Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the KPU's strategy in increasing public participation in the general election, and to find out what obstacles often occur in elections and how the solutions are carried out by the KPU, and also to analyze public participation in the General Elections Commission (KPU). Data collection techniques namely documentation and interviews. The type of research used is a research method using a qualitative approach based on theory and philosophy while the nature of this research is descriptive. The results of the research obtained by the author in the strategy of the KPU general election commission in increasing public participation in the general election in Gowa district in 2019 regarding the obstacles that are often experienced by the KPU and the KPU's strategy in increasing public participation, related to the KPU's strategy in increasing public participation has reached almost to all locations, both lowlands and highlands, related to the obstacles faced by the KPU during the election, it was returned to the people themselves to be more concerned about the importance of voting rights to be used, and also the hope that the public could reject money politics

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ interest and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education through the implementation of the Everyone Is a Teacher Here method in class XII Kumer 3 at SMAN 14 Maros. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 32 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ interest and learning outcomes in each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, learning mastery was only 37.5% with an average score of 50.62. After the implementation of the method in Cycle I, mastery increased to 56.25%. Furthermore, in Cycle II, learning mastery significantly improved to 87.5% with an average score of 84.53. In addition, students demonstrated increased activeness, confidence, and participation in the learning process. Therefore, the Everyone Is a Teacher Here method is effective in improving students’ interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This manufacturing company operates in the automotive industry with a Make to Order (MTO) production system, producing motorcycle engine components. Observations revealed production inefficiencies due to waste in the form of waiting time and excessive motion, leading to increased operational time and costs. This study aims to identify sources of waste, analyze root causes, and propose improvements using the Green Lean Manufacturing approach, which emphasizes both production efficiency and environmental considerations. The methods applied include Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why’s analysis, and system dynamics simulation. Based on the Current VSM analysis, the lead time was 268.21 minutes with a Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) of 77.32%. Proposed improvements include relocating materials closer to machines, preparing tools before production, and adding workplace facilities. The Future VSM showed a lead time reduction of 17.92 minutes and a PCE increase of 1.17%. From the three simulated scenarios, ANOVA test results indicated that Scenario 3 was the most effective in reducing motion waste, while Scenario 2 best reduced waiting time. Both scenarios demonstrated the effectiveness of continuous lean implementation over a five-year period.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative study aims to describe the implementation of responsive Islamic Guidance and Counseling services through group counseling to address verbal bullying among junior high school students in Jakarta. The subjects included a guidance counselor and six students identified as engaging in bullying behavior. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and counseling progress notes. The implementation followed five stages: formation, transition, core activities, value reinforcement, and reflective closure. In this process, counselors applied an integrative approach combining Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with Ibn Miskawaih’s moral therapy. This integration utilized self-monitoring, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral rehearsal, synthesized with Islamic values, tazkiyatun nafs (soul purification), anger management, and the cultivation of noble character (akhlak). Following the intervention, students demonstrated significant positive behavioral changes, particularly in emotional control, increased empathy, and improved social relationships with peers. This study concludes that responsive Islamic Guidance and Counseling, utilizing an integrative CBT and Ibn Miskawaih framework, contributes effectively to eliminating bullying behavior among students. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi layanan responsif Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam melalui konseling kelompok dalam mengatasi perilaku perundungan verbal siswa SMP di Jakarta. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru BK dan enam siswa yang terindikasi melakukan perundungan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta catatan perkembangan konseling. Proses pelaksanaan konseling kelompok mencakup tahap pembentukan, peralihan, kegiatan inti, penguatan nilai, dan penutup reflektif. Dalam praktiknya, guru BK menerapkan pendekatan integratif yang memadukan Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) dengan terapi akhlak Ibnu Miskawaih. Integrasi ini dilakukan melalui teknik self-monitoring, restrukturisasi kognitif, dan latihan perilaku yang dikombinasikan dengan nilai Islami, tazkiyatun nafs, manajemen amarah, serta penanaman empati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku positif pada siswa, terutama dalam pengendalian emosi, peningkatan empati, dan perbaikan hubungan sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dengan pendekatan integratif CBT dan pemikiran Ibnu Miskawaih berkontribusi dalam mengeliminasi perilaku perundungan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study examines the enforcement of election law against money politics in Gorontalo Province under Law Number 7 of 2017 on General Elections. Elections as an expression of popular sovereignty require fairness and integrity, yet in practice continue to be challenged by widespread money politics that undermines democratic values. This research employs a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches, supported by secondary data and case illustrations derived from official reports of the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu). The findings indicate that although legal provisions on money politics are clearly regulated, their enforcement remains ineffective, as many cases fail to proceed to the judicial stage. This ineffectiveness is influenced by evidentiary difficulties, weak institutional coordination within the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu), and a permissive legal culture toward transactional political practices.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analise the Tourism Destination Development Policy in Wakatobi Regency. Thesis. Postgraduate Master of Economics Study Program. Halu Oleo University. Supervised by Ahmad and La Ode Samsul Barani.. The result showed that the tourist destinations development policy contained in Regional Regulation Number 04 0f 2017 concerning the Regional Tourism Master Plan of Wakatobi Regency 2016-2025, trouhgt article 49, article 50, article 51, article 52, and article 55 Paragraph 2 states that there are 20 location of Regency Tourism Destination and 7 Regional Tourism Strategic Areas where all the development of each destination area is developed in accordance with its potential, and suppoted by a strategy for developing facilities and infrastructure such as increasing the availability of clean water, increasing the capacity of electrical energy availability, developing telecommunications, stations, improving, waste facilities and infrastructure, improving, wastewater management installations, developing distater mitigation facilities and infrastructure, developing higher education institutions, institutional strengthening facilities and SMK Tourism facilitie, developing tourism health facilities, developing and organizing traditional markets as well as touristattractions. However, the implementation of development needs to be improved such as accessibility, especially in air transport, which currently still disconnected.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases require long treatment and medication, thus impacting patient compliance in taking medication. Patient medication compliance is an important factor in the management of Non-communicable diseases. The study aims to determine the effect of the Collaborative Interprofessional Approach model on medication compliance of Non-communicable Disease patients in Community Health Centers. The research method is a mix method cross-sectional survey design on patients and quasi-experimental on health workers with the form of collaborative interprofessional training interventions and the provision of monitoring books for Non-communicable Disease patients, with a sample size of 159 patients and 64 health workers. The results of the study showed a relationship between age and medication compliance of non-communicable disease patients with a p value = 0.03. There was a relationship between patients with family members suffering from non-communicable diseases and medication adherence in those with non-communicable diseases (p=0.003). There was a relationship between the use of a non-communicable disease monitoring book and medication adherence in those with non-communicable diseases (p=0.000 and OR=4.737). There was an increase in staff knowledge before and after training on the use of interprofessional education books. It can be concluded that the use of medication adherence books and the IPE-C approach are effective in the care and control of non-communicable diseases.
