Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the validity of transactions without pronunciation, namely bai‘ al-mu‘āṭāh in reviewing the rules of fiqh. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative in the form of library research using a sociological approach to understand Islamic law, especially bai‘ al-mu‘āṭāh from a social perspective or community conditions. The results of this research show that bai‘ al-mu‘āṭāh is buying and selling carried out with certain movements or actions that show the agreement of both parties to the transaction. The validity of bai‘ al-mu‘āṭāh depends on the region and community conditions. In areas where transactions are commonly conducted through gestures without verbal expression, such as in almost all supermarkets in Indonesia where customers simply select items independently and pay at the cashier without any verbal exchange, bai‘ al-mu‘āṭāh is considered valid. However, in regions where transactions without verbal expression are uncommon, bai‘ al-mu‘āṭāh is not considered valid.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri ekonomi Islam pada masa Nabi dan Khulafaurrasyidin. Ekonomi Islam adalah sistem ekonomi yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yang bersumber pada Al Qur'an dan Hadist. Sistem Ekonomi Islam bertujuan untuk membumikan syariat Islam dalam sistem keuangan suatu negara secara kaffah dan dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat secara umum. Nabi Muhammad sebagai panutan seluruh umat manusia dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan telah mentransformasikan sistem ekonomi untuk membawa kemaslahatan bagi seluruh manusia. Pada masa pemerintahannya, Nabi Muhammad Saw sebagai pemimpin dan utusan Allah Swt telah mengubah sistem ekonomi dan keuangan Negara dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang ada dalam Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah Nabi Saw. Setelah Rasulullah Saw wafat, kepemimpinan beliau dilanjutkan oleh para sahabatnya yang biasa disebut Khulafaurrasyidin ada empat periode kepemimpinan yaitu, kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ashidiq, Umar bin Al-Khattab, Usman bin Affan, dan Ali bin Abi Thalib. Kebijakan fiskal pada masa Khulafaurrasyidin tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan karena para khalifah meneruskan apa yang telah dirintis dan dijunjung tinggi oleh Rasulullah dalam mengatur perekonomian negara. This article aims to trace Islamic economics during the time of the Prophet and Khulafaurrasyidin. Islamic economics is an economic system based on the values of Islamic teachings sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith. The Islamic Economic System aims to ground Islamic sharia in the financial system of a country in a kaffah manner and can prosper the community in general. The Prophet Muhammad as a role model for all mankind in various aspects of life has transformed the economic system to bring benefits to all humans. During his reign, the Prophet Muhammad served as the leader and messenger of Allah and then changed the State's economic and financial system by the provisions of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw). After the Prophet Saw died, his leadership was continued by his companions commonly called Khulafaurrasyidin there were four periods of leadership, namely, the leadership of Abu Bakr Ashidiq, Umar ibn Al-Khattab, Usman ibn Affan, and Ali ibn Abi Talib. Fiscal policy during the Khulafaurrasyidin period did not experience significant changes because the caliphs continued what had been pioneered and upheld by the Prophet (saw) in regulating the country's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejarah pemikiran ekonomi Islam pada masa Kesultanan Mughal di India, yang memadukan tradisi Islam dengan tantangan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesultanan Mughal, melalui kebijakan ekonomi seperti sistem pajak agraria, perdagangan, dan moneter, berhasil menciptakan perekonomian yang dinamis. Kontribusi Shah Waliullah al-Dihlawi, salah satu cendekiawan Mughal, mencakup teori tadbir al-manzil, pembagian kerja, dan konsep biaya peluang, yang relevan dengan ekonomi Islam modern. Studi ini mengungkap bagaimana warisan ekonomi Mughal tetap relevan dalam diskusi ekonomi Islam kontemporer. This study aims to examine the history of Islamic economic thought during the Mughal Empire in India, which combines Islamic traditions with local challenges. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, collecting data from various sources such as books, journals, and historical documents. The results of the study show that the Mughal Sultanate, through economic policies such as the agrarian tax system, trade, and monetary, succeeded in creating a dynamic economy. The contributions of Shah Waliullah al-Dihlawi, one of the Mughal scholars, include al-manzil's theory of governance, division of labor, and the concept of opportunity cost, which are relevant to modern Islamic economics. This study reveals how the Mughal economic heritage remains relevant in contemporary Islamic economic discussions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) analyze student’s concept in answering the association test, (2) analyze the concept of understanding relationship to answer the test depends on the student’s school origin.The method used in this research is qualitative with case study approach. In clustering sampling technique the subject was used in this research is 6 students, shared in 3 groups. They are 2 students come from public vocational school, 2 students come from public senior high school and 2 students come from private senior high school and vocational school. Data was collected through test and interview. Data analysis used in this research refers to Milles and Huberman in Moellong’s book; they are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the student’s understanding is various enough in answering the set test. Depending on the first subject analysis (S1) who came from private school, he did not understand about the concept of set. The second subject analysis (S2) and the third subject analysis (S3) who came from public school, they had understood. But, they need to be careful and patient to avoid the mistakes. The data which had gained from deeply interview, showed that the subject analysis (S1), (S2) and (S3) were able to indicate the relationship of school origin with the student’s concept of understanding within answering the set test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause difficulty learning mathematics in the material lines and angles at school and at home.This type of research is qualitative research. Subjects in this study were four students who have difficulty learning math class VIIB SMPN 4 Sindang. In this research, the writer used a technique Bogdan and Biklen’stechniqueto data analysis. The writer also uses triangulation observer, place, time, and theory to examine the validity of the data obtained. Based on the research results and conclusions obtained are students’difficulties in learning mathematics of the lines and anglesmaterial are (a) misunderstanding of the students toward a matter to be determined; (b) ignorance of the students to the concept of lines and angles; (c) students to the inaccuracy of writing symbols (language) mathematics; (d) the inaccuracy of students on mathematical calculations. Meanwhile, the factors that cause students learning difficulties in learning lines and angles material is divided into two factors, namely the internal and external factors. Internal factors (in students) that caused learning difficulties in learning material lines and angles are the students are no interest towards learning mathematics and how/study habits of students. Meanwhile, extern factors (outside thestudents) students' learning difficulties in learning mathematics of the material lines and angles of SMPN 4 Sindang seen through two aspects, namely environmental factors of school and family environments (home).

Abstract

The Kharisma Classroom is a website that supports students learning by allowing students to access materials anywhere and anytime using the internet. The use of the Kharisma Classroom website as a learning tool made researchers want to know the users level of satisfaction. To determine the level of user satisfaction on the Kharisma Classroom website, an analysis using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) method was needed. Based on the variables from the PIECES method, the level of user satisfaction based on each variable was: Performance gets a score of 3.62, Information gets a score of 3.48, Economy gets a score of 3.83, Control gets a score of 3.6, Efficiency gets a score of 3.2, and Service obtained a value of 3.68. Based on the results of calculating the average satisfaction level for each variable in the PIECES method, it can be concluded that the average user was satisfied but still needs to make improvements in the future so that the Kharisma Classroom website service can be better.

Abstract

Gofood is one of the applications in Gojek, the application is used by customers to find and order culinary. When the author conducted research on the gofood application, it turned out that some reviewed it well, and some reviewed it badly. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of gofood application users with the Mobile Service Quality method and the Customer satisfaction index (CSI) which is a method that uses an index to calculate the level of consumer satisfaction in a user satisfaction survey. Respondent data from questionnaires that have been distributed via google form and have been filled in by Gofood application users as many as 70 respondents. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on the Gofood application using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, it can be concluded that the research results from the CSI value obtained of 85.42% is very satisfied, because the results of the CSI value are obtained after calculating the CSI method through four stages, the first stage determines the mean importance score (MIS) and mean satisfaction score (MSS), the second stage weight factor (WF), the third stage weight score (WS), and the last stage determines the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). So it can be concluded that most users of the Gofood application at STMIK Kharisma Makassar are very satisfied with the services in the Gofood application.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Valid and Practical Google Forms-based Digital Worksheet to enhance the Learning Enthusiasm of High School Students. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE design, focusing on the development of digital worksheets with both validity and practicality. The ADDIE design stages involve analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conducted at State High School 3 Luwu, involving 20 students as participants. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The questionnaires were used for validation by subject matter experts and media experts, using a rating scale of 1-5. Additionally, the questionnaires assessed student responses to the digital worksheets after the trial, using the same rating scale. Data were processed through descriptive statistical and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results showed material validity of 86% and media validity of 95%, providing a strong foundation for the use of technology in learning. Student responses obtained an average percentage of 85.14%, indicating that the digital worksheets were highly practical.

Abstract

Marriage is one of the sacred and important moments in human life. A person who carries out a marriage means he is ready to perfect half of his religion by forming a happy family. In married life, the loss of a husband can be a very painful and confusing experience for the wife. When a husband disappears without a trace, either for unknown reasons or unforeseen circumstances, wives are often faced with deep uncertainty. This research uses a type of library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research are that a wife will remain the legal wife of a mafqud husband. According to Imam Hambali's opinion, when a wife is abandoned by her husband for a long time and feels emotionally disadvantaged, she has the right to demand a divorce. In these conditions, Islam provides a way out for wives, namely allowing them to divorce from their husband whose whereabouts are unclear. According to Imam Syafi'i, it is 90 years in Qoul Qodim and 4 years in Qoul Jadid. Apart from that, there is a view based on the Compilation of Islamic Law, namely 2 years.

Abstract

Prewedding photos have become a popular trend among couples getting married. However, this trend raises various legal questions in Islam because not a few of its practices violate Islamic shari'ah. The purpose of this study is to examine the law of prewedding photos from the perspective of contemporary fiqh. This research uses a qualitative approach with a normative juridical method through analysis of Islamic legal sources such as the Qur'an, and Hadith, as well as fatwas of classical, contemporary scholars, and religious institutions taken from several literatures, such as journals, books, and YouTube. The results show that the scholars' views on prewedding photos vary. Most the scholars forbid prewedding photos because this practice is closer to adultery and contains elements that are contrary to Islamic law, such as ikhtilat, khalwat, tabarruj, and kasyful aurat. On the other hand, some scholars allow prewedding photos under certain conditions, namely as long as they maintain the limits of Islamic law, and have a good purpose. In conclusion, the law of prewedding photos in Islam depends on the context and intention of the perpetrator, as well as the importance of following the guidelines of shari'a to avoid prohibited things.Prewedding photos have become a popular trend among couples getting married. However, this trend raises various legal questions in Islam because not a few of its practices violate Islamic shari'ah. The purpose of this study is to examine the law of prewedding photos from the perspective of contemporary fiqh.
