Abstract

In its development from 2016-2017, the number of healthy PDAMs always increased, while PDAMs were less healthy and sickness experienced fluctuations. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Gowa Regency on a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective and evaluate the results of performance appraisal and make suggestions for future improvements in order to improve service to the community and its contribution to the Regional Government of Gowa Regency. Research on the performance of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang in Gowa district based on balance scorecard is a descriptive research type. The results of the study show that the financial perspective measures the company's financial performance, showing the contribution of the company's strategy to increase profits and the financial performance of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang has not shown optimization as billing effectiveness is still lacking Customer perspective measures the company's service performance to meet and satisfy customer needs. The internal growth perspective still leaves a number of problems, including the level of water loss still around 30 percent and cannot be minimized and the rate of change in the water meter of the customer of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency continues to increase. The learning perspective and the growth of HR, in general, have been able to give satisfaction to employees

Abstract

This study aims to identify (a) the factors that influence the optimization of Bank Negara Indonesia outlets for consumer credit breakers at the Makassar Regional Office; and (b) identify the strategies used by BNI SKK Makassar Branch of Peer Control as a consumer credit breaker outlet. This research is a type of exploratory research by identifying and developing a strategy for optimizing consumer credit breakers. Research location at Bank BNI SKK Branch Mattoangin Peer Makassar. Data collected includes primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) to 17 informants. Secondary data in the form of financial statements, and bank performance reports. The population and sample in this study are all leaders and employees, so the sample in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis uses internal and external environmental analysis, TOWS analysis and General Electric. The results of the study show that internal factors (strength) that support the BNI Branch of Mattoangin as credit breakers are absorbing new business potential, adequate human resources, distributing Mattoangin branch outlets that are evenly distributed, increasing deposits, and improving HR knowledge. External factors (opportunities), namely the potential of new business, cooperation with business people, and a holistic understanding of business. An alternative strategy for BNI Branch Mattoangin as a consumer credit breaker in the form of increasing mortgage loans that focuses on the potential consumer credit segment, strategies to increase cooperation with housing developers who have extensive networks, strategies to increase CASA and growth in demand deposits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Swot analysis, to analyze the positioning with the Swot analysis, as well as to analyze alternative business strategies used by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia. Main Branch Office of Parepare in improving the quality of productive credit distribution. To implement these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, using descriptive analysis methods, SWOT analysis, IFE, and EFE matrices, External Strategy Factor Analysis (EFAS), Internal Strategy Factor Analysis (IFAS), Grand Strategy Matrix, Tows or SWOT Matrix, Space Matrix, Analysis (QSPM). The results found that the position of PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. Prepare's Main Branch Office is a position for aggressive growth. Where the growth strategy shows that strengths and opportunities are greater when compared to weaknesses and threats so that the appropriate strategy is used in the growth strategy. BNI strategies are suitable for use by PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. Prepare's Main Branch Office in improving the quality of productive lending is a market penetration strategy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology and tenure on the competence and quality of administrative services at Hasanuddin University. This type of research uses this type of quantitative research is a type of research which is a type of research with the researcher as the decision-maker for what research will be carried out, compiling specific questions, limiting questions, collecting measurable data from participants, analyzing numbers using statistics, conducting an impartial investigation, in objective ways. In analyzing data, researchers collect, classify, analyze, and interpret data in order to provide a clear picture of the problem under study. The results showed that information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on competence, tenure partially has a positive and significant effect on competence, information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality, tenure partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality, Competence partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality, Information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services through competence, then tenure partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services through competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity and service quality on competitive advantage as well as the effect of product diversity, service quality, and competitive advantage on marketing performance in the case of two retailer companies, Hero and Transmark. Data collected 100 consumers with the distribution of questionnaires. The data is then analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study found that product diversity and service quality had a positive and significant effect in increasing competitive advantage. Product diversity, service quality, and competitive advantage can have a meaningful effect in improving marketing performance. Competitive advantage can partially mediate the effect of product diversity on marketing performance and also the effect of service quality on marketing performance at Hero and Transmart supermarkets.

Abstract

Heavy equipment in construction projects, mining industry, agriculture are loaders, wheel loaders, piles, cranes, forklifts, dump trucks, excavators, dozers, boom lifts, truck-mounted cranes (TMC)/hyap cranes, soil compactors such as rollers and compactors, and others. This study aims to identify and evaluate the factors included in the company's internal and external environment as well as analyze and formulate a priority strategy for the development of the heavy equipment rental business in the services division of PT Kawasan Industri Makasasar (Persero)(KIMA). The research method used is a case study. The samples used are 10 samples consisting of 2 commissioners, 1 director, 3 division heads, 4 department heads. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews, which are then analyzed using the matrix of IFE, EFE, TOWS, IE. The generating strategies from the matrixes are then evaluated using Quantitative Strategic Matrix Planning (QSPM) to provide a priority strategy for the company to grow in the coming future. Evaluation conducted from the matrix indicates that that the current company’s position is the cell of growth and build. In that cell, there are some intensive strategy options available that are market penetration, market development, product development. It also generates integrative-strategy options that are backward integration, forward integration, and horizontal integration. When evaluated the strategy choices using the QSPM matrix, the priority strategy obtained is to carry out an employee capacity development program, especially to operators in the form of service excellence training for customers and knowledge of the importance of occupational safety and health (K3) while at work field (STAS 6.74).

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and working environment on working discipline and employee’ performance at Village Administration Offices in Maros Regency. The research used the quantitative approach. The research populations were the village administration employees with the status of the State Civil Apparatus as many as 153 employees. Data were collected using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Path Analysis with SPSS 24 program. The research result indicates that motivation, working environment affect the employees’ working discipline. Motivation and working environment affect the employees’ performance. It also found that motivation and working environment influences the employees’ performance through the working discipline of the village administration employees at Maros Regency.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the effects of total quality management, corporate culture, and information technology on corporate performance with the mediating variable of business process management. It is conducted at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo by taking a sample of 96 respondents. Sampling using the proportional random sampling method. Primary data collection using a survey method with questionnaires. This kind of research is a quantitative approach with the use of the path analysis method. The research found that TQM and IT have a positive effect on business process management, while corporate culture shows an insignificant score. TQM and corporate culture indicate a positive and significant effect on corporate performance, but IT did not. TQM shows a positive and significant score on corporate culture through business process management. However, corporate culture and IT did not indicate a significant relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the case of employment social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) in Makassar. This research was carried out at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Makassar office by collecting information from permanent employees who had worked for more than 3 (three) years using questionnaires. The sampling method used is purposive sampling the study is able to obtain a sample of 25 employees. The data is analyzed with a quantitative approach and processed using SPSS application version 25. The results of this study showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a direct positive and significant effect on employee productivity. It also found that both compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also found to be able to mediate compensation and work environment when relating to employee productivity.
