Abstract

Abstrak : Masa pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada semua aspek kehidupan manusia tidak terkecuali pada ranah pendidikan. Semua satuan pendidikan pada umumnya melaksanakank pembelajaran secara daring guna menghindari tersebarnya virus tersebut. Namun demikian, Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan tetap melakukan pembelajaran secara luring namun tetap memberlakukan protokol kesehatan secara katat. Kajian ini berupaya untuk mengungkap manajemen pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh pondok tersebut selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang dilakukan mencakup 3 hal; 1) perencanaan yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan prokotol kesehatan dan perencanaan yang berkenaan dengan mekanisme proses pembelajaran yang termuat dalam RPP dan silabus; 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan tetap memperhatikan protocol kesehata.Pelaksanaan pembelajaran mencngkup tiga tahapan yaitu pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan penutup; 3) evaluasi dilakukan secara berkesinambungan pada akhir pembelajran guna melihat tingkat efektifitas pembelajaran. Di samping itu, evaluasi pembelajaran juga dilakukan dengan model evaluasi sumatif dan formatif.

Abstract

Leadership style as an integral part of the leadership process has a close relationship with the commitment built within the organization. This commitment will arise when a leader is able to provide good service (servant) for his subordinates. This research method is qualitative with case study type. Data and data sources were obtained from informants at the SDIT ABFA Pamekasan institution through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the servant leadership style shown by the principal has a fairly good impact on the commitment of teachers and education personnel at SDIT ABFA Pamekasan. The servant leadership style is carried out by providing academic, supervision and administrative services in the school environment. Meanwhile, efforts and strategies to increase work commitment are carried out by establishing persuasive communication, creating a harmonious atmosphere in the school environment, and providing rewards for the achievements of subordinates

Abstract

The transition period from student to college student experiences various changes in the process, such as higher demands and workloads in college compared to high school. These demands can put pressure on new students in carrying out their academic activities. The inability of new students to cope with this pressure gives rise to academic stress. One of the factors that influences the occurrence of academic stress is the level of adjustment to college of new students. This study aims to determine the relationship between college adjustment and academic stress. The sample in this study consisted of 224 new students class of 2022, Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University. Data collection was carried out using 2 research instruments, namely the academic stress scale and the college adjustment scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Karl Pearson's Product Moment method. The research results show that there is a negative relationship between college adjustment and academic stress with a correlation value of r = -0.514 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This means that the higher the level of college adjustment, the lower the level of academic stress experienced by new students. The R square value in this study was 0.264, which shows that the contribution of college adjustment to the academic stress of new students is 26.4%. What this research means is that new students need to have a good level of adjustment to college in order to be able to face the demands and pressures of dealing with academic stress.

Abstract

The decline in the quality of education is largely caused by various factors, both internal and external. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to find a solution to overcome this problem. Like this study will test whether there is an influence of the work environment and digital literacy of teachers on the quality of education with teacher performance as an intervening variable in Lokhsumawe. The collection of research data used a quantitative data approach with 150 samples in all State Senior High Schools (SMAN) in Lhoksumawe City. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the Work Environment and Digital Literacy on teacher performance at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools. Furthermore, there was also an influence of the Work Environment, and Teacher Digital Literacy on the Quality of Education at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools. Likewise, there is an influence of Teacher Performance on the Quality of Education at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools, then there is an influence of the Work Environment and Digital Literacy on the Quality of Education through Teacher Performance at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to critically reconstruct Aswaja Sufism as a normative-ethical response to three contemporary challenges radicalism, materialism, and secularism within modern society. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative normative-philosophical approach using library research, contextual hermeneutic interpretation, thematic coding, and comparative synthesis. Primary sources included classical Sufi texts, particularly works of Al-Ghazali and Al-Qushayri, supported by contemporary social theory literature. Data were analyzed through conceptual reconstruction without statistical software. (56 words) Main Findings: The study finds that tawassuth functions as ethical reflexivity against absolutism, zuhd operates as moral regulation within consumer capitalism, and ihsan strengthens inward accountability in plural public life. These principles collectively serve as complementary normative resources that reinforce moral integrity without replacing structural political or economic reforms in modern society. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study advances existing scholarship by systematically reconstructing Aswaja Sufism beyond devotional-historical analysis into a normative-critical framework integrated with modern social theory. It introduces an ethical reconstruction matrix translating classical Sufi principles into contemporary educational, civic, and institutional applications, thereby bridging spiritual moral psychology with structural modern challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting and green tax on tax avoidance in energy companies within the coal subsector listed on the IDX during 2022-2024. The study used a quantitaive approach with pur[osive sampling techniques on 20 companies over 3 years. Data was obtained from sustainability and annual reports, then analyzed using multiple linear regression testing in SPSS. The result show that green accounting has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, while green tax has no significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables influence tax avoidance, indicating that the implementation of green accounting plays a role in tax avoidance strategies, whereas green tax has not yet been effective. The findings support legitimacy and stakeholder theories, which suggest that companies aim to maintain a sustainable image and manage their tax burdens. Therefore, to enhance the effectiveness of green fiscal policies in improving tax compliance, the government must reinforce environmental tax regulation and oversight. This study combines simultaneous green accounting and green tax analyses of tax avoidance in the energy sector, a previously rare approach in the context of Indonesian companies. Abstract

Design thinking training is a strategic approach to fostering creative and innovative thinking skills among the younger generation. This activity aims to introduce the concept of entrepreneurship and the stages of product development to high school students through interactive and practical methods. Forty-two participants from SMAN 87 Jakarta attended the training, and the material covered business idea development, consumer needs analysis, and understanding the product design process. Evaluation results showed that 67% of participants rated the implementation team's explanations as excellent, and 95.2% stated that the training provided significant benefits. Eighty-one percent demonstrated a very good understanding of identifying consumer needs and the general design process. Meanwhile, 62% of participants rated their overall understanding of entrepreneurship concepts as good. This training had a positive impact on increasing participants' knowledge and awareness of the importance of creative thinking, understanding market needs, and designing solutions based on design and economic value. These findings indicate that the design thinking approach is effective in fostering innovative and sustainable business ideas among high school students. Pelatihan design thinking merupakan pendekatan strategis dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan inovatif di kalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep kewirausahaan dan tahapan pengembangan produk kepada siswa SMA melalui metode interaktif dan aplikatif. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 42 peserta dari SMAN 87 Jakarta, dengan materi yang mencakup penggalian ide usaha, analisis kebutuhan konsumen, serta pemahaman proses design produk. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 67% peserta menilai penjelasan dari tim pelaksana sangat baik, dan 95,2% menyatakan pelatihan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Sebanyak 81% peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang sangat baik dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen dan memahami proses design secara umum. Sementara itu, 62% peserta menilai pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep kewirausahaan secara menyeluruh sudah baik. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta mengenai pentingnya berpikir kreatif, memahami kebutuhan pasar, serta merancang solusi berbasis design dan nilai ekonomis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan design thinking efektif dalam mendorong lahirnya ide usaha yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the implementation of the Read Aloud and Singing methods in learning, (2) examine children's responses and involvement during learning activities, (3) Impact on the development of anti-bullying characters in early childhood. The research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at RA Al-Ikhlas, Bima City with subjects of group B children aged 4–6 years as well as informants of school principals and classroom teachers. The data collection technique was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis used an interactive model by Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, as well as validity test through triangulation. The results of the study show that the integration of Read Aloud and Singing methods in learning is able to support the development of anti-bullying characters, which is shown through increased empathy, social concern, mutual respect, cooperation, and a decrease in aggressive behavior in children. The implementation of learning is carried out systematically through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection, although there are still challenges in the form of differences in the level of understanding of children in receiving moral messages. The implication is that the integration of literacy and musical activities can be an effective learning strategy in instilling character values. Teachers are recommended to systematically integrate storytelling and singing activities into learning themes that promote empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect as an effort to strengthen anti-bullying character values in early childhood.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid development of Islamic financing products, particularly gold installment financing, which has become an alternative investment for the community. The aim of this research is to analyze the practice of gold installment financing and its marketing strategies at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Polewali Mandar, as well as to assess their compliance with Islamic economic law principles. This study employs a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving bank officers and customers. The data analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the gold installment practice at BSI KCP Polewali Mandar has been implemented systematically through several stages, including application submission, feasibility analysis, gold procurement, execution of murabahah and rahn contracts, installment payments, and final delivery of gold. The marketing strategies applied include direct approaches (canvassing), digital communication, and public education. Overall, both the practice and marketing strategies are in line with Islamic economic law principles, such as justice, honesty, transparency, and the avoidance of riba and gharar. However, challenges remain, particularly the low level of Islamic financial literacy among the public, which leads to misconceptions regarding margin and contract concepts. Therefore, increased education and socialization are necessary to enhance public understanding of gold installment products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of interactive multimedia on the learning motivation of eighth-grade students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 37 Makassar. This study is motivated by the low learning motivation of students characterized by a lack of attention, interest, and activeness in the learning process. Therefore, innovation in learning is needed, one of which is through the use of interactive multimedia which is expected to be able to increase student learning motivation. The population in this study amounted to 225 eighth-grade students, with a sample determined using certain techniques to obtain a representative number of respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis used multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the use of interactive multimedia has a positive influence on student learning motivation. This can be seen from the increase in the average value of learning motivation from 65.20 to 78.45, with a percentage increase of 20.32%. In addition, the results of the regression analysis showed a coefficient value of β = 0.62, which indicates a positive relationship between interactive multimedia and learning motivation. The results of the hypothesis test also showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of interactive multimedia has a significant effect on the learning motivation of eighth grade students in Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 37 Makassar.
