Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Among value-based peer counseling in reducing bullying, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation in the school environment. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework refers to the educational concept of Among Ki Hadjar Dewantara (Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani), which is combined with the peer counseling approach and social interaction theory. Literature review: The literature emphasizes the effectiveness of peer counseling in reducing bullying and the importance of integrating local wisdom values in building students' empathy, character, and social relations. Methods: Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, through interviews, participatory observations, documentation, and questionnaires, as well as thematic data analysis. Results: The results of the study showed a significant decrease in verbal and relational bullying, an increase in students' empathy and social awareness, a strengthening of the role of peer counselors as agents of change, the internalization of Among values in school culture, structural and cultural support as success factors, and the existence of personal and technical constraints that affect the sustainability of the program. Implications: Contribute to the development of a humanistic, contextual, and sustainable counseling model based on local wisdom. Novelty: Lies in the integration of Among values in peer counseling as an innovative approach that not only suppresses bullying but also forms a positive school culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga spot, nilai tukar USD dan inflasi terhadap harga futures komoditas CPO pada Bursa Komoditas dan Derivatif Indonesia periode 2014-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan harga futures pada penyelesaian akhir historis bulanan selama 6 tahun yakni dari Januari 2014 hingga Desember 2019. Sample dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling pada komoditas CPO dengan total data yang diobservasi sebanyak 67 unit data. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui www.icdx.co.id. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa harga spot berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga futures, nilai tukar USD berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap harga futures komoditas CPO dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga futures komoditas CPO

Abstract

Introduction: Tahfidzul Qur’an learning in Islamic secondary schools requires a systematic and structured learning system to ensure effective memorization outcomes. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Samarinda has implemented different tahfidz learning models across two campuses. Methods: This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with the headmaster, tahfidz coordinators, teachers, and students, as well as documentation analysis. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Results: The findings revealed that the tahfidzul Qur’an learning system consists of learning objectives, input, learning processes, methods, evaluation, and learning outcomes. Campus 1 applies the tasmi’ method with limited instructional time and moderate memorization targets, while Campus 2 implements both tahsin and tasmi’ methods intensively with higher memorization targets. Supporting factors include competent tahfidz teachers, adequate facilities, parental support, and strong leadership. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include limited learning time, differences in students’ memorization abilities, insufficient number of tahfidz teachers, and student fatigue. Discussion: The study indicates that a more intensive schedule, combined with varied methods and strong institutional support, contributes to better tahfidz learning outcomes. Therefore, strengthening management, facilities, and instructional innovation is essential to improve learning effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the provisions of part-time and full-time Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) in the Indonesian civil service legal system and examine the legal implications of the differences in rights and obligations between the two. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach, utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The results show that full-time PPPK have a clear regulatory basis in laws and regulations, specifically in Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus and Government Regulation Number 49 of 2018. Meanwhile, part-time PPPK do not have explicit normative regulations, resulting in legal uncertainty. This difference has implications for an imbalance in rights and obligations, particularly regarding salaries, benefits, job protection, and certainty of tenure. This condition has the potential to cause injustice and contradicts the principle of legal certainty and the merit system in ASN management. Therefore, regulatory harmonization is needed to ensure justice, legal certainty, and protection of the rights of all PPPK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gaya komunikasi guru dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa pada proses pembelajaran melalui pendekatan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur ilmiah berkitan dengan gaya komunikasi dan partisipasi siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, kategorisasi, serta interpretasi secara deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya komunikasi guru yang dialogis, partisipatif, empatik, dan terbuka mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif dan interaktif. Gaya komunikasi yang suportif mendorong siswa untuk bertanya, mengemukakan pendapat, serta terlibat aktif dalam diskusi. Sebaliknya, gaya komunikasi yang otoriter dan satu arah cenderung menghambat partisipasi siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya komunikasi guru memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, baik secara kognitif, afektif, maupun sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi komunikasi guru sebagai bagian dari peningkatan profesionalisme pendidik guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, partisipatif, dan berpusat pada siswa.

Abstract

The condition of gravestones associated with the Aceh Darussalam and Samudera Pasai Sultanates reflects a transformation in how sacred value is communicated within contemporary social life. Previous studies largely position gravestones as historical artifacts or objects of preservation, leaving a limited explanation of how their meaning is mediated through everyday practice. This study examines how routine interactions function as communicative processes that reshape the transmission of sacred value in postcolonial Aceh. Using a qualitative, practice-oriented approach, data were collected through field observation, in-depth interviews with five institutional and community informants, and document analysis across Aceh Besar, Banda Aceh, and Pidie. Thematic analysis identifies three recurring practices, functional reassignment, spatial neglect, and relocation, through which gravestones are disengaged from their religious and historical meanings. These findings indicate not reinterpretation but a breakdown in communicative transmission, shaped by disrupted historical knowledge, spatial pressure, and institutional limitations. The study reframes desacralization as a problem of mediated meaning and proposes communication-based heritage strategies grounded in historical literacy and situated interpretation.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of green financing and return dynamics on ESG performance in Indonesia’s Islamic banking sector. The issue was important considering the growing role of Islamic banks in promoting sustainable finance and strengthening institutional resilience within dynamic financial markets. A quantitative method was adopted based on secondary weekly data from six Islamic banks in Indonesia during 2020–2025 (1,878 observations). ESG score was the dependent variable, while green financing and weekly return were independent variables. The analysis applied GARCH model to estimate the association between the variables and to capture volatility persistence over time. The results showed that green financing had a positive and statistically significant effect on ESG performance. Islamic banks that consistently allocated funds to green financing tended to achieve higher and more stable ESG scores. In contrast, short-term return fluctuations did not significantly affect ESG performance, suggesting that sustainability practices were driven more by long-term strategic commitments than by temporary market dynamics. GARCH estimation confirmed the persistence of ESG volatility over time. The results showed that green financing served as a key driver of sustainability performance in Islamic banking and supported long-term institutional stability. Important insights were provided for bank management and regulators to strengthen the integration of sustainable financing strategies in line with Islamic finance principles.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi nilai kejujuran, keadilan dan tanggung jawab dalam penciptaan kepribadian kepemimpinan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan kedepannya dalam penciptaan siswa jadi seorang pemimpin. Adapun permasalahan yang sering kali dijumpai yakni adanya ketidak jujuran, ketidak adilan dan tidak adanya rasa tanggung jawab yang terjadi sejak dini dan jika tidak di edukasi sejak dini hal tersebut akan terbawa sampai dewasanya. Adapun metode dalam kegiatan pengebdian ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi langsung kepada Masyarakat dengan memberikan edukasi kepada siswa-siswi di SMPN 08 Desa Apung Kecamatan Tanjung Selor Kabupaten Bulungan dengan strategi penciptaan kepribadian kepemimpinan siswa-siswi tersebut. Selanjutnya Hasil dari kegiatan ini siswa-siswi jadi lebih memahami nilai kepemimpinan contoh jujur, adil, dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, mereka juga lebih aktif, berani menyampaikan pendapat, mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok, serta mulai menunjukkan sikap saling menghargai. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan, terlihat juga adanya peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran hingga akhir kegiatan.

Abstract

Background Problems: Wrestling is a compulsory course that can improve physical strength, discipline, and strategic skills and student learning outcomes. However, the learning outcomes are still not optimal due to inconsistent training, limited technique understanding, and a lack of independent training opportunities. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of motor education level and circuit training on proficiency in learning wrestling martial arts techniques. Methods: This study used an experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group where there are two groups, the high motor ability group and the low motor ability group. The population consists of 40 students, and a sample of 20 students was selected using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. Motor ability in this study is defined as an individual's ability to learn and develop motor skills, which is used to measure how quickly and efficiently a person can learn new motor movements. Data collection was done by measuring the level of motor ability and evaluating the techniques of wrestling after a period of practice. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23 statistical software to evaluate the learning outcomes of the basic techniques of wrestling. Findings/Results: The results of the data analysis showed that overall, there were no significant differences between the two groups. However, when looking closely at the level of motor skills, there are differences in the post-test scores between students with high and low motor skills. Conclusion: The conclusions of the study showed that although there were no significant differences between the two groups, the high motor skills group showed more consistent improvements. Future research could focus on the development of physical and mental skills such as endurance, strength, and discipline, which are important in improving wrestlers’ performance.

Abstract

Artisanal gold mining commonly produces soils with poor fertility, low nutrient retention, and unfavorable chemical properties, which constrain crop establishment and productivity. Soil reclamation in these conditions necessitates not only improved soil quality but also effective nutrient uptake and allocation within the plant. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of oil palm empty fruit bunch (EFB) compost, clay soil, and lime on nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) concentrations in different maize organs grown on post-mining soil. Researchers conducted a pot experiment using a factorial randomized complete block design with three factors: 1) EFB compost at 6, 12, and 18 tons per hectare (t ha⁻¹); 2) clay soil at 10 and 20%; and 3) lime at 0.5 and 1 t ha⁻¹. After harvest, maize plants were separated into roots, stems, leaves, and grain, and tissue concentrations of N, P, and K were determined. The data were then analyzed using a statistical test called "ANOVA," followed by a more detailed test called "Tukey's test," which was performed at a significance level of 5%. The results showed clear organ-specific patterns of nutrient accumulation. The highest N concentration was found in the grain (1.95%), the highest P concentration in the roots (0.37%), and the highest K concentration in the leaves (3.07%), all under treatment A3B1C1. In general, the highest compost dose, when combined with clay soil and lime, consistently increased nutrient concentration across different parts of the maize plant. The findings suggest that using EFB compost, clay soil, and lime together can effectively improve nutrient availability, uptake, and partitioning in maize grown on post-mining soil. This strategy has the potential to support the productive reuse of degraded artisanal mining land.
