Abstract

Today's rapidly growing travel business requires a travel agency to help take care of administration and paperwork to enter other countries. Travel agencies provide these services with a variety of attractive advertisements. This purpose of the study is to provide awareness to the public to choose Umrah Tours and Trips that have a track record that can be accounted for and provide consumer protection for victims in order to reach mutually beneficial agreements. The methods used are in the regulatory process using primary and additional legal data. Following the investigation, Law no. 8 of 1999 for the protection of consumers was promulgated for the victims of default due to Umra Tour and Travel's failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract provided to consumers. In some cases, travel agencies will obtain legal proceedings and provide compensation or compensation if they do not provide disruption in accordance with the promised services This research can also help determine legal protection for consumers, for example in some cases, for example a breach of contract by a travel agent can be considered a violation of business law and can be penalized.

Abstract

The report on the results of the investigation by the Jakarta Provincial Government's Financial Audit Agency in 2014 explained that there were irregularities in the purchase of 36,410 square meters of land belonging to the Sumber Waras Health Foundation by the Jakarta Provincial Government. The purpose of this study is to understand the indications of state financial irregularities or according to the rules when reviewed from the Corruption Eradication Commission. The method uses a normative juridical approach, using literature or secondary data as the basis for research, and is carried out by looking for regulations and literature related to the problem being studied. The results explained that the Financial Audit Agency claimed that the purchase of land for the Sumber Waras Health Foundation was found to have the potential to harm the state reaching Rp191 billion, which was reported during a hearing at Commission three of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia with the Corruption Eradication Commission on June 14, 2016. Based on Law 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission which has conducted an investigation, two crucial numbers are explained, including: first, the investigators of the Corruption Eradication Commission stated that they did not find any unlawful acts in the purchase of land for the Sumber Waras Health Foundation; Second, the Corruption Eradication Commission invited experts, including the Indonesian Appraiser Professional Association. According to the results reported by the Financial Audit Agency regarding the finances of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in 2014 and the investigation from the Audit of the Financial Audit Agency, there were six irregularities including planning, budgeting, team formation, procurement, price formation, and delivery of results. As a result, the state's financial losses amounted to Rp191 billion.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman hidup menjadikannya bukan hanya sebagai kitab biasa. Oleh karena itu, berbagai macam bentuk pengkajian dan metode interaksi berkembang guna memahami Al-Qur’an untuk kemudian diimplementasikan di kehidupan dalam membangun peradaban dunia dengan penuh kemantapan, keyakinan, dan kesungguhan dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga dibutuhkan ber-Qur’an yang fungsional. Salah satu cara berinteraksi dengan Al-Qur’an adalah dengan bertadabbur, kemudian diimplementasikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis studi kasus (case study). Pengumpulan data berkenaan dengan kondisi masyarakat kecamatan Jonggol yang meliputi 14 Desa diobservasi secara statistik. Data tersebut berupa: 1) pendataan perangkat keagamaan, 2) pendatan kemampuan bacaan Al-Qur’an. Selanjutnya data ini dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk kemudian dideskripsikan guna menentukan program implementasi tadabbur Al-Qur’an yang akan dilaksanakan. Hasil observaasi awal menunjukkan perangkat keagamaan masih banyak diperlukan. Selain itu, kurang lebih 52% masyarakat belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an. Dari data tersebut maka implementasi Tadabbur Al-Qur’an di Kecamatan Jonggol dilaksanakan dalam beberapa program antara lain : 1) Khataman Al-Qur’an, 2) Wakaf Al-Qur’an, 3) efektifitas TPQ, 4) berantas buta huruf Al-Qur’an, 5) bermasyarakat dengan Al-Qur’an. Selain itu, efektifitas dari implemntasi dapat digambarkan dengan adanya jalinan kerjasama antara STIQ Ar-Rahman dengan aparat pemerintahan, organisasi masjid melalui DMI, maupun kepada beberapa anggota legislatif untuk bersama membangun Kecamatan Jonggol bebas buta baca tulis Al-Qur’an dan bersama memecahkan problem keumatan melalui pendekatan Tadabbur Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Kompetensi siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika di kelas XI SMAN 1 Batang Kapas belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kegiatan pembelajaran siswa hanya mendengar dan mencatat apa yang disampaikan oleh guru, guru sering menggunakan metode ceramah, serta media pembelajaran yang digunakan belum inovatif dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dengan menggunakan game edukasi fisika bermuatan literasi saintifik dan etnosains pada materi hukum newton tentang gerak dalam pembelajaran di kelas XI SMAN 1 Batang Kapas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media game edukasi fisika dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakannya serta mengetahui keefektifan game edukasi fisika terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, dilakukan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Batang Kapas tahun ajaran 2024/2025, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis untuk kompetensi pengetahuan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kesamaan dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kompetensi pengetahuan pada kelas eksperimen 77,19 dan kelas kontrol 54,69. Dari uji t’ diperoleh t’ hitung > t’ tabel, sehingga hipotesis kerja diterima untuk kompetensi pengetahuan. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu adanya perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan game edukasi fisika dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan game edukasi fisika serta game edukasi fisika efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Physics learning often faces challenges in terms of low student motivation, especially in abstract materials such as Newton’s law of gravity and Kepler’s law. Based on observations at SMAN 3 Batusangkar, it was found that student motivation was still in the moderate to low category, which had an impact on concept understanding and learning participation. To answer this problem, Augmented Reality (AR) based teaching materials based on STEM integrated cognitive conflict learning model were developed. This study aims to determine the effectiveness in increasing student learning motivation. Using pre-experimental method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, this study involved 30 students of class XI F3 as subjects. The research instrument was an ARCS model learning motivation questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase in student learning motivation from an average score of 2.50 to 3.84. The Wilcoxon test resulted in a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates the effectiveness of teaching materials in increasing student motivation. In conclusion, AR teaching materials based on cognitive conflict and STEM approach are effective in increasing learning motivation on Newton’s law of gravity material. This research is useful for the development of innovative learning media, improving the quality of the learning process, and as a reference for the development of technology-based media in science education.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap wilayah pesisir, seperti banjir rob, erosi pantai, dan cuaca ekstrem yang mengancam kehidupan masyarakat. Kampung Baru Seberang Takir yang terletak di Negara Bagian Terengganu, Malaysia merupakan salah satu kawasan pesisir yang rentan terhadap bencana akibat perubahan iklim. Upaya mitigasi berbasis disaster governance (tata kelola bencana) menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat. Kolaborasi lintas sektor diperlukan agar pengelolaan risiko bencana dapat berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pemerintah dan masyarakat mengenai konsep disaster governance serta penerapannya dalam mitigasi bencana perubahan iklim di wilayah pesisir Kampung Baru Seberang Takir. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahapan implementasi berupa pelatihan partisipatif, diskusi kelompok, serta penyuluhan interaktif dengan materi perubahan iklim dan disaster governance. Tahapan akhir berupa monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket post-test serta analisis data hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diisi oleh peserta. Sebanyak 35 peserta yang terdiri dari aparatur pemerintah kampung dan masyarakat setempat mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta mengenai mitigasi bencana berbasis tata kelola yang baik; persentase peserta dengan pemahaman memadai meningkat dari 35% menjadi 65% setelah program berlangsung. Peserta aktif berdiskusi mengenai strategi adaptif, seperti pembentukan kelompok siaga bencana lokal dan inisiatif penanaman mangrove untuk mengurangi risiko banjir rob. Evaluasi kepuasan mitra juga menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan manfaat nyata bagi komunitas setempat. Intervensi edukatif ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat pesisir menghadapi ancaman perubahan iklim.

Abstract

Education aims to improve the quality and quantity of students. The selection of the right learning model in the learning process greatly affects the high and low learning outcomes of students. The learning model is an approach that can be taken by educators so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively so that educational goals are achieved. The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects because the learning model used is still not varied and conventional. To overcome these problems, researchers applied the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with the aim of improving Islamic Education learning outcomes in class V UPTD SDN 02 Tanjuang Bungo students. This research uses the type of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects in this study were class V UPTD SDN 02 Tanjuang Bungo students totaling 11 students consisting of 4 male students and 6 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in four cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the average learning outcomes of students have increased. It is known that the KKTP value that has been determined from the school is 70. In pre-research, it is known that 4 students have reached KKTP with a percentage of 36% and 7 students have not reached KKTP with a percentage of 64%. In cycle I, it has increased as many as 6 students have reached KKTP with a percentage of 55% and 5 students have not reached KKTP with a percentage of 45%. In cycle II, there was an increase of 7 students who had reached KKTP with a percentage of 64% and 4 students had not reached KKTP with a percentage of 36%. In cycle III, it has increased as many as 8 students have reached KKTP with a percentage of 73% and 3 students have not reached KKTP with a percentage of 27%. Furthermore, in cycle IV there was also an increase as many as 11 students had reached KKTP with a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at UPTD SDN 02 Sungai Rimbang through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The background of this research is the low student learning outcomes that require a more innovative and effective learning approach. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a cycle model consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students with a total of 10 students. The results showed that the application of the PBL learning model can significantly improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The improvement can be seen from the increase in students' average scores from cycle I to cycle II, as well as students' positive responses to more interactive and challenging learning. Based on these findings, the application of PBL is recommended as one of the effective learning models to improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects.

Abstract

Lake Toba as the largest volcanic lake in Southeast Asia faces a serious threat in the form of water pollution due to the activities of Floating Net Cages (KJA). This study aims to evaluate the status of water quality in the waters of Lake Toba, especially in Tongging Village, Karo Regency. The evaluation was carried out using the STORET method approach. Water samples were taken at three different time conditions (before, during, and after feeding) at five strategic points representing KJA, around KJA, and river inlets. The results showed that the concentrations of phosphate and nitrate had exceeded the quality standards of PP No. 22 of 2021, reaching 0.072 mg/L and 9.950 mg/L, respectively. The highest STORET method score was -35, indicating severely polluted water conditions. These findings emphasize the need for sustainable fisheries management in Lake Toba.

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut Tomlinson, guru dapat menggunakan berbagai macam aktivitas dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap siswa, maka diharapkan seluruh siswa dapat mempelajari materi sesuai dengan pemahaman dan kemampuan masing-masing, mencegah terjadinya frustasi dan menumbuhkan kenyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran di era society 5.0 yang berlatar belakang sosial yang menuntut pembelajaran inovatif dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pola pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas VII SMPN 1 Pemenang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-learning dengan metode blended learning atau hybrid yang menggabungkan pembelajaran secara daring dan tatap muka mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih komprehensif dan signifikan karena penggunaannya mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dengan penerapan metode dan inovasi pemanfaatan media bagi siswa dalam peningkatan pemahaman, ketrampilan belajar secara mandiri juga mampu menilai diri sendiri. Selain itu, metode ini juga melibatkan orang tua dimana hal ini sekaligus dapat mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia nyata dengan keterampilan yang lebih baik. Abstract:  According to Tomlinson, teachers can implement a variety of learning activities in differentiated instruction to address the diverse needs of students. This approach ensures that students can engage with the material according to their respective levels of understanding and ability, thereby minimizing frustration and fostering comfort in the learning process. In the era of Society 5.0—characterized by a socially-driven demand for innovation and technology-based education—differentiated learning becomes increasingly relevant. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology-integrated learning patterns within differentiated instruction as implemented in the Independent Curriculum. Using a qualitative research approach, this study explores real-world phenomena through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that employing e-learning through blended or hybrid learning models, which combine online and face-to-face instruction, offers a more holistic and impactful learning experience. This method enhances learning effectiveness by integrating diverse strategies and innovative media to support student comprehension, independence, and self-assessment skills. Moreover, the involvement of parents in this approach contributes to preparing students for real-world challenges by equipping them with more adaptive and relevant competencies
