Abstract

Along with the frequent social conflicts in Indonesia, the multicultural reality of this country is becoming increasingly urgent to be reconstructed so that it can become an "integrating force" for the future of this nation, especially through the education sector. In that context, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama (MINU) Bangil Pasuruan, East Java, is a "lantern" for Indonesia's future multiculturalism that has implemented multicultural education management well. It involves various religious and ethnic cultural organizations, such as NU, Muhammadiyah, and others. Also, there are several ethnic groups like Javanese, Sundanese, Madurese, and Chinese. This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach-case study attempts to analyze the implementation of multicultural education management to develop conflict resolution learning at MINU Bangil Pasuruan. This research shows that the application of multicultural education management is running well with the main learning models based on visiting culture class learning. Meanwhile, the impact of multicultural education management includes 1) the life and interpersonal relationships of the entire academic community and the environment of educational institutions becoming more harmonious and inclusive, despite the ethnic plurality in the community; and 2) the learning process becomes more enjoyable and effective because it is supported by the growing sense of belonging and love between teachers and students.

Abstract

The last curriculum change was in 2006 known as the School-based Curriculum (SBC). The implementation of SBC is not optimal due to various factors, including the teachers’s competence and facilities and also infrastructure are still limited , and the scoring system is still weak. Substitution successive curriculum has not been able to improve the quality of education national. The essential change in the implementation of curriculum 2013 are: learning approach using sciencetific approach, (observing, asking, trying, reasoning and making networking ). The structure of the curriculum starts from the analysis of graduate competency standards (SKL), then determine the core competencies (KI.1 , KI 2 , 3 and KI KI 4), KI 1, containing the competencies of (religious) to the sublime monotheism creator, KI 2, contains competencies about the relationship of humanity (human relationship), KI 3, contains competencies of Science (knowledge), KI 4 contains the competencies skills (skills), the implementation of learning academic subjects evolved into an integrated and thematic integrated curriculum especially in elementary school. Initially, assessment based on results in Curriculum 2013 put forward a process than the result through portofolio with authentic assessment in which the affective, cognitive and psychomotor assessed simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanaman profil pelajar pancasila dalam membangun karakter peduli lingkungan di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian siswa dan guru kelas IV sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman profil pelajar Pancasila terhadap karakter peduli lingkungan dapat dilihat melalui beberapa langkah strategis dan pendekatan pendidikan yang integratif, seperti perencanaan tema dan waktu proyek P5; pelaksanaan pembelajaran materi daur ulang membuat wadah dari sedotan; serta evaluasi dengan memberikan tes dan tugas dirumah berupa soal. Pembiasaan yang sesuai dengan ciri utama profil pelajar pancasila antara lain pertama, dengan membiasakan berdoa sebelum belajar dan melaksanakan shalat berjamaah. Kedua, dengan mengucap salam  sebelum  masuk  kelas  dan  berjabat  tangan  kepada guru. Ketiga, dengan bergotong royong dalam menjaga lingkungan dan menghargai teman yang  berbeda  agama. Keempat, siswa memiliki  kesadaran akan tugas sekolah, menyelesaikan proyek P5, datang tepat waktu, membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Kelima, siswa menghasilkan produk P5 yaitu mendaur ulang dan membuat kotak pena dari kardus dan sedotan bekas. Dalam pelaksanaan profil pelajar pancasila memiliki kendala pada aktivitas peduli lingkungan seperti siswa cenderung lebih banyak membuang sampah sembarangan, tidak melaksanakan piket kelas sesuai jadwal, tidak membuang sampah sesuai dengan tempat sampah organik maupun non organik, kamar mandi  berbau  tidak sedap, mencuci  tangan  tidak sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

Asian nations will face MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN) in the 21st century. Every nation must prepare itself. The most important will be prepared is human resource. However, it will find problems, if the nations do not prepare themselves well. That problem is if they do not change human resource, they will be customer in their country. As education place, private institutes have way to solve the problems. They must give the students with knowledge about entrepreneurship. So, needed the curriculum based on entrepreneurship. This study discusses about developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource. The design of this study is a qualitative research. The collecting data was done by applying observation and interview method. In observation method, the researcher observed about how the implementation of curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource is. In interview method, the researcher asked about developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource. The researcher also used the documentation method to get more information. To answer the research problem, the researcher used descriptive analysis to explain data analysis. The result from the developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource is the students have generic life skill from that curriculum and the students have religion value in entrepreneurship. The implementation of curriculum based on entrepreneurship can connect affective, cognitive and psychomotoric  skill so the students will be entrepreneur and they can develop their soft skill and hard skill. Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia belum menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu dan berdaya saing tinggi. Pendidikan belum berhasil menciptakan manusia Indonesia yang cerdas secara spiritual, emosional, sosial, intelektual, dan kinestetik. Padahal kecerdasan merupakan sumber daya vital bagi suatu bangsa.  Dari persoalan di atas, maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang manajemen mutu layanan Konseling sebagai upaya untuk mengaplikasikan konsep manajemen mutu layanan sehingga madrasah mampu meningkatkan mutu layanan bimbingan konseling di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Metro pada tahun 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu layanan konseling meliputi, (i) melakukan pendataan melalui tes dan non tes, (ii) melakukan layanan informasi, layanan  kelompok dan individu, layanan belajar, layanan konsultasi, layanan konferensi dan layanan kerja dan layanan home visit, (iii) melakukan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang terkait dengan pemecahan masalah pendidikan, dan (iv) melakukan bimbingan pendidikan.  Kata kunci:  layanan konseling, kecerdasan  spiritual, emosional, sosial, dan kinestetik

Abstract

Although the educational program had been ongoing process since 68 years ago in Indonesia, but this state did not has provided qualified human resources. Since 32 years ago of the New Order Government authority, educational sector development has never been placed as a prime priority of development. The effect of Indonesian educational quality is being worse until now than the other countries in Southeast Asia likes Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, and Thailand. Indonesia is being affected by dimensional multi crises since eighteen years ago and until now. It is still degraded by its past time which avoided educational development. Moreover, the other states which effected by the same problem like Indonesia could reform by paying attention greater toward educational development sector. They could reform faster and being better states because they have qualified human resources. By this broad based education system and high based education system, we hope the quality of Nahdliyin  human resources will be better and qualified in the next future. Keywords: Human Resources Quality, Broad Based Education, High Broad education, Nahdliyin.

Abstract

This research offers a solution that one of the real forms that can be done by higher education is to strengthen local cultural values, for example the Lampung area with the philosophy of Piil Pesengiri integrated with moderate Islam or Islam Rahmatan Lil a’alamin will be able to counter radical ideals among students.  The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the internalization model of local cultural values (Piil Pesenggiri) and moderate Islam in counteracting radicalism in the Student Activity Unit of UIN Raden Intan Lampung.  This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The conclusion in this study is the internalization process of Lampung cultural values in UKM UIN Raden Intan Lampung, among others, through the strengthening and strength of local ideology (local Wisdom) ideology such as piil pesenggiri in ulun lepung culture which consists of 5 philosophies, namely nickname adek, meet nyimah,  negah nyampur, sakai sambayan and titei gemettei, integrated UKM activities are able to harmonize the existing culture in the customs of the people of Lampung (local wisdom) with Islamic values rahmatan lil allamin so that learning about Islam is also taught about the values of tolerance, the value of diversity.  Culture and race, national values (ukuwah watoniyah) so that they are able to motivate the emergence of nationalism as a nation and state and love for the Indonesian homeland. Keywords: Piil Pesinggiri, Moderate Islam, Redicalism, UKMUIN Raden Intan Lampung

Abstract

Kebijakan strategis Kepala Sekolah/ Madrasah, salah satu upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran melalui program supervisi yang dilaksanakan secara berencana, terorganisasi dan dilaksanakan secara terus menerus, hal ini akan dapat membantu guru dalam proses pembelajaran untuk menuju pembelajaran efektif. Supervisi direncanakan dengan baik dengan prinsip-prinsip antara lain : objektif, integratif, humanis, berkesinambungan, dan komprehensif. Perencanaan dibuat secara periodik dengan tujuan serta sasaran yaitu untuk perbaikan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan program supervisi akademik dan manfaat supervisi pembelajaran dilengkapi dengan instrumen supervisi yang jelas dengan indikator 1). Penetapan tujuan pembelajaran, Bahan materi yang diajarkan, Model atau strategi yang ditetapkan, metode yang cocok digunakan dalam pembelajaran, media apa yang digunakan serta evaluasi yang digunakan. Hasil supervisi ditindaklanjuti melalui pembinaan berikutnya baik secara klinis kelompok , maupun pembinaan individu, dengan memberikan arahan dan memberikan contoh-contoh dapat dilakukan dengan semi loka, workshop dengan tujuan adanya pemahaman dan peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berikutnya.

Abstract

The quality of good educators can be supported by several factors and indicators. One of the factors is the leadership of the madrasa principle, where a madrasa principle must have the ability to influence, direct, and mobilize teaching staff to achieve the goals of an educational institution. The results of pre-research at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung show that there are still several teaching staff who still need to meet the criteria for quality teaching staff. The problem formulation is whether there is an influence of the leadership of the madrasa principle on the quality of educators at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the leadership of the madrasa principle on the quality of educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a field research approach. Meanwhile, the population in this study was 43 responses from MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung teaching staff. And the sample used is the Slovin Technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and linearity tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression techniques. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between the leadership of the Madrasah Principle on the Quality of Educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung with the correlation between the independent and dependent variables being 0.668. Apart from that, R2 amounts to 0.438 at a significance level of 5%. This means that the contribution of the variable.

Kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin  kelembagaan transformatif memiliki tanggung jawab yang berat terkait dengan kemajuan sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak bangsa serta kemajuan lembaga pendidikan, Guna merespon tantangan kompetisi global dan tuntutan mutu pendidikan nasional, maka upaya peningkatan kompetensi kepala madrasah sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan by design yang terstruktur, sistematis dan terukur outcomenya. maka dibutuhkan adanya kerjasama yang sinergis, kreatif dan inovatif dari segenap pemangku kebijakan, baik di lingkungan Kementerian Agama maupun kementerian pendidikan nasional di provinsi lampung, Jenis Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian yaitu mencari dasar pijakan/ fondasi utnuk memperoleh dan membangun landasan teori, kerangka berpikir, dan menentukan dugaan sementara atau  asumsi penelitian serta dianalisis dengan konten analisis untuk dapat diambil kesimpulan . Guna merespon tantangan kompetisi global dan tuntutan mutu pendidikan nasional, upaya peningkatan kompetensi kepala Madrasah Eksistensi managerial leadership manajemen kelembagaan yang mengedepankan ketepatan dalam menentukan berbagai potensi yang sudah ada  serta dibutuhkan, Managerial skill kepemimpinan efektif menuju pendidikan Indonesia unggul, dimana pemimpin dengan top manager dan top tecnical yang mampu mengelola organisasi madrasah, kepada pemangku kepentingan di wilayah kabupaten dan kota seprovinsi Lampung, agar dalam rekrutmen calon pemimpin di lembaga pendidikan pada jenjang tertentu dilakukan melalui mekanisme seleksi yang sistematis, terstruktur dan terukur untuk mendapatkan kepala madrasah yang memiliki keterampilan leadership dan kompetensi managerial yang mumpuni dengan uji kompetensi, sehingga mendapatkan pemimping yang unggul, mampu mempercapat mutu Pendidikan yang unggul.
