Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Profitabilitas Ratio, Solvabilitas Ratio,Rasio Aktivitas, Likuiditas Ratio, dan tingkat financial distress di PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan pada PT X pada kurun waktu 10 tahun yang telah di audit berturut-turut dari laporan keuangan pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan laporan keuangan tahun 2023. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa rasio Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial distress, rasio Solvabilitas juga terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress, rasio Aktivitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress, rasio likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial distress. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Aktivitas, dan Rasio Solvabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress di PT X sebesar 94,13%. Kombinasi dari keempat rasio ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kesehatan keuangan perusahaan, dan peningkatan kinerja dalam semua rasio tersebut berkontribusi pada penurunan risiko financial distress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien puskesmas Gesa Baru Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 pasien. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji realiabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Gesa Baru Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya. Hasil uji validitas variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien memiliki nilai nilai R tabel diatas 0,195 , hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa masing – masing pernyataan tersebut valid. Uji realibilitas variabel dengan nilai Cronbach alpha berkisar antara 0,88 – 0,91 yang berarti memiliki nilai reliabilitas tinggi, hasil uji Normalitas diketahui bahwa terditribusi Normal. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,98 yang menjelaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada puskesmas Gesa Baru Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya sebesar 98 % dan sisanya sebesar 2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis lebih mendalam tentang kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pasien dan kunjungan ulang pasien poli gigi dan mulut di RSUD DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano. Obyek penelitian adalah pasien pada poli gigi dan mulut di RSUD DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano dengan sampel 111 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, analisis koefiesien korelasi dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis deskriptif terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pasien dan kunjungan ulang pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano sangat kuat namun dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa item yang masih rendah pada kualitas pelayanan yaitu pada pernyataan petugas cepat tanggap dalam memberikan pelayanan dan petugas memiliki keterampilan melakukan pekerjaan melayani pasien, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano sebesar 1.193 dengan nilai signifikansi variable kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0.006 (<0,05), pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien sebesar 0.036 dengan nilai signifikansi variable kepuasan pasien sebesar 0.533 (>0,05) artinya kepuasan pasien tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable kunjungan ulang pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano, pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien sebesar 0.872 dengan nilai signifikansi variable kunjungan ulang pasien sebesar 0.004 (<0,05) artinya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable kunjungan ulang pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano, pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien melalui kepuasan pasien sebesar 0.015 maka memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsung, artinya secara tidak langsung kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien melalui kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan merupakan salah satu faktor krusial dalam industri jasa yang dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam konteks apotek, kualitas layanan mencakup berbagai dimensi, seperti Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Assurance, yang semuanya berkontribusi dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan implikasinya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Apotek Safira, Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Penilaian terhadap kualitas layanan dilakukan berdasarkan lima dimensi: Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Assurance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pada dimensi Emphaty, Responsiveness, dan Assurance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara Tangible dan Reliability tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor 4,05. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan pada semua dimensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, di mana kepuasan pelanggan menjadi variabel mediasi yang kuat. Koefisien korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan (0,906), serta antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (0,690). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan di Apotek Safira dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperkuat posisi apotek dalam industri farmasi di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak Kualitas layanan di IGD dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien, yang selanjutnya berpotensi memengaruhi loyalitas pasien terhadap rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) terhadap kepuasan pasien dan implikasinya terhadap loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Mitra Jambi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan analitik, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 150 pasien IGD yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan IGD dinilai baik oleh pasien, namun kepuasan dan loyalitas masih berada pada kategori cukup. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan maupun loyalitas pasien (p-value > 0,05). Sebaliknya, kepuasan pasien terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien (p-value < 0,05), sehingga kepuasan bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi. Secara simultan, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kontribusi sebesar 65,7% (R² = 0,657). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan perlu disertai dengan strategi peningkatan kepuasan pasien secara menyeluruh untuk dapat memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap rumah sakit. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java face significant challenges in sustaining their operations amidst digital disruption and increasing market uncertainty. In this environment, knowledge is no longer merely an informational asset but a strategic driver of efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. However, the strategic value of knowledge cannot be fully realized without the support of high quality human resources (HR) capable of interpreting, managing, and applying it in day-to-day business activities. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge on MSME performance, with HR quality as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 93 MSME actors in West Java. The findings reveal that both knowledge and human resource quality significantly influence MSME performance, both directly and indirectly. These results underscore that knowledge management when grounded in capable human resources is a critical strategy for driving competitiveness and sustainable growth among MSMEs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

The research conducted was about the Reality of Stress in Nurses at the Siantan Tengah Community Health Center. This study aims to determine the description of nurses' work stress and determine the factors that affect nurses' work stress. This research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. In this study, the determination of research subjects used purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research conducted using interviews and documentation techniques, it is found that nurses have high work stress due to high enough workloads, where in addition to being clinicians, nurses must also fill activities outside the Community Health Center such as counseling and health promotion at Integrated Servvice Post / Posyandu (Toddlers, Adolescents, Elderly), screening of school children, socialization and mobile health centers, and also fill positions in management, and each nurse should hold 1 work program but sometimes a nurse gets several work programs so that the three subjects often experience unstable emotions when they go home to meet their families and sometimes lose focus in carrying out their work

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits and life satisfaction, as well as the impact of job satisfaction on life satisfaction and work stress. While investigating the function of job stress and job satisfaction in mediating the link between these variables.Methodology: This specific field of study adopts a quantitative research methodology and survey research techniques. A multivariate statistical method is used in the statistical tool that uses SmartPls 4 v.4.0.9.4 to compare exogenous and endogenous factors. The number of micro-enterprises in Garut Regency reached 150.557 (Garut Cooperative and SMEs Office, 2019), absorbing a total workforce of 2953 people. So, the population is the SME workforce who are still actively working. Sampling using incidental sampling and Purposive or Judgment sampling, namely sampling based on the number of respondents who filled out the instrument and must follow the sample proportions required in the SEM-SmartPlsmodel. So, the minimum sample is 120 employee respondents. Incidental sampling can likely achieve more than 130.Findings: According to the findings of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS, the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, implying that personality significantly affects work stress. Since the second hypothesis (H2) is confirmed, personality affects life satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which means that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work stress. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is not accepted, proving that there is no discernible relationship between job happiness and life satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis (H5) is accepted which suggests that life satisfaction is significantly impacted by work stress. H9 is rejected, although H6, H7, and H8 are accepted.Conclusion: The capacity to forecast life satisfaction which falls into the moderate group can be attributed to the Big Five personality, job contentment, and work stress. Employees of SMEs in the Garut Regency can become more satisfied at work and in general by changing their personalities. Employees of SMEs experience both distress and eustress because job satisfaction has a favorable and important effect on work stress. It has not been demonstrated that life satisfaction is significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Life satisfaction is significantly impacted by job stress, suggesting that this stress is pleasant (eustress), such as self-motivation and stimulation to achieve personal goals in the work and life domains. According to mediation tests, the effect of personality on work stress is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Caries is a disease of hard tooth tissue, namely enamel, dentin and cementum, which is caused by the activity of microorganisms in fermentable carbohydrates. Federation Dental International (FDI) and WHO target that at least 50% of children aged 5-6 years should be free from dental caries in every country. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Risksdas) show that the prevalence of cavities in early childhood is still very high, namely around 93%. This means that only 7% of Indonesian children are free from dental caries (Ministry of Health, 2021). This article aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the mother's education level with the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children at the Bukit Damai PAUDHI Kindergarten, Maluk District. The research method for this article is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is parents, guardians of students at HI BukitDamai PAUD Kindergarten in Maluk District, Kab. West Sumbawa, NTB as many as 20 parents/guardians of students. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Also, there is a significant relationship between maternal education level and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.011 (<0.05). It is hoped that there will be a need for intensive dental and oral health checks on pre-school aged children, as well as providing counseling to mothers of toddlers, especially pre-school aged children.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused decreased hospital visits in East Java in 2020. This condition is followed by patient satisfaction indices that were under the target in several hospitals in bandung City between 2020-2021. The professionalism of physicians has been an issue among the public as the community accused them of being unprofessional in handling COVID-19. In this observational quantitative study, the correlation between physician professionalism and patient satisfaction was analyzed using a cross-sectional design. The target population was the community in bandung City, East Java, from whom 100 respondents were selected and given online questionnaires from February to March 2022 to gain the relevant data. The data were then statistically analyzed in SmartPLS application. The results of the study showed that the physician professionalism shared a significant relationship with patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). Therefore, physician professionalism should be prioritized by managers to improve the patient satisfaction in hospitals and health clinics.
