Abstract

Pondok Air limbah buangan AC merupakan hasil dari proses pengembunan memiliki sifat fisik dan kimia yang hampir sama dengan aquades, hasil penelitian terdahulu diperoleh data Pengukuran pH Aquadest 6.87, Air AC 6.63, Pengujian Kualitatif Mineral Aquadest Jernih, Air Ac Jernih, Air Kran Putih / Keruh, Pengujian Absorbansi Akuades 0.001, Air AC 0.006, Air Kran 0.374 dengan demikian air buangan AC yang dikelola sedemikian rupa bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai pengganti aquadest untuk kebutuhan praktikum dan perawatan alat lab.Pembuangan limbah AC selama ini belum mendapat perhatian yang baik, sehingga sering terjadi genangan dibeberapa tempat, tumbuh lumut pada dinding gedung dan menyebabkan pelapukan pada kusen jendela ruangan sehingga menimbulkan pemandangan yang tidak baik. Jumlah laboratorium yang berada di Polinela sebanyak 10 laboratorium, masing-masing laboratorium setiap hari memerlukan aquadest sebanyak 40 liter jadi total kebutuhan aquades sebanyak 400 liter. Harga aquades di pasaran perliter Rp 6.000,- dengan demikian Polinela setiap hari memerlukan biaya Rp. 6.000 X 400 liter = Rp. 2.400.000 untuk kebutuhan praktikum dan perawatan alat lab. Apabila air buangan AC yang berada di Polinela dikelola dengan baik secara seksama maka bisa dimanfaatkan untuk keperlua bahan praktek, penelitian mahasiswa dan dosen serta dimanfaatkan untuk beberapa keperluan lainnya, sehingga bisa mengurangi anggran belanja bahan praktek dan keperluan akademik lainnya.

Abstract

The administrators have tried to carry out their duties and responsibilities as educators entrusted by parents to educate and develop the morals of students so that they have noble morals. However, there are still some students who are unable to actualize religious values in their daily lives. This research describes the understanding, habituation, and impact of religious self-actualization in forming morals at Al-Qudsi Islamic Boarding School. Bone Onions. This research is field research carried out at Pondok Al-Qudsi Islamic Boarding School. Bone Onions are related to the actualization of religion in the formation of morals of students. Researchers, in collecting the data needed as a source of information, use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data obtained is then collected and processed so that it can be received withdrawn something conclusion . Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the character values facilitated by the school to be internalized in the students of the Al-Qudsi Tulang Bawang Islamic Boarding School are religious, honesty, responsibility, politeness, mutual respect, care for the environment and love of the homeland. The character values that have been actualized in students' daily behavior at the Al-Qudsi Tulang Bawang Islamic Boarding School are religion, honesty, responsibility, politeness, mutual respect, and environmental care.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school institutions grow entirely based on religious motivation. Then, it was further developed to make efforts to broadcast and practice spiritual teachings more effective. The influence and role of Islamic boarding schools on community life are very large, including in developing youth in the community. The community hopes that the Islamic boarding school environment can influence the morals of its teenagers so that Muslim teenagers can be created morally glorious, so the role of cottage boarding school is very important to make it happen. Objective This research was conducted to describe and analyse understanding, habituation and the impact of fostering the Islamic boarding school environment on the moral behaviour of youth in SB 6 Seputih Banyak District, Lampung Regency Middle. Study This is a study field (field research) done in SB 6 Seputih Banyak Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency is related to the impact of fostering the Islamic boarding school environment on youth morals. Researchers, in collecting the data needed as a source of information, use technique observation, interview and documentation. The data obtained, then collected and processed so that can withdraw something conclusion. Based on the results study, it can conclude that Cottage the Darul Ulum Seputih Banyak Islamic Boarding School has played a major role in developing the morals of the youth of SB 6, Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung Regency. Activities that have been carried out regularly have been able to shape morals. The child of SB 6 Seputih has gone through much habituation. These activities also have a big impact on the development and formation of moral youth.

Abstract

One of the main challenges for SMEs players is the application of information technology to increase product innovation and competitiveness This study aims to examine a research model that is expected to provide insights into the impact of information technology on product innovation and its influence on product competitiveness. Data were collected from 100 respondents involved in SMEs through a distributed questionnaire. This research conducted three tests on the hypotheses based on indicator variables using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis with SmartPLS software. These tests include the outer model, the inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing show a significant positive direct impact of information technology on both product competitiveness and product innovation. Additionally, there is a significant positive direct impact of product innovation on product competitiveness.

Abstract

Humans need language as a communication tool to send messages directly or indirectly. One way to communicate through indirect messages is by literature arts, such as drama series that can strengthen the impression of conveying the meaning of utterance. In this research, the use of erotetic language style by Sūnwùkōng in the drama series xīyóujì. This research aims to describe the forms and functions of erotetic language style by Sūnwùkōng. The erotetic language style is commonly used in speech or poetry, but in this drama series, Sūnwùkōng uses this style extensively in his utterance, therefore, this type of research is qualitative research because the data is based on the form of utterance of Sūnwùkōng, therefore the method used is a descriptive method. From the results of the analysis, 40 data were obtained with five kinds of stylistic markers of erotetic, including 5 data markers 难道 nándào; 12 marker data 怎么 zěnme; 4 marker data 这么 zhème; 8 marker data 呢 ne; and 11 吗 ma marker data. The function of erotetic language style expressed is as a form of emphasis on something, specifically angry, accusation, rejection, joy, surprise, amazed, and underestimate. Abstract

Social justice warrior (SJW) is a pejorative term for individuals who fight for equality, environment, and gender. Because their progressive morals radically differ from the predominant values, the so-called social justice warriors spark controversies. This study aimed to describe netizens’ opinions about SJW and describe the dynamics of conflict or support in more detail. Text mining and opinion coding were used to elicit research data. The opinions that we gathered were analyzed in 2 stages: sentiment analysis and content analysis. The results of sentiment analysis are negative (445), neutral (86), and positive (90). Content analysis of the negative opinions showed the characteristics of sarcastic, rude, critical, and contemptuous (mocking/disrespecting). The style of positive sentiments (comments congruent with the phenomena) is divided into supportive, empathic, and motivational opinions. Negative opinions are more dominant because of netizens’ self-acceptance, the effects of informal social control in cyberspace, SJW’s presumed social non-compliance, and doubts of objectivity. Positive opinions can be explained by criticism of social contract theory, namely the demand to be more supportive of minority groups, sensitivity, and empathy (the ability to feel other groups' social conditions and environmental conditions).

Abstract

Psychological assistance is crucial in recovering the psychological condition of children in conflict with the law. The City Government of Semarang, Indonesia has responded to this need with a school-based restorative justice program. This study aims to explore the factors that can hinder the psychological recovery process of children in conflict with the law during the implementation of the program. A qualitative approach was employed, based on case studies of three children in conflict with the law, with their significant others as participants. Case study data analysis techniques were employed, namely matching patterns, building explanations, finding model logic, and synthesizing cases. The results show that negative peer support, drug abuse, negative role models, emotional detachment, and negative stigma towards children in conflict with the law can be factors that hinder their psychological recovery process. The findings could provide the basis for practitioners in the preparation of psychological interventions that are relevant to the psychological recovery needs of children.

Abstract

This article discusses the main challenges and tasks of organizations in the contemporary era which is influenced by technological advances, globalization and shifting social values. Modern organizations are faced with rapid change that is driving the need to adapt, both in adopting digital technologies such as AI and IoT and in responding to increasingly high consumer expectations for sustainability and social responsibility. Key challenges include globalization, digital transformation, sustainability, diversity, as well as the need for innovation and resilience in the face of crises. Organizations need to develop innovation strategies, risk management, and build an inclusive work culture to remain relevant and competitive. Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan KC Medan Katamso. The purpose of this study is to explain how the role and strategy implemented by Account officers in determining the feasibility of applying for financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan KC Medan Katamso and to explain the supporting & inhibiting factors for Account officers in determining the feasibility of applying for financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan KC Medan Katamso as well as explaining the solution of the problematic inhibiting factors. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by account officers in determining the eligibility of applying for financing at the Medan KC Medan Katamso Sumut Syariah Bank is adjusted by conducting a survey first to customers. Then it is determined by applying the 5C principle. The inhibiting factors faced by Account officers in determining the feasibility of filing financing are the lack of information on customers, misuse of proposed financing, incomplete customer data. The solution is to re-analyze the 5C principles, and be able to take advantage of current technology, for example customers don't have to bother delivering documents to the bank, customers can use camscanner or pdf to submit documents online to the bank.

Abstract

Financial institutions, especially banking, are experiencing rapid development and progress, Islamic banks as one of the sharia-based banks in Indonesia must make every effort to maintain their existence in the community.To maintain its existence, bank syariah KCP medan tomang elok implements Good Corporate Governance as a form of quality improvement and quality of resources and internal company. In its implementation, bank syariah Indonesia KCP medan tomang elok does not forget to remain based on Islamic Business Ethics. Islamic Business Ethics is one of the foundations to sustain the banking business sector. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the application of Good Corporate Governance applied by Bank syariah Indonesia KCP medan tomang elok. (2) knowing the application of Islamic Business Ethics in Islamic bank KCP medan tomang elok. To obtain these data, researchers used documentation, observation and interviews as data collection methods.The Data obtained were then processed using qualitative descriptive analysis as a result of the study. Bank syariah Indonesia KCP medan tomang elok uses Islamic Business Ethics in implementing good corporate governance so as to avoid its business from internal company problems.
