The purpose of this research is to find out how companies implement in adapting to technology and the use of international languages to increase MSMEs towards internationalization. This research was conducted at Aida Furniture, Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. The approach used in this study is descriptive and qualitative analysis by conducting direct interviews with company owners. In addition, direct observation of the research object was also carried out and secondary data collection, namely online document searches and literature reviews. This study obtained results indicating that the company has made adaptations in technology in its production process. The use of technology is carried out by the company in the process of painting and drying products. The obstacle faced by companies to be able to export is the use of international languages. If these obstacles can be overcome positively, then the company will generate a competitive advantage so that MSMEs can compete and lead to internationalization. Technological innovations carried out by the company will accelerate the company's competitive advantage for internationalization and export.

The research problem raised aims to find out how the process of internationalization of furniture companies is related to the Uppsala theory. This research is a case study with an object, namely the company Aida Furniture which is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the furniture industry. This research was conducted through a descriptive and qualitative approach. To obtain the necessary data, the authors conducted in-depth interviews with business owners from Aida Furniture. Determination of the subject is done purposively where the researcher determines the sampling by determining the special characteristics that are by the research objectives so that they are expected to be able to answer research problems. The biggest problem in the process of market internationalization is on the supply side where the government and universities are expected to be able to fill this gap by standardizing treatment in usage and other processes. In the internationalization process described, Uppsala's theory cannot be used to explain the internationalization process model at Aida Furniture. Meanwhile, the process of spreading sales areas can be explained by the Uppsala theory.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors inhibiting CSR in student start-up businesses in Malang. Startups are businesses that are currently skyrocketing even though the storm of startup layoffs has started recently. This startup business is dominated by many young people with brilliant business ideas. Malang City, which is an education city, also has a growth in start-up businesses, one of which is dominated by young people who are still studying in higher education. Running a start-up business for business people who are still studying is not without obstacles. One of them is about their business activities related to social responsibility. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on student start-up businesses in Malang. The sample population taken was 128 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3 to determine the confirmatory analysis. The findings of this study obtained CSR inhibiting factors for student startups in Malang are the lack of availability CSR information and knowledge, lack of availability of resources, lack of time availability of CSR activities and the level of awareness and benefits of CSR for companies. In addition, obstacles are also obtained from employee commitment to CSR. There are five CSR obstacles faced by student startups in Malang City.

Samarinda is the capital city of the province of East Kalimantan. The city government of Samarinda has been set to utilize and develop the potential of the development of the economy of regions based on natural resources. This article aims to explore the potential effect of natural resources, namely durian fruit in the region melak, to be developed into a product featured locally by formulating its development strategy to be able to compete in the world of business SMEs. The method used in this article is a qualitative approach. The selection of Durian Panglima Bread SMEs as an object of research is based on local wisdom, which is used as raw material in marketed products so as to introduce local potentials. Data collection based on primary data and secondary data that the author has done. Observations were made at the Durian Panglima Bread SMEs outlets in the cities of Balikpapan and Samarinda. the results of this study concluded that the use of local wisdom by looking at existing natural resources can provide much better potential in terms of product development, which can create jobs and prosper the people. In an effort to develop products for UKM Durian Panglima Bread, it takes a long process to reach the current point with 11 outlets and two outlets.The very rapid development of SMEs with high competitiveness requires UMKM Roti Durian Panglima to carry out several marketing strategies, namely the order system, resellers at the beginning of its product, to opening branches in several places. However, it cannot be separated from the technology system to accelerate the process of spreading the brand image through social media. Also, it requires UKM Durian Panglima Bread to innovate its products with new fillings so that customers feel more interested.

The aim is to find out the obstacles that occur to MSMEs that go International in the payment of Kendang Djimbe's export finances and their settlement. Descriptive qualitative research method. This research wants to explore something new, which is not widely known by the public, so it wants to be studied more deeply. With the aim of describing the ongoing phenomenon when the research was carried out and examining the causes and effects of constrained export finance payments. The analytical tool used is fishbone analysis (Fishbone Diagram). Research sites on SMEs "Kendang Djimbe" as a Creative Industry in Blitar. Ten respondents interviewed related to the export of “Kendang Djimbe” to foreign countries. The key informant is the exporter of “Kendang Djimbe” to China. The result of the source of the problem that is an obstacle for Kendang Djimbe MSMEs in Blitar, is the lack of understanding of knowledge about export finance towards Go International. At the end of 2019 Indonesia began to enter the Covid-19 pandemic which caused a decline in the turnover of several MSMEs. So it is necessary to carry out market research. In determining the need for furniture in the market, every MSME in the furniture sector must carry out a market strategy, one of the market strategies is segmenting, targeting and positioning (STP). In this strategy, it is possible to divide heterogeneous prospective customers into homogeneous prospective customers so that market conditions can be easily entered by MSMEs, especially in the furniture sector. The aims of this study are: 1) to determine the suitability of market segmentation carried out by MSME furniture, Basuki Lacasa; 2) determine the suitability of the target market carried out by MSME Basuki Lacasa; 3) to find out the results of the position of MSME Basuki Lacasa in the market. The method in this research is qualitative with 1 key informant and 3 co-informants. The final result obtained in this research is the application of segmenting, targeting and positioning that has been carried out in accordance with market conditions. STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) carried out by UMKM Furniture Basuki Lasaca are as follows: (a) the targeted market segments are the upper social class, lower social class and middle social class, (b) the selected target market is in the form of segment concentration or single market, (c) Basuki Lasaca furniture is positioned as furniture with high quality.

The purpose of this study is to find out the internationalization of MSMEs from a review of property rights in case studies of simple food stalls. The data collection method was carried out qualitatively through field observations, interviews and documentation in the process of interviewing 3 informants. The sampling technique in this study is quota sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and explorative analysis and then processed using the Atlas qualitative data analysis tool. The results of this study support the internationalization of Simple Restaurants, because there are several indicators of innovation, business environment, and internationalization that can influence the internationalization process of Simple Dining Stalls to fulfill the desired desires. This indicates that the process was successful.

Blue Ocean Strategy aims to open new market share to minimize competition with similar competitors. After receiving a touch from the West Lombok Regency Industry and Trade Service (Prindag Lobar), the Metal and Machinery Community Activity Unit in West Lombok initially produced gates, trellises and other similar works, creating quite a lot of competition. So that with the guidance of the Service which offers solutions with the Blue Ocean Strategy, the metal and machine industry (SMEs) in West Lombok Regency can compete. This study used a qualitative method, data obtained from in-depth interviews with section heads of the metal, machine, electronics and transportation equipment (ILMEA) industry, descriptive analysis and source triangulation. This article reveals that Blue Ocean Strategy manufactures metal products and machinery in different segments. The Blue Ocean Strategy segment is offered in the form of changing the mindset and technical skills of metal and machining (SME) players. Metal and machinery SMEs are trained to manufacture machine products needed by the food and beverage industry. One of the concrete steps is the manufacture of machines for making palm sugar machines, coffee roasting machines and other processing machines. This has an impact on the shift of the metal and machine SME segment from household products to processed machine products.

Society culture is an inherent tradition and guides the good and bad of every resident's action and behaviour. Society culture is synonymous with ancestral heritage. In this study, the culture defined consisting of involvement, consistency, adaptability, and mission that carried out and performed by village government, so as to stimulate residents' intentions to participate in village development. The research used a quantitative approach, with the population of residents of the village of Krebet, Malang Regency. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to residents. 130 questionnaires returned and declared appropriate so that this number was used as the research sample. Data were analyzed statistically by Minitab. The independent variables in this study are culture factors, namely involvement, consistence, adaptability and mission and the dependent variable is society participation in village development. The results of the study found that there was a partially positive and strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Culture contributed 70% to society participation. Additionally, consistency was the strongest influencer followed by involvement, adaptability and lastly mission. Moreover, the results of this study provide evidence that when there is a good way from the village goverment in managing the culture in the form of tradition in the society, the greater the society's intention to participate in the village development.

The purpose of this research Explaining progress in the field of online shop by MSME actors is now a necessity that plays an important role in all circles of society. In the mindset of an increasingly modern society due to the many globalization competitions shown by the world, the creation of marketing strategies is rapid. This type of research uses bibliometrics using the VosViewer application. Application of experiential marketing through angles online shop conducted by MSMEs is very good and can be felt by consumer. The value of influence satisfaction on consumer loyalty is considered low which can also be due to the fact that new consumers are low loyal to one sales product in the UMKM online business means only old consumers who remain loyal to the product or service process offered. As a basic online shop MSME actor, it is mandatory to classify which ones are consumers who are already at the loyal level or are still in a satisfied state .
