Korban bullying sering mengalami stress yang bisa berdampak buruk pada prestasi akademis, kesehatan mental, dan kehidupan sosial. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami bagaimana korban bullying dapat mengatasi stress akibat bullying dengan menggunakan copping stress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi coping stress yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa yang menjadi korban bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa studi kasus. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik dengan melakukan transkip wawancara yang telah diverbatim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi dalam strategi coping yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa. Beberapa mahasiswa cenderung menggunakan strategi coping aktif, seperti mencari dukungan sosial, self-reflection, dan pemecahan masalah, sementara yang lain lebih cenderung menggunakan strategi coping pasif, seperti penghindaran dan denial. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh seperti dukungan sosial, persepsi diri, dan pengalaman sebelumnya memainkan peran penting dalam pemilihan strategi coping.

Bullying merupakan salah satu perilaku yang tidak menyenangkan yang banyak dilakukan oleh siswa, perilaku ini marak terjadi dilingkungan sekolah oleh siswa yang memiliki kekuatan atau otoritas terhadap siswa yang lemah. Perilaku bullying muncul akibat rendahnya kemampuan mengelola emosi individu. Empati menjadi salah satu faktor resiko terhadap perilaku bullying di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan korelasional dengan sampelsebanyak 296 orang siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan empati pada siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan presentase 67,23% (2) Tingkat perilaku bullying pada siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase 70,27% (3) Terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara empati dengan perilaku bullying siswa di SMAN 1 Tualang. Hubungan negatif yang signifikan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diartikan semakin tinggi empati maka akan semkin rendah perilaku bullying. Sebaliknya semakin rendah empati maka semakin tinggi perilaku bullying. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan guru BK atau Konselor dapat memberikan bantuan berupa layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena bullying yang terjadi di sekolah, yang mana bullying ini sudah menjadi bagian dari dinamika sekolah. tindakan bullying dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi korban salah satunya yaitu kecemasan. Kecemasan yang dialami siswa korban bullying ini dapat menghambat proses berkembang dan belajar di sekolah yang mengakibatkan turunnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kecemasan siswa korban bullying ditinjau dari karakteristik fisik, behavioral, dan kognitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Subjek dalam penelitin ini adalah siswa SMPN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam sebanyak 62 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kecemasan siswa korban bullying secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 44%. Ditinjau dari masing-masing karakteristik yaitu karakteristik fisik berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 42%, karakteristik behavioral berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 45%, dan karakteristik kognitif berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 35%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan guru BK atau konselor dapat memberikan bantuan berupa layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Kontratransferensi adalah reaksi yang diberikan konselor terhadap transferensi perasaan klien. Kontratransferensi adalah perasaan yang selalu ada didalam diri konselor. Akan tetapi, agar konselor dapat bekerja secara professional maka konselor harus bisa mengatasi kontratransferensi yang terjadi di dalam dirinya dengan berbagai resolusi sehingga akan terjalin hubungan yang baik dan juga proses konseling yang efektif. Maka dari itu tujuan dari artikel ini ialah untuk mengetahui resolusi perasaan di dalam kontertransferensi. Maka hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwasanya ketika seorang konselor mempunyai kesadaran akan dirinya, dan kemudian konselor itu mampu mengontrol perasaan-perasaan pribadi yang muncul dari reaksi kontertransferensi ini, dan kemudian mampu memanajemen antara pengalaman pribadi dan pengetahuan maka akan ada pengingat di dalam diri konselor untuk mereka bekerja secara professional

Readiness is an important factor in the success of the counseling process. In counseling there are several factors that influence the readiness of counselors including; ability/strength of concepts and in giving/receiving information about oneself. Methods in preparing clients: discussing specifically the importance of implementing counseling related to the problems experienced by clients, motivating clients to seek/contact institutions/agents that can provide assistance related to the problems experienced, make referrals/handover cases when the problems encountered require expert assistance specifically, providing information related to the client's problems, motivating the client to attend "education" specifically and intensifying the problem.In the medical world, diagnosis means finding a hypothesis from the observed symptoms, not much different from that understanding, diagnosis in counseling aims to make a temporary hypothesis about the problems experienced by the client. This can be observed through the behavior, expressions, client explanations of the problems experienced. With the hypothesis, the counselor can more easily explore the client so as to find the right technique/method in alleviating the client's problems and directing the client's independence

Reflection technique is one of the tools used by counselors in understanding the characteristics and conditions of clients. In this case the reflection technique is used to help problems related to self-awareness. The level of self-awareness of each individual varies, ranging from high levels to low levels. But generally what we most often encounter are individuals with low levels of self-awareness and this can also be related to the sense of responsibility of the individual himself, thus if the level of self-awareness is low then the sense of responsibility he has is also low. For this reason, the reflection technique was chosen by the author in understanding the client's characteristics. This reflection technique is one of the counseling techniques that involves thoughts, feelings and experiences for that it will be easier for researchers to get results. If the researcher is able to understand what the client is feeling, a warm relationship will also be established between the parties involved. Clients will feel comfortable to be invited for interviews and discussions of what is going on in him now. That is the importance of the counselor and client to establish a close relationship and even friendship with one another.

Transference can be an obstacle and help that counselors get from their clients. However, transference that is too strong from the client will also hinder the relationship in the counseling process. For this reason, a counselor must know what the causes and strategies are to resolve transference in the counseling relationship. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how transference is in the counseling process, to obtain data regarding this purpose, the researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive narrative approach with online data collection. The results of this study are transference is a projection of feelings from the client to the counselor, this projection of feelings occurs because of the blurring of ethical standards or boundaries set by the counselor in the counseling process, for that we need several strategies to overcome them.

Penanganan terhadap keluarga sebagai suatu sistem bertujuan untuk membantu anggota keluarga untuk pengembangan potensinya agar menjadi manusia yang berguna bagi keluarga dan bangsanya. Disamping itu membantu anggota keluarga yang mengalami gangguan emosi melalui sistem keluarga. Yaitu setiap anggota keluarga memberikan kontribusi positif dan pemahaman yang mendalam akan hakekat gangguan tersebut. Dengan kata lain keluarga adalah yang berjasa untuk membantu perkembangan anggotanya dan menyembuhkan anggota yang terganggu.

This article discusses the effectiveness of gestalt counseling in increasing students' self-confidence, where we know that currently students have low self-confidence, such as students who are afraid to come forward to answer questions because their classmates like to make fun of students' writing, making students afraid to express their opinions and ask. Everyone actually has problems with this term. There are people who feel they have lost self-confidence in almost all areas of their life. Maybe it's related to self-crisis, depression, loss of control, feeling helpless to look at the bright side of the future, and so on. There are also people who feel they are not yet confident/confident in what they are doing or what they are pursuing. There are also people who feel less confident when facing certain situations or circumstances. These problems that occur need to be resolved so that they do not interfere with daily life. This article also discusses Gestalt counseling as a strategy for increasing students' self-confidence. The method used is a literature review with critical analysis of research being conducted on a specific topic.

This article discusses the implementation of Ibn Sina's educational thoughts in today's guidance and counseling. Ibn Sina is one of the figures who has made a major contribution to the scientific treasures of Islam, especially those related to Islamic education. Besides that, the educational thoughts of Ibn Sina, or also known as Avicenna, can be implemented in the context of today's guidance and counseling by exploring his relevant philosophical concepts. Ibn Sina, a medieval Islamic philosopher and scholar, emphasized the importance of holistic education involving the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspects of the individual. In modern guidance and counseling, this concept can be applied by paying attention to the client's needs as a whole, not just focusing on the psychological aspect alone. Apart from that, Ibn Sina's thoughts about self-discovery and developing individual potential can also be the basis for a counseling approach that is oriented towards client growth and empowerment. By combining Ibn Sina's views with contemporary psychological theories, guidance and counseling practitioners can create a more comprehensive and integrated approach to helping clients achieve their holistic well-being. The method used is a literature review with critical analysis of research being conducted on a specific topic.
