Abstract

As a health service facility that provides a place used to organize health service efforts. With various duties of the Community Lung Health Center is to carry out the functions of its parent organization, through the implementation of health efforts. The purpose is to find out the effective communication assessment of the use of patient treatment identity cards at the Makassar Community Lung Health Center. Results, Communication Assessment of Identity Cards for Treatment on Information Clarity with excellent rating of 84.92%, Speed of registration with excellent rating of 86.22%, Patient Satisfaction with excellent rating of 87.48%, and Service Performance of Medical recording personnel showed excellent assessment of 86.20%. Discussion, health services are one of the important activities carried out with effective communication, especially when receiving patients through the use of Medical Identity Cards so that their use can be used as a form of clarity of useful health service information, can also provide registration speed and produce patient satisfaction and better performance of medical recording personnel. In conclusion, the use of the Patient Treatment Identity Card through the assessment of effective communication gets excellent assessment results from the results of patient treatment and the performance of medical recording personnel services through the form of communication results in an excellent assessment of the clarity of information, speed of service and patient satisfaction. Suggest, improve and maintain the form and pattern of effective communication between the medical recorder and the patient, uphold attitudes, behaviors and actions with good and correct communication and speech of language and sentences to the patient, perpetuate the value and way of communication of health services. Abstrak: Sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggaran tempat yang digunakan untuk menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan berbagai tugas Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat adalah melaksanakan sebagaian fungsi dari organisasi induknya, melalui penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan. Tujuan, diketahuinya penilaian komunikasi efektif terhadap penggunaan Kartu Identitas Berobat pasien di Balai Besar Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Makassar. Hasil, Penilaian Komunikasi terhadap Kartu Identitas berobat pada Kejelasan Informasi dengan penilaian sangat baik 84,92%, Kecepatan pendaftaran dengan penilaian sangat baik 86,22%, Kepuasan Pasien dengan penilaian sangat baik 87,48%, dan Kinerja Pelayanan Tenaga perekam medis menunjukkan penilaian sangat baik 86,20%. Pembahasan, pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting yang dilakukan dengan komunikasi secara efektif khususnya pada saat penerimaan pasien melalui penggunaan Kartu Identitas Berobat sehingga pemanfaatannya dapat dijadikan sebagai bentuk kejelasan informasi pelayanan kesehatan yang berguna, juga dapat memberikan kecepatan pendaftaran dan menghasilkan kepuasan pasien dan kinerja tenaga perekam medis dapat lebih baik. Simpulan, penggunaan Kartu Identitas Berobat Pasien melalui penilaian komunikasi efektif tersebut mendapatkan hasil penilian sangat baik dari hasil persponden pasien dan kinerja pelayanan tenaga perekam medis melalui bentuk komunikasi menghasilkan penilaian sangat baik terhadap kejalasan informasi, kecepatan pelyanan dan kepuasan pasien. Saran, meningkatkan dan mempertahankan bentuk dan pola komunikasi efektif antara perekam medis dengan pasien, menjunjung tinggi sikap, perilaku dan tindakan dengan komunikasi dan tutur bahasa dan kalimat yang baik dan benar kepada pasien, mempertahakan nilai dan cara komunikasi pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training and self-efficacy on community entrepreneurial interest. This research was conducted in kereng bengkirai village. The source of data in this study is the community of Kereng Bangkirai village. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. While the approach that researchers do in this study is with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all participants who participated in the training while the sample in this study amounted to 20 people. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that there is an influence of entrepreneurship training and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of the Kereng Bangkirai village community from the results of the F test (simultaneously) which amounted to 86.930. Furthermore, the value of the Coefficient of Determination is 0.911, meaning that the results above there is an influence of variables XI and X2 on variable Y by 91.1%, and the remaining 8.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the implications of the Theory of Planned Behavior in elucidating students' interest in learning financial accounting courses by adopting the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, which includes attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and learning interest. The sample in this study consists of undergraduate students in the economic education program at the University of Palangka Raya who are actively enrolled in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The data collection method is a survey using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The total sample size is 69. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the WarpPLS 8.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the Theory of Planned Behavior is a relevant theory in explaining students' learning interest. The findings show that attitude toward behavior and subjective norms positively influence students' interest in learning financial accounting courses, while perceived behavioral control does not affect students' interest in learning financial accounting courses

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Undernutrition describes acute nutritional status.This situation is presented with a Z-Score value of BB/TB at the of <-3 SD to <-2 SD malnutrition category based on World Health Organization (WHO) standards. One of the factors that causes malnutrition in toddlers is family food security.Objectives: To analyze the relationship between food security and malnutrition in children aged 2-5 years in the PangkalanCommunity Health Center working area.Methods: Observational research using a cross sectional study design. The research was 300 children aged 2-5 years, selected through simple random sampling. Food security was calculated using a questionnaire (HFFSM), as well as anthropometric measurements of BB/TB.  Bivariate data analysis was carried out using the Spearman correlation test.Results :As much  75.7%  low food security and nutritional status BB/TB malnutrition was 9%. The results of the Spearman correlation test, show that there is a relationship between family food security and nutritional status according to Z-Score BB/TB p-value 0,023 r=0,131*, this means that if the BB/TB score is low, food security will be increasingly dangerous.Conclusion: Family food security is one of the factors that can increase the incidence of underweight in toddlers aged 2-5 years. Nutritional problems are caused by weak family food security, which is the family’s ability to meet the food needs of household members in terms of quantity, quality, and variety according to local culture. Efforts that can be made to increase food security in households so that nutritional intake can be met properly including empowering houdewives regarding how to manage finances for household consumption as well as empowering training such as sewing and managing small and medium household businesses (UMKM).Keywords : Malnutrition; food security; toodlers                                                                     ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Gizi Kurang menggambarkan status gizi yang bersifat akut, keadaan ini dipresentasikan dengan nilai Z-score BB/TB pada ambang batas <-3 SD sampai dengan <-2 SD kategori  gizi kurang berdasarkan standar World Health Organization (WHO). Salah satu yang menjadi faktor terjadinya gizi kurang pada balita yaitu ketahanan pangan keluarga.Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan ketahanan pangan dengan gizi kurang pada anak usia 2-5 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pangkalan.Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan study cross-sectional. Penelitian melibatkan  300 anak usia 2-5 tahun yang  dipilih melalui simple random sampling,  ketahanan pangan dihitung menggunakan kuesioner (HFFSM) serta pengukuran antropometri berat badan dan tinggi badan.. Analisis data bivariate dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil: Sebanyak 75.7% ketahanan pangan rendah (low food security) dan status gizi BB/TB gizi kurang sebanyak 9%. Hasil uji korelasi spearman menunjukkan terdapat hubungan ketahanan pangan keluarga dengan status gizi menurut Z-Score BB/TB (p=0.023) r=0,131*, artinya apabila skor BB/TB rendah maka ketahanan pangan nya semakin rawan.Simpulan: Kerawanan pangan  keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kejadian gizi kurang pada balita usia 2-5 tahun. Masalah gizi disebabkan lemahnya ketahanan pangan keluarga yang merupakan kemampuan keluarga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan anggota rumah tangga dari segi jumlah, mutu dan ragamnya sesuai dengan budaya setempat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di rumah tangga sehingga asupan gizi dapat terpenuhi dengan baik yaitu pemberdayaan kepada ibu rumah tangga terkait bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan untuk konsumsi rumah tangga serta pemberdayaan pelatihan seperti menjahit dan pengelolaan usaha rumah tangga kecil dan menengah (UMKM).Kata Kunci : Gizi Kurang; Ketahanan Pangan; Balita

Abstract

In physics studies, students experience misconceptions in physics learning, no exception to straight motion materials. These misconceptions can be identified using diagnostic tests, but diagnostic tests are not yet available in schools. To solve this problem, a test instrument is needed that can identify student misconceptions on direct motion material. The study aims to analyze the misconceptions of the students and their causes in straight motion. The instrument used in identifying misconception and its causes is the Six-Tier Multiple Choice which consists of 17 elements of six-level double choice on straight motion material. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach.The population in this study is a student of class XI MIPA State High School in Bungo district. The sample in this research is five schools in Bongo district with the number of respondents is 127 pupils. The highest misconception was found in High School E, 35.29% and the lowest was found at High School A, 15.03%. The main cause of misconceptions in students was from the personal thinking of students 76.57% of the total of 22 students.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the concepts that become misconceptions on momentum and impulse, (2) analyze the diagnostic test instrument used to identify students' misconceptions on momentum and impulse, (3) analyze the model/method/strategy/the approach used to remediate students' misconceptions on momentum and impulse, (4) analyze teaching materials/media used to remediate students' misconceptions on momentum and impulse, (5) analyze the effect of models/strategies/methods/media on improving students' conceptual understanding on momentum and impulse. The method applied in this research is a systematic review. The criteria for this study were article analysis carried out in a structured manner using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques for all research objectives and effect size to obtain research objective number 5. The database locations used in this study were Google Scholar, Neliti, Sinta, Garuda, Scopus, and Directory of Open Access Journals. The articles analyzed were twenty-six articles from national and international journals published in the last ten years. Based on the analysis that has been done, five research results were obtained. From the results of the study, it was found that: (1) concepts that often misconceptions are momentum, (2) Multiple choice tests with CRI and multiple-choice tests are often used to identify misconceptions on momentum and impulse, (3) model ECIRR is influential and widely used in remediation, (4) teaching materials/media that can be used for remediation are computer simulations, refutation text, and Concept Attainment-oriented worksheets, (5) the ECIRR model has a high influence on reducing misconceptions with an effect size 5,24. Based on the results of this study, a multiple-choice test instrument with the Certainty of Response Index (CRI) diagnostic test is suitable and easy to use to identify student misconceptions, to remediate misconceptions a good learning model is used, namely the ECIRR learning model, and can remediate misconceptions using computer simulations, refutation Concept Attainment oriented texts and worksheets as learning media/teaching materials.

Abstract

Kulit jeruk memiliki kandungan vitamin C dan antioksidan kuat lebih banyak daripada buahnya yang dapat berfungsi sebagai pelembab alami kulit sehingga dapat mengatasi kulit kering. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi ekstrak 5%, 7,5%, dan 15% terhadap uji stabilitas fisik dan uji kelembaban kulit pada sediaan lotion ekstrak etanol kulit jeruk Siam. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimental. Prosedur kerja terdiri dari identifikasi tanaman, pembuatan ekstrak, pembuatan sediaan, uji stabilitas fisik sediaan (uji organoleptik, uji pH, uji daya sebar, uji daya lekat dan uji homogenitas), uji iritasi dan uji kelembaban kulit. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji ANOVA menggunakan SPSS. Hasil stabilitas fisik sediaan pada uji organoleptis dari ketiga formulasi tersebut menunjukkan warna kuning muda sampai cokelat, bau black opium essense, bentuk semi solid, homogen, memiliki nilai pH kisaran 7,5-8,0, nilai daya sebar 5,5-7cm, dan daya lekat ≥4 detik. Hasil dari pengujian stabilitas fisik sediaan semua telah memenuhi persyaratan/standar yang telah ditentukan dengan nilai signifikan (P<0,05). Hasil uji iritasi tidak menunjukkan adanya iritasi dan hasil uji kelembaban adanya peningkatan kelembaban kulit setiap minggu pada setiap formula dengan nilai signifikan (P<0,05). Formulasi terbaik yang dapat memberikan efek melembabkan yang paling tinggi adalah pada konsentrasi 15% (F3). Semakin tinggi kosentrasi ekstrak maka semakin tinggi nilai kelembabannya. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi ekstrak etanol kulit jeruk Siam berpengaruh pada uji stabilitas fisik sediaan dan uji kelembaban kulit.

Abstract

Penguasaan konsep dan prinsip fisika merupakan salah satu tujuan pembelajaran fisika dalam kurikulum 2013. Namun, kenyataan menunjukkan pemahaman konsep siswa masih rendah dan terjadi miskonsepsi. Ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis IT untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa juga masih kurang. Permasalahan tersebut diatasi degan mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis konflik kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan multimedia interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan meremediasi miskonsepsi serta menguji validitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah didisain multimedia interaktif berbasis konflik kognitif pada materi vektor dengan karakteristik: (1) multimedia disusun sesuai dengan empat sintak model pembelajaran berbasis konflik kongitif yaitu aktivasi prakonsepsi dan miskonsepsi, penyajian konflik kognitif, penemuan konsep dan persamaan, dan refleksi, yang bertujan untuk meningkatkan pamahaman konsep dan meremediasi miskonsepsi peserta didik pada materi vektor; (2) multimedia menggunakan aplikasi powerpoint dan macromedia flash. Hasil validasi multimedia interakif berbasis konflik kognitif pada materi vektor memiliki nilai kevalidan sebesar 0,83 dengan kategori sangat valid dalam hal substansi materi, desain pembelajaran, tampillan komunikasi visual dan penggunaan softwere pendukung.Kata kunci:Mutimedia interaktif, Model Konflik Kognitif, Vektor, miskonsepsi

Reproductive organ infections can occur due to lack of attention to personal hygiene during menstruation. Appropriate information can help preventive efforts and many factors, such as knowledge, attitudes, support from family, peers, facilities and infrastructure, can influence personal hygiene behavior during menstruation in young women. This research aims to identify the factors that influence the personal hygiene practices of adolescent girls during menstruation in class X and This study used a cross-sectional design and took random samples from 338 study populations. The young women who were the subjects of this research were 197 respondents. Primary data was collected using a g-form questionnaire. This study used univariate analysis, as well as bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Univariate results show personal hygiene behavior during menstruation in young women (68.5%), who have correct knowledge (38.1%), positive attitude (60.9%), supportive family support (53.8%), peers positive (66.7%), good facilities and infrastructure (63.5%). Bivariate results show there is a relationship between knowledge, family support and infrastructure (P value=<0.05), there is no relationship between attitudes and friends the same as personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. Based on this study, researchers provide suggestions for adolescents to maintain cleanliness and apply personal hygiene behavior during menstruation.

Abstract

Judul skripsi ini adalah Penerapan Model Cooperative Tipe Think Talk Write dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Tematik di Kelas V SDN 37 Anduring” ditulis oleh Dilla Ardanti. Z, NIM 1814070105, Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan peserta didik saat bekerja sama dalam diskusi kelompok, pendidik belum banyak menggunakan variasi model pembelajaran, dan kurang minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tematik dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik yang tergolong rendah di buktikan dari 27 peserta didik 44,44% peserta didik yang tuntas nilai MID semester ganjil dan 55,56% peserta didik yang tidak tuntas. Tujuan dalam penulisan skripsi ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerapan model Cooperative tipe Think Talk Write dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik kelas V SDN 37 Anduring. (2) untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan hasil belajar tematik yang menerapkan model Cooperative tipe Think Talk Write dengan yang tidak menerapkan model Cooperative tipe Think Talk Write pada peserta didik kelas V SDN 37 Anduring. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji “t” dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS Versi 28 dan Ms. Excel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t yang dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS V.28 diperoleh signifikan α (2-tailed) sebesar 0,003, thitung = 3,097 dan ttabel = 2,018 dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan apabila sig α < 0,05 yaitu 0,003 < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,097 > 2,018, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menerapkan model Cooperative Tipe Think Talk Write dengan yang tidak menerapkan model Cooperative Tipe Think Talk Write dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik peserta didik Di Kelas V SDN 37 Anduring.
