Abstract

Model pembelajaran interaktif adalah proses pembelajaran yang secara aktif melibatkan peserta didik, baik secara fisik maupun mental, untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang bermakna dan menyenangkan. Untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang inovatif, maka kegiatan workshop ini diadakan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para guru dalam memahami model-model pembelajaran interaktif yang sesuai dengan materi yang akan mereka ajarkan sehingga mereka mampu membuat modul ajar yang efektif dan inovatif. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari di kabupaten Sinjai dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dengan teknik presentasi materi, diskusi, simulasi model-model pembelajaran oleh guru atau peer teaching, dan juga pemberian tugas sebagai hasil evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan ini. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini, para peserta berhasil membuat modul ajar sesuai model pembelajaran interaktif yang dibuktikan dengan pembuatan video pembelajaran yang dikumpulkan pada link Google Drive. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan serta motivasi yang tinggi dari peserta dalam mewujudkan model pembelajaran interaktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show how the Wariori River in Manokwari Regency is polluted as a result of illegal gold mining operations, oil palm plantations, C-type mining, settlements, and other uses of forest resources. During the dry and wet seasons, five observation locations along the river provide air quality data that is used to calculate the pollution index (IP). The results of the study show that human activity has had a major impact on the Wariori River's water quality. All water quality parameters, including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), NO3, and total coliform, have generally not exceeded the quality standards set by Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021, with the exception of two parameters: total suspended solids (TSS) and total phosphate. Significant erosion and sedimentation are indicated by high TSS readings during the wet season. According to the findings of the research conducted using the Pollution Index (IP), all places in the water quality data have a polluted state for both seasons. This study highlights the need for more stringent environmental management and conservation initiatives to lessen the damaging effects of human activity on the ecosystem of the Wariori River.

Abstract

The printing purchase order (PO) information system uses the WhatsApp gateway, which aims to provide PO Printing and customer invoicing services. This time, PT MIG is engaged in graphics, which already has regular customers and print routines. The problem that often occurs is the management of customer transactions, where customers make print orders using WhatsApp Messenger more often. So that the admin has difficulty recording it, because the message is deleted or forgot to write it down. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools with the Prototype model. Keywords : Prototype, PO Printing, Whatsapp Gateway.

Abstract

Ilmu Sabuku is a spiritually nuanced Sufist from the Banjar community in southern Kalimantan, Indonesia. Ilmu Sabuku has become an integral part of religious practice, playing a role in shaping Banjar Muslim society's beliefs and way of life. Ilmu Sabuku has become a form of local Sufism that emphasises the importance of spiritual purification and achieving inner knowledge. Ilmu Sabuku teachings offer a deep understanding of the relationship between the self and the divine, as well as ways to work towards enlightenment and spiritual growth. Based on an ethnographic approach and data gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and related documents, the result highlights the significant role of  Ilmu Sabuku in the religious, social, and daily life practices of the Banjar community. Even some people consider Ilmu Sabuku a "deviated" practice, but it has survived to this day. Some groups even openly keep teaching through religious meetings, through oral and written learning, as well as through visual audio, while others promote it secretly through traditional medicine and exorcism.

Abstract

This study explores Sufistic values within the Minangkabau philosophy of “Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah” (ABS-SBK) through the lens of Ibn Taymiyyah’s Sufism. Known for his critiques of excessive mysticism, Ibn Taymiyyah also advocates a balanced Sufism that integrates devotion to God with social benefit. This research adapts his ideas to the Minangkabau context, emphasizing the compatibility between Islamic spirituality and local traditions. Using a descriptive-analytical method with an integrative approach, the study draws on Ibn Taymiyyah’s works as primary sources, supplemented by relevant secondary literature. The findings highlight key Sufistic elements in ABS-SBK, including self-purification, simplicity in living, the integration of spirituality with social responsibilities, critical engagement with bid‘ah, alignment of adat (custom) with syarak (Islamic law), and the pivotal roles of religious scholars (ulama) and cultural leaders (pemangku adat). Additionally, it identifies Sufistic dimensions in the cultural role of Bundo Kanduang in Minangkabau society. This study offers a novel perspective by bridging Ibn Taymiyyah’s moderate Sufism with Minangkabau’s local wisdom, providing a model for harmonizing Islamic principles with indigenous traditions. Its implications extend to broader discussions on contextualizing Islamic spirituality within diverse cultural settings.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is significantly transforming drug discovery by enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Traditional drug development has been slow and expensive, but AI's integration accelerates the process by predicting molecular interactions, identifying drug candidates, and optimizing formulations. Recent advancements highlight AI's role in molecular interaction prediction, target identification, lead optimization, and toxicity prediction. AI models, particularly deep learning algorithms, improve drug efficacy predictions and streamline virtual screening. They also address challenges in toxicity prediction by analyzing historical data to foresee adverse reactions, thus reducing late-stage failures. Despite its potential, AI faces challenges such as data quality and model interpretability. Future developments include advancements in explainable AI and the integration with personalized medicine, promising a revolution in creating more effective, tailored treatments while minimizing side effects. This short communication emphasizes AI's growing impact and the transformative opportunities it presents in modern medicine.

Abstract

This study explores the critical role of budget monitoring systems in enhancing financial management and accountability within government agencies. Traditional budget monitoring methods, often reliant on outdated software and manual processes, are increasingly inadequate, leading to inefficiencies and errors. The study identifies a pressing need for automated systems that provide real-time data and better integration with existing financial tools. Through a comprehensive needs assessment, literature review, and stakeholder analysis, the research highlights the benefits of adopting modern budget monitoring systems, including improved transparency, efficiency, and decision-making. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to user adoption, training, and the alignment of technology with current infrastructure. The findings underscore the importance of strong leadership and phased implementation to ensure that these systems effectively meet the financial oversight needs of government agencies.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the level of dribbling ability to play soccer at the age of 10-12 years at SSB Bajo. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely the level of dribbling ability to play soccer at the age of 10-12 years at SSB Bajo. The population in this study were all soccer players aged 10-12 years at SSB Bajo totaling 30 people, the sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely certain considerations by the researcher. The sample in this study was 20 people. The results showed that the level of dribbling ability to play soccer at the age of 10-12 years at SSB Bajo was in the "excellent" category with a percentage of 5% (1 person), in the "good" category with a percentage of 30% (6 people), in the "sufficient" category with a percentage of 40% (8 people), in the "less" category with a percentage of 15% (3 people), and in the "very less" category with a percentage of 10% (2 people). It can be concluded that the level of dribbling ability to play soccer at the age of 10-12 years at SSB Bajo is in the 40% category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse students' ability to understand and solve data processing problems, especially on mean (average), median (middle value), and mode (most frequently occurring value). The form of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation and in-depth interviews and documentation. analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed that students had understood the basic concept of median and were able to solve problems independently with good accuracy. On mean material, students have an understanding of the concept but still need encouragement and direction from the teacher in the process of solving problems, especially when facing more data and more complex work steps. On mode, students can identify the most frequently occurring value correctly but have not been able to think analytically so that the answers given are still inaccurate. The interactive and contextual learning process proved effective in helping APs deepen their understanding of concepts and improve their critical and analytical thinking skills. The implication of this finding is the need for reinforcement and continuous practice to increase APs' independence and confidence in solving data processing problems.Keywords: Contextual Approach, Mean, Median, Modus

Abstract

This study investigates the teaching methods applied by teachers in improving academic achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 18 Lau Maros. The aim is to reveal learning strategies, obstacles, and supporting factors for student success. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The research respondents consisted of PAI teachers and grade VIII students. The results of the study showed that teachers applied a teacher-centered and student-centered learning approach, and utilized various learning techniques such as lectures, group discussions, question and answer sessions, demonstrations, and various learning media. This method is designed to accommodate differences in student learning styles. Barriers to improving learning achievement include limited learning resources, the influence of students' social environment, and differences in academic ability between students. These differences in ability require inclusive and differentiated learning strategies. In contrast, support from parents, principals, and fellow teachers is a driving factor for success. This support creates a positive and conducive learning atmosphere. A fun and collaborative learning environment has been shown to improve student motivation and learning achievement. This study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive learning strategies and supportive learning environments in improving PAI learning achievement. As a suggestion for further research, it is necessary to explore more innovative and effective learning methods to overcome the identified obstacles.
