeda tergantung pada penglihatan mata. untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat dibuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging berbasis android. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas daging menggunakan segmentasi dengan menggunakan metode thresholding dan HSV.Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa data penelitian yang diperoleh mampu menonjolkan area tertentu dari citra digital sehingga aplikasi dapat mendeteksi kualitas daging secara efisien dan praktis dengan waktu relatif lebih singkat dan dapat di gunakan masyarakat luas dengan keakuratan deteksi kualitas daging berkisar antara 70-80 %. Kata Kunci: Android, Eclipse,Color Segmentation.Thresholding,HSV.

This research is related to Banjar culture in the poetry anthology Hulu Sungai Tengah in Pantun and Poetry published by Scripta Cendikia. The purpose of this study is to reveal and describe the elements of Banjar culture contained in the poetry anthology Hulu Sungai Tengah in Pantun and Poetry published by Scripta Cendikia, which includes (1) Linguistic Aspects, (2) Community System, (3) Livelihood System. The approach used is an anthropological approach, carried out with descriptive methods of analysis and digging up data taken using textobservation techniques and documentation techniques. After the data is collected then analyzed with interpreatative descriptive techniques, where researchers explain the data as a whole first, after the data is collected and netted researchers interpret to analyze the data carried out through stages: (1) Organizing data, (2) interpretation, (3) evaluation. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1). Linguistic aspects which include: a) phonological dominant with vowel sounds a, e, i, and u b) lexical there are 321 words that predominantly contain vowel sounds a, e, i, and you, there are also many word repetitions, c) grammatical, arranged linearly and there are no structural deviations. (2). Social System, (a) relations between communities, found in this study are 7 poems that describe that between communities are interconnected. (b) Society with social environment found in this study there are 13 poems that describe that society and its social environment are interdependent. (3). The livelihood system found in this study is agriculture such as rice fields, grains (rice) and rice, as well as trade, namely markets.

The process of decreasing the height of the uterine fundus begins since the birth of the placenta if this process fails or there is a problem called subinvolution which can trigger bleeding. One effort to prevent subinvolution is to provide complementary therapy with pineapple juice. Pineapple contains a lot of bromelain enzymes that are not found in other fruits. Bromelain enzymes are one of the enzymes that have proteolytic properties that will shorten the uterine fundus muscles so that there is a decrease in the height of the uterine fundus (HUF). This study aims to determine the effect of pineapple juice on the height of the uterine fundus in postpartum mothers. The research method used is a literature review. The source of literature search uses the Google Scholar database. The results of the literature study obtained 5 journals that met the inclusion criteria where the results of the data analysis showed that before giving pineapple juice, a HUF of 13.70 cm was obtained and after giving pineapple juice for 7 days, the HUF measurement results were 5.0 cm. There is a difference in the average decrease in HUF before and after being given pineapple juice (Ananas Comosus (L) Merr) between the experimental group and the control group. The difference in mean value is 2.06 with a significance of P-value = 0.000. Giving pineapple juice is effective in helping to accelerate the process of uterine involution and reducing the height of the uterine fundus. Midwives should provide education and information about the benefits of pineapple juice in accelerating uterine involution after delivery.

This study aims to identify the constraints on potato farming and marketing in the Gayo Highlands of Aceh. The research sample consisted of potato farmers and traders who were involved in potato marketing in Bener Meriah Regency. Determination of the sample of traders is done by snowball sampling technique. The identification of constraints uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the income analysis uses an analysis of costs and farm revenues. The results showed that there were constraints in potato farming in the form of wilt disease which caused potatoes to be harvested immediately and the fruit produced was smaller. This will have an impact on decreasing the income of potato farming. The relatively high use of pesticides during the rainy season has implications for increasing the cost of potato farming, on the other hand the difficulty of accessing capital causes farmers to enter into potato farming partnerships with collector traders with the provision that potato marketing must be done to these traders. The development of potato farming in the Gayo Highlands of Aceh has encountered several obstacles including fluctuations in potato prices, lack of weed control which has implications for decreasing potato productivity, difficulty in accessing capital which will determine the sustainability of farming, income and farmers' welfare. farmers, namely selling potatoes through collectors, through wholesalers, and selling directly to consumers. Factors that determine farmers' decisions in marketing potatoes are the selling price, farm capital assistance, farm location, and potato quality. Direct marketing of potatoes (3rd type) to consumers is more efficient than other potato marketing channels because it can reduce farming and marketing costs. However this is rare and the sales volume of potatoes is very small.

ABSTRACT Data on the health profile of DKI Jakarta province in 2020 shows that the number of maternal deaths was 117 mothers, an increase compared to 2019, namely 100 mothers. The maternal mortality rate in 2020 was 68.7 per 100,000 live births. For the Central Jakarta area in 2020, the maternal mortality rate was 10.4 per 100,000 live births or 13 cases out of 12,476 live births (Ministry of Health, 2020). One of the efforts to reduce the maternal mortality rate is normal birth care supported by Minister of Health Regulation no. 21 of 2021 Article 16 paragraph 2 concerning Maternity Health Services, one of which is providing affectionate care for the mother during childbirth, care provided by providing a companion who always accompanies the mother during labor (Utami & Fitriahadi, 2019). To determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and companion support on the length of labor at the Kemayoran Community Health Center in 2024. The type of research used is quantitative research with an observational analytical research design, using a cross sectional research approach. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with a sample of 60 people. Data techniques include univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using statistical calculations from the SPSS program. There were 20 respondents who had poor knowledge of abnormal births, 9 people had poor knowledge of normal births, 8 respondents who had good knowledge of abnormal births, 9 people who had good knowledge of normal births. The chi square test obtained a p value = 0.001 (<0.05). There were 23 respondents who had a lack of attitude towards abnormal births, 13 people who had a positive attitude towards normal births, 5 respondents who had a good attitude towards abnormal births, and a good attitude towards normal births as many as 19 people. The chi square test obtained a p value = 0.01 (<0.05). Respondents who had less support for abnormal births were 19 people, less support for normal births were 5 people, respondents who had good support for abnormal births were 9 people, and good support for normal births were 27 people. The chi square test obtained a p value = 0.001 (<0.05). There is a significant influence of knowledge, attitudes and companion support on the length of labor with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05. So it is hoped that health services and health workers, especially midwives, can play a supporting role in the birthing process. Angka kematian ibu pada tahun 2020 adalah 68,7 tiap 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Untuk wilayah Jakarta Pusat tahun 2020 angka kematian ibu yaitu sebesar 10,4 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup atau sebanyak 13 kasus dari 12.476 kelahiran hidup (Kemenkes, 2020). Upaya menurunkan angka kematian ibu salah satunya asuhan persalinan normal dengan didukung Permenkes No. 21 Tahun 2021 Pasal 16 ayat 2 mengenai Pelayanan Kesehatan Persalinan salah satunya dengan memberikan asuhan sayang ibu selama persalinan, asuhan yang diberikan dengan menghadirkan pendamping yang selalu menemani ibu selama persalinan berlangsung (Utami & Fitriahadi, 2019). Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dan dukungan pendamping terhadap lama persalinan di Puskesmas Kemayoran Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik observasional, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik data termasuk dalam analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan perhitungan statistik program SPSS. Responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan kurang persalinan abnormal sebanyak 20 orang, pengetahuan kurang persalinan normal sebanyak 9 orang, responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik persalinan abnormal sebanyak 8 orang pengetahuan baik persalinan normal sebanyak 9 orang. Uji uji chi square diperoleh nilai p= 0,001 (<0,05). Responden yang mempunyai sikap kurang persalinan abnormal sebanyak 23 orang, sikap kurang persalinan normal sebanyak 13 orang, responden yang mempunyai sikap baik persalinan abnormal sebanyak 5 orang, sikap baik persalinan normal sebanyak 19 orang. Uji chi square diperoleh nilai p= 0,01 (<0,05). Responden yang mempunyai dukungan kurang persalinan abnormal sebanyak 19 orang, dukungan kurang persalinan normal sebanyak 5 orang, responden yang mempunyai dukungan baik persalinan abnormal sebanyak 9 orang, dukungan baik persalinan normal sebanyak 27 orang. Uji uji chi square diperoleh nilai p= 0,001 (<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan pendamping terhadap lamanya persalinan dengan p-value 0,001 < 0,05. sehingga diharapkan untuk pelayanan kesehatan serta tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan dapat menghadirkan peran pendamping dalam proses persalinan berlangsung. ABSTRACT They were giving massages to shamans when newborns have developed into a habit that is inherited by future generations. Elements of the social environment are strongly correlated with the influence of local community leaders and cultural or traditional practices. The benefits of touch treatments, especially massage, have been shown to result in measurable improvements in thymology. Weight gain and better sleep quality are common advantages. The study aimed to determine the effect of infant massage on weight gain and sleep quality in infants aged 6-12 months. Quasy Experimental quantitative research method, with one group pre and post-test design approach. This research was conducted at TPMB Wina on May 23 — June 7, 2024. The population in this study is babies aged 6-12 months at TPMB Wina as many as 30 babies, with a sample of 30 people taken by sampling, data collection is carried out directly using observation sheets, then processed and analyzed by computerization. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the average weight of the baby before the baby massage was 8,698.9 grams ± 1228—3 grams and the average sleep quality is 1.73 ± 0.449. The average weight of a baby after a baby massage is 8,908.4 grams. ± 1 233.6 grams and average sleep quality. Bivariate results were obtained that there was an effect of the Effect of Infant Massage on Weight Increase and Sleep Quality in infants aged 6-12 months at TPMB Wina in 2024. It was concluded that baby massages increased the baby's weight and sleep quality. It is hoped that health service institutions will consistently provide counseling or practice directly about baby steps. Keywords: Baby Massage, Baby’s Weight, Baby Sleep Quality ABSTRAK Memberikan pijatan kepada dukun saat bayi baru lahir, telah berkembang menjadi kebiasaan yang diwarisi oleh generasi mendatang. Elemen lingkungan sosial sangat berkorelasi dengan pengaruh pemimpin masyarakat lokal dan praktik budaya atau tradisional. Manfaat dari perawatan sentuhan, terutama pijat, telah terbukti menghasilkan peningkatan yang terukur dalam timologi. Berat badan bertambah dan kualitas tidur yang lebih baik adalah keuntungan umum. Penelitian Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan dan kualitas tidur pada bayi usia 6- 12 bulan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif Quasy Eksperiment, dengan pendekatan one group pre and post test design. penelitian ini dilakukan di TPMB Wina pada bulan 23 Mei — 7 Juni 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang ada Di TPMB Wina sebanyak 30 bayi, dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang yang diambil secara sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan lembar obervasi, kemudian diolah dan dianalisa secara komputerisasi. Hasil analisa univariat didapatkan rata-rata berat badan bayi sebelum dilakukan pijat bayi adalah 8.698.9 gram ± 1228—3 gram. dan rata-rata kualitas tidur I .73 ± 0.449. Rata-rata berat bayi sesudah dilakukan pijat bayi adalah 8.908.4 gram. ± 1 233.6 gram dan rata-rata kualitas tidur. Hasil bivariat didapatkan ada pengaruh Pengaruh Pijat Bayi Terhadap Peningkatan Berat Badan dan Kualitas Tidur pada bayi usia 6- 12 bulan di TPMB Wina Tahun 2024. Disimpulkan bahwa pijat bayi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan berat badan dan kualitasi tidur bayi. Diharapkan pada instusi pelayanan kesehatan agar konsisten memberikan penyuluhan atau pun mempraktekkan secara langsung tentang pijat bayi. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Management of Madrasah Principals in Teacher Career Development, this research was conducted at MAN 5 Batanghari. the variables used in this study were management, the role of the madrasah/school principal, and teacher career development. This research is descriptive and qualitative. data collection is used through observation, interviews, and documentation. The role of the Head of the Madrasa/school includes Educator, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Innovator, and Motivator. There are two types of teacher development, namely Career Development and Professional Development. So it can be concluded: 1) Management of Madrasah Heads in Teacher Career Development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Batanghari; 2) Inhibiting Factors of Madrasah Principal Management in Teacher Career Development at Madrasah Aliyah Negri 5 Batanghari; and 3) Efforts Made by the Head of Madrasah in Developing Teacher Careers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Batanghari.

Community service activities have been conducted in Ikur Lubuk Urban Village, Padang Panjang Timur Subdistrict, Padang Panjang City, in March-July 2016. Activities are demonstration plots (demplot) by planting rice that is given Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) and pruning treatment. The purpose of the devotion is to socialize the demonstration plot so that the community can apply the pruning technology of HMT (forage and livestock feed) and the application of LOF Crocober to the paddy field of medium elevation area, Padang Panjang, so as to obtain HMT and optimal dried rice yield. Activities including the demplot establishment and LOF production. The results of the activity concluded that Crocober organic fertilizer product derived from Chromolaena odorata is the best LOF type and has a better quality than commercial LOF which is distributed in the market and already have PATENT approval. Pruning can help provide HMT for cattle to cope with the high imports of Indonesian meat. Treatment of pruning on paddy rice will be advantageous if pruning is done periodically with the pattern of rice cultivation which is named by salibu. Forage which is obtained in the area of 1 hectare of rice fields per year is able to meet the needs of 2 cows for 1 year.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah harga (X1) dan pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y). Serta untuk mengetahui harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Ola Amuntai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari konsumen pada Rumah Makan Ola dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dengan melakukan observasi lapangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki hubungan yang positif dan berpengaruh signifikan secaran simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Rumah Makan Ola sebaiknya menjaga harga tetap terjangkau dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar konsumen selalu puas dengan restoran ini

This study aims to improve the English speaking skills of eighth-grade students of MTs Al Falaah Pandak using short videos to aid the learning process in which English is taught as a foreign language. The research was classroom action research with the subjects consisting of 30 eighth graders of MTs Al Falaah Pandak. This research utilized both the qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The qualitative approach to collecting the data was done through observations and interviews with the observation checklist and interview guidelines carefully designed as the instruments. The quantitative approach was done through a survey with questionnaires, field notes and tests as the instruments. The results indicated that using short videos as input in the teaching and learning of speaking can improve the students' speaking skills, as shown by the students' test results that improved gradually from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1, the average score of the students' speaking test was 65.8. This noticeably improved in cycle 2, where the average score was 75, showing an improvement by 9.2 points. Further implications and potential implementation of using short videos as input in the teaching and learning of speaking in EFL classes are discussed.
