In carrying out its activities, PT. Regency Motor is assisted by employees who have a good work ethic. PT. Regency Motor selected the best employees who would later be given prizes as a result of the employee's hard work. This selection process often experiences several problems such as the calculation of employee criterion values that often experience similarities between one another. The best employee selection process involves all employees working at PT. Regency Motor. This process has several assessment stages which can take a long time in calculating the value of each employee. In these processes it is not uncommon for errors to occur in both the input of employee values and in the process of calculating those values. Therefore in this study the author tries to try to help the company to determine the best employees by using the Technique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method more effectively, because the TOPSIS method is one of the best alternatives that is able to produce employee data with using six criteria, namely discipline, loyalty, attitude, attendance, expertise and years of service, the final calculation result is obtained to determine the best employee obtained with the prefence value at the highest value, Alex Ryan with a value of 0.7592812

This study explores the impact of audit delay, the size of public accounting firms, audit opinions, and management changes on auditor switching among companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research aims to identify the key factors that influence a company's decision to switch auditors. Using logistic regression analysis and secondary data from financial reports, the study introduces a unique approach by simultaneously analyzing four independent variables, which is rarely done in prior studies. The results reveal that audit delay and management changes significantly affect auditor switching, while the size of public accounting firms and audit opinions do not have a significant impact. The findings suggest that operational and managerial factors play a more critical role in auditor switching decisions compared to financial factors. Theoretically, the study supports the relevance of agency theory in explaining auditor switching, particularly in addressing conflicts of interest between management and shareholders. Practically, these results provide valuable insights for company management when deciding to switch auditors and highlight the importance for regulators to implement policies that enhance transparency and audit quality, strengthening corporate governance practices in Indonesia.

Facts show that some people currently give inherited assets to endow or give to heirs who care for their parents. This is because the heir who takes care of his parents needs it more or finds it more difficult to care for his parents, so that in the view of other heirs, the heir who takes care of his parents is more entitled to receive all the inheritance. Giving inheritance assets to heirs who care for their parents seems to be contrary to the provisions of the Al-Qur'an verse which stipulates that inheritance must be divided according to the provisions in the Al-Qur'an and/or hadith. This research aims to review the interpretation of Al-Qur'an verses regarding inheritance using normative descriptive methodology and a hermeneutic approach as a model of interpretation. It is hoped that this research will be able to contribute to Islamic legal thoughts which continue to experience changes both in the pattern of goals and/or socio-culture, especially the law regarding al-Mu'amalah al-Insaniah Keywords: Distribution of inheritance, heirs who care for parents, Hasan Hanafi’s hermeneutics

In speaking course, the teachers usually ask the students to present their projects in front of the class through an activity called Oral Presentation. However, many of students are afraid of public speaking due to the effect of self-confidence. This study is aimed to (1) describe general self-confidence among Indonesian EFL learners, (2) describe their academic achievement in oral presentation, and (3) find out the relationship between self-confidence and their academic achievement in oral presentation. Correlational design is used to investigate the existence or non existence of the relationship between the variables. The subjects of this study are 68 students at the second semester in English Department of one private university in Lamongan, Indonesia. Documentation and questionnaire are used as instruments to collect the data in this study. The findings reveal that (1) the students‘ general selfconfidence is quite strong, (2) the students‘ academic achievement in the oral presentation is good, and (3) the two variables show high correlation. Therefore, the teachers are suggested to enforce activities that could increase students‘ self-confidence which in turn could decrease their anxiety in public speaking.

MSMEs are one effort to reduce unemployment in Indonesia. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia cannot be separated from the following factors, including the use of technological facilities; information and communication; ease of borrowing business capital; reduction in final Income Tax (Pajak Penghasilan/PPh) rates. One of the MSMEs in Mojokerto Regency is Haniprint, a business in the printing and gift sector. This business is a new business, which started in 2020. The aim of this research is to explain the operational management implemented at Haniprint; starting from the customer service process to the order finishing process. This research also explains the influence of implementing operational management on increasing Haniprint's turnover. This study uses a qualitative method. This research method aims to explain the situation of a business in the printing and gift sector in depth and is carried out by collecting as much data as possible. The data collection process was carried out by means of interviews and experiencing processes in the printing and gift sector. The results of the research show that good operational management greatly influences the increase in turnover, but this is not the only factor that influences the increase in turnover. Customer needs in certain months of each year also influence the increase in turnover.
