Abstract

Children are a group that is very vulnerable to violence because they are often considered as weak or helpless individuals. Children who experience violence tend to have strong memories of the harsh treatment carried out by their parents. This paper aims to identify factors related to violence against school-age children in the family environment in Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. This type of research is a mix-method with a sequential explanatory design. The number of quantitative data samples was 239 respondents using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling and qualitative analysis of 6 participants using purposive sampling. The results of quantitative data obtained the level of parental knowledge (50.2%), secondary education (high school/equivalent) (63.6%), low socio-economic category (59%), sufficient family environment (47.3%) and poor communication patterns (84.5%). Those who experienced violence were 65 respondents (27.2%). There is a significant relationship between knowledge, education, socio-economic and environment with violence against school-age children in the family and no significant relationship between communication patterns and violent behavior in school-age children in the family. The dominant factors related to violence against school-age children in the family are knowledge of 9.673 and socio-economic of 16.057. The health and child protection service should be able to increase their sensitivity to cases of crime against children and participate in reducing the number of cases of violence against children and provide education and counseling to the community regarding violence against children.

Abstract

This activity is an UMKM empowerment program and the importance of digitalisation to increase the productivity of UMKM in Balikpapan city. This activity is a form of concern for economic development from the UMKM sector. The socialisation was conducted in Manggar Baru urban village, Balikpapan city. From this socialisation, it can be seen that the knowledge of the community of UMKM  business actors is still lacking in understanding the use of technology to brand the products produced. With the socialisation programme, it is very helpful for the community to improve their business products including introducing them to consumers. Therefore, the socialisation on the importance of digitalisation for UMKM in Balikpapan City has succeeded in increasing the interest and understanding of business actors on the use of digital technology. The digitalisation of UMKM gives a positive impact to increase productivity and improve people's welfare. Utilisation of digital technology in the form of social media provides efficiency in terms of time, energy, and cost, increased market reach, and improved service quality.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in Pondok Kresek village, Rokan Hilir Regency is the low enthusiasm of students in learning and eradicating illiteracy in the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to motivate students in the academic field and to find out the empowerment of the Pondok Kresek village community in order to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an. Student activities that are specifically for undergraduate students and must be followed as a graduation requirement. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which means the implementation of research that can produce descriptive data belonging to the spoken and written words of someone who has been observed. In this study, there are techniques for collecting data by observing, and documenting and using descriptive methods which are carried out by students directly. The implementation of the spirit of learning motivation is carried out by inviting students to learn while playing, learning while telling stories by sharing experiences and learning while taking quizzes with those who can answer the quiz get prizes. The process of learning Al Qur'an illiteracy begins with introducing hijaiyah letters and teaching tajwid. As well as holding the 1 Muharram competition with the theme "Improving the Intelligence and Creativity of the Islamic Generation in the World of Education". The spirit of learning activities and the eradication of illiteracy in the Qur'an can help children who have difficulty understanding the material and can recognize the importance of education and religious knowledge. Students try to adapt learning to student needs and create fun learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming dan price discount secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat beli produk Madame Gie pada Generasi Z pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Kota Jambi serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat beli produk tersebut. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan data penelitian diperoleh dari angket yang dibagikan kepada Generasi Z Kota Jambi melalui Google Form. Setelah angket dibagikan, data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan live streaming dan price discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli di mana nilai F hitung > F tabel, yaitu 53,299 > 3,094. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel live streaming (X₁) memiliki nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, begitu juga dengan variabel price discount (X₂) yang memiliki nilai signifikansi 0.005 < 0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Madame Gie pada Generasi Z pengguna e-commerce Shopee. Namun, live streaming memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap minat beli produk Madame Gie di e-commerce Shopee. Diperoleh nilai R² sebesar 0.534, yang berarti variabel independent (live streaming dan price discount) dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen (minat beli produk Madame Gie pada Generasi Z pengguna e-commerce Shopee) sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of physical training and motor skills on the performance of novice Badminton athletes. The method used in this research is quantitative method using associative approach. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to examine certain populations or samples with 35 respondents. The results showed that Physical Training (X1) on Badminton Athlete Performance These results show that the t value for the variable (X1) Physical Training is greater than the t table, namely 2.082> 1.69236, and the Sig value for the variable (X1) Physical Training is less than 0.05, namely 0.002 <0.05. Motor Skills shows that the t value for the variable (X2) Motor Skills is greater than the t table, which is 3.455 > 1.69236, and the Sig value for the variable (X2) Motor Skills is also less than 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. Physical Training (X1) and Motor Skills (X2) on the Performance of Badminton Y Athletes simultaneously show the results of the F test showing that the calculated F value is greater than the F table, which is 30.700> 3.29, and the Sig value is also less than 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that in the F test, Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected. This means that simultaneously, Physical Training (X1) and Motor Skills (X2) have a significant influence on the Performance of Badminton Athletes as variable Y.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the risks of use, the level of consumer satisfaction, as well as the general and Islamic legal basis for generation z in Jambi province. This research is a Mixed Research (Quantitative-Qualitative) using a Descriptive Approach. The test method used is the Reliability Test and Validity Test with the SPSS 26 Analysis Tool, and the test uses a Likert scale. The results showed that 243 respondents were declared neutral on the Likert Scale Analysis Test. Meanwhile, the reliability and validity test shows that research on the risk of application of funds and the level of consumer satisfaction in Jambi Province from an Islamic perspective (Case Study of Generation Z) is reliable or consistent.

Abstract

Liza Christina Garment Industry is a company engaged in the manufacture of taxtiles or apparel that has problems with employee retention. This study aims to dtermine whether the application of talent management and non-physical work environment has an influence and can improve employee retention of PT. Liza Christina Garment Industry Sukabumi. The reseach method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach and asssosiative analysis. The sampel in this study was 48 respondents who were permanent employees of PT, Liza Christina Garment Industry Sukabumi using saturted sampling technique. Data were obtained through a research quastionnaire distributed to all samples containing 27 statements regarding talent manajemen variables, non-physical work environment and employee retention, using a semantic differential measurement system. The data obtained will bw sybjected to various test such as validity and reliability test, as well as classical assumption test which are then analyzed with various test assisted by SPSS 25 sofhware in an effort to answare the hypotesis in this study. The result showed that there was a positive and significant influence between talent management on employee retention, and there was a positive and significant influence between non-physical work environment variables on employee retention simultaniously PT. Abstract

The existence of customary law communities has been recognized in Indonesia in various policies. However, existing policies are unable to accommodate the fulfillment of the rights of indigenous peoples themselves. Discrimination against the rights of indigenous peoples often occurs, one of which is in policy making that does not involve indigenous peoples technically for the granting of Environmental Feasibility permits for Oil Palm Plantation Development Plans and Palm Oil Processing Mills for oil palm plantation companies. Ratio legis guana policy protecting the rights of indigenous peoples must accommodate the protection of the rights of indigenous peoples. So that the legal standing of indigenous peoples to obtain healthy and good environmental justice will continue to be echoed with the principles of legal standing of indigenous peoples who have special interests.

Abstract

Pengurangan limbah makanan dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan atau mengolah limbah makanan tersebut menjadi suatu jenis makanan lain yang dapat dinikmati salah satunya menggunakan metode gravimetri dimana metode tersebut merupakan metode temperatur tinggi pada suhu 130-133˚C dan waktu yang digunakan relatif lebih cepat. Melihat permasalahan mitra dan potensi limbah duri ikan bandeng maka tim menyusun langkah dalam menyelesaikan masalah mitra dengan melakukan penerapan IPTEK dengan metode panas untuk merubah duri ikan bandeng menjadi kaldu bubuk alami yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan makanan pendamping ASI untuk balita. Program pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi empat tahap yakni tahap persiapan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari adanya program penerapan iptek metode gravimetri untuk pembuatan kaldu bubuk organik dari limbah duri bandeng mengacu pada pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh mitra yang mana hasilnya dapat diperoleh melalui luaran yang akan dihasilkan dan presentase hasil terhadap keseluruhan target kegiatan. Dalam hal ini akan menimbulkan perubahan maupun penambahan kegiatan, namun hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan koordinasi serta konsultasi dengan pihak terkait. Luaran tersebut berupa buku pedoman mitra produk iptek, buku resep, dan kaldu bubuk. Semua rancangan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan mitra beserta pegawainya memahami dengan baik solusi penerapan iptek yang diberikan oleh tim.

Abstract

This article discusses the claims handling process at PT Asuransi General Bumiputera 1967 Medan branch. The aim of this research was to analyze the process of handling claims for general insurance products at PT Asuransi General Bumiputera 1967 Medan Branch. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. Data collected through in-depth interviews with staff employees and field practitioners was carried out to gain a better understanding of the claims handling process, and direct observation allowed researchers to see the procedures carried out. The research results show that the process of handling general insurance product claims at PT Asuransi General Bumiputera 1967 Medan Branch includes several stages, namely claim acceptance, document verification, claim investigation, claim assessment, and claim payment. This process involves various parties, including claims officers, claims experts and customers. In conclusion, the existing systems and procedures at PT Asuransi General Bumiputera 1967 Medan branch have provided satisfactory results in the process of handling general insurance claims, but need to continue to be improved in accordance with technological developments and customer needs.
