Based on the research results, the research results show that ethical leadership supports the adoption of positive behavior by employees and overall improves organizational performance. This approach emphasizes the ethical dimension of leadership in the context of management, with a focus on improving leader values, ethical traits and ethical behavior within the organization. Aspects such as Telling, Selling, Participating & Delegating are considered key elements in ethical leadership . The method used is multiple regression analysis, an analysis method used to evaluate the relationship between one dependent variable (bound) with one or more independent variables (free/explanatory). This analysis aims to predict the value of the dependent variable by considering changes in the value of the independent variable. In addition, multiple regression analysis helps in determining the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, whether the correlation is positive or negative. The regression equation formula for two dependent and independent variables . The tests used are classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and data quality tests. The sample is determined by taking a representation of the population that is predicted to represent the entire population. The sample in this study were employees at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (Persero) I Office Regional I . Determination of samples for employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (Persero) Regional I was carried out using the Saturated Sampling method . The results of the study showed that X1 telling t count -1.113 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.316 > 0.05 (no effect). X2 selling t count -0.365 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.730 > 0.05 (no effect). X3 participation t count 8.090 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.010 < 0.05 (influential). X4 delegation t count 9.320 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.000 < 0.05 (influential). The results of the simultaneous significance test of the F test are f count 6.076 > f table 5.409 and the prob (F-statistic) is 0.0000 < 0.05. H0 : β1 = β2 = • • • = βk = 0 This means that the independent variable has an overall influence/relationship on the dependent variable

The purpose of this community service activity is to empower partners in building an environmentally friendly brand image (green branding) to enhance the competitiveness of their products in a market increasingly aware of sustainability issues. This community service activity was carried out using a participatory and collaborative approach, actively involving partners from the planning stage to evaluation. The partners in this activity are micro-entrepreneurs or communities of recycled product artisans who have potential but still face limitations in marketing strategies, particularly in attracting young consumers such as millennials. This community service activity successfully enhanced the understanding and skills of participants, especially millennials, in utilizing green branding strategies as a marketing approach for recycled products. Participants not only gained conceptual knowledge about the importance of sustainability in business but also implemented it through hands-on practice in product creation and educational digital campaigns. The improvement in understanding from pre-test to post-test, as well as the achievement of targets in social media use, demonstrates the success of the training methods applied. In addition to individual improvement, this activity also encouraged the formation of new business groups that market environmentally friendly products online. This activity successfully enhanced the understanding and skills of participants, particularly millennials, in leveraging green branding strategies as a tool for marketing recycled products. The results of the training, reflected in the improvement of understanding through pre-test and post-test scores, as well as the achievement of targets in social media use, indicate the effectiveness of the applied methods

Balikpapan, as one of the important cities in East Kalimantan, has a wealth of culture and local values originating from various tribes such as Bugis, Banjar, Dayak, Javanese, and others. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the conditions of the implementation of child-friendly schools (SRA) for extremely poor students of junior high schools in Balikpapan City, and (2) local wisdom of Child Friendly Schools in Balikpapan. This type of quantitative description research, with the research period starting from March 2024 to June 2024. The population in this study were all junior high schools in Balikpapan City, the sample of this study was SMPN 2 Balikpapan, SMPN 4 Balikpapan, SMPN 8 Balikpapan, and SMPN 22 Balikpapan. Data collection techniques based on interviews and documentation in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a survey method by changing raw data from the survey questionnaire into meaningful information that can be used for decision making. This involves various steps, from data cleaning, statistical analysis, to data visualization to present the research results more clearly. The research results show that (1) the implementation of child-friendly schools for extremely poor students at Balikpapan Middle Schools was carried out well through a safe environment, mental health and students' cognitive abilities, and (2) the level of local wisdom at Balikpapan Middle Schools was well integrated into learning activities. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve understanding of local cultural content, the lack of local wisdom-based learning media, and the increasingly dominant influence of foreign culture, with the need to improve content on local wisdom of child-friendly schools so that extreme poor students can maintain their mental health.

Interfaith marriage is still a controversial issue in Indonesia, legally, socially, and religiously. Article 2, paragraph (1) of the 1974 Marriage Law is the basis for its validity, but its practice gives rise to different interpretations. SEMA No. 2 of 2023 and the Constitutional Court's decision are the latest references. This study aims to analyze the legal settlement of interfaith marriage based on SEMA 2023, examine it from the perspective of Islamic legal sociology, and offer solutions based on Maqashid Syariah. The method used is qualitative with a normative and sociological approach. The primary data sources were obtained from literature studies, including laws, court decisions, scientific journals, as well as various Islamic law and maqashid sharia literature. Data analysis was conducted both descriptively and analytically, employing a legal hermeneutics approach to understand the dynamics of interfaith marriage regulations in Indonesia. This study shows that the absence of clear rules on interfaith marriages has given rise to various interpretations and encouraged alternative practices such as marriage abroad or pseudo-conversion (fraus legis). From the perspective of the sociology of Islamic law, this practice has caused social tension in society. The Maqashid Syariah approach emphasizes the protection of religion, lineage, and human rights. This study concludes the need for more adaptive and inclusive legal reform, considering social justice and humanitarian values, in line with the principles of maqashid syariah.

This study aims to determine the application of the Socio Drama Method to Improving Civics Learning Outcomes in the System and Dynamics of Pancasila Democracy Material for Class XI-MIA 1 Odd Semester Students of SMA Negeri 1 Sekotong in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 20 students who had problems in Civics lessons whose learning outcomes did not meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) taken from class XI-MIA 1. The object involved in this study was Civics learning outcomes. After the data is collected, then analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the data analysis showed that the average increase in Civics learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle I was 2.03 points, pre-cycle to cycle II was 12.53 points, and cycle I to cycle II was 10.50 points. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the socio-drama method can improve Civics learning outcomes in the System and Dynamics of Pancasila Democracy Material for Class XI-MIA 1 Odd Semester Students of SMA Negeri 1 Sekotong for the 2017/2018 Academic Year.

This research was carried out with the aim of increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of Civics in online learning for students of class XI-MIA 1 at SMA Negeri Sekotong, West Lombok Regency, odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year through PowerPoint media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class XI-MIA 1 at SMA Negeri Sekotong, West Lombok Regency, in the odd semester, with a total of 22 students. Classroom Action Research Design (CAR) uses the Kemmis & Mc.Taggart model which includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that there was an increase in Civics learning outcomes, this can be seen from the KKM completeness of pre-action students and each cycle the average result of the observations in cycle I was 75.18 in the sufficient category, while cycle II was 76.61 in the good category and experienced an increase . According to the success indicators set, the classical completeness criteria at XI-MIA 1 Sekotong State Senior High School, West Lombok Regency is ≥76. In the initial data, classical learning completeness was an average of 75, then the average in the first cycle was 75.18 and in the second cycle it became 76.71. While individual completeness in the initial data of students who were able to fulfill KKM ≥ 75 were only 16 people (57.14%), while in cycle I there were 28 students (64.29%), then in cycle II it became 28 students (85, 71%). Thus, it can be concluded that online learning using PowerPoint media can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students' Civics.

Due to their properties, ZnO nanoparticles have recently been used as an additive material in active food packaging. ZnO has a wide band gap of about 3.37 eV, making it effectively used under UV light. However, ZnO nanoparticles are not effectively used under visible light. This study successfully synthesized ZnO-Chitosan-Citronella Essential Oil hybrid nanoparticles using sol-gel methods. Adding chitosan and citronella essential oil will affect nanoparticles' structural and optical properties.Â The structural, morphological, and optical properties of characterized hybrid nanoparticles were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and FTIR, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and UV-Vis spectroscopy. From XRD, it was obtained that the ZnO nanoparticles produced have a hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure with angles of 2q = 31.76Â°, 34.48Â°, 36.30Â° which are crystal planes with orientations (100), (002), and (101), as well as several other peaks for planes (102), (110), (103), (200) and (112) with a crystallinity index value of 86.5390%, and crystallite size of 8.87nm and 7.5335 nm. From FTIR Characterization, Zn=O functional groups were also obtained at wave numbers 657 and 475 cm-1. The morphology of ZnO nanoparticles from SEM spectroscopy shows a spherical shape with agglomeration, and the composition of the components Zn, O, and N elements is found, which come from chitosan materials. Furthermore, from the UV-Vis spectroscopy characterization, it was obtained that the absorption occurred in the 380-600 nm region with a band gap energy of 3.25 eV (using the tauc plot method), which was slightly different from the empirical results of 3.30 eV. The results show potential future studies of hybrid nanoparticles, such as additive materials in active food packaging.

This article aims to reveal the transformation of moderate Islam by Mohammad Natsir in the state. Where Natsir who lives not only as a statesman, but also in Islam is a Muslim thingker and scholar. Movements and upheavals of thought whose source is Islam, makin Natsir a militant fighter and statesmen in the fiht for Islam and the state. The primary sources in this study are: 1) M. Natsir, Fiqhud Da’wah, cet. Ke-10, (Jakarta: Capita Selecta,1996), 2). M. Natsir, Capita Selecta I-III (Bandung: Sumur Bandung, 1961), dan 3), M. Natsir, Islam dan akal merdeka, (Bandung: Sega Arsy, 2015), 4). M. Natsir, Islam sebagai Dasar Negara, (Bandung: Sega Arsy, 2014), dan 5) M. Natsir, Revolusi Indonesia, (Bandung: Sega Arsy, 2016). Next, the date were analyzed using the method content analysis and critical discourse analysis. The result showed that the transformation of moderate Islam by Mohammad Natisr was reflected in Natsir is political style, where Natsir combines the concept of state with religion, Islam as the core in politics. So it can concluded that Natsir’s transformation of moderate Islam in the state uses the concept of an Islamic democration state.

This research was conducted to analyze the Mg doping concentration effect on the structure, morphology, and optical properties of ZnO thin film prepared using the sol gel spin coating method. The Mg concentration was varied in the mole fraction of 1%, 3%, and 5%. Firstly, ZnO: Mg solution was dropped on a substrate and grown with a rotating speed of 3000 rpm and then annealed at 500 °C for 2 hours. The characterization of thin films' structure, morphology, and optical properties was done using XRD, FESEM, EDX, and UV-VIS spectrophotometer. XRD result showed a polycrystalline structure with three dominant peaks of (100), (002), and (101) plane, hexagonal wurtzite structures. Furthermore, the crystallite size was increased with the increase of Mg doping. FESEM results showed that the 5% ZnO: Mg thin film was the densest and least void from other films. In addition, the results of UV-Vis-NIR analysis showed the highest absorption value at a wavelength of 360-370 nm. The bandgap energy increased at 1% and 3% Mg doping samples but decreased by 5% Mg doping comes from the excess of oxygen in thin film with 5% Mg doping.

Kompetensi diartikan sebagai pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan kemampuan yang dikuasai oleh seseorang yang menjadi bagian dari dirinya sehingga ia dapat melakukan perilaku-perilaku kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik dengan sebaik-baiknya. Adapun kepala madrasah adalah seorang guru yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk memimpin segala sumber daya yang ada pada suatu madrasah sehingga dapat didayagunakan secara maksimal untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Kepala madrasah dituntut untuk dapat membawa madrasah yang dipimpinnya menjadi lebih maju ditengah minimnya keterbatasan dana pendidikan. Untuk itu kompetensi kepala madrasah di tuntut untuk bisa mengembangkan kemajuan madrasah.Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti megambil penelitian dengan judul“Kompetensi Kepala Madrasah dalm mengoptimalkan modal sosial sebagai strategi pengembangan madrasah Studi kasus di Madrasah As’ariyah Panjang. Dengan rumusan masalah : Bagaimana kompetensi kepala madrasah dalam mengoptimalkan modal sosial untuk pengembangan madrasah? Bagaimana strategi kepala madrasah dalam mengoptimalkan modal sosial untuk pengembangan madrasah ? Bagaimana dampak optimalisasi modal sosial terhadap pengembangan madrasah ?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kompetensi kepala madrasah dalam mengoptimalkan modal sosial untuk pengembangan madrasah, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi kepala madrasah dalam mengoptimalkan modal sosial untuk pengembangan madrasah, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dampak optimalisasi modal sosial terhadap pengembangan madrasah ?Di akhir penelitian, peneliti menemukan kompetensi kepala madrasah dalam mengoptimalkan modal sosial di madrasah aliyah As’ariyah panjang belum berjalan secara optimal karena masih ada kepala madrasah yang belum kompeten. Strategi yang dilakukan kepala Madrasah Aliyah As’ariyah yaitu memaksimalkan modal sosial dengan menjalin kerjasama baik dengan pihak madrasah maupun pihak luar madrasah. Sedangkan dampak dari optimalisasi modal sosial adalah dengan kompetensi yang memadai kepala madrasah berdampak pada peningkatan kuantitas peminat dan peserta didik, Sarana dan prasarana cukup memadai kebutuhan madrasah. Selain itu adanya fungsi kontrol yang maksimal karena segala kebijakan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh kepala madrasah tidak hanya fokus kepada kepala madrasah tetapi juga pada komite, menciptakan keamanan yang lebih baik dalam lingkungan madrasah karena masyarakat ikut serta membantu menjaga kemananan, memudahkan dalam melakukaan terobosan dalam memajukan madrasah, memudahkan dalam menyalurkan gagasan dan ide demi pengembangan madrasah ke depan.
