One of the main challenges for SMEs players is the application of information technology to increase product innovation and competitiveness This study aims to examine a research model that is expected to provide insights into the impact of information technology on product innovation and its influence on product competitiveness. Data were collected from 100 respondents involved in SMEs through a distributed questionnaire. This research conducted three tests on the hypotheses based on indicator variables using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis with SmartPLS software. These tests include the outer model, the inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing show a significant positive direct impact of information technology on both product competitiveness and product innovation. Additionally, there is a significant positive direct impact of product innovation on product competitiveness.

Humans need language as a communication tool to send messages directly or indirectly. One way to communicate through indirect messages is by literature arts, such as drama series that can strengthen the impression of conveying the meaning of utterance. In this research, the use of erotetic language style by Sūnwùkōng in the drama series xīyóujì. This research aims to describe the forms and functions of erotetic language style by Sūnwùkōng. The erotetic language style is commonly used in speech or poetry, but in this drama series, Sūnwùkōng uses this style extensively in his utterance, therefore, this type of research is qualitative research because the data is based on the form of utterance of Sūnwùkōng, therefore the method used is a descriptive method. From the results of the analysis, 40 data were obtained with five kinds of stylistic markers of erotetic, including 5 data markers 难道 nándào; 12 marker data 怎么 zěnme; 4 marker data 这么 zhème; 8 marker data 呢 ne; and 11 吗 ma marker data. The function of erotetic language style expressed is as a form of emphasis on something, specifically angry, accusation, rejection, joy, surprise, amazed, and underestimate. Social justice warrior (SJW) is a pejorative term for individuals who fight for equality, environment, and gender. Because their progressive morals radically differ from the predominant values, the so-called social justice warriors spark controversies. This study aimed to describe netizens’ opinions about SJW and describe the dynamics of conflict or support in more detail. Text mining and opinion coding were used to elicit research data. The opinions that we gathered were analyzed in 2 stages: sentiment analysis and content analysis. The results of sentiment analysis are negative (445), neutral (86), and positive (90). Content analysis of the negative opinions showed the characteristics of sarcastic, rude, critical, and contemptuous (mocking/disrespecting). The style of positive sentiments (comments congruent with the phenomena) is divided into supportive, empathic, and motivational opinions. Negative opinions are more dominant because of netizens’ self-acceptance, the effects of informal social control in cyberspace, SJW’s presumed social non-compliance, and doubts of objectivity. Positive opinions can be explained by criticism of social contract theory, namely the demand to be more supportive of minority groups, sensitivity, and empathy (the ability to feel other groups' social conditions and environmental conditions).

Psychological assistance is crucial in recovering the psychological condition of children in conflict with the law. The City Government of Semarang, Indonesia has responded to this need with a school-based restorative justice program. This study aims to explore the factors that can hinder the psychological recovery process of children in conflict with the law during the implementation of the program. A qualitative approach was employed, based on case studies of three children in conflict with the law, with their significant others as participants. Case study data analysis techniques were employed, namely matching patterns, building explanations, finding model logic, and synthesizing cases. The results show that negative peer support, drug abuse, negative role models, emotional detachment, and negative stigma towards children in conflict with the law can be factors that hinder their psychological recovery process. The findings could provide the basis for practitioners in the preparation of psychological interventions that are relevant to the psychological recovery needs of children.

This article discusses the main challenges and tasks of organizations in the contemporary era which is influenced by technological advances, globalization and shifting social values. Modern organizations are faced with rapid change that is driving the need to adapt, both in adopting digital technologies such as AI and IoT and in responding to increasingly high consumer expectations for sustainability and social responsibility. Key challenges include globalization, digital transformation, sustainability, diversity, as well as the need for innovation and resilience in the face of crises. Organizations need to develop innovation strategies, risk management, and build an inclusive work culture to remain relevant and competitive. Quality of Life in Epilepsy Inventory 10 (QOLIE-10) and QOLIE-31 is used to measure patient’s quality of life. While longer version of QOLIE-31 is thought to have higher validity and reliability, QOLIE-10 is shorter and more practical to use in clinical setting. This study aimed to compare Indonesian version of QOLIE-10 and QOLIE-31. This was a cross sectional study conducted at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital, Surakarta, Indonesia. Participant were asked to complete the Indonesian version of QOLIE-10 and QOLIE-31, and data obtained then analysed to find the correlation between QOLIE-10 and QOLIE-31. A total of 51 epilepsy patients were included on this study. We observed correlation of 0.41 to 0.84 (p<0.05) for each item of QOLIE-10 with their respective QOLIE-31 subscale. We also found correlation value of 0.898 (p=.000) between total score of QOLIE-10 and QOLIE-31 showing strong positive correlation of two questionnaire. Independent T-sample test on QOLIE-10 and QOLIE-31 T-score result of p=.361, showing no statistical difference between two questionnaires. Frequency of seizure is correlated with patients’ quality of life. QOLIE-10 has strong positive correlation to QOLIE-31, which make it a useful tool to assess epilepsy patients’ quality of life.

Abstract Islamic boarding school Darul Falah Batu Putu Bandar Lampung, as an Islamic educational institution, is facing significant challenges in integrating religious education with knowledge and practical skills to prepare its students for the dynamics of globalization. Its success in achieving this is heavily dependent on the effective management of human resources (HR) based on Islamic values. This study is aiming to explore the implementation of HR management at Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah and its contribution to improving the quality of education. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, involving 10-15 informants consisting of caregivers, teaching administrators, and support staff. The main findings of this study show that the processes of recruitment, selection, performance assessment, and compensation at this pesantren are based on Islamic principles such as amanah, kafa'ah, musyawarah, ihsan, and al-adl. Recruitment emphasizes moral integrity and competence, selection is carried out through musyawarah to ensure fair decisions, performance assessment focuses on intention and sincerity, while compensation is based on the principle of justice, ensuring rewards that are commensurate with contributions. This HR management model is expected to serve as a reference for other pesantrens in improving the quality of education management and HR development. Abstrak Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Batu Putu Bandar Lampung sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan agama dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis untuk mempersiapkan santri menghadapi dinamika globalisasi. Keberhasilan dalam mencapainya sangat bergantung pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang efektif dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali penerapan manajemen SDM di Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah, serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan 10-15 informan yang terdiri dari pengasuh, pengelola pengajaran, dan staf pendukung. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen, seleksi, penilaian kinerja, dan kompensasi di pesantren ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam, seperti amanah, kafa'ah, musyawarah, ihsan, dan al-adl. Rekrutmen mengutamakan integritas moral dan kompetensi, seleksi dilakukan melalui musyawarah untuk memastikan keputusan yang adil, penilaian kinerja berfokus pada niat dan keikhlasan, sementara kompensasi didasarkan pada prinsip keadilan yang memastikan imbalan yang setimpal dengan kontribusi. Model manajemen SDM ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pesantren lainnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM. Kata kunci: manajemen SDM, Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah, integrasi pendidikan agama dan umum, prinsip Islam, kualitas pendidikan.

This research is intended to determine the role of the personality traits of neuroticism and forgiveness on the psychological well-being of students. The research subjects were active students at various universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative method. Data were collected using the Personality Scale, Neuroticism subscale, Forgiveness Scale, and SPANE, and SWLS. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research hypothesis is that forgiveness acts as a mediator in the relationship between the personality trait of emotional stability and students' subjective well-being. The results of the research show that the neuroticism variable plays a role in the forgiveness variable with a standardized regression coefficient value of -0.569 and a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), the forgiveness variable plays a role in the subjective well-being variable with a standardized regression coefficient value of 0.264 and a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), and the neuroticism variable plays a role in the subjective well-being variable with a standardized regression coefficient value of -0.485 and a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

This research aims to explore the potential for enhancing socio-economic justice through the implementation of ethics in Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes concepts of ethics and principles of Islamic law relevant to economic contexts. The findings indicate that principles such as justice, honesty, and social responsibility play a crucial role in creating a fairer and more inclusive economic system. The research also identifies several challenges in implementing ethics within Islamic legal practices, including societal misunderstanding and awareness gaps regarding these concepts, as well as complexities in adapting them to modern economic contexts. Therefore, collaborative efforts are necessary from various stakeholders, including governments, civil society, and the private sector, to address these challenges and promote the implementation of ethical principles in Islamic law in everyday economic life. The research underscores that implementing ethics in Islamic law holds significant potential for enhancing socio-economic justice. Identifying challenges in implementing ethical principles in Islamic law, including lack of awareness and understanding, implementation difficulties, regulatory challenges, and lack of stakeholder cooperation, underscores the complexity yet importance of enhancing socio-economic justice through the implementation of ethics in Islamic law. The church is a place of worship for Christians. In carrying out worship and service activities every week there are a number of cash receipts and cash expenditures. Currently, the Toraja Jemaat Bintaro Church is still recording cash out and in manually. With the creation of web applications that can facilitate the church in recording cash and android applications that provide financial information to the congregation. This web and android application will be created using the RESTful API method with android and web based, the web API will provide the data requested from the web and android applications. This method can also ensure the data provided to the congregation and in accordance with the database in the church. This application uses PHP, HTML, CSS and Dart programming languages. The API and web of this application use the Laravel framework while the android application is made with the flutter framework E-budgeting applications can simplify the process of managing donation, tithe, and budget data at the Toraja Jemaat Bintaro Church because the E-budgeting application makes church data collection processed accurately, efficiently, and saves time. This application can also provide more effective and efficient donation, tithe, and budget information for congregations that can be accessed at any time without the need to wait for the congregational newsletter that will be given every week.
