Abstract

Abctract: Abstract: Effectiveness of Examples Non Examples Strategies in Improving theWriting Ability of Class VIII SMP II Service Letters in Makassar State. No result found for Thisstudy aims to examine the effectiveness of applying Nonexamples Examples strategies to improve theability to write official letters for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 11 Kota Makassar and to examinethe differences in the effectiveness of student learning outcomes by using Nonexamples Examples withconventional models. The type of research used uses a quantitative approach to the method ofexpansion. The research variable consists of two namely the application of Nonexamples Examplesstrategy method as the independent variable X and learning to write official letters as the dependentvariable Y. The research design used in this research is experimental research using quasi-experimentalmethod with the initial test design and the final test of the control group and experimental group withrandom samples Therandomized pretest-posttest control design. The results of this study indicate thatlearning example non example is effective applied in learning to write official service this is based onthe results of the calculation of the significance test which shows that the value of t counts is 51.015 ttable value 2.021.This indicates that the proposed research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning process and short story writing skills using pop up media for sixth grade students of SD Islam Pertiwi Nusantara Makassar City. The design in this study uses a scientific model consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were the sixth grade students of Pertiwi Nusantara Islamic Elementary School, Makassar City, totaling 24 students. The object of this research is the skill of writing short stories. The method of data collection in this study used the methods of test, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative techniques. The improvement of short story writing skills in the first cycle was 19.8 from the pre-cycle average score of 59.9 to 79.3. Meanwhile, the improvement of short story writing skills in the second cycle was 25.85 from the pre-cycle average value of 59.9 to 85.75.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is one form of the implementation of the Merdeka-Belajar-Kampus-Merdeka (MBKM) in the form of teaching activities, technology adaptation, and administration by empowering students to assist the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities. One of them is in SD Inpres Kajenjeng which is located on Jalan RPH. Kajenjeng number 554, Tamangapa sub-district, Manggala sub-district, Makassar City. The aim of the Teaching Campus Program is to provide solutions for schools affected by the pandemic, especially at the elementary level with the 3T predicate (Front, Disadvantaged, Remote) and provide opportunities for them to learn and develop themselves. And by empowering students who live around the school area to help schools provide optimal educational services to all students at the elementary level in limited and critical conditions during the pandemic as well as assisting in the implementation of learning that focuses on learning literacy and numeracy both offline and online. This program has a positive impact on students such as increasing motivation and interest in learning, improving integrated literacy and numeracy skills and the effectiveness of the learning process.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of audio-based discovery learning learning models in supporting the learning of children with special needs in listening and speaking learning as well as creating a learning environment that can encourage students with special needs to construct knowledge and skills personally. The method of implementing this activity uses the workshop method. The location for this activity is the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Makassar Islamic University. The subjects in this activity were lecturers and students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Makassar Islamic University. The implementation time of this activity is three months in 2021 or in odd semesters in the 2020-2021 school year. The implementation of this activity does not require a long time allocation because it is only a workshop. The results obtained from this workshop are, 1) developing audio-based discovery learning learning model RPS for students with disabilities, especially students with visual impairments; 2) Has developed audio-based teaching materials for students with disabilities, especially students with visual impairments; 3) Has developed audio-based learning media for students with disabilities, especially students with visual impairments; 4) Has developed an audio-based learning evaluation report for students with disabilities, especially students with visual impairments.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effectiveness of the Constructivism Learning Model on the Listening Ability of Grade III Elementary School Students in Makassar City. The research aims to improve the speaking skills of grade III students in Makassar City. This study used an experimental pretest approach, postest control group. Pretest-Posttest Control Group design. The population of this study was class III A as many as 15 people and class III B as many as 15 students at SDN Pulau Kodingareng Makassar City. Its data collection techniques using; listening and observation tests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The results of this study show that there are differences in learning achievement between experimental classes and control classes using a learning model of constructivism of Indonesian language materials, especially in improving students' listening skills. The difference in learning achievement is due to the difference in factors according to the use of models combined with media with appropriate techniques such as the use of constructivism models. shows that there is a constructivism model for the effectiveness and improvement of students' listening skills, This is evidenced by the increase that occurs at the time of improvement that occurs during the application of the learning model.

Abstract

The aims of this study to determine the ability to write poetry through the direct instruction method in SMK students. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach using classroom action research methods. This research was conducted at SMKS Yapmi Makassar with a total population of 125 people. With a total sample of 36 students consisting of 4 boys and 32 girls. Sampling was carried out by means of clustering simple random sampling, namely a random draw. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle is carried out in accordance with the changes to be achieved between cycle I and cycle II which are interrelated components. Data collection through the format of observation and ability to write poetry, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that learning using the direct instruction method could improve students' ability to write poetry at SMK Makassar. This is indicated by an increase in the average score of the ability to write poetry based on the building blocks of poetry consisting of diction, imagination, typography and message from cycle I, namely 52.50, then it increased very significantly in cycle II, namely to 83.61. While the achievement of learning completeness in the first cycle was 8.3% and increased in the second cycle, which was 100%.

Abstract

Some of the partner problems that are the focus of PKM activities are among others; The existence of limitations in reading and writing Latin letters in this case IRT is illiterate. The second problem is the lack of knowledge of Reading the text of the Qur'an. The existence of this problem, the solution offered in this PKM activity is: increasing the knowledge of literacy of Latin letters of Housewives in Barru Regency. increase knowledge about reading the text of the Quranic scriptures, increase the ability to think in IRT in Barru Regency, increase knowledge in science and technology and art at IRT in Barru Regency, increase knowledge of religion at IRT in Siawung Village, Barru Regency, Increase knowledge about the importance of innovation in IRT in Barru Regency. The solution that occurs can be eliminated through IRT training and assistance activities in Barru Regency through activities to increase knowledge of Latin letter literacy and Quranic literacy, the focus of this activity is focused on Siawung Village, Barru Regency, Barru District, Barru Regency. The method used is the participatory method. This method is implemented by involving all members of partner groups, village governments, and the relevant local governments and several community leaders. It is hoped that they will be able to read and write the Quran, so that the IRT in Barru Regency can understand the reading of the Quran. The results of this PKM show that the increase in knowledge of reading Latin letters and the Quran in IRT in Barru Regency through PKM activities has given understanding to IRT in Barru Regency. IRT has been able to recognize letters, recognize syllables, recognize words, and recognize sentences. IRT has been able to write identities, so pkm activities carried out in Barru Regency have succeeded in increasing knowledge of literacy of Latin letters and the Quran.

Abstract

Literacy in Indonesia has decreased significantly due to low literacy in reading and writing. Low literacy in reading and writing also occurs at UPT SD 31 Bontomacinna. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of literacy in reading and writing through teaching campuses as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in realizing the campus teaching batch 2 at UPT SD 31 Bontomacinna. Qualitative research methods with program evaluation designs have been implemented in this study. With a pedagogical approach and a sociological approach. The pedagogical approach is carried out in the classroom to directly stimulate cognitive learners. The sociological approach is carried out by looking at the reality that exists within the scope of reading and writing. To obtain data, the writer uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. .Interviews were conducted in the school community using program evaluation techniques. Observations were made during campus teaching program activities. Documentation was carried out to prove data that supports interviews and observations. This research has found an increase in students' reading and writing literacy after realizing campus teaching at UPT SD 31 Bontomacinna Bukukumba Regency, especially for class V. This has a very significant impact on students.Literasi di indonesia mengalami penurunan secara signifikan disebabkan dengan rendahnya literasi membaca dan menulis.Rendahnhya literasi membaca dan menulis juga terjadi juga pada UPT SD 31 Bontomacinna.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis literasi membaca dan menulis melalui kampus mengajar serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam merealisasikan kampus mengajar angkatan 2 di UPT Sd 31 Bontomacinna. Metode Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain evaluasi program telah dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini. Dengan pendekatan pedagogis, dan pendekatan sosiologis.Pendekatan pedagogis dilakukan didalam kelas untuk menstimulus kognitif peserta didik secara langsung.Pendekatan sosiologi dilakukan dengan melihat realitas yang ada terjadi dalam ruang lingkup membaca dan menulis.Untuk memperoleh data, penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Wawancara telah dilakukan di civitas sekolah dengan teknik evaluasi program.Obsevasi dilakukan selama menjalankan kegiatan program kampus mengajar.Dokumentasi dilakukan untuk membuktikan data yang mendukung wawancara dan observasi.Penelitian ini telah menemukan peningkatan literasi membaca dan menulis peserta didik  setelah merealisasikan kampus mengajar di UPT SD 31 Bontomacinna Kabupaten Bukukumba khususnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of 3M techniques (Observing, Imitating, and Adding) on the Ability to Write News Texts in Class VIII Students, to find out the description of the implementation of learning using 3M techniques, to find out the description of the application of 3M techniques in improving the ability to write news texts of class VIII students. The type of this research is experimental research. The research design used, namely The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design which is one type of Pre-experimental in experimental research. The results of the study are the implementation of learning using the 3M technique has not been completed as evidenced by the level of completeness of only 15% complete, the description of the application of the 3M technique (Observing, Imitating, and Adding) in improving the ability to write news texts in class VIII students is proven to be able to improve the ability of students with as many as 14 students with a percentage of 42% have reached completeness, hypothesis testing in this study there is or there is an influence of the 3M technique (Observing, Imitating, and Adding) on the Ability to Write News Texts in Class VIII Students proved significant.

Abstract

Abstract: Application of Project Based Learning Learning Model Based on 21st Century Learning in Improving Students' Writing Skills in Gowa Regency. This study aims to describe the application of the 21st century learning-based project based learning model in improving students' writing skills in Gowa Regency. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design. This research was conducted at SDN Sungguminasa II Kab. Gowa. There are 26 grade IV students consisting of 13 female students and 13 male students. The research time was carried out for four weeks. This research procedure was carried out through a classroom action research design consisting of cycle I and cycle II. The data collection techniques used in this classroom action research are as follows: Observation, Tests, and Documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was obtained by analyzing and managing data. Data analysis in this study was carried out by classifying teacher and student aspects. The technique used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Furthermore, determining the indicators of success in research include process and outcome indicators. The results showed that the Project Based Learning model was effectively used to improve learning outcomes for writing at SD Gowa Regency. This is evidenced by the average value of student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 60.8% in the low category with a maximum value of 70, while the minimum score is 50. The number of students who did not complete was 19 out of 26 students. There was an increase in cycle II with the average value of student learning outcomes of 100% with a maximum value of 85, while the minimum score was 70 and all students achieved complete completion of the total number of students.
