Teori Gestalt memandang bahwa pembelajaran tidak hanya tentang rangsangan dan respon tetapi lebih pada pemahaman tentang suatu masalah yang mampu menarik kesimpulan baru yang berwawasan. Pencetus teori Gestalt termasuk Max Wetheimer, Wolfgang Kohler dan Kurt Kofka. Dalam teori Gestalt terdapat beberapa hukum yaitu hukum kedekatan, hukum ketertutupan dan hukum kesamaan. Diantara prinsip pembelajaran Gestalt adalah pembelajaran melalui wawasan (pemahaman), pembelajaran merupakan reorganisasi dari pengalaman, pembelajaran akan lebih berhasil bila sesuai dengan minat siswa. Sedangkan prinsip persepsi Gestalt termasuk prinsip kontinuitas dan hubungan figur-ground. Kekuatan teori Gestalt adalah anak mampu membangun suatu masalah menjadi pengetahuan atau pemahaman baru, namun teori Gestalt ini juga memiliki kelemahan, yakni teori Gestalt tidak bisa diterapkan pada maeri-materi tertentu. ABSTRACT Gestalt theory views that learning is not only about stimuli and responses but rather about understanding a problem faced which is able to draw new insightful conclusions. Gestalt characters include Max Wetheimer, Wolfgang Kohler and Kurt Kofka. In Gestalt theory, there are several laws, namely the law of closeness, the law of closure and the law of equality. Among the principles of Gestalt learning is that learning through insight (understanding), learning is a reorganization of experiences, learning will be more successful when it comes to interests. Meanwhile, the principles of Gestalt perception include the principle of continuity and Figure-ground relationship. The strength of Gestalt theory is that children are able to reconstruct a problem into new knowledge or understanding, however in the Gestalt theory has also the weaknesses that the gestalt theory cannot be applied to certain materials.

Stres adalah suatu tekanan apabila dibiarkan akan menjadi sebuah penyakit yang dapat menghambat aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Stres merupakan suata hal biasa yang sering dialami oleh seseorang. Akan tetapi stres juga akan menjadi sesuatu hal yang berbahaya apabila seseorang tersebut tidak bisa mengelolanya. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memanajemen stres melalui pendektan cognitive behavior therapy dalam konseling kelompok. Untuk membahas tujuan tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif naratif dari studi kepustakaan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat pelatihan khusus dalam manajemen stres dengan pendektan cognitive behavior therapi yaitu pelatihan inokulasi stres dengan menggunakan tiga Teknik yaitu (1) memunculkan pikiran, perasaan, dan interpretasi klien terhadap peristiwa; (2) mengumpulkan bukti dengan klien untuk mendukung atau menyangkal interpretasi ini; dan (3) merancang pekerjaan rumah untuk menguji validitas interpretasi dan mengumpulkan lebih banyak data untuk diskusi. ABSTRACT Stress is a pressure if left unchecked will become a disease that can hinder the activities of daily life. Stress is a common thing that is often experienced by a person. But stress will also be something that is dangerous if someone can't manage it. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to manage stress through a cognitive behavior therapy approach in group counseling. To discuss these objectives, this research uses a descriptive narrative approach from the study of literature. The results of this study are that there is special training in stress management with a cognitive behavior therapy approach,namely stress inoculation training using three techniques, namely (1) eliciting thoughts, feelings, and client interpretations of events; (2) gather evidence with the client to support or refute this interpretation; and (3) designing homework to test the validity of interpretations and collect more data for discussion.

Kecemasan merupakan masalah yang umum yang kerap dirasakan oleh manusia. Kecemasan pada siswa kerap terjadi karena beberapa faktor dan ketakutan yang dialaminya. Salah satu kecemasan siswa yang kerap terjadi ialah kecemasan menghadai ujian hingga mengakibatkan nilai yang tidak diingin kan bahkan sampai menimbulkan penyakit sepeti lambung dan lain sebagainya. Kecemasan siswa tersebut juga akan merusak tujuan dari pembelajaran, sehingga perlu diberikan tindakan yang sesuai untuk menurunkan tingkan kecemasan tersebut. Konseling kelompok realita merupakan metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada klien pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas dari konseling kelompok realita untuk menurunkan kecemasan pada siswa . Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemeberian layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan siswa. Abstract Anxiety is a common problem that is often felt by humans. Anxiety in students often occurs due to several factors and the fears they experience. One of the students' anxiety that often occurs is the anxiety of facing exams which results in unwanted grades and even causes diseases such as stomach ulcers and so on. The student's anxiety will also damage the purpose of learning, so it is necessary to take appropriate action to reduce the level of anxiety. Reality group counseling is a method that can be used to reduce anxiety levels in correctional clients. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of reality group counseling to reduce anxiety in students. The results of the analysis show that the effort to provide group counseling services with a reality approach can reduce students' anxiety levels.

ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kajian tentang penerimaan diri remaja melalui pendekatan konseling kelompok yaitu dengan mengunakan pendekatan Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). Bimbingan dan konseling memiliki beberapa layanan dalam membantu siswa mengentaskan masalah pada Remaja Broken Home salah satu layanan yang digunakan guru BK adalah layanan konseling kelompok dalam pendekatan Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) yang bertujuan untuk membantu penerimaan diri remaja broken home.Berdasarkan penelitian literature studi pustaka mengenai Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy dalam Membantu Penerimaan Diri Remaja Broken Home Melalui Pendekatan Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Hasil dari proses Penelitian literature studi pustaka dengan pendekatan Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy dalam Meningkatkan Penerimaan Diri Remaja Broken Home Melalui Pendekatan Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy mampu mengatasi penerimaan diri negatif yang diakibatkan oleh keluarganya yang mengalami broken home sehingga membuat pola pikir konseli irrasional menjadi pola pikir yang logis dan rasional sehingga konseli dapat lebih tenang dalam menjalani dan menerima kondisi keluarganya yang sekarang. Kata Kunci : Penerimaan Diri Remaja Broken Home, Pendekatan Konseling Kelompok (REBT) ABSTRACT This article aims to describe the study of adolescent self-acceptance through a group counseling approach using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach. Guidance and counseling has several services in helping students overcome problems in Broken Home Teens. One of the services used by BK teachers is group counseling services in the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach which aims to help self-acceptance of broken home teenagers. Based on literature research, literature studies Regarding Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in Helping Self-Acceptance of Broken Home Adolescents Through the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy Approach that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: The results of the literature research process using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach in Improving Self-Acceptance of Broken Home Teens Through the Rational Emotive Approach Behavior Therapy is able to overcome the negative self-acceptance caused by his family experiencing a broken home so as to make the counselee's irrational mindset into a logical and rational mindset so that the counselee can be more calm. g in living and accepting the current condition of his family. Group counseling is a service using a group approach that is often used by guidance and counseling practitioners in schools. However, there are still practitioners who are still unsure about understanding the basics of group counseling. So it can reduce the effectiveness of the services provided to clients. The method used in analyzing problems is literature study sourced from books, articles and scientific journals that are relevant to group counseling. The results of the literature study analysis that have been carried out show several basic things that need to be understood by guidance and counseling practitioners in understanding group counseling, namely the meaning, objectives, scope of service materials, function of group leaders, principles and steps for implementing group counseling. Having this understanding makes it easier for practitioners to provide group counseling services professionally.

Knowledge is something that will never end throughout the span of life and there will always be updates along with the times. The development of this science cannot be separated from a person's way of thinking philosophically who is never satisfied with a result that has been found. So there will always be new discoveries to improve human knowledge. This research aims to examine in depth from a theoretical perspective the nature of science which includes ontology, epistemology and axiology. This type of research is library research where the data comes from various literature, books, notes, articles, journals and other references relevant to ontology, epistemology and axiology. Data is analyzed through the stages of collection, exploration, classification, processing and interpretation which are contained and described in descriptive form. The results of this research show that ontology is the main stage in giving birth to a science, namely discussing everything that exists which is identical to the question. Epistemolgy is the second stage which contains search activities to find answers to the object you want to research. Axiology focuses more on the usefulness of the results of the studies being researched. So it can be understood that ontology, epistemology and axiology are three aspects that cannot be separated and are interconnected in understanding a science.

This paper examines the significance of counselor's personal qualities in the counseling process. The research highlights the impact of counselor's personality on counseling attitudes and behaviors, emphasizing the counselor's role in establishing a strong counseling relationship. The study draws on a literature review of selected articles and scientific papers to explore the relationship between counselor's personal qualities and the effectiveness of counseling services. The findings indicate that the success of the counseling process is highly dependent on the counselor's personal characteristics, which include empathy, respect, acceptance, appreciation, and honesty. Furthermore, the quality of the counseling relationship, characterized by the interaction between the counselor and the individual seeking guidance, plays a pivotal role in achieving positive counseling outcomes. The research underscores the importance of counselor's personal qualities in shaping the counseling experience and highlights the need for counselors to possess desirable character traits. The implications of this study extend to counselor training programs and professional development, emphasizing the significance of nurturing and enhancing counselor's personal qualities to provide effective counseling services.

This article explores the analysis of individual counseling service strategies in relation to the counselor-client relationship. The research method employed in this study is a literature review analysis. The results reveal that counseling is a process of providing assistance through counseling interviews conducted by a professional counselor to individuals facing various problems. Individual counseling emerges as a core service within guidance and counseling, enabling clients to express their personal issues and find solutions. The counselor-client relationship is of utmost importance, requiring the counselor to establish rapport, trust, and effective communication with the client. Building a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial for successful counseling outcomes. The counselor-client relationship is dynamic and evolves over time, fostering trust, mutual understanding, and personal growth. Furthermore, maintaining appropriate boundaries and adhering to ethical standards are vital aspects of the counseling relationship.

Perilaku altruistik sangat penting dimiliki oleh setiap siswa, karena terjadi penurunan perilaku menolong pada siswa, seperti siswa yang egosentrisme dan tidak peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Jika hal ini dibiarkan lebih lanjut, maka perilaku egoisme dan individualisme dianggap normal oleh masyarakat, mengingat pada saat sekarang remaja rentan akan kehilangan sikap dan karakter dalam dirinya. Oleh sebab itu perilaku altruistik perlu ditingkatkan agar tercipta hubungan sosial yang baik, salah satunya melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku altruistik siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan ditinjau dari lima indikator, yaitu indikator empati, interpretasi, tanggung jawab sosial, inisiatif dan rela berkorban. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori tinggi, jika dilihat dari beberapa indikator, indikator empati, tanggung jawab sosial, inisiatif, rela berkorban berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan indikator interpretasi berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam meningkatkan perilaku altruistik.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi dilingkungan yaitu adanya kekerasan seksual. Kekerasan seksual khususnya di Indonesia, setiap tahunnya terus meningkat. penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk yang mampu meningkatkan dukungan sosial yaitu (1) dukungan emosional,(2) dukungan penghargaan,(3) dukungan instrumental,(4) dukungan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini 76 orang korban kekerasan seksual dengan sampel 76 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis presentase. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa bentuk yang mampu meningkatkan dukungan sosial bagi korban kekerasan seksual dari (1) dukungan emosional tergolong sangat sesuat 67,74%, (2) dukungan penghargaan tergolong sangat sesuai 53,95%, (3) dukungan instrumental tergolong cukup sesuai 59,21%, (4) dukungan informasi tergolong cukup sesuai 47,37%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk yang mampu meningkatkan dukungan sosial bagi korban kekerasan seksual tergolong sesuai. Adapun layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang baik pada korban kekerasan seksual yaitu layanan konseling individu, layanan informasi, dan layanan konsultasi.
