Penelitian ini adalah literature review. Penelitian yang disebut sebagai literature review adalah jenis penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki, menganalisis, dan mensintesis penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan dalam bidang studi tertentu. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan dan evaluasi terhadap berbagai artikel jurnal, buku, laporan penelitian, dan sumber-sumber lainnya yang relevan dengan topik yang sedang diteliti. Tujuan utama dari literature review adalah untuk memahami keadaan pengetahuan yang ada dalam suatu bidang studi, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian yang masih perlu dijelajahi, dan menyediakan landasan teoritis yang kokoh untuk penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dari sumber jurnal dan literature relevan seperti google schoolar. Analisa data dengan critical literature, Hasilpenerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pengembangan materi pembelajaran, diharapkan peserta didik akan lebih terlibat, bersemangat, dan memiliki keberanian untuk berekspresi dengan Bahasa Indonesia. Proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna akan membawa dampak positif dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan, dan pada akhirnya, mampu mencetak generasi yang terampil, kreatif, dan mampu bersaing di tingkat global.

Salad are becoming more and more popular among Indonesian because of their high nutritional contect and ease of preparation. Salad Nyo is one of the salad products circulating in the market with various variants and services. This research aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior and products on the decision to purchase Salad Nyo. The method used by the researcher is a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Salad Nyo products located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis using the multiple regression method multiple regression, t test and f test.Based on the research result it is known that consumer and product behavior has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Salad Nyo Spesial Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) and the result of the determination test show 0,629 so that the consumer and product behavior variable is 38.3% which is able to explain the purchase decision variable while the remaining 61.7% influenced by other factors not examined

This article will discuss the dynamics of the symbolic meaning of bride price in the era of modern society in Soppeng Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative research employing a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of the symbolic meaning of bride price in the modern era of society in Soppeng Regency can be seen from the way the bride price is given, namely, first, it is handed over during the official engagement ceremony attended by the extended family of women and community leaders. Second, the presentation occurs when the groom comes along with his dowry (belongings) escorted by the extended family of the groom during the marriage ceremony. The tradition of giving bride price is maintained because it is a cultural practice that holds significant symbolic meaning and value for the community in Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency, even though the bride price: First, it becomes an obstacle to marriage for both men and women. Second, it compels or forces men to go into debt. Third, it encourages elopement marriages. Fourth, many women choose not to marry and remain spinsters because potential suitors abandon their intentions to marry.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between IQ test results and studentintelligence in learning mathematics through the Multiple Intelligence Theory.This research is a qualitative study which uses primary references forintelligence in mathematics learning and correlates with IQ tests based onmultiple intelligence theory.The results of research that discusses the theory of Multiple Intentions that areable to change the view of intelligence as seen from the results of IQ tests are nolonger relevant because IQ tests only discuss intelligence intelligence,mathematics and language. IQ tests only support math-intelligence andlanguage, while learning mathematics involves not only intelligence andlanguage. If the school wants to implement Multiple Intelligences in itseducation system, then it needs help from each teacher to ask to start and ask toput all his skills and creativity into teaching.Keywords: Multiple intelligence, multiple intelligence, IQ, mathematicalintelligence

This research aims to find: 1) the relation between the motivation and the achievement in learning Mathematics. 2) The relation between the perception to Mathematics and the achievement in learning Mathematics. 3) The relation between the parentsâ€™ education level and the achievement in learning Mathematics. 4) The role of motivation and perception in learning Mathematics and parentsâ€™ education level in the achievement in learning Mathematics.The hypotheses in this research are: 1) There is a positif relation between the motivation and the achievement in learning Mathematics. 2) There is a positif Â relation between the perception to Mathematics and the achievement in learning Mathematics. 3) There is a positif relation between the fatherâ€™s education level and the achievement in learning Mathematics. 4) There is a positif Â relation between the motherâ€™s education level and the achievement in learning Mathematics 5) The motivation in learning Mathematics, the perception to Mathematics, and the parentsâ€™ education level have a role in the achievement in learning Mathematics.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The researchâ€™s subject is 100 students class X and XI of SMAN 2 Yogyakarta. The data were collected by using scale, documentation, and identity. The scale used was math motivation scale and math perception scale. The data analysis were done by using multiple linear regression and product moment correlation.Based on the correlation analysis done was known that there was positive and significant relation betweenÂ motivation and achievement in learning Mathematics and between the perception of Mathematics and the achievement in learning Mathematics, but there is no positive and significant relation between father and motherâ€™s education level and the achievement in learning Mathematics. Based on the result of multiple linear regressions analysis, it was known that motivation and perception in learning Mathematics as well as parentsâ€™ education level have a role in the achievement in learning Mathematics. It is based on the significant result of F testing, i.e. Î± = 0.05. The determination of coefficient was 0.162 meant that the percentage of the effect of motivation and perception in learning Mathematics and parentsâ€™ education level to the achievement in learning Mathematics was 16.2%, while the rest of 83.8% was influenced by other variables which were not included in this research.Key words: Motivation in learning Mathematics, perception to Mathematics, parentsâ€™ education level, the achievement in learning Mathematics.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan matematika siswa kelas XII SMA N 2 Yogyakarta menggunakan pendekatan Model-Elicting Activities (MEAs). Penilitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan untuk materi program linier. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Siklus 1 terdiri dari 2 tindakan (pertemuan sedangkan siklus 2 terdiri dari 2 tindakan (pertemuan). Masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan pembelajran dengan pendekatan Model-Elicting Activities (MEAs).Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. (Suharsimi, 2008:16). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan di SMA N 2 Yogyakarata. Pelaksanaan PTK ini akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 November â€“ 24 November 2013. Subjek dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS 1 SMA N 2 Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari 31 siswa.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran Model-elicting Activities (MEAs) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang terjadi sebesar 45,45%. Pendekatan Model-Eliciitng Activites secara teoritis dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam mendorong siswa untuk membentuk suatu model matematika dalam menyelesaiakan permasalahan. Model-Eliciting Activites memberi pengaruh terhadap pencapaian KKM (hasil belajar) siswa pada materi program linear ditinjau dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa.

This research and development aims to produce shared-type interactive e-modules on energy sub-materials and energy sources. The e-module development model uses ADDIE by integrating energy transformation materials, energy applications in living things, as well as energy source-forming compounds. In field trials, using a type of pre-experiment research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out at SMPIT Bakti Insani class VII with saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses essay questions to find out the results of understanding the concept and a likert scale questionnaire to find out the results of reading interest. The data analysis technique uses a paired T test with the aim of seeing the significance of the e-module to reading interest and concept understanding and the n gain test to see an increase in the value of reading interest and concept understanding. Based on theoretical feasibility tests by experts, an average of 40.4 with excellent categories and empirical feasibility tests by students were 63.75 with excellent categories. Based on the development and research, it can be concluded that 1) the shared type interactive science e-module product is feasible to use with an excellent category; 2) the shared type interactive science e-module affects the interest in reading and understanding concepts with a significance of 0.000; 3) the shared-type interactive science e-module is able to increase reading interest by 0.52 with medium category and increase understanding of concepts 0.81 with high category.

The south of Java is a vulnerable to tsunami disasters. Pacitan District is a coastal area in the south of Java, which is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean. Its location, which is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean, is one of the areas that is prone to tsunami disasters. The purpose of this study were to analyze the spatial distribution of the tsunami hazard in the Pacitan District Coastal area under the 8.0 Mw earthquake scenario and to model the optimal evacuation route for handling the tsunami disaster in Pacitan District. Tsunami wave modeling uses Delft3D-Flow software, which is based on the Shallow Water Equations and Hloss calculations to determine the inundation area. Using GIS with the Least-Cost Path method to determine the optimal path for tsunami evacuation. The results showed that the tsunami wave height on the coastline was 5 meters high. A total area of 571.79 hectares of tsunami-affected area. The inundation area for each affected area is 239.70 ha in Sidoharjo Village, 190.87 ha in Ploso Village, and 141.22 ha in Kembang Village. Determination of evacuation routes obtained five evacuation routes. The travel time for the evacuation process with walking takes more than 30 minutes, whereas using a motorized vehicle is less than 10 minutes.

The demands of life require a balance between faith and piety, reflected in noble morals. Therefore, students need to be prepared and guided to have good morals. Moral education is essential; MA Islamic Center Bin Baz (ICBB) and MA Jamillarohman apply this concept. Research was conducted to evaluate the education system and the implementation of morals in the two schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach and a multi-case study type. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive approach and cross-case data analysis. The results of the research show similarities in both schools, such as the goal of forming moral character, the implementation of the education system at the beginning of the school year through meetings with the teacher council, and positive implications for students such as honesty, trustworthiness, devotion to worship, a tendency to help in benevolence, obedience to others. Old, and generous. The difference between the two lies in the karakul Karima pattern at ICBB, which involves Islamic boarding schools, MA Jamillurohman's emphasis on the MAPK curriculum, and MA ICBB's focus on continuing studies in the Middle East and preparing its graduates for work. In contrast, MA Jamillarohman focuses on continuous learning with merit scholarships, memorizing the Koran, and improving studies.

Human resource development both those working in the public sector (Civil Servants, SOE Employees, BUMD Employees) and sectors. Talking about organizational problems is inseparable from the element of human resources. The definition of human resources is people in an organization who participate and contribute according to their respective fields of duty. Human resource development will indeed not see results quickly, but in the long term, this investment will yield results that meet the expectations of the organization. In this sense, the term development will include the meaning of training and education, namely as a means of improving skills and general knowledge for human resources, in this case Civil Servants who work at the Fakfak Development Planning Agency. In the work unit at the Fakfak Development Planning Agency, it can be achieved well if there is a Civil Servant development program. This study aims to find out the influence of human resource training and development factors on the productivity of civil servants on the Fakfak Regency BAPPEDA and to find out the most dominant variables of human resource training and development factors affecting the productivity of civil servants in the Fakfak Regency BAPPEDA. The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. Based on the results of important findings of the Civil Servant Development Method research, there are 2 (two) methods of employee development, namely the on the job training method and the off the job training method.
