Abstract

Industri kesehatan saat ini menghadapi persaingan yang sangat ketat, yang menuntut instansi kesehatan untuk mengalihkan strategi dari sekadar penyembuhan klinis menjadi retensi pasien jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis artikel penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah sintesis literatur dari berbagai tipe instansi kesehatan, termasuk rumah sakit pemerintah, swasta, dan klinik spesialis. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, yang mencakup dimensi teknis medis dan fungsional, secara konsisten berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien. Namun, hubungan tersebut tidak bersifat langsung secara mutlak; kepuasan pasien terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang krusial (full mediation). Kepuasan bertindak sebagai jembatan psikologis yang mengonversi pengalaman layanan menjadi perilaku loyal, seperti kunjungan ulang dan advokasi positif. Selain itu, faktor pendukung seperti fasilitas medis dan kecepatan administrasi ditemukan memperkuat terciptanya kepuasan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa instansi kesehatan harus memprioritaskan pengelolaan kepuasan pasien di setiap titik sentuh pelayanan guna memastikan terciptanya loyalitas pasien yang permanen di tengah persaingan pasar.

Abstract

The Emergency Department (ED) is a strategic service unit of hospitals with a high level of complexity and a significant potential for patient complaints if service quality is not optimally managed. Patient complaints not only reflect dissatisfaction but can also be utilized as a constructive effort for service quality improvement. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) by employees toward constructive hospital efforts as measured through patient complaints in the Emergency Department of Sultan Imanuddin Regional General Hospital. This study employed a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to ED staff and supported by patient complaint records, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, TQM dimensions including customer focus, leadership, continuous improvement, employee involvement, process approach, and fact-based decision making have a significant effect on constructive hospital efforts. Proper implementation of TQM is proven to reduce the number of complaints and improve the quality of emergency services. This study concludes that consistent implementation of TQM is an important strategy in managing patient complaints as a means of continuous improvement and enhancement of hospital service quality.

Abstract

According to the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey, 50% of the population has dental and oral problems, but only 11.2% seek treatment. The Tanjungsari Community Health Center dental clinic had 1,070 pulpitis patients from January to June 2025. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in the dental clinic with pulpitis diagnosed at Tanjungsari Community Health Center in Bogor Regency, West Java. The research design used was quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected from 119 respondents via questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The variables studied included service quality aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The results showed, based on a partial t-test, service quality in the aspects of reliability (p=0.02) and tangibles (p=0.00) significantly influenced patient satisfaction. A simultaneous F-test showed that service quality simultaneously influenced patient satisfaction, with a calculated F-value of 18.895. The results of this study are recommended to the Head of the Community Health Center, the Health Service, and Community Leaders to improve the quality of services at the Tanjungsari Community Health Center dental clinic by adding human resources, regular training for community health center officers, and routine monitoring and evaluation of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The Emergency Department (ED) is a critical hospital unit that requires fast, accurate, and high-quality services due to its direct involvement in emergency patient care. Patient satisfaction in the ED is influenced by the quality of services provided as well as the workload borne by medical staff. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and medical staff workload on patient satisfaction at the Emergency Department of Kasih Ibu Hospital Surakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The study population consists of patients treated in the Emergency Department, with samples selected based on predetermined criteria. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring service quality dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy), medical staff workload, and patient satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, medical staff workload has a negative effect on patient satisfaction, and both service quality and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of improving service quality and managing medical staff workload effectively to enhance patient satisfaction in the Emergency Department.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hospital facilities, nursing services, and patient satisfaction on outpatient revisit intention at Demang Sepulau Raya Regional General Hospital, Central Lampung Regency. The research focuses on understanding outpatient behavior in deciding to reuse healthcare services as an indicator of service quality performance in regional hospitals. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving ninety-one outpatient respondents from the general clinic. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software after fulfilling the required statistical assumptions. All research instruments were declared valid and reliable, indicating their suitability for further analysis. The results show that hospital facilities and nursing services play an important role in shaping patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction subsequently becomes the most decisive factor influencing outpatient revisit intention. Both partially and simultaneously, hospital facilities, nursing services, and patient satisfaction are interrelated and significantly influence patients’ decisions to return to the same hospital. These findings confirm that positive service experiences not only affect patient perceptions but also contribute to the development of long-term patient loyalty. This study recommends that regional hospital management continuously improve the quality of facilities and strengthen nurses’ competencies and service attitudes in a sustainable manner. Such efforts are expected to maintain patient satisfaction and consistently encourage outpatient revisit intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and medical staff attitudes on the satisfaction level of BPJS outpatient patients at RSUD Bumiayu, Brebes Regency. The research background is based on the existence of patient complaints regarding service quality and medical staff attitudes, which are perceived as suboptimal. The study employed a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 281 BPJS outpatient respondents, while secondary data were collected from hospital records. Service quality variables were measured using the five SERVQUAL dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), while medical staff attitudes were assessed through three dimensions (cognitive, affective, behavioral). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both service quality and medical staff attitudes significantly influence patient satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of improving service quality and fostering positive medical staff attitudes to enhance BPJS outpatient satisfaction at RSUD Bumiayu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis lebih mendalam tentang pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan sosiokultural, literasi digital dan emerging skill secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling (sampel jenuh) yakni menjadikan seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 39 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi manajerial dan sosiokultural, literasi digital dan emerging skill berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Studi ini menghadirkan aspek baru terkait faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Artikel ini mengungkap faktor kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi soiokultural, literasi digital dan emerging skill dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan atau informasi yang bisa ditindaklanjuti untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan cara mengembangkan kompetensi manajerial dan sosiokultural, literasi digital dan emerging skill pegawai.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia perusahaan yang tidak berjalan dengan efektif akan memunculkan berbagai masalah dan berpotensi menggangu kinerja perusahaan seperti menciptakan ketidakstabilan dan ketidakpastian terhadap kondisi tenaga kerja dan peningkatan biaya sumber daya manusia yakni berupa biaya pelatihan yang sudah diinvetasikan pada karyawan sampai biaya rekrutmen dan pelatihan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dukungan sosial dan komitmen organisasi turnover intention pada pegawai tidak tetap salah satu perusahaan jasa konsultan program air minum, berdasarkan fenomena- fenomena yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, data penelitian merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pegawai tidak tetap salah satu perusahaan jasa konsultan program air minum sebanyak 68 sampel selama periode Agustus 2025 – November 2025. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif, kepuasan kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap turnover intention serta pengaruh negative komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

The quality of healthcare services, particularly in the Pharmacy Installation, plays a crucial role in shaping patient satisfaction and loyalty at primary healthcare facilities. The phenomenon observed at Global Medical Center Clinic Batam reveals several challenges, including relatively long pharmacy service waiting times, unfriendly staff attitudes, limited drug information and education, and inadequate supporting facilities. These conditions have the potential to reduce patient satisfaction and loyalty, making it necessary to conduct an empirical study to determine the extent to which pharmacy installation services, service quality, and patient satisfaction can influence patient loyalty. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on 110 patient respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that pharmacy installation services significantly influence patient loyalty (β = 0.206, p = 0.026); service quality significantly influences patient loyalty (β = 0.273, p = 0.006); and patient satisfaction significantly influences patient loyalty (β = 0.078, p = 0.035). Simultaneously, all three variables explain 83.3% of the variance in patient loyalty (F = 9.869, p = 0.000). Clinic management is advised to implement continuous improvements in pharmacy service aspects, service quality standards, and patient experience to maintain competitiveness and the clinic's reputation.

Abstract

The Sidoarjo Regency Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donor Unit is a blood service unit that functions as a blood donor service facility, blood supply, and blood distribution. The demand for blood is disproportionate to the number of people in need, due to a lack of information and public awareness of voluntary blood donation. In 2024, the number of requests for blood was only 66.99%. This indicates that the Sidoarjo Regency Indonesian Red Cross is unable to meet the demand for blood according to community needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on the quality of service that has implications for the interest of blood donors at the BDU PMI Sidoarjo Regency in 2025. This type of research is quantitative, with the number of research subjects being some blood donors at the BDU PMI Sidoarjo Regency, on December 1-15, 2025, as many as 96 people. Analysis used is path analysis, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of mass media (X) on the quality of service (Y) which had implications for the interest in blood donation (Z) simultaneously with a ρ value of 0.000 < 0.05, and or the F-count value > F-table (207.121> 3.94), and there was an indirect influence of mass media (X) on the interest in blood donation (Z) through the quality of service (Y) with a statistical test value of 3.932 and a ρ value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it is recommended that the BDU PMI Sidoarjo Regency improve the quality of blood donor services, comfort, clarity in conveying blood donor information, friendliness and politeness in services and handling complaints quickly and appropriately, so that it can increase donor interest in donating blood and invite people around them to donate blood.
