Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using the Wordwall application in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for children with special needs, particularly deaf students at SLB Kokalukuna. The research is based on the need for engaging and adaptive learning media that meets the specific learning needs of students with disabilities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to students. The results show that Wordwall is highly favored by students in Islamic studies classes. 100% of the participants stated that the application is interesting and suits their learning needs due to its visual and interactive nature. Furthermore, 80% of the students expressed willingness to continue using Wordwall in future learning, while 20% faced challenges due to limited technological facilities. The study concludes that Wordwall is an effective and inclusive learning tool for children with special needs, provided it is supported by adequate infrastructure.

Abstract

Background and Aim: Malacca leaves are one of the medical plants that can be used in traditional medicine. Malacca leaves contain several active compounds that can be effective in inhibiting fungal growth. This study aims to investigate the inhibition of n-hexane Malacca leaves extract on Microsporum canis growth in vitro.Materials and Methods: The method used in this study is Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion with 5 treatments, namely P1 (25% Malacca leaves n-hexane extract), P2 (50% Malacca leaves n-hexane extract), P3 (75% Malacca leaves n-hexane extract), P4 (control (+): ketoconazole) and P5 (control (-): carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) 1%) with 3 replications. The clear zone formed around the disc was measured using a caliper.Results : The results showed that there was no clear zone formed around the disks of the n-hexane extract of Malacca leaves. It can be concluded that the n-hexane extract of Malacca leaves could not inhibit the growth of Microsporum canis.Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the n-hexane extract of Malacca leaves, at concentrations of 25%, 50%, and 75%, does not exhibit antifungal activity against Microsporum canis in vitro, as evidenced by the absence of inhibition zones. Therefore, n-hexane may not be an effective solvent for extracting antifungal compounds from Malacca leaves against this fungal species.

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah institusi yang ditetapkan Allah. Seiring jatuhnya manusia, maka imbas dosa memberikan pengaruh besar dalam hidup manusia sehingga perceraian menjadi masalah serius merongrong keutuhan suatu pernikahan. Tuhan sejak awal tidak pernah merancangkan perceraian di dalam pernikahan. Tentunya Tuhan menyatakan bahwa dalam suatu pernikahan kudus ialah seorang laki-laki yang akan bersatu dengan isterinya dan keduanya menjadi satu daging. Allah merancangkan pernikahan menjadi satu keutuhan relasi yang indah. Sejak Perjanjian Lama, Kitab Suci telah menegaskan keutuhan suatu pernikahan di mana Allah dan rencana-Nya hadir di dalamnya. Memahami prinsip penting ini menolong orang percaya dapat menghadapi tantangan perceraian makin marak di tengah-tengah zaman, serta memberikan pemahaman teologi yang tepat untuk mengatasinya sesuai kebenaran yang dinyatakan dalam Kitab Suci.

Abstract

General Background: The administration of registration, issuance, and delivery of replacement land certificates is a crucial component of land services in Indonesia to ensure legal certainty of land ownership; however, its implementation often faces administrative and technical challenges. Specific Background: At the Samarinda City Land Office, this process includes the registration of the Land Registration Certificate, field inspections, public announcements in mass media, and final certificate delivery, which are largely conducted in accordance with regulations but still encounter obstacles. Knowledge Gap: Empirical studies examining the supporting and inhibiting factors of replacement certificate administration at the city level remain limited. Aims: This study aims to analyze the implementation of replacement certificate administration at the Samarinda City Land Office and identify factors that support and hinder the process. Results: Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the study found that integration of the KKP database and adequate human resources were the main supporting factors, while constraints included incomplete applicant documents, lack of survey copies, and ineffective communication between officers and applicants. Novelty: This research provides a detailed empirical overview of the dynamics of replacement certificate administration at the municipal level and emphasizes the importance of active applicant involvement. Implications: Recommendations include enhancing public outreach, strengthening staff capacity, and optimizing land information systems to improve the effectiveness of public services. Highlights: Highlights integration of KKP database as a key enabler. Identifies main obstacles in document completeness and communication. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemanfaatan limbah desa berupa kulit kakao, jerami padi, dan urine kambing sebagai bahan baku pupuk organik cair (POC) yang ramah lingkungan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Desa Arralle Utara, Kecamatan Arralle, Kabupaten Mamasa dengan metode sosialisasi, penyampaian materi, praktik pembuatan POC, serta diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai guna. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan berupa ketersediaan bahan baku melimpah dan dukungan masyarakat, kelemahan pada keterbatasan fasilitas dan modal, peluang melalui tren pertanian organik, serta ancaman berupa dominasi pupuk kimia. Program ini berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, pengurangan limbah, serta mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Ke depan, diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan untuk penguatan kapasitas produksi dan pengembangan pasar POC berbasis lokal.

Abstract

This study has the aim of examining the extent of the influence of the implementation of good governance, organisational ethical culture and leadership style on a tendency for accounting fraud in Regional Apparatus Organisations (OPD) of Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research is based on the Fraud Hexagon Theory which is used as a theoretical framework in analysing the factors that cause accounting fraud. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with a type of qualitative research that utilises primary and secondary data. Secondary data distribution was carried out by providing questionnaires to respondents and conducting documentation. Secondary data is obtained through literature sources such as books, journal notes and results from previous studies. In this study, the research population included 30 OPDs in Kampar Regency. then this population also became the research sample. The survey which is a data collection technique is used using a questionnaire instrument. While to analyse the data this study used multiple linear regression using the help of SPSS version 26.0 software. The results found that of the three independent variables, leadership has a significant influence on the tendency of accounting fraud. This is then evidenced through the calculated T value of each variable which is statistically significant, thus strengthening the conclusion that these factors play an important role in reducing the potential for accounting fraud in the OPD environment of Kampar Regency. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan good governance, budaya etis organisasi serta gaya kepemimpinan terhadap suatu kecenderungan terjadinya kecurangan pada akuntansi di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada teori Fraud Hexagon yang digunakan sebagai kerangka teoritis dalam menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecurangan akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan data primer serta sekunder. Penyebaran data sekunder dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada responden serta melakukan dokumentasi. Data sekunder didapatkan melalui sumber-sumber literatur seperti buku, catatan jurnal serta hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini populasi penelitian mencakup 30 OPD di Kabupaten Kampar. kemudian populasi ini sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Survei yang menjadi teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Sementara untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dari ketiga variabel independen kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap kecenderungan terjadinya kecurangan dalam akuntansi. Hal ini kemudian dibuktikan melalui nilai T hitung dari masing-masing variabel yang secara statistik signifikan, sehingga memperkuat kesimpulan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memainkan peran penting dalam mengurangi potensi kecurangan akuntansi di lingkungan OPD Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how metacommunication works in the case of the worldwide stupid speech controversy by Ahmad Sahroni related to the dissolution of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. The remark gained public attention not because of the substance of the message about the danger of dissolving the House of Representatives, but because of the choice of words that were considered rude and inappropriate to be uttered by a state official. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through the analysis of critical discourse on statement texts, media reports, and public interaction on social media. The results show that the metacommunication aspect, especially diction and delivery style, is more dominant in shaping public perception than the substance of political messages. Media framing that highlights the world's stupid diction and virality on social media magnifies the resonance of controversy, making it a digital popular culture phenomenon. This controversy not only impacts Sahroni's personal image but also has implications for the institutional delegitimization of the House of Representatives, further deepening the crisis of public trust. Thus, this study confirms that in political communication in the digital age, legitimacy is not only determined by substantive performance, but also by the way elites choose words and communication styles, as well as how their messages are perceived and reproduced in the media space.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health problem in developing countries, particularly among toddlers, as it affects physical growth, cognitive development, and future productivity. Nutritional management plays a crucial role in overcoming stunting, but parents often face challenges in providing adequate dietary intake due to limited knowledge, economic constraints, and lack of guidance. This community service program (PKM) aimed to strengthen parental involvement in managing toddler nutrition through structured home care nursing visits. The program was implemented with a participatory approach involving nurses, parents, and community health cadres. Home visits included nutritional assessments, individualized counseling, monitoring of toddler growth, and education on balanced diet preparation using locally available food resources. Nurses also provided practical demonstrations on menu planning and food processing to ensure nutrient adequacy. The evaluation showed improvements in parents’ knowledge and skills regarding child nutrition, with increased awareness of growth monitoring and the importance of dietary diversity. Furthermore, parents reported higher confidence in applying nutritional practices at home. These outcomes highlight that home care nursing visits can be an effective strategy to support parental roles in addressing stunting, particularly in low-resource settings. Strengthening family-centered care and promoting community engagement are essential to ensure the sustainability of nutritional improvements. This program demonstrates that empowering parents through direct home-based interventions can significantly contribute to reducing stunting prevalence and improving child health outcomes

Abstract

Mobilization is an independent action for a nurse in carrying out nursing care for post-surgical patients. Many benefits can be achieved from early postoperative mobilization exercises, including increasing the speed of breathing depth, increasing circulation, increasing urination and metabolism. Laparotomy is an action involving the abdominal cavity that can be performed with open surgery. This research aims a. maintain body functions and prevent deterioration and restore the range of motion of certain activities so that sufferers can return to normal or at least be able to meet their daily needs. b. Streamlining blood circulation. c. helps breathing to become strong for and to determine the effect of early mobilization on intestinal peristalsis in postoperative laparotomy patients in the Inpatient Room of the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital. The research design used in this study was a quasi-experimental design: non-equivalent control group design. This research was carried out by providing intervention in the form of giving early mobilization. While the control group was not given any treatment by the researchers apart from observing intestinal peristalsis. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method with a total sample of 30 people consisting of a control group and a treatment group of 15 people each, then the results were tested by means of the Independent Sample T-Test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study found that changes in intestinal peristalsis in postoperative laparotomy patients in the Inpatient Room of the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital in the group given early mobilization (treatment group) averaged 11.200 (±0.262), changes in intestinal peristalsis in postoperative laparotomy patients in the Inpatient Room of the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital in the control group the average was 1.533 (± 0.723), and there was an effect of early mobilization on changes in intestinal peristalsis in postoperative laparotomy patients in the Inpatient Room of the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital (p=0.001 ). The conclusion is that early mobilization can increase intestinal peristalsis in post-laparotomy patients in the Inpatient Room of the Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital so that it is expected that health workers will continue to carry out early mobilization in post-laparotomy patients and in post-laparotomy patients as early as possible to speed up the recovery process. function of the patient's digestive system.

Abstract

Health care is any effort organized alone or together in an organization to maintain and improve the health of individuals, families, groups and or communities. Documentation in nursing is an important part of the action taken by nurses after performing nursing actions. The records carried out contain reports that are needed to decide on assessment, diagnosis, develop nursing plans, implement and evaluate nursing activities, which have been designed in a structured, valid and able to be accounted for both morally and legally. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between workload and nurse performance in the implementation of nursing care. This research is descriptive research. This research took place in the treatment room of Makasar City Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses who served in the treatment room of Makasar City Hospital and the research sample was 35 nurses using the Total Sampling Technique. Data analysis using Univariate and Bivariate analysis using statistical tests with a level of meaning α = 0.05. The statistical test used is Chi- square using the SPSS computer program version 25.0 for windows. The results of the study using the Chi-square statistical test using SPSS on the relationship between workload and the performance of the implementation of nursing care documentation in the treatment room of Makassar City Hospital obtained a p-value = 0.001 or smaller than a = 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between workload and the implementation of nursing care documentation.
